While i was doing booking on 18march 2017 from bangalore delhi return tickets my transaction got declined and i got a massage of that bank (Sms), after that i spoke with the jet airways official mr. Shiv on 1.30 night for about 45 min and requested him to either cancel and do refund or reschedule my wrong booking but to my surprises he told me the exhorbidant amount of rescheduling which is more than the tickets price and refused to help me in this matter of waiver of rescheduling fee.
Since i am a mother of two kids and flying all alone, and i don't have time and speak to call centre people, i am completely dissatisfied, disappointed and dishearted with jet airways services, would never recommend it to anyone.
Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest to save me from mental harrassment.

    First of all thanks to this forum.

    Refund of a ticket[protected] I cancelled on 24th Feb was pending till 15th March ( till I submitted my first complaint to this forum - reference ). Post my submission of the complaint (complaint reference number[protected] on the forum, when I called customer care, I was told my refund is processed but again to disappoint, Jet airways refunded only 10% of the actual amount supposed to be refunded. Customer care and reservations have been making false promises and asking me to wait since them.

    They started giving me new reasons that may be I am not platinum card holder( which actually I am) etc. In reality, I cancelled my ticket within 24 hours of booking which falls under Jetairways 0 penalty scheme( applicable to all). In any scenario, I am eligible to get this refund. Luckily, I had saved the system generated refund receipt at time of cancellation, otherwise these morons( sorry, but I don't have better word after such bad experience) would have announced this complaint dismissed.

    In end, verbally they had to accept their system error but still hesitating making a written communication mentioning the balance refund 90% amount, which I should get and the exact timelines. They are not even ready to acknowledge the complaint by giving a valid reference number now.

    I swear, platinum members are getting worst experience. Had I not had enough knowledge of policies, I had lost the entire amount.

    Hope the forum can help me to get my refund before the due date of my credit card statement.

      I have traveled from Kolkata to Delhi in 9W 964 PNR VXXKRE
      During collection of my Luggage, i found luggage handle completely broken (for the reference, i am attaching the Pic) I have raised the complain (Ref ID[protected] to Mr Harkaran Singh and Ms NAZISH at Delhi Airport Jet Airways Counter .
      They have assured me that my baggage will be repaired by Jet Airways with Original branded handle, same company (Swiss Military)
      They have repaired with local stuff which is easily breakable .
      I was behind them to repair with the same company handle now they are replaying that they will not help me further.
      I feel like cheated by the Airlines.

        I am pasting last communication to the jetairways regarding my refund pending for 3+ weeks. Customer care sucks on call as well as on email. I received my credit card statement with over-shot amount before them.

        Complaint number[protected]

        //jet airways sucks. Its more than 3 weeks since my refund is pending. Its more than 10 calls to your customer care to hear their inability to provide solution and request for 24 to 72 more hours for processing my complaint.
        Its been 10 days, since i am writing to your customer care and privilege member email id.

        I received my credit card statement overshooting the due amount because jet airways is quite inefficient and could not process the refund of 24th feb till 15th march.

        As mentioned in my last email, i am filing a consumer case after such a disappointing treatment to a platinum card holder.

          My pnr bigygw with ticket number[protected].

          I have initially paid the amount for myself (Saketh pedagandham), sudha pedagandham, gopal pedagandham.

          The sector i have booked is hyderabad - mumbai - dubai - mumbai - hyderabad. Then as there is schedule change in mumbai - hyderabad sector they have agreed to reschedule for hyd - mumbai - dubai - abudhabi - hyderabad.

          Now, i came to know that uae visa for 7 days is strictly for 7 days before immigration check. As i took 7 days visa which is expiring on 26th night 11 59 pm uae time. As because of schedule change i cannot stay in uae more. The revised ticket i thought it is from dubai so immigration is in dubai. But from sources i came to know that immigration is from abu dhabi not from dubai so my visa is not permitting me to stay.

          Kindly cancel the bookings for mrs. Sudha pedagagandham and mr. Gopal pedagandham immediately as there is a problem with visa. I will be travelling for the same iternary as i have a valid visa more than 7 days.

          Also note that only because of schedule change of jet airways it has happened and i need 100 % refund for the following booking for 2 passengers. Then i will book another flight which is not from jet airways which is suiting my travel and visa. Hope all things will be smooth in this process. Expecting a quick reply from your end.

            I am a frequent flyer of Jet Airways and so are several of my family members. I have a Jet Privilege (JP) account and so do they. I want to merge multiple JP accounts now so that we can use these miles which we have all earned through purchases made by our money, so that I can book an overseas ticket.

            I have submitted this request months back, and nothing has happened. I then submitted a fresh request 20 days back and still there is no movement. Every 3 days I send an email asking for an update and I get the same response saying give us more time.

            On their site they regularly advertise that anyone can merge their JP accounts and create a Family account. This is impossible though. They send a link for verification in the email which I click on. Then they say we will get a verification call, which never comes. This is something that should be done immediately, let alone take weeks or months for. This is misleading advertising by them as they clearly have no indication now of merging these accounts.

            I had assumed that I would merge these accounts and use these miles that have been earned over many months to get a ticket. Because of this delay by the company I will have to purchase that ticket now, when the prices have become costlier. Needless to say they will take no responsibility for this or bear the expenses for that.

            This amounts to gross violation of customer rights, false advertising, terrible customer service and total disregard of an issue that has just been escalating for something very small and simple.

            If Jet Airways does not intend to merge JP accounts and allow the creation of a Family account, then they should simply remove all mention of such an option from their website. And not make people think that this is an option for them. I am more than happy to use our individual JP accounts, but Jet Airways has misled me to believe otherwise.

              This is to inform you that the captioned flight was booked on 30 jan 17 for travelling on 10 .03.17 from ahd to lko . The said flight was supposed to depart on 15.55 pm on 10 mar 17, but in the morning of 10 mar 17 I received a msg from jet airways stating, "dear guest, your flight 9W645/10 mar will depart from 39 A. Plz reconfirm the gate at the airport. Approx talktime to gate after security check is 15 min. Boarding gate will close 25 min prior to departure.since delhi airport is a silent airport no boarding announcement will be made." after receiving this I immediately called on toll free no [protected] and enquired About my flight timings, they informed me that my flight has been rescheduled from 15.55 pm to 5.45 am . I was shocked knowing this how u can rescheduled flight without intimating me and also informed me that there is no other flight to lko on same day. This is to further inform you that my bday party was scheduled to held on the eve on 10 march which was completely washed out due to preponement of the flight of jet airways.. due to this I suffer huge economical loss so I demand compensation of atleast 2 lacs n apologize, within time line of 2 days.                 This is with reference to my PNR TUJXOI for my flight on 17th March from Mumbai to Rajkot for Rs.3, 579. Due to some unavoidable reasons I had to cancel this ticket and when I called today the contact center confirmed that only Rs.138 would be refunded. This is not only shocking but totally unacceptable as all the due taxes, vat or service charges etc have to be refunded. I understand its a non-refundable ticket but I still eligible for refund of all taxes paid on the this ticket (PNR ref: TUJXOI). But shocking truth is 'Jet Airways' holding back even the taxes and no were its expressed on conveyed to the customers/passengers. Jet Airways cheating customers and I want firm actions be initiated immediately please.

                  Sir/ madam,
                  I am a resident of mumbai, i planned a vacation to raipur on 12.03.2017.
                  My tickets were pre-booked in above mentioned flight from Mumbai to raipur at 5.55am flight.

                  I reached Chatrapati Shivaji airport at 4.40am and went to jet konnect counter, there the staff said that I need to wait till 5.15am because of overboarding. And gave me boarding pass at 5.20am. I reached gate 50 in international airport at 5.35am after security check and they said the counter is closed and you can't board the flight because the boarding is closed.
                  I was just minutes late because of late boarding pass issued My tickets in total cost rs. 3700/- .
                  Staff on the counter was so rude, ruthless and incorporative that no one was ready to answer any of our questions and they didn’t help us board the flight even. Staff there literally left the counter and went somewhere because we were asking them to let us board the flight.I want you to show me the details of my seats whether my seats were empty or anyone else was traveling on my seat. If you want you can check the cctv footage of my arrival and how jet staff was behaving when there was ample of time left for boarding. No one was ready to check or corporate. Jet staff said that this is our general protocol and we have to follow the rules. And, I was straight away denied to board.

                    My daughter ms sai pooja traveled on jet airways from bangalore to mangalore on 16th dec'16. Her brand new suit case was damaged (Irreparable) by jetairways : bagage tag ref no. 9w875744 (Complaint lodged)
                    I had made number of calls to customer care and mangalore jetairways. We get response from customer care which states that they are following up with mangalore. Jet airways mangalore team never picks up the call and very rarely responds on mail (S). Last response on 3rd march'17 was that "give us 3days time to transfer funds to your account"
                    During 1st week of jan'17 we were informed that they are taking clearance for compensation. 3rd week of jan'17 we were informed that they got the clearance and requested for our account details. Same was given on 21st jan'17.
                    So far the issue is not closed. What is frustrating is that we do not get any response from jet airways to our mails or calls

                      10 lb cereal, 5 similac neosure baby milk powder, 2 johnnywaker blue 1.5 Lt, 2 big box snarks, 5 box, i i paid air 2 1 camera, 4 jeans 5 t shirts polo, 2 box new born baby dippers, 2 box 2 yr old dippers, 5 bottles kids medicine, 1 electric tooth brash, 2 big bag m & m bags, 5 sari, 5 PC me and my wife undergarments, 8 to 10 kids clothing's. also we have to by all items till we was waiting for our bags i also add all receipts and when i receive my bags the they both was very damages i also add photo when i receive that so i well like composition for all items missing and damage plus all they incontinence we have to go through .

                          Travelled from Jet Airways flight from Chennai to Mumbai ( Flight No 9W 686) and Mumbai to Nagpur ( Flight No S2 4179).
                          Travel date: 9th March 2017
                          PNR from Chennai to Nagpur: UPUOEV
                          Through baggage was checked in Chennai to Nagpur after screening in Chennai. Jet Airways never alerted about carrying Mobile power bank ( Screening was done by jet airways). After reaching Nagpur my luggage was never reached. jet airways staff never responded for the lost. Need to search Jet airways counter for lodging complaint. After 2 hours of waiting in Airport they informed that Bag is held in Mumbai. Authority letter was written for removing power bank from my bag and send to Nagpur. Bag contained medicines, cash and clothes which was important to me. Nagpur jetairways responded badly without hearing to our grievance and told will inform when bag comes. Never made arrangements to send their counterpart in Mumbai to track the luggage, discuss with Airport authority for clearance and send to Nagpur. Till now luggage is not received and one answer from Nagpur Jet airways is "will call you when luggage reaches Nagpur".
                          But GOD knows' it is when. Really Bad experience one can go through with jet airways service team having no feelings.

                            Our PNR numbers are LVMKRN and NWRCUT for 19th March 2017 from MUM to IXC. Jet airwars has informed by email that this flight is cancelled due to repir work at Chandigarh airport. This has caused too much inconveniece, as our next connected programs are fixed. Now, due to cancellation of this flight, we are forced to prepone our journey to 18th March 2017 by 9W 471 and we have no arrangements to stay overnight at Chandigarh. Therefore, pl. arrange to our overnihgt accommodation on 18th night at Chandigarh airport or nearyby hotel. Look forward to your early response,

                              Good day, I and family member was travel today 8/3/2017 from Doha to Mumbai PNR's (OGXLZJ, RIOGVJ) & Mumbai to Vizag PNR's (RJLGLL), As per jet airways reservation replay mail i was eligible to carry 30 kg weight per person, but jet air ways ground level staff in Mumbai not allowed as per their replay mail statement as a common policy. Ground level staff shouted and saying that mail copy was fake can be generate any one. Finally I paid 6500 rupees Now i need justification and should be return back the amount. Jet airways ground staff doesn't No, their policy. I was lit bit of nervous when i was received bad treatment from ground staff.
                              Here i am attaching mail copy which they sent me as a common policy for all those who travelling domestic to international with connection flight with in 12hrs they are eligible 30kg. Do justification.

                              We regret the inordinate delay in reverting to your concern.

                              This is with reference to your email pertaining to baggage allowance.

                              We wish to inform you that the baggage allowance for the domestic flight is the same as international travel.

                              The flight is within 12 hours connection, hence the same baggage allowance will be applicable for domestic flight.

                              Guest can show the onward travel ticket to get the boarding pass issued for international travel.

                                Hi team
                                I don't know where to start from but I thought I wouldn't mention this to the team as I was done with your company but didn't stopped me to write into this.
                                Me and my entire family is traveling from Europe and Australia every year and we have the same route more often from Mumbai till Vadodara. This time I had such a bad experience from the team of Vadodara who sits in the check in department. I didn't wanted to mention the name but I have to as he challenged me that it won't affect him in any circumstances.. his name is Vishal raval at Vadodara airport..
                                I was traveling from Vadodara to Mumbai and Mumbai to Australia and the I had over weight luggage where I tried to explain the guy that I had international flight and I had more weight allowed in my international flight. However I was been told to pay 500inr per kg where as when I came from Australia I paid 100inr per kg. My argument started from their as I had a proof of my receipt that what I paid from Mumbai to Vadodara but the guy VISHAL RAVAL AT VADODARA airport didn't wanted to listen and started ignoring me... not only that he was busy talking to phone, while people where waiting for check in. This such a shame that when I asked for manager he told me that he himself was manager, how disgusting was that a manager itself didn't know how to talk to his customer... not only with me but he was rude to another few customers... I was so annoyed by his behaviour and told him that I would take this further and his attitude was "jo ukadna woh ukadlena" by showing his batch what his name was.Moreover I asked him that to give my seat with my partner together but he still ignored me and gave me and my partner different seats in flight. How disgusting..!
                                I am such a annoyed customer and didn't expected this from your MANAGER. JUST BECAUSE OF OF MANAGER MR VISHAL RAVAL AT VADODARA AIRPORT I WOULD SAY THAT THIS WAS MY LAST AND FINAL FLIGHT WITH JET AIRWAYS AND WOULD NEVER EVER FLY WITH YOUR COMPANY WHO RECUIRTS MANNERLESS EMPLOYEES. I WILL MAKE SURE NON OF MY FAMILY AND FRIEND WILL FLY WITH JET AIRWAYS AND WILL MAKE SURE NAME AND SHAME EVERY MOMENT POSSIBLE JUST BECAUSE OF VISHAL RAVAL

                                  I was traveling from kolkata to delhi last december and i had a connecting flight from other airlines to london and in the way they damaged my bag and when i went to the customer counter, officer there was unhappy to help and stated to insult me my saying that i have overloaded my baggage and then i wrote to the customer service on website they didn't give help telling me that i don't have enough information. However, i sent them photos and a complaints copy which i have already forwarded them.

                                    My PNR Nos is RPAXXC which i has booked flight from Kolkata to New Delhi to Jaipur tckt of me with my Parents (who are Senior Citizen) for dated 07.03.2017 through one of agent.On 05.03.2017 my agent call and told that my morning flight has been rescheduled and due to reschedule plan i will not be able to take my connecting flight from Delhi to Jaipur and he has given nos. of Jet Airways for further assistance of my travelling plan, i called in customer care and Jet Airways executive assured me for re plan of my travelling instead of 07.03.2017 to 06.03.2017 and told that revised ticket i can get within 4 hrs.On 06.03.2017 we packed all of our Luggage and cancelled all my meetings etc and get ready in early morning but unfortunately as well as due to ignorance of Jet Airways we did not get any ticket for 06.03.2017.My full family has been harassed by Jet Airways, therefore i am demanding strict action against Jet Airways with Compensation.Thanks

                                      I have been using jet privilege card no[protected] for a very long time. Due to the fact i am a frequent traveler i usually prefer to take jet as part of the point program.

                                      To my surprise one day in nov i found that i was not able to login to my account and my account details were changed. I contacted jp customer care and they corrected my account details and i was able to access my account.

                                      Later to my surprise i fund in jan i found my account details changed again and i was not informed also some redemptions were also done from i. E. Have written several mails to them and till date i have not got any resolution the points are redeemed by some other person.

                                      I am still losing on my points.
                                      Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Dear Your above mentioned flight is delayed by two hours. Dear it is not up to the expectation of passengers.

                                        I am writing to you in connection with the above flight which I was booked
                                        onto on 09.01.2017 travel date as 12 Feb 2017, more than 1 month in
                                        advance. The flight was supposed to depart from Delhi on 12.02.2017 at
                                        12.45 hr but connecting flight(9W 7101)from Bangalore got cancelled. Due
                                        to your negligence and most horrified treatment my dependent children at
                                        airport I am now consulting an advocate to file a case against your
                                        Airlines.

                                        After boarding the 9.15 AM flight and waiting inside the aircraft for
                                        more than 1 Hr your staff deplaned the passengers and subsequently
                                        cancelled the flight to Delhi and put the passengers into lot of hardship
                                        with out proper water and food for one full day.For this type of
                                        negligence, your Airlines has to be sued and prosecuted in an appropriate
                                        court. your airlines could accommodate an alternate flight only after 9
                                        Hrs waiting at Bangalore Airport. (instead of 9.15 AM 6.15 PM).

                                        Action Required bi Your Airlines : Actual amount for Delhi to Amritsar(9W
                                        2791)not traveled sector with adequate compensation amount need to be
                                        settled directly to my Bank A/C with in next 2 working days. in case of
                                        non settlement Pl treat this as a legal notice for filing a civil suit ina
                                        court of Law.
