Jet Airways, just randomly decided to suspend my JP account no.[protected] without sending me any kind of communication. I got to know of this only when I couldn't update my frequent flyer no. while doing the web checkin. This is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable from Jet Airways at all. If this is how they treat long term gold class members, I really doubt if they treat the normal flyers properly. I'll refrain from using Jet in the future.

    I have booked a International travel from web, and later found that the Insurance was also provided along with the flight tickets, which i don't want. Hence i called customer care and they said to write the information to [protected]@jetairways.com. I sent my first email on the day i booked a flight, which is on 12th Jan. After that i did multiple follow-ups on mail and customer care. At last i came to know from customer care that the request was taken and refund would happen soon, however after that i didn't receive any refund for a month. When i again called them today, surprising they didn't had any information about this. The booking reference no is CMAWNH.

    The key points are
    1) [protected]@jetairways.com -- didn't a single response after multiple emails
    2) Customercare -- they always says [protected]@jetairways.com is backend and i as a customer don't have any contact with them
    2) Customercare - they confirmed the refund will be made, however no tracking no provided by them

      The airways did not load my luggage on board my flight to Ahmed a bad from Mumbai on 25.12.2016.They did not inform me on my arrival to Ahmed bad that my luggage has not been loaded on board.For 2 days I was kept in the dark and no airlines officials were able to give me a satisfactory reply.their helplines just told me to hold on but no reply.finally on the 3rd day my luggage was located at Mumbai airport only, and through a contact I was able to get the same. I had to travel to Mumbai to claim the same thereby incurring travelling losses and other expenses.Iwrote to the airlines to reimbursement me my expenses, but did not get any feedback for the same.AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND LACK OF SERVICE BY THE AIRLINES.

I called many time in Dubai office regarding this matter but I really feel sorry to share that its very disappointing not to receive any satisfactory reply from your side. May I request to get back my Refund ASAP as its already late.

          I did not get my luggage at AMD when i landed there, i had 12 bags (6 people flying). When i got to India i did not have any cloths, medicine or anything, i had to purchase everything (until Jet delivered my luggage), in one of the bags was also cloths for weddings i had to attend, i also had to purchase them. I filed a complaint for compensation to Jet and they have not processed my complaint, they do not tell me what i need to submit to them to get the issue resolved, every time i call, they tell me i also need this, i have submitted all of the luggage tags, IDs and everything they wanted. Still no compensation. Out of 12 bags, 11 came a week later, and the 12th (the one i had my wedding cloths in) came almost 3 and a half weeks later (a week before i was to fly back). I need this resolved and compensated for all the extra cost i incurred due to Jet's mishandling. I have been back in the USA for almost a month now, what i going on? does Jet intend to do anything or just give me the runaround?

            My parents boarded jet airways flight from amritsar on february 23, 2017. When they landed in delhi they were told their luggage (Along with a number of other passenger's luggage) was removed from the flight in amritsar.

            So, they promised to deliver the luggage next morning on february 24, 2017 at the address that my father provided. But even after multiple follow-ups the luggage is not yet delivered. My father's heart medicine was in the luggage and even after aggreing to deliver luggage on a priority basis, due to my father's health issue, they failed to do so.

              Hi,
              I had a return trip booked by an agent from 9th to 22nd february. Due to certain reasons i couldn't take the flight on 9th and got that ticket cancelled specifically.
              The 22nd reservation was still showing with the given PNR.
              Even om the night of 21st february I had opened the portal for web check in and it was opening with the same pnr.
              When I reached the LKO airport, the jet airways people told me that both the tickets had got cancelled from the system since It was a return trip and I hadn't travelled on 9th. Instead I had booked a ticket for 12th and reached LKO through jet airways only.
              Due to this system error I wasn't allowed to board the flight and I had to reach bangalore so I had to forcefully book in Indigo with a fare of Rs. 10000+ and come back because there was no room in Jet airways flights.
              I was a lone female travelling and at least I should have been informed through mail or message that ticket has got cancelled. I am attaching both the tickets. PFA.

              This kind of inconvenience caused is totally frustrating and heavy on the pocket as well. Revert to me that who will pay back the difference in fare and in future avoid such mishaps.

                Booked thru make my trips id - in1612b9s2727498 dtd dec 19 th 2016 pune-delhi-bangkok-siem reap and back.; jet pnrs - bfdxoc.
                Jet cancelled the flt 9w-372 on jan 1 st 2017 to delhi. Hence i had to miss the connections all thru. I was given alternate flt departure from mumbai to bangkok and i had to rush to mumbai at my own cost to catch the flt. Jet didn't even feel the need to pay for the surface travel to mumbai. The refund of the flt 9w 372 for me and my wife, though agreed, still not paid to me. I had to face the hardship of driving to mumbai, layover at bangkok and reach siem reap in the night instead of morning on 2 nd jan 2017, loosing one entire day.

                I am one of the frustrated customer of jet and will never ever take jet under any circumstances. This airline known for delays and cancellation, customer care is extremely bad. Had same bad experience in early feb when i was flying from amritsar to delhi and to hyderabad. Flights delayed at both sectors subject to enormous discomfort. Jet staff never flt any way liable for the mismanagement. Added to this baggage screw up. Of two bags loaded, one comes and the other one left out. If we have to make a case study how not to manage a company - jet airways will be a good company. I will let this known to iims.

                  This email is regarding the mental agony i had to face due to your horrible service.I had a flight on 14-feb-2017 from Dehradun to Guwahati(JetAirways 9W - 2837(Dehradun-Delhi), JetAirways 9W - 7160(Delhi-Guwahati)) PNR-UDPMVS.

                  Your flight that should have taken offf at 12:55 pm was delayed and when I reached your counter in dehradun for boarding pass one of your officials told me to that if I chose to go by this jet airways flight then I'll miss my flight from delhi-guwahati(MANAGING THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY THIS WAS YOUR PROBLEM AS THIS WAS A CONNECTING FLIGHT).He provided me two options either to purchase a new ticket from delhi for guwahati if I choose to go by my booked jet airways flight or i should book a new ticket altogether.As i was in a hurry i had to buy an entirely new ticket from dehradun to guwahatin of SPICEJET at the last moment and it costed me approx Rs.9000.(I am not that free to buy a new ticket from delhi it would have been highly inconvenient for me).

                  It was your fault that my flight was delayed then i don't understand how can you guys dare to ask me to buy a new ticket at such a high price altogether.I didn't book the jet airways flight two month prior just to buy a new ticket altogether AT SUCH A HIGH COST.

                  Because of you I reached my destination late.My cab was cancelled and as I am a working student I wasn't able to reach Shillong on time and therefore missed my assignment that was due the other day.

                  Can you even imagine the loss i have incurred because of you?I contacted yatra through which i have booked my flight ticket to ask them for the refund as told by your official in dehardun and i got the reply that they don't know anything about it.

                  I demand you to REFUND MY MONEY THAT I SPENT ON NEW TICKET(YOU CAN KEEP THE MONEY THAT I SPENT ON BUYING THE JET AIRWAYS TICKET EARLIER) as soon as possible or I won't have any other option than to drag you to consumer forums.

                      Baggage delivered late

                      There were no service provided to my over 30 days delayed luggage, no communication for over 2 weeks with 3 e-mails sent to baggage team, even 48 hours feedback was announced.                             Hi!

                            I have travelled from London to Visakhapatnam via Mumbai on Jetairways connecting flight on 15th Dec'2016. I was lucky to get all the baggages checked-in at the Visakhapatnam airport, but not all the items within the baggage. I could trace there is a missing item and some currency from one of the checked-in baggage. I have reported the airlines the immediate day about this, but they are reluctant to take up the case, as they keep quoting customer has left the airport and claims would not be accepted if raised after leaving the airport.

                            My concern is, how would a customer report about missing items from checked-in baggage while he was in airport and he hasn't opened his baggage.

                            Even though this being business trip, I am hopeless with their services.

                            I have a loss of Rs.12000 INR for all the valuable estimated.

                              I arrived at Bangalore airport well in time at 5.30pm on 12th Feb 2017. I was flying to Doha via Delhi by Jetairways. The Delhi flt was at 7.50pm. It was delayed by 45 min. The check-in staff said I would miss the Doha flight and did not allow me to check-in. Instead they booked me on a jet flight to Abu Dhabi departing Bangalore at 4.15 am next morning. I begged them to find an alternate airline so that I reach Doha by 6 am next morning. I would end up with 3 days of loss of pay if I don’t report to office at 7 am, which is a substantial amount. They kept telling that all flights to Gulf were full. (This is not true since in the Abu Dhabi flight I finally went many seats were vacant). They cursorily tried Emirates on my insistence which was leaving at 8 pm. They said they will try your partner airline Etihad leaving Bangalore at 9.55 pm. So they made me wait in the check-in area till 9 am. After that they said, they have no other option but to send me on 4.15 am flight only… but I the lounge will be available only after I cross the immigration and immigration for this flight will open only at 10 pm. This was a big lie from your staff since they know very well that immigration gates open only 3 hrs before a flight. I stood in the immigration queue for 1 hr only to be denied entry. Finally after multiple attempts and I crossed the immigration by 1.30am or so and got into the lounge. I think your staff felt they were doing me a favour by giving the lounge facility. In effect I spent 6 hours in the check-in area, nearly 2 hrs in the immigration queue and 2 hrs in the lounge and reached Doha at 9.30am next morning. My repeated requests to atleast give me some food coupons while waiting in the check-in area failed. Airlines are supposed to pay a 10k compensation for a 2 hr delay. So much for the Jet Hospitality and falsehood.

                                I travelled from Doha To Delhi on 02-Feb-2017, I had three (3) check-in baggage. Due to some reason Jet Airways offloaded more than 200 baggage including my three baggage from flight 9W-553 ( as informed by Jet Airways on arrival at Delhi Airport|).
                                At a time of logging the complaint, Jet Air Assured that my baggage will be handed over not later than 5-Feb.

                                I came to India for 10 days only, so I returned back to Doha without getting my baggage. Jet Airway totally ignored my inquiries and requests related to delayed baggage.
                                As I had all my cloths, dresses and personally belonging I have suffered a lot.

                                I am looking for positive & quick response and advice for compensation as per international law.

                                  Jet Airways - Received damaged baggage - flight 9W 0122 LHR Bar code 0705 S2542258 and Flight S2 4687 DEL

                                  I travelled from Ahmedabad to London via Delhi on 13th Feb 2017 at 8. 20 am., my PNR reference is KEDGQV. I regret to inform you that I received my checked in Samsonite Bag in a terrible condition . The bag was completely broken from three sides and cracked by more than 15 inches on all these sides as it was made of hard plastic shell. My question is how does the staff handle passenger's luggage. Such extreme damage is completely unacceptable and this ruined my experience with Jet Airways. I don't think that I am ever going to travel again with Jet Airways or suggest anyone to do so because of this extreme mishandling of passenger's luggage. Luckily the contents of my bag were safe, otherwise I would be worried more so. I searched for Jet Airways staff at the Airport but couldn't find any. Since I was in a hurry to catch the bus, I had to leave like that. The luggage was in an almost new condition before this flight and now rendered useless after the damage on this flight.
                                  I ask what is the airline going to do about this mishandling of passenger luggage?. Jet airways needs to compensate for these damages and also ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
                                  I am a regular traveller as a Tour Manger and make frequent flights to different parts of the globe and this as a result has made a bad impression on the Airline from this experience.

                                  I hope to hear from you soon l and attached photos of my damaged luggage.

                                    To whom this may concern,

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the service that I have received from your team not only with reply that fact that it has taken you nearly two weeks to get a reply across to me and within that reply nothing seems to make any sense in terms of the facts that have been risen.

                                    Not only do I think you need to deal with as a matter o[censored]rgency but I do think this complaint needs to have the correct facts prior to perusing the complaint.

                                    Firstly, when I called I telephoned from either my mobile which would have been [protected] therefore I would appreciate that the calls are traced using this number. As the number that you have mentioned in your email has nothing to do with me nor my husband.

                                    Not only do we need to be reimbursed for the cost of my husbands travel to India but he is to be reimbursed for the cost of his travel returning to the uk. As his flight from Amritsar left two hours late and when it arrived at Delhi the connecting flight had left without him. He therefore again was inconvenienced and was put up in a hotel after a 6 hour wait and battle with the counter desk staff as they were refusing to provide any information. He then was put into a flight the next day which again left almost two hours late again. Therefore I understand and believe that he is to reimbursed the funds towards his flight.

                                    I must say this the first and last time that we will be using you services to flight across the world as the experience was extremely uncomfortable, inappropriate, inconvenient and the staff so rude and unhelpful. Should I not receive a response from you as a matter o[censored]rgency I will take this matter in further hands.

                                    Therefore I look forward to your immediate action and response.
