Hopeless we know-Jet Airways has still not been able to pay my claim for delayed baggage (ReferenceID=[protected] & DL 404559). It is more than three months they are still doing their own sweet stupid process of checking and re-checking. I have provided all details on more than 4 occasions. I simply amaze how can some companies be as hopeless as JetAirways in the airline industry. Though it sounds very arrogant, but these airlines can never compete globally at par with BA or Emirates.

    I suppose to board flight on 14 May (Flight no 9W0564, Airbus 330) but due to some technical issues captain didn’t allow flight to take-off hence Jet airways had downgraded flight to Boeing-737 where only 184 PAX could travel and they did not allow me to board flight.
    After that Jet airways team had totally mismanaged and treated us like a slave. Even we were standing from 7.30PM to night 1.45 AM. No water was offered for three hrs. I purchased water for myself.
    Jet Airways staff was not aware of the process of cancelling immigration and later security check stamp cancellation.
    After that food was being offered but no sign of courtesy, as if they are favoring us, this way i had dined taking food. Since i came to board flight not for food. This process took 3 hrs itself.
    After that from 10.30PM to 1.45AM i was standing for rescheduling my flight. I had lost hotel booking money (suppose to check-in on 14th May) as well as meetings planned for the day. They were offering 10, 000 INR as compensation, which i refused. Since my loss is even bigger than this.
    It can be seen that being Jet Privilege Platinum member this is the response of Jet Staff to me.
    I urge to pay my loss of hotel (USD 200 / SAR 736), of my travel to taxi which i had to travel extra for taking rescheduled flight, loss of meetings and mental loss. I got worse experience from Jet Airways and I will surely not to opt Jet Airways for my business travel anymore.

      Regarding our flight No-7159, CRS PNR-NG4QZA/1G from Bagdogra to Kolkata on 13.05.17.
      That we have not informed earlier regarding preponement of flight from 13.00 to 12.40. We reached Late due to heavy traffic congestion at Darjeeling at 12.20. But, despite our web check in we have not allowed to board the flight.
      We regret to inform you that the jet people didnt even cooperate with us. This is the bitter experience i ve faced ever in a flight and request you to refund my entire cost of my ticket.

        Used Jet-Airways online portal to book my travel from LONDON to DELHI on 29th Apr'17. TESCO Bank Credit Card used to pay for the tickets has been charged twice (same amount). Credit Card Statement (online) showing the double charge is attached with this request -

        When i called Jet-Airways customer service at +[protected], they explained that they can only help with reservations made over the phone. Online reservations are managed by another department who can only be contacted via email ([protected]@jetairways.com). It's been a couple of days since I wrote to them with all the evidence attached here on this portal, but no response. If i call their customer service department, no help - they say they can't see details of online booking. Also there's no number where you can call anyone and explain your issue. Only email and then wait for their response - none for me yet.

        I have attached all required details of my transaction, please help initiate the refund process ASAP.

          I am a law student. My flight was on 11th may Pune to Delhi and time was 3:30 PM. I reached airport at 2:40 and even there was a last announcement for passengers when i was standing at boarding pass counter. Right at that time air hostess of jet airways said that doors has been closed. I did not understand why she said and how can be doors closed at same moment. when they are doing their last announcement there must be some time to board the flight. This kind of behavior with a passenger is not acceptable at any cost. This was the first time i booked jet airways ticket now i am never gone book ticket of this useless fly fairs. And there policy to deal with a passenger is also very rude. If there will no reply and action of my complaint i am really gone sue jet airways.

            I have booked 3 tickets online from Delhi to Mumbai for 07/6/17 and back for 15/6/17 booked on 10/05/17 at 4.25 p.m. having PNR "TXKVAK" and the same was cancelled on 11/05/17 at 2.30 p.m.

            I have contacted telepathically with Customer Care NO. 39893333 regarding cancellation of fee and they told me that the cancellation fee will be Rs. 200/- per head will be deducted if cancellation will be done within 24 hours. But as per Refund Report it shows that and amount of Rs. 16050/- was deducted as cancellation fee.

            It is therefore requested your goodself the necessary directions may be issued to the concerned department to issue the balance amount as per provisions of cancellation and the remaining amount may be debited in my account at the earliest.

            In the last line it is wrongly written "amount may be debited in my account" in place of "amount may be credited/refunded in my account".

            It is, therefore, once again requested to issue the direction to the concerned department to refund the full amount after deducting the convenience fee (as informed) at the earliest.

            In continuation of my earlier complaint No. 1566795 dated 11.05.17 (at 2.55 p.m.) regarding refund against cancellation of tickets from Delhi to Mumbai & back vide PNR No. TXKVAK. In this regards, it is informed that I have received a refund of Rs. 4, 440/- instead of Rs. 22, 050/-.

            It is, therefore, once again humbly requested your good-self that as per provisions (as stated by your good office) only convenience fee i.e. 200/- per head will be deducted in case of cancellation of tickets within 24 hours, but on 16.05.17 I have received an amount of Rs. 4, 440/- only, which was credited in my account .

            It is requested that remaining balance amount of Rs. 17, 610/- may please be credited in my account at the earliest.

              Sir i am sasi working in almaha petroleum pmc in oman last 28 years working in oman maximum my journey in jet airways 28/04/2017 i went to emergency leave (Jet airways) my luggage 30 kg & hand bag 7.5kg cheking finish dutufree purchasing time that gys ttold me jet customers allowed 7kg i bought 7kg but fight starting before 20 minute jet airways officers take my luggage he told me over luggage you must pay 29.800 omani rials i pay that amount but nt give recepit & taking no manners iwill cancel your ticket like that told me i wlii attach that copy pls take action asap thanku

                I had booked 8 tickets vide booking ref no TNIWTC from Delhi to Bangalore on the 4th of May, 2017. The flight was rescheduled to take off at 9.40 P.M.
                We reached the Airport well within time, my son and my brother with the entire luggage proceeded to the check-in counter at 8.50P.M., there were two counters, but one was empty. The two ladies Ms. Neha and Neera were preoccupied one talking to some gentleman away from the counter and the other was supposed to have gone to the washroom. The gentleman at the other counter was busy, all of them wasted as much time as possible and finally, at 8.55 P.M, we were told that the check-in time is over. In spite off all this I went to the Senior CSC Ms Sharanjeet, and requested her that in spite of coming in time, we are told that check in time is over, “Madam please do something, we are 8 o[censored]s, with one small baby, one pregnant lady and a heart patient”, she was very adamant and told us she can’t do anything. I told her at least call your senior I will talk to her, they pretended to call and wasted as much time as possible, finally, at 9.30 their senior supervisor came only to tell us it is too late now, I can’t do anything.

                At that point of time, all o[censored]s had to run around looking for alternate tickets, we could get the 6.10 A.M flight by Air India. The whole night we had to sit in the Airport with the small child, a pregnant lady, and a heart patient, the mental torture and agony we have faced is unimaginable plus we had to shell down three times the fare we had booked earlier and not to mention the expensive food and beverages at the Airport. We feel our time was wasted purposely as our seats may have been allotted to accommodate others.

                  Sir,
                  I had booked one ticket on January 2017 in Jet Airways for 17/04/2017 from Dubai to Trivandrum. The ticket number is[protected] and the PNR is CAHKYP. But later they inform that the schedule is changed and it is a connected flight through Mumbai. So I called the Airlines and cancelled the ticket and they promise me to refund back the money to the third party (Akbar travels) within 14 working days. But till date I didnt get the amount and any explanations from the Airline.
                  SO I please request you to do the necessary action at the earliest.

                      As i was travelling to raipur from mumbai on 5th may 2017 by flight number 9w 377, my flight was in the morning at 6:35 it was a much crowed time and their was a long queue for security checking, because of this i missed my morning flight. When i claimed to the jet airways staff about the incident they defamed me and said security does not come in their authorities. They humiliated me at the gate and didn't pay any attention to my queries, didn't solved me problem and answered me in a very offensive manner. Their behavior was very impolite to me and charged me extra 2000 rs for adjusting me to the next flight to raipur. The staff members are should know how to talk to customer. Please take proper actions.

                        I have redeemed 10, 000 jet airways frequent flier miles for kfc gifts vouchers of total value inr 2, 000 on 06/04/2017. But until now i have not received the vouchers either by email or to my registered mobile number. I have had too many communication with jet airways customer care and the merchant, but they are least interested to solve my problem and get me the vouchers. Every time i sent an email to jet airways customer care, they ask me to wait until they look and study about my issue. Then they go disappearing. Again when i send them a reminder i get the same reply to wait and be patient.

                        As per the merchant they have sent me the vouchers and also tried to resend. But unfortunately i have not received any vouchers in my email address registered with jet airways. So as per recommendation from the merchant, i have changed my primary registered email address with jet airways, so that the merchant can then resend the vouchers to my new email address. But for this, merchant need a confirmation email from jet airways stating the change in email address and to resend the vouchers to newly updated primary email address. Now i have been sending too many email to jet customer care, but they are least bothered to get me the vouchers and solve my issue.

                        Me and my family fly with jet airways frequently and this is not the kind of customer service we expect from this airline company. Therefore i request your intervention in this matter for a solution.

                          I need to change my air travel. When i tried to change the date, the penality is almost 80% of the cost of the ticket. This is huge loss for me (along with family).

                            Our flight colombo to mumbai, on april 16 2017, initial departure : 21.35, has been cancelled, and our family (1 daughter and 2 grand daughters) were unable to have their connecting flight in mumbai towards paris, and were delayed by more than 24 hours for their landing in paris. We ask jet airways to apply the compensation guidelines for delayed flights signed with the dgca.
                            As per these revised norms, signed in july 2016, an amount of rps 20, 000 will have to be paid to a flyer in case airline arranges alternate flight scheduled to depart beyond 24 hours of the booked scheduled departure. Therefore we ask jet airways to compensate at least the amount of rps 20.000 per person (That means for 3 persons who could not reach their destination, paris, on time, rps 60.000).
                            We could ask to add the cost of exhaustion for one full night with no sleep in colombo airport, struggling with incompetent people operating with one computer only... When a full flight was stranded in colombo. This lead to one full day of work missed by my daughter... And for many other people.
                            My husband and i who were on the same flight but only from colombo to mumbai, we had to wait 8 hours in colombo airport before being given a seat on april 17, on the flight 9w0255 at 5.40 am. We request jet airways to compensate us rps 10.000 per person.
                            Hoping that jet airways will follow the regulations that the company signed, and will serve us due compensation.

                              Booked my tickets through irctc portal for air ticket
                              I have cancelled my travel due to personal reasons. It was written refundable for the flight but now jet airways says ticket is non refundable and irctc points out to jet airways
                              In the irctc air website it has clearly mentioned refundable but now both irctc and jet airways says non refundable airways say it is not refundable

                                Sir/madam,
                                This is to inform you that on 21st april, 2017 i have traveled from dibrugarh to guwahati in jet airways 9w 2480. After landing in guwahati airport i have not found my luggage bag in the belt. I immediately intimated to the jet airways authority in the airport for collecting my bag. Then they confirmed that no bag is found in the bag counter of guwahati and even in the dibrugarh airport. Then they give me to fill up a form where they took my address to parcel my bag when found. The same flight departed from guwahati to kolkata already. At about 3-30 pm a person from the concern authority informed me that my bag is not even in that flight. Sir/mam, in that bag i carried everything like my medical documents, my official certificates, costly jewelleries, my duty uniform, my clothes etc. Etc. Sir/mam i am a sub inspector of assam police. So to attend an official meeting i have carried my full duty uniform. Now i have lost my bag and i am afraid because there is a possibility of misuse my uniform n other official documents. I always try to contact them regarding my missing bag but no responses till now. Therefore i request you kindly to look into my matter so that i can get my bag as soon as possible.

                                They already showed me in cctv footage on 22nd April, 17 that a lady had stolen my bag n still they are unable to track that lady.n they declared me that the bag is lost.kindly do the necessary action.

                                  Pnr iiqhq from calgary to chennai via toronto and delhi. Travel date 4th may 2017.

                                  When we call up customer care they say we can selecte seats only 24 hrs prior departure. At 24hrs prior deptr when we try to select seats online system says error continously. When we again called customer care they say that though the seat selection is 24 hrs prior departure, now the flight is in airport control and we cannot assign seats.

                                  This means in life time we can never select our preffered seats in jet airways.

                                  I called customer care calgary time 7 pm on 3rd may 2017. I am boarding my flight tomorrow and i am not happy with jet airways.

                                  Can jet airways help me with a window seat from toronto to delhi...????

                                    To my utmost displeasure i am writing this complaint to you as i have booked ticket vide pnr no qxqfkg, ycenfl on jet airways flight nos2 4621 sector mumbai bhopal for 29th april 2017 for my parents (Both senior citizens) and my cousin sister i did web check-in and printed boarding passes. We have cleared the check-in and cleared security checks, the time we reached boarding gate i was informed that these are not valid boarding passes and i have been advised to get the same re-issued from counter. By the time i could do so boarding gates were closed and i was denied entry. Two of our family members were already in the flight and informed us that our seats were already occupied.

                                    I need to know from jet airways if boarding passes were not valid how come we can pass through security check-in this is a clear lapse at cisf security and airlines staff.

                                    It is also case of overbooking where-in we were denied entry. We all family members were going to attend my mom’s funeral.

                                    Though it was the fault of airlines staff when i requested counter for alternative flight, i was not informed that flight is there for indore instead i was told evening flight is there for raipur. When i contacted ticket booking counter i was informed that flight for indore is there @ 0800 hrs, i requested the staff to adjust me that flight i was denied the same and they advised that i have to book new ticket for executive class. As i was travelling for my mom’s funeral i had no other option to but to buy new tickets.

                                    I need to know how come airline counter staff allowed me upto boarding gates when i was not having valid boarding passes.

                                    Also i am marking this mail to mumbai international airport security (Cisf officials), about doing security check-in when as per air lines staff i was not having valid boarding passes.

                                    I request dg cisf, commissioner mumbai police to investigate and find out the lapse at their end and also to convert my complaint against jet airways as fir

                                      I arrived at the business check in counter at 9.35 am on 30th
                                      April to check in for flight No 9W 0122 to London Heathrow by Jet Airways.
                                      I was told very curtly by Ms Ankita Graun that I cannot check before 10.30 am three hours before the flight.
                                      I told her that I had been travelling from Punjab and there is no rule say that a business customer has to wait to check in.
                                      She was extremely rude saying wait out there until 10.30 am.
                                      While i was still waiting there an English person went to her
                                      the same flight number as mine and she checked him in without any questions.
                                      I was shocked by her prejudice, ( I am a sikh wearing turban)
                                      I said I wanted to see her manager, at which point I was told he is not available but she checked me in at 9.50am.
                                      I have lived in UK for 53 years and had never encountered blunt prejudices.
                                      Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        This refers to File Reference number DED9W10957 dt 01.05.2017 complaint raised by MS Sonali Arora, Flying from Mumbai to Dehradun on 1st of may. It is really surpising that inspite of following so many times still our Bag has not traced, giving information of being loaded from Mumbai and Delhi and not getting traced at Dehradun. Please understand the Person has gone for 10 days trip and entire clothes are in the said baggage and is not been able to move. Also we have clearly mentioned that the complainant has to move to the next city tomorrow hence it will be difficult for them to come back to Dehradun and collect the bag. We would now like to have actual status of the bag and correct information has to be shared by Jet airways as has the bag been misplaced by jet and giving is various reason. Please note if the bag is not received by today, we shall proceed to take up the matter with higher ups of Jet and also would take the matter in different way. we solicite your immediate action on the same

                                        In-flight service is too bad and staff is so rude to passengers and disrespectful .
                                        Food is also too bad. Over we have very bad experience. We never fly with jet airways next time.
