Dear officer it is brought to your notice that I cancelled the following tickets booked with jet airways on 12th of April. I booked these tickets on 28 March 2017 and the journey was on 23 april 2017 from Delhi to kolkata and further from kolkata to silchar ( assam)

However I did not receivethe refund till 1 st may despite getting a confirmation mail from jet airways on 12th of April itself. It says that I would receive the refund within 7 working days from cancellation but now it's been more then 18 days. They locked up my amount of rs 14500 for more then 20 days after cancellation. Moreover the refund given was just rs 720. Dear officer nobody cancels the ticket for fun. My wife met with a serious accident on 12th april so i had to cancel the flights. It is evident that jet airways is looting the people of this country and taking the system for a ride. They have trimendous cancellation charges and also they dont refund the amount in time. Please take necessary action at your end to stop these atrocities. Regards

    For flight on May 1st I used 18000 airmiles to book my ticket PNR AOKWVD. I wanted to change it to May 2nd flight but I was told it wasn't possible because if 2 sector to 1 sector flight. That change would have simply cost me 750 miles + the difference in ticket price. But, I had to buy a new ticket instead and I had to pay INR 2k per sector which cost me a total of 4000 miles and I had to pay for the ticket myself. Please look into this as I am really disappointed in your service and would never continue or recommend your services to anyone else. This rule is entirely arbitrary and unfair.

      I have made 2 bookings in the name of my wife and daughter on 9-mar-2017.
      I have yet to get the ticket either through phone or email.
      Besides, i have complained to 18-april @[protected]@jetairways.com as well as on 22-apr-2017 to [protected]@jetairways.com. They have not bothered to return any reply. My credit card company has already received the payment. Please also note that while calling jet airways at their number [protected] there is no provision of contacting their customer no.
      Very sloppy service. Jet airways should ensure that i get the ticket confirmation my email and phone.

          Rangan d s 0736 flight 24th april chennai to delhi seat 30 g my orginal driving licence was given to person in ticket counter for getting boarding pass at 9.02 am i went to scan my luggage after handing over my dl and ticket print, i returned and collected my boarding pass but he did not return my dl. I have ohoned several times to check and revert. I retuned by flight 0739 date 26th april seat 15 e. I again waited for 2 days presuming there will be a call from your office.
          Request you to kindly track the person with the details provided and retreive my driving licence.

            I have encountered the worst business class service ever while return flight from Milan to Delhi via Abu Dhabi at 1:17 pm 29th April 2017 (Flight 9w 211). My luggage did not arrive on time at New Delhi airport and is still missing. No one even knows where my bag is!! I was dealt very badly by customer care department by Ma Jyoti and was told that they have "Hundreds of lost luggage to deal with, not just mine!!!", next best thing would have been a verbal abuse to me from the customer care. Do you do this to Business class passengers ? From Abu Dhabi to Delhi flight was pathetic and Business class cabin was worst than Emirates economic class, Jet airways always had issues with baggage they were even checking and separating the baggage when people were boarding the flight and did not allow us to carry certain bags into the cabin. I did not know why Etihad airways has partnered with pathetic jet airways. Mine was corporate booking and I will suggest every one in my organization across 140 offices worldwide not use Etihad/Jet airways. Did I pay you for sending my luggage 2-3 days after my arrival at Delhi? Why should I pay you the business class fare? If I have to attend a function within few hours of my arrival and all my preparation stuff is in my bag what should I do? my purpose of reaching the destination is lost!!! I will most probably file a mishandling and business interruption suite against you due to my loss. There is no sense in paying you the business class when you have lost my luggage and it is arriving late. You guys even dont know where it is or if it is even there or not.

              Hi am shoun john purification. I was coming 28 april from mauritius to seychell to mumbai to dhaka. But i was coimg mumbai to dhaka jet airways. When i was coming dhaka i don't get my 2pc booking baggage. I have very important think in this baggage total 38 kg. Dhaka airport jet airways officer take my complain and give me one phone number. But i call this number lots time no one recive my call how i can get my baggage please help me.

                Dear sir,

                I have book flight ticket with make mytrips for jet airways flight no- 9W-461 from Mumbai to Chennai for 18.04.2017, and I have postponed date for 21.04.2017, Ticket no -598-[protected] and Booking ID-NF[protected].
                This flight was missed on 21.04.2017, I have cancelled the ticket on22.04.2017,
                Till now I am unable to get refund amount as well as not get the cancel ticket copy for confirmation.

                  The scheduled departure on 26th Apr 2017 at 12:55 hrs. I have reached the check in desk with my wife at 12:10 hrs after the unexpected traffic challenge, which is exactly 45 minutes before the departure time. The counter#10 in Mumbai Terminal 2 International Airport, the executive tried to reach other person to verify the check in allowed time and took 10 minutes. Later she strictly informed that they cannot allow as it was delayed. I never faced such a kind of poor service. I need the ticket fare back as I have arrived on time in the counter.

                    I am preetha deepak who flew from bangalore to mumbai in 9w 448 on 27th apr 2017. I had booked a jain meal which came without water and the chocolate bar. I requested the flight attendant ms. Gawa for water and she refused to give it. I had a foreigner seated next to me and ms. Gawa was parting additional chocolate bars with him. Please train your attendants to treat everyone equally. Racism by jet airways unacceptable. Learn to respect your own country folks!!

                      I boarded a jet flight from Bangalore to delhi. But due to some reasons it is been diverted to Jaipur. I have booked a train to Katra which is scheduled at 5:30pm on 27/04/17. Now, I am sure I am going to miss my train. Please help me with this. Please arrange me some conveyance to reach Katra on time. Or else please suggest me what to do as early as possible.

                        Very bad experience from jet airways... Worst experience

                        I have booked round trip ticket from dxb to trv on jan 20, 2017 and got confirmed. I travelled from trv to dxb. Few days before travelling back to trivandrum i got a message that flight time has been changed and a new ticket is confirmed to mumbai!!!. What is the use of getting that ticket. I tried to cancel the tickets and got the message that jet airways neither can or refund partially used tickets..
                        Truly cheated me...
                        I would never ever travel on jet airways or recommend to anyone!!!

                            Mr chaman lal visit booking agent office for extend the day for ticket but they denied

                              We travelled by 9w 376 24apr2017 del bom with 03 checked in luggage tag nos 9w946693/94/95. We were very happy to check in luggage at new delhi railway metro counter, its a nice initiative by jet airways as its very comfortable to travel hands free in delhi.
                              But on reaching home while opening the bags we found its in tampered conditions, opened by someone and in the bargain damaged the chains.
                              Since there were no costly items, nothing was missing but 02 out of 03 bag's chains found damaged and had to repair it now.
                              Although this check in baggage at metro station is good but such kind of incidences put question marks. I request jet airways to identify the problems and make this system secure and full proof.

                                I am Mathew Alexander did on line booking for my travel by Jet Airways and confirmation ticket has been received. However, I received a mail confirming that my return date has been changed from 8th May to 7th May. I wonder how Jet airways can change my travel date with out my consent. Is Jet Airways is the one deciding when I should travel? Please reply.

                                  My pnr is ekscgl.. I was on flt 9w 465 to chennai this morning.. This is my first visit to the city.. At the baggage claim i was told that my bag is held in mumbai because of a power bank... This morning when i was checking in, the power bank was in my purse.. I misread the policy and asked the girl at the counter if i need to put the power bank in my check in bag.. She was on the phone and nodded her said so i thought since she said yes i our it in my bag... I agree it is my fault in misreading the information but she did not even clarify as i our the power bank in my check in bag in front of her... You can check the camera as well... I am a diabetic patient and my medicines are in the bag... I am totally new to this place as i've come her for official purposes with no contact person.. I called and i've been told that it is in process.. Now i don't know when my bag will arrive.. Also i'm in no position to collect the bag form the airport so i request for it to be sent to the hotel ibis at the city centre.. My room no. Is 1121. Would request you to help me please since i don't know anything about this place and need my medication too.. This is causing me major inconvenience and i'm helpless..

                                    I reached airport by 5.10 exact. I was standing in que for boarding as i was not able to got print. Then my turn came by 5.20 n suddenly they said mam you are late. We can't do anything. U can check with reservation counter fr next flight. I thought they are shifting me with their next flight but when i came in counter then they said sorry. Ticket was 9000 rs n they saying we will give just 210rs.. But it was not my mistake.. Staff spoke with me so harsh.. Like they are obliged me...

                                      I travelled from chennai to singapore on 29/march/2017 via jet airways flight no.9w13726. After reaching to singapore i found my bag was damaged. This bag was purchased before a 10 days and i could not imagine the way it was damaged. So i went to counter of jet airways and complained for the damage bag.                                       Your company is deaf while i'm complain ting for this incident. Please m=take neccessary actions for futher.

                                        I am Dr. Gargi and a frequent flyer of JET AIRWAYS and was travelling with my husband and infant daughter on April 16, 2017 from Delhi to Mumbai in the morning 7:05 flight. I was having excess luggage and was ready to pay for the excess and i asked the staff to allow me to manage my weight, as i was allowed to take 14 kg in the hand baggage. She in return started misbehaving and thrown B. Passes on my face, when i reacted and yelled at her, she created a huge drama. the other two ladies from JET also started telling me that she has not done that we know her and kept speaking their point. Being all alone in front of three jet staff i had to be kept quite even after the humiliating words of Jet staff. and one more thing, crying is not a ground of defence. though your staff was not crying at all but others was unnecessary cribbing that she is crying to make me prove wrong. This is very wrong approach.

                                        Jet airways staff is to assist, help and guide us and not to put us in trouble.
                                        when my husband told them that we would complaint she simply told "Yes go ahead, we are not bothered of any complaint".

                                        This shows that how lineint Jet is to take and act on complaints.
                                        I know nothing would happen, so we have decided to never travel by JET AIRWAYS AND would also spread the word in our friend family and office so that the could also stop travelling by JET AIRWAYS In coming future.

                                        Seat denied after confirmed tickets from mumbai to udaipur. since I have a confirmed ticket and have an urgent meeting in Udaipur, hence I can not voluntarily leave my seat and yet I am being forced to leave my seat and wait for another flight. Thats damaging my work as well as wasting my time.
