My ticket dysywa[protected] for 9w-621 dated 6th may 2017 purchased through paytm and inadvertently the first name has been printed as 'swapnakamal ' sarkar instead of 'swapankumar' sarkar. Within two minutes i contacted the customer care of jet airways and they adviced me to ask concerned agent. The paytm authority expressed their inability to correct the misspelled name and thereafter i made several communications with customer care, infodesk & guest relations through mail. Even i sent the photocopies of all my govt. Id's in support of my request. With utter surprise yesterday i received one mail from some d pujary who advised me to contact in a toll free number where despite several attempts i failed to communicate my problem.
The case is simple one as the spelling of my first name is to be modified. Being a senior citizen i feel embarrassed in this noncooperative attitude and also feel insecure as i am returning from switzerland in that date with my spouse and to avail this flight from mumbai to kolkata.
Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Thanks ! At last jet airways responded ( from ph.No[protected] to my complaint and informed me that only my ticket has been cancelled from their end. The ticket was of three persons including my spouse.They insisted me to buy a fresh ticket with a higher price. About the refund the caller from jet airways assured me to get back the money after deducting some charges. Though detached from my family in my return journey, I am happy that at last my ticket is cancelled which relieves my unnecessary and unwanted stress.
Now, it's the time to wait and see the next course of action regarding early refund of my cancelled ticket.

    Dear sir,

    I have booked my flight Mumbai to Jaipur on 17 April 2017 in flight no ( 9W2055) . I have done my web check in 24 hours in advance. But still when I reached at the Mumbai Airport around 55 Min before my flight time . the officers of the jet airways said that the flight is close . when i asked them that how they can close the flight 55 min before . They said sir we cant do anything fight is close .

    This is not first time i have faced this kind of problem. Many times with jet airways we face this problem. Jet Airways done overbooking in flights and they close the boarding before the 45 min which is against the rules of airport authorities .

    So this our request not to use just kind fraud ideas to make profits to your lines airlines because due to this many customers face problems .

    So It is my humble request to the higher authorities of the jet airways to look into this matter seriously .

      I have traveled on saturday 15th 2017 from kolkata to dammam but i have reached on time for the connection flight from dammam to mumbai. Your guys changed the ticket through muscut to dammam and it was so difficult for me with my family since the timing was changed completely. After reaching to airport (Dammam) one of my luggage is missing. I didn't get until today. There are many important things are in my luggage.

        I travelled from Delhi to Toronto on April 13, 2017. At Toronto airport, they gave me a reference number and told that I will receive my baggage within 24 hours and its more than 72 hours and I have still not received my baggage. My husband tried reaching the number provided to me at Toronto airport but even after numerous calls, no one answered and not even returned the call after leaving the message.

        Contacted Mumbai office today(April 17) at the number provided on the website again and the CSR mentioned that they are still trying to find the baggage at Delhi Airport.
        Pathetic Service provided by Jet Airways and will not be travelling again with Jet Airways.

          Hi
          i have travelled from stavanger norway to mumbai via abudabhi from on 30 Jan 2017.(ticket number : [protected].

          When i have landed in mumbai, i have been told my bag will arrive ( tag number : KL893846).

          Next day i got call from jet airways, my bag is on way to my house but after 24 hours they called me and said bag was for somebody else, ...

          it has been 80 days but nothing has been done on my baggage. i have been calling Jet airways altername days but niothing has been happen.

          is it the way Jet airways work.??

          For first, they told me bag will come and it never come ..

          they still need confirmation from pune airport.

          at this point i am not sure, what will be next action i shoudl take as bag has very valuable items as well as documentation.

          Hoping get my bag rather that compensation..

              I have booked tickets for 11 aug 2017 mumbai to chennai for 13.05 hrs and then cancelled after 5 min and booked other flight for 16.30 from mumbai to chennai, all that i have received is rs.600/- towards my refund. On my call jet said these are non refundable tickets.
              Have jet airways not sold my cancelled tickets to any other customer, if yes then y dont i get my complete refund when the company is making double profit on same tickets.
              On their ticket cancellation article dated 16th jan 2015 they had mentioned that they will charge cancellation fees, then y are they charging airline fees.

                Hi,

                I had accumulated some points over the past several years as a part of Jet Airways priviledge programme. Recently my tier was upgraded owing to some thresholds being met, however, i didnt get to know about it since i did not receive any email/msg/courier from them.

                I realised about the upgrade only when i was travelling one day and the counter executive told me my tier was upgraded post which i realised that all my details linked to my account had been changed incorrectly without any PRIOR intimation to me.

                I then had a word with their customer care and got the details corrected after which i realised that around 20, 000 points have been redeemed from my account incorrectly for flights from Delhi-Udaipur-Delhi in December end. I was in Mumbai throughout the period and havent taken those flights. Have enough evidence to show that. further, the upgrade voucher and other benefits that i was supposed to receive from them, have been given to someone else. How could they just redeem the points without any prior checks on the same. They had some address of Hyderabad wherein I have never stayed in that city ever.

                Despite telling their customer care zillion times that its incorrect and i havent travelled they are refusing to refund those points to my account. Really need your help in fighting this case as those were the points which i have accumulated over years for them to redeem it to some fraud.

                  2 times tried to take a ticket from jet airways mobile apps and website, but both time I failed to get a booking. I submitted all information and payment details. but after payment release it showing error message.

                    Hello Sir / Madam, during my flight from Dammam to Bangalore . Jetairways was unable to deliver my laggage . I had complained in their office right after it was found lost . They promised me to deliver my luggage with in 24 hours and they didn't . It's been 12 days . No update has happend. They are supposed to provide me a delayed baggage compensation

                      I visited India last month and boarded the Jet Airways flight from Amsterdam.My luggage went missing- I had some business and personal meeting. So all my clothes and accessories. The baggage remained untraceble for 3/4 days. Naturally, It was short tour hence I had buy cloths etc. I was told to submit my proof that I stay in US that I provided to them, but in spite of that no claim was transferred to my account. Neither any email is sent to me on my claim (Missing luggage No.(DL 404559). This is my is worst kind of flying experience. These Airlines who can't meet customer service to the minimum level should be penalised and banned from operation.

                        This is kalpesh Gandhi we booked the flight from Toronto to Bombay on nov-24-2016 and it was 5 o[censored]s including my 2 year old son, when we arrived on Toronto pearson airport the person on check in counter put tag on my luggage only up to London so I had to take my luggage from arrival and go through custom and all of that had to take 10 big luggage bag in underground train to next terminal carry all of that so I missed my flight because of that no help from the airline no compensation had to carry all of those luggage back to different terminal with my 2 year old son after fighting with the airline they put me on air Etihad they charge me $320 us dollar saying my luggage is over weight ? they checked my luggage weight at Canada airport and it was fine. so after getting robbed my air Etihad flight was late so we arrived late at the Dubai airport so we missed the flight again due to late flight. so we had to argue with the jet air to put us on a flight we had to wait 7 hours on Dubai airport so we got to india after 3 days.                           When we have already mentioned a wheelchair it must be made sure we get one. If there is a patient you cannot ask them to walk down the stairs or get on to a bus. If they could they wouldn't have booked a wheelchair in the first place. Unnecessarily causing trouble to patients has been seen throughout all our recent travels. You cannot ask them to follow the long queue even when they are asking you for a wheelchair. One of your attendant saw my mother and told her you look fine so u wont be getting a wheelchair even when she has difficulty walking and also she had it mentioned on her tickets and boarding card. You cannot trouble patients with your poor management skills.

                          We had a similar problem with my parents travelling from Canada to India in November 2016 and then on their return flight in March 2017. I lodged a complaint the first time - Jet Airways refused to provide wheelchair assistance that was booked months in advance to my dad who suffers from a weak heart, had bypass surgery, knee arthritis and renal problems. However, Jet Airways staff ridiculed my dad saying he looks healthy. Does a passenger needs to look weak as a feather or dying before he can get service that he already paid for and was carrying medical certificate? And after being assured that this will not be repeated on the return flight, my dad still did not get wheelchair assistance. I have lodged a complaint online, and waiting for response from Jet Airways. Very disappointed with this inhuman treatment.

                            On the 29th March 2017, I rescheduled my ticket travelling from IXC to Del to LHR. This was done over the phone ([protected]) and the ticket was re-booked for 15th April 2017. Although I was told by my travel agent that the first change would be free of charge and I was charged more than 300 pounds to have the change of ticket. I was told that the e-ticket will be issued and sent to my e-mail within 2 hours, it is now 8 DAYS and still there is no sign of any e-ticket. I have made numerous telephone calls on the above number and each time I am told that I should wait another 24 hours because there is a problem with the system reading the credit card number. When I made the payment, I offered to pay with debit card but the personnel insisted that it should be done with credit card. The service being a Jet Priviledge Member is totally unsatisfactory.

                            I wish this to be passed on to the senior manager and have it resolved without further delay.

                            If there was a technical hitch, the customer services should have the courtsey to e-mail me indicating the problem, then I would not have to waste my time and your time by making several telephone calls. Can you please acknowledge this complaint ASAP.

                              Dear Mr. Regan Dsa,

                              It is more than 10 working days after my return journey for ticket GGCQVF (Attached for reference) had been initiated by your customer support and was told that the amount of Rs.1784 x 2 = Rs.3568 will be refunded back into my HDFC account (Netbanking). Until now I did not receive any information regarding the same.

                              Please help initiate the same at the earliest.
                              I think being a Jet privilege customer (No.[protected], I am not satisfied with the customer support and such other support by jet airways staff.

                              I am not sure what happened to Jet airways staff now a days. Why Jet airways is behaving with regular customers like this and too with a Jet Privilege customer.

                              I did not think Jet service will degrade so badly.

                              I should think of not booking any more flights with Jet airways here after and will also let my collegues (from IT industries) and family members and friends around the universe not to book any more Jet airways flights directly or through any agents.

                              I am ashamed to call me as a Jet privilege member nowadays.

                              Please look into this seriously and refund the amount due to cancellation at the earliest possible date.

                                Sir/Madam,
                                I was supposed to travel by the 9W 762 (06:10 am) flight from Mumbai to Delhi on the 5th April 2017, when I was not allowed to board the flight even though I had reached the check in counter by 05:20 am, having done an online checked in and having my mobile boarding pass (seat number was 29F) & no check in luggage the supervisor or manager at the Jet airways check in counter Mr Anil Singh refused to let me board saying check in has been shut. I showed him my mobile boarding pass explaining that I was already checked in and was unable to print the hard copy of the boarding pass through the kiosk machine. He told me to get a hard copy of the boarding pass only then will he allow me to board the flight. He did not give me a print of the boarding pass nor was I able to get it at the kiosk machine. By the time 10 - 15 minutes had passed explaining to him the situation after which he said its not possible and you are late. I was travelling to Delhi for an exam which I have now missed & which will have a negative impact on my career all because of Jet Airways staff. What is the use of having done an online checked In and having a mobile boarding pass. As far as I am aware the staff at the check in counter is supposed to provide me with a hard copy of the boarding pass, which did not happen in my case. Jet Airways staff doesn't seem to know the terms and conditions of their company & how to treat their customers. I request you to please look into the matter and I would like a refund of my ticket as it was because of Jet Airways staff that I was not allowed to board the flight and missed it.

                                  My wife made tele checkin today[protected] @ 9 am and got the seat as 10 A and 10B. A staff Mr. Vinesh (Counter:6 ) purposefully changed the seat without any information to 34A and 34B. This is a real case of disrespect and misbehaviour to the passenger. I want an immediate action against your counter staff Mr. Vinesh. He even do not allow the permitted baggage for my wife, which contains the food stuff for my small baby(allowed baggage is 78, in ticket the baggage it was clearly written that they can carry 84kg). i really want a serious and immediate action against this staff( Mr. Vinesh). you are requested to inform me the proper action taken against him.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that the jetairways people behaved very badly to my wife and they did not allow the proper baggage of 84 Kg for my wife. As per the ticket she was allowed to 37 and my son was allowed to carry 37 and infant was allowed to carry 10 kg baggage. but jetairways staff allowed only 78kg and they misbehaved to her very badly in the airport. this is a serious case of misbehaviour. As we are regular passenger of jetairways. i want you to take necessary action against the person who collected her baggage. The Jetairways airport manager told me that she is the airport and she will take action against him. when i checked with the trivandrum airport, but she not on duty.

                                  I really want a serious action for this case.

                                    I bought two tickets from bangalore to mumbai, for january 25th. However, on january 23th, i had to cancel.
                                    So when i entered the site to manage my tickets, i had a message saying that i could cancel my tickets 24 hours in advance, that i would not pay any fine or fee, and that i would have the refund.

                                    However, after much insisting to have my refund, it was done only on february 25th, made at a much lower value than the amount paid.

                                    So i made a complaint, and the company said that the value was discounted fines and fees. Saying that this information was on the site, and that the free cancellation was only with 24 after the schedule.

                                    This information was not clear on the part of managing the flight, saying that i could cancel without fees. And even if, if he were saying he would have fees, he did not mention the value.
                                    If i had known it would be so much, i would not have done it.

                                    Now they do not answer me any more, and they do not give me feedback on what happened.

                                    I want my full refund, as was mentioned at the time of cancellation.

                                      With due respect and regards i like to inform that i got confused. That which i had call and they say they are form jet airline company. And said to me if i am interested i have to deposit ₹1800 after that is done. Next they call me up and that is have to send ₹4500 for my documents verification charge and then on next day i had a call against which i had to deposit ₹13000 as an offer letter modification charge and lastly​ today they call me up and said that i have been appointed in ground staff in dimapur airport nagaland. And told me to deposit rs 23, 000 as a training amount. Which i had to deposit on monday so before i deposit the money let me know is it real or fake.                                         This is Mohammed Nasir here, I had updated my profile information in shine.com and I had got the call from one of the consultancy for interview in jet airways and they told me to make the payment of RS.2000/- then after the 1st round online test they asked to make the payment of 9500/- then 20800/- then 40800/- after making so much of amount I came to know that it's fake with the help of offer letter which they had sent. I told them I need to quit this here itself because they had asked me to make the payment of 35000/- more then for the cancellation of my profile they asked to pay 5000/- and told me my whole amount of 78100/- will be refunded with in 2 hours on my account. I made the payment of 5000/- for cancellation of my profile on Saturday 28/04/2018. Now they are not responding my calls. They had told me they are tied up with the jet airways and there consultancy name is “global employment solutions.”
