I did not get my luggage at AMD when i landed there, i had 12 bags (6 people flying). When i got to India i did not have any cloths, medicine or anything, i had to purchase everything (until Jet delivered my luggage), in one of the bags was also cloths for weddings i had to attend, i also had to purchase them. I filed a complaint for compensation to Jet and they have not processed my complaint, they do not tell me what i need to submit to them to get the issue resolved, every time i call, they tell me i also need this, i have submitted all of the luggage tags, IDs and everything they wanted. Still no compensation. Out of 12 bags, 11 came a week later, and the 12th (the one i had my wedding cloths in) came almost 3 and a half weeks later (a week before i was to fly back). I need this resolved and compensated for all the extra cost i incurred due to Jet's mishandling. I have been back in the USA for almost a month now, what i going on? does Jet intend to do anything or just give me the runaround?
Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
