PNR- WNNZGT, tripid - [protected] booked from clear trip.E ticket has misspelled name as "shreedhar" instead of "sreedhar" so to remove letter ' h ' jet airways are not agreeing as it is international flight and telling they may layoff the 63 yrs old passenger in paris aiport bcz of name mismatch.cleartrip people asking to cancel which charges 64, 000 rps which is 90% of ticket amount, and not ready to refund, they also collected 350rps for correction and did not do so which delayed 3 days. I requested jetairways people to add a remark still they are not sure whether my father will reach bangalore to san francisco or left behind in any airport..how mean..trip is on 5 th july plz help..

    On my flight from Port blair andaman to Amsterdam, I arrived with both surfboards heavily damaged ! (broken in half)
    I made my claim 2nd of april and since then i mail them every two weeks for more info on my claim. Only response i get is "sincere apologies we have sent your claim to amsterdam airport for an update"
    STILL NO NEWS AFTER 3 MONTHS !!! This is unacceptable !!!

      Went to drop of Family members travelling on a flight from LHR to BOM and a rep Rob was so rude, that words fail me. He used offensive language, abusive and racial words too. This is not something which is expected from even other passengers let alone the station representatives. this was extremely upsetting and family members where travelling due to a death back home and this behaviour from Rob was not welcomed at all. He should be removed from service immediately. If he don't like Indians then don't work for an Indian airline. go work for Easy jet or something where his behaviour maybe be half accepted. This is not the first time he has been Rude have had a few encounters with his bad behaviour, but took with a pinch of salt, however this time a complaint needs to be made.

          My son fm mitrabha guha is a chess player of repute. He has visited as many as 16 countries playing for india in chess. He is currently the reigning sub junior national chess champion and former asian chess champion.

          He was scheduled to represent india in the commonwealth chess championship 2017 to be held in new delhi from 3rd july 2017 (9.30 am). We booked a jet airways flight no.7314 from kolkata to delhi 6.30 flight on 2.7.17 (Airline pnr xmuugb and yatra ticket no.[protected]. Mitrabha was in the queue for boarding pass, from 5.30am on 2.07.17. There was heavy rush in the queue and reasons not known to us he was denied a ticket for the reasons "no seat in the flight". However when asked upon he was told that he arrived late so his booking was cancelled. We the parents of mitrabha rushed to the spot to explain the situation. But arghya the jet official staff who denied mitrabha the ticket had left by the time and his mobile was also switched off. We spoke to the duty manager who was not in the spot but denied any help. We requested them to understand the gravity of the situation that he would be playing for his country and requested them to make alternative arrangements but in vain. We even showd them the commobwealth chess committee letter of invitation but they were not ready to listen. They only said that the flight was full. Was mitrabha not a paid passenger of jet airways? How was the flight full then?? Is it because he is a passenger under 18 years of age that he has been ignored??
          We are very much aggrieved by the behaviour of jet airways staff arghya for having denied mitrabha the ticket.

          Kindly take up the matter and arrange for a refund. Also kindly note that chess players across india travel by jet airways around the world. Justice should not be denied to mitrabha guha

            Dear sir,
            I travelled to cochin from london on 14/06/2017 at 9.30 am flight number 9w 119. I collected my luggage from mumbai and i checked in but when i reached cochin on 15th june at 8.15 am flight number 9w 436, unfortunately i missed my luggage with contents of expensive new cloths. At the airport i complained and one member of staff reassured me within 24 hours i will get my luggage back. Till today i haven't received my luggage. I would like to claim for compensation.

                I booked two tickets from Delhi to Bombay. PNR: NMTFAH on June29, 2017 from Indira Gandhi International Airport, terminal 3. As per policies, airlines are bound to provide us meal but the crew/air hostess came up with the excuse that they are running short of VEG meal, so denied to provide anything.
                Also, A box of veg meal fell abruptly on the floor because of chaos that ran for this reason among crew and that same food(fell on floor) was repacked/covered with a new foil and was served to the passenger seating just the row before us. Is this the way you treat your customers?
                If you add your meal charges in the ticket and we are not provided with the meal as per policies, refund my money. I am not satisfied at all with the behavior and culture of the crew on board.
                One of the air hostess forcefully gave me "low calorie meal" for the reason that they had nothing to offer.
                Why do you mention that the meal will be offered when you cannot provide it.

                  I am writing this with regard to the delay of my flight from delhi to guwahati. It's extremely unfair to me that i suffered mental agony for the delay that was caused at delhi. I binay kumar swain, an army personnel was travelling from ahmedabad to guwahati today morning in the flight 9w 7067. I faced lots of problems from the time of baggage check-in. I would elaborate my sufferings below:
                  1. At baggage check-in i was asked to pay rs 2000/- extra for exceeding my limit of permissible weight. (Jet's pathetic allowance of 15 kg). Being an army man i have been posted to tawang and i need to carry some essentials with me. I requested the ground staff for considering my case but they didn't.

                  2. The flight got delayed by 1 hr at delhi. When as a airline you are following such stringent policies why not following that in case of time. I had to catch the next train from guwahati to tawang which was missed due to the delay of flight. I went through a punishment of late coming to camp as well as a penalty for not following discipline of indian army. (Reason being not me but the airline)
                  For all the suffering and mental agony, i would request jet airlines to at least refund the extra amount that i paid at ahmedabad airport. (Which is even not a compensation as my train fares are much higher than that and the agony that i have gone through is not at all compensable)

                    1. No sufficient space in flight to keep cabin hand baggage. Seems flight is too small and hardly fit for international travel.
                    2. Air-condition was pathetic and seems not working at all, i requested airhostess but she least bothered about request, finally after 1:30 hours i called supervisor to explain the situation but she hardly convinced and argued a lot, after a long argument she finally went to captain with the complaint. Somehow half of the journey completed the staff lowered the temperature. Now the question is why it took so much time to switch on the air-condition?
                    3. Air-condition was not working and on the top of that airhostess is giving excuse while asking for water and showing empty water bottle and telling that i don’t have right now and i will give later. She never returned back for next 40 minutes.
                    4. Over service was pathetic and flight was not fit for international travel.

                      I like to complain about bad services of Jet Airways ticketing department[protected] on resolving a system issue. We were made to spend 12 hours of our time on phone to get this issue resolved and asked to talk to partner airlines directly to help Jet resolve the issue rather than taking ownership of an issue for the ticket issued by Jet. We are still unable to web check in and left in despair for last minute seat availability.

                      I like to claim a compensation for this harassment.

                      My ticket details are-
                      Passenger name: Tapan Rajnikant Mehta
                      PNR: XZDEYW
                      Sector: Mumbai - Paris - San Francisco
                      Ticket no:[protected]

                      Sequence of events
                      1) On 30th, at 5pm IST, we received an email from Price Line (Ticketing agent) informing that our ticket was cancelled by airlines at last minute
                      2) After call by Tapan to Price Line, the agent (Price Line) called Jet Airways US office. Despite the ticket was booked by Jet, the airline staff in the US asked our agent to talk to Jet's partner airlines (Air France) directly to resolve this issue without talking ownership of resolving the issue
                      3) Price LIne spoke to Air France and got ticket confirmation
                      4) Again Tapan Mehta called Jet Airways from[protected] at around 7pm informing that we have received confirmation from Air France. However, Jet Airways again asked Tapan to ask Travel Agent to speak to Jet Airways. Tapan again spoke to travel agent.
                      5) Price Line again called Jet Airways called UK office (person was probably Sadique) at 0900pm yesterday. Sadique confirmed that he will again check the system and come back by 1200 midnight. He or Vilal would come back on Tapan's INdia numbers,
                      6) We did not receive any calls till 0130am India time. Tapan again called Price Line. Price Line again conferenced Jet Airways at that time. They again asked for some more time and requested time till 1200 noon next day
                      7) Tapan again called Jet Airways multiple times 1 July morning (at 8am, 11.30am, 1200am) - The staff kept asking for more time wihout giving resolution. Every time Tapan had to call
                      8) Finally Tapan was able to talk to Imran, who actually started working on the request to chase partner airlines after 2pm, after 16 hours from the first request.
                      9) IN the meanwhile Tapan's brother - Kirtan Mehta started chasing from Bangalore. He spoke to an contact center officer.The officer took half an hour to escalate to Aman. There was no acknowledgement of problem from airlines side. Again disowning ownership, I was again asked to call up Air France to ask them to confirm ticket back to Jet Airways. I declined to accept this solution to do this task on behalf of Jet and requested him to escalate the matter to Parents (his manager, have not got the name right). He disconnected the phone without transferring it. Again I called back through general line to reach to that manager. I was put on hold for another 20 minutes without transferring the call. Again I disconnected and spoke to another agent, Priya. FInally she transferred to Parents.. As I did not reach resolution with him, I requested him to escalate to Anish Shaikh (his manager)
                      10) IN the mean while, Imran finally spoke to Airfrance nearly after 24 hours of the first call from customer side to get the confirmation. We are still unable to do web checkin. We pursudaed him to do the web checkin but he declined. Finally after lot of prodding, he just agreed to formally confirm on email that our ticket is again confirmed.
                      11) After speaking to Anish, he realised the issue after 30 minutes of talk to atleast accept the mistake.
                      12) At the airport, Tapan was not issued boarding pass for Paris SFO leg. He has been asked to collect the same from Air France directly. Find this as quite crazy that the airline is not in a position to issue the boarding pass despite issuing the ticket. Also Tapan just have 1.5 hours at airport.. In that short time, he need to additionally manage contacting airlines to get boarding pass. It is quite discomforting to travel to another transit country without appropriate travel documents.

                      Every one has been completely non-committal around the chain to recognise that they have missed their own deadline multiple times and they need to be sorry to customer for the same (not a single person in the chain acknowledged it till Anish finally understood). Everyone had an audacity to keep asking us to call them again and again. Every call takes atleast 15 min to reach previous person. Aman had an audacity to not come on call for three attempts (disconnected the first time, put on long hold for the 2nd time, did not come on for 3rd time). In the entire process, we just received one call back from Imran after 24 hours, We ended up spending 10 hours of time on phone to resolve this. Still we have not been helped by doing a seat booking, left to last minute booking/

                      A really sad way of dealing with Jet Airways contact center. We have not been given any senior persons email address despite asking for it multiple times citing company policy.

                      Request you to look into the matter. Look forward to appropriate compensation for waste of 12 hours of time. Also request you to make available transcript of all the calls that we have done as an evidence.

                      In case we are not satisfied with the response, we will register this grievance with consumer court to take this forward.

                          I was travelling from dusseldorf - bom via paris .
                          The depature date from dusseldorf :- 30/4/17, 9:30 (ect) and i arrived mumbai on 30/4/17 around midnight (isd) .

                          I was told at the mumbai airport that my lagguage has not arrived and it would be delivered to my surat address the next day ...
                          I filled the required form and gone through the entire process of custom decleration and other procedure .
                          I received my lagguage today 3/5/17 at 7:15am, after 3 days of my arrival to india.

                          I had a very shocking discovery and learnt that my entire bag was opened and all my stuffs where taken(every single item) out of it and checked ( not sure why and who did this ) .

                          What more shocking for me was that i am missing my nikon camera ( this is one thing i can rememeber ) and also few other which i can disclose later,
                          Funny part is the camera bag was left but the camera is missing .,

                          Could you please let me know what can be further done to get my camera ?
                          I would like get the scan copy of my bag when i checkined the bag at dusseldorf, paris, and mumbai airport.
                          I am sure my missing camera could have been the part of the scanning system if it was present in the bag

                          Hello Team,

                          I was travelling from DXB (Dubai) to Delhi (DEL) by Jet Airways 9W-545 on 17th Feb 2019 at 12:15. My PNR is RWESOS I checked-in my luggage around 10:45 AM and left for boarding. When i checked my luggage at my home at Delhi, all the zips are open inside the bag and found 700 AED cash stolen from the bag. Kindly look into this and let me know for further enquiry if needed on my number +91-[protected] or +[protected].

                            I am writing on behalf of my husband Prithu Das. He was supposed to board on Jet airways flight (9W7143), ticket number[protected] and reach Delhi (DEL) for an important meeting. The PNR number is- XHVHAF. He reached Kolkata airport (CCU) on time and did all formalities such as security check-in etc. But, suddenly when he was going to board the flight, one of the representatives from Jet airways said, he won’t be allowed to board on the flight. The reason is very fishy. They said he is not on time but, he had hell lot of time to board. More surprisingly, they wrote his status ' No show' in front of him. Can u imagine, a person who is standing in front is no show? How is it possible? I am highly upset with the behavior and attitude of Jet airways people. Even the representatives of other airline were saying that, ‘Sir, they would have easily allowed you to board on the flight. Had it been that you have taken tickets of our airline, we would have happily allowed you.” This is a shame on entire team of Jet Airways. Now, my husband ( Prithu Das) had to take a flight which is 3 times the price of the present one. Now, who will compensate? I want justice.. Please take serious action against this purposely done incident.

                            I came early in airport but I couldn't locate gate number because one of the airline employee send me to other direction. Latter I had to come it was only 5 min late but they didn't allow to board. Also I didn't get any refund. Plus being a foreigner I didn't know the announcement doesn't carry out here. I had to pay extra without any refund

                              I had booked return ticket for indore-mumbai-indore sector for travelling on 20th june & return on 22nd june with my wife.

                              As you are aware that return flight 9w7103 to be departed from mumbai at 1855hrs. & later on delayed-delayed due to late arrival or technical problems, then boarding/re-boarding/boarding was done & finally flight left mumbai only at 2300 hrs. Which means a delay of appox. 4 hrs. & b/w this time no water / fruit or ay thing provided to us instead of repeating request due to my wife hungriness…

                              Because of all this issues, she suffered a lot & end-up with serious headache & pain in body….. We had to call our doctor very late night, immediately upon reaching indore.

                              Not only my family; most of the passenger was not happy at all due to these poor services & miss-cooperation.

                              I would highly appreciate your explanation per return and remedial action from your end.

                                I have through mail written under baggage services but did not got any help.

                                Please help me out.

                                Dear sir,
                                With great regret and heavy heart i have to inform you that one valuable item has been stolen from my checked luggage during travelling from lucknow to ahmedabad via delhi.

                                I was travelling by jet airways flight no 9w856 and 9w2690 on 23rd june 2017 from Lucknow to ahmedabad via delhi .

                                My luggage was scanned and sealed at lucknow airport and checked.

                                After reaching home ; i was shocked my gold ornament was missing or stolen while all other item were intact.

                                The ornament was being brought for gifting my wife and got huge shock when found the case empty at destination.

                                Dear sir, how much embarrassing the moment was can not be explained. The item cost was approximately 80~90 thousand which was gold bangles.

                                Although i have no hope of its recovery...but request you to investigate in the matter..it must be connivance between guard at scanning machine with other people who only knows about items inside the bags. Otherwise among hundreds of bags only my bag has been targeted.

                                I have called on help line and advised to email on this.

                                I attach herewith the image of bag, boarding pass, and details tagged by officer in the bag while check-in.

                                I request you to please investigate in the matter as it can be happen to any one which will deteriorate the brand value of jetairways and can be major loss to someone in future?

                                I also request you to please apprise me if any development happens in the matter.

                                I would be the happiest man if i got my lost asset.

                                  I booked delhi to manglore flight (3 july 2017) on 15 june 2017 and also return flight manglore to mumbai then mumbai to jaipur (5 july 2017). For some reason i am unable to go, for that i cancelled my ticket on 23 june 2017. My ticket cost was worth of 41, 983 and they refund only 4, 056. When i went for cancellation they did not inform me about their refund policy. I can't afford such a loss of 37, 927. Please help me

                                    Hi sir,
                                    This is regarding harassment of a passenger by jet airways flight... I had booked a flight from kolkata to bagdogra on 20th june. I reached the airport on time. Since there is an unrest condition persisting in north east including bagdogra i decided not to board the flight because it could be life threatening.
                                    Even airlines are aware of the situation in the north east. Now when i asked for the complete refund they are coming up with so many norms and regulation for not giving refund.

                                    These airlines have monopoly and do not look at the security and safety of the people. These cases do not happen frequently and are very rare cases in which they should show solidarity with the people of the country.
                                    I request the consumer forum please take this case seriously and intervene in this.

                                      I was supposed to travel in jet airways flight pnr vthxmi on 23rd june 2017. I reached to airport and standing in the queue for 1 hr. The lady in the counter was fighting with a group of ppl who were carrying extra luggage and that delayed the whole system. Now when i saw its 45 mnts left for the flight departure i hurried up and asked for my boarding pass. The lady in the counter informed booking had been closed and more than 10 passengers behind me were there who were told there was no seat left in the flight. And also there was no flight for that dare. When we asked why they didn't give us a call while we are standing in the queue for long the lady started shouting at me n started calling names and what not. I started requesting the lady that i have to urgently get the next flight she just shrugged off n said that's not their problem. Now my question is if i have a ticket for a flight how there will no seat available at that moment? If they gave a final call why 10 ppl could not hear that? And if i m standing in a queue how a lady in counter can waste everybody's time and fight over a particular passengers luggage and keep ppl waiting? I want lodge a complaint to consumers forum for this acute negligency and misbehaviour by jet airways. I make sure never ever fly by this airline in future and advise all not to travel by this airline.

                                        I traveled delhi to doha in business class on 29 april 2017 by jet airways flight no. 9w 554.
                                        On reaching doha, i observed that my baggage bearing tag no. 9w096087 did not arrive.
                                        I lodged the report to baggage service in doha vide report no. Doh9w11888.
                                        It is now 55 days, i'm yet to get any clue about the bag.
                                        There is no compensation or communication by the airline. They are not even replying to my mails also.
                                        Kindly help
