I am Dr. Gargi and a frequent flyer of JET AIRWAYS and was travelling with my husband and infant daughter on April 16, 2017 from Delhi to Mumbai in the morning 7:05 flight. I was having excess luggage and was ready to pay for the excess and i asked the staff to allow me to manage my weight, as i was allowed to take 14 kg in the hand baggage. She in return started misbehaving and thrown B. Passes on my face, when i reacted and yelled at her, she created a huge drama. the other two ladies from JET also started telling me that she has not done that we know her and kept speaking their point. Being all alone in front of three jet staff i had to be kept quite even after the humiliating words of Jet staff. and one more thing, crying is not a ground of defence. though your staff was not crying at all but others was unnecessary cribbing that she is crying to make me prove wrong. This is very wrong approach.
Jet airways staff is to assist, help and guide us and not to put us in trouble.
when my husband told them that we would complaint she simply told "Yes go ahead, we are not bothered of any complaint".
This shows that how lineint Jet is to take and act on complaints.
I know nothing would happen, so we have decided to never travel by JET AIRWAYS AND would also spread the word in our friend family and office so that the could also stop travelling by JET AIRWAYS In coming future.
