I booked a a Jet Airways flight 9W - 337, ticket no. [protected], Airline PNR REKDHY, Booking Reference No. 19663595, on 8th January 2017, 105 days in advance (for 23rd April 2017) and it is clearly mentioned on the ticket that it is refundable. Due to some emergency, I cancelled it on 29th March, which is 25 days prior to the journey date, and there has been no refund to me against cancellation. On enquiry it was told that the refund charges are more than cost of the ticket. How can it be? It is absolute cheating and loot by Jet Airways. Cost of ticket is Rs. 4190/- because I booked 105 days in advance. If cancellation charges are going to be more than actual cost of ticket, then airlines should clearly mention on the ticket that there will be no refund on cancellation.
Now the Jet Airways has earned by multiple ways through the ticket of a poor passenger's hard earned money.
Firstly earned interest on the amount paid by passenger for advance booking . Secondly by not refunding any amount and thirdly selling the same seat to another passenger.
Can anyone tell me why this extortion from public? How can the airlines earn more than once from same seat? The seat which was sold to me is my seat unless I get refund, no matter what ever amount it may be.

Kindly take action against the airlines and get me my refund.

    I booked a flight from your website. Please find the PDF files in the attachment. I canceled those tickets. However, I didn't receive the refund amount till now in my bank account. I already wrote emails and tried to contact. And I didn't get the proper response. Kindly look into the matter. I did contact my bank and they have no information. Kindly provide with the document which states that transaction has been made to refund the amount to my bank account. I totally feel cheated by your company.

      I purchased two way Air Tickets from HYD to DMM for 2 persons making total amount of 120, 210/- INR. The total amount was paid through Credit Card and even after successful transaction ticket was CANCELLED.

      After calling several times on Jet Airways customer care number for ticket status they inform us ticket is cancelled due to some techincal problem in there server and the total amount will be reversed back in 7 days.

      Finally, being a customer i am losing my money, my ticket and my time which is pathetic.

        We traveled by jetairways flight 9w251 on 26 Mar from CMD to BOM. Our bags were opened and damaged from inside. We realised this only after opening our bags at home.

        The bags were opened without our knowledge and also no notification was given about opening the bags. An expensive bag o[censored]s has been damaged because of mishandling .

        We faced similar experience during our BOM - CMD flight on 18 March.

          I had tried booking a ticket through the jet airways website for flight 9W-701, Mumbai to Dehradun for 15th of April 2017
          However, after proceeding with the payment and the amount getting deducted from my account, the jet airways website page showed 'error in processing request' and the ticket did not get booked.
          After which I called, mailed jet airways costumer care almost TEN TIMES . Every time they said that the amount will be refunded in 7 days. It is more than a month now but the amount hasn't been refunded.

            We had booked a Jet airway flight via Make my trip for my parents who are senior citizens (Father- aged 73 years, mother- aged 68 years) from Trivandrum to Dubai and return. This was meant to be a direct flight and would have taken them 4.0 hours to reach Dubai. However when the agent who applied for their Visiting visa wanted to do the "OK to board", he informed that there is no direct flights from Trivandrum to Dubai and Vice- Versa. On this information, when we called up Make My trip they informed that w.e.f March 26th, they have cancelled all direct flights from Trivandrum to Dubai.

            The Airline is ready to refund me the entire amount, but this does not help me, since its hardly couple of more days left for my parents to travel and all flight tickets are now costlier that what I booked. The option I asked the airlines is:

            1. Upgrade the Travel class from Economy to either a Premium/Business class.
            - The reason being the price I paid is close to Rs 66, 192/- for a direct flight which had the duration of 4.0 hour approx.
            - The indirect flight Via Mumbai, would have a stop over of atleast 3 hours, which would mean, the time it would take to reach Dubai is more than 7 hours, and they would have to reach atleast 3 hours in advance, which would mean they would need atleast 11-12 hours for the entire travel
            - My parents being Senior citizens, it would be physically exhausting for them to travel and Business class would give them the comfort of stretching themselves and lying down to sleep

            The Airline is duping the customer by booking a Direct flight and then diverting this to another City and not compensating them for all the hassles it is resulting in.

              I had booked 4 tickets on 17.03.17 from delhi to leh and back on jet airways . Booking reference FPVXKZ . Due to some personal reason I cancelled same date. After that I send reminder mail for my refund but I am yest to receive the same till date. I checked with my HSBC bank here in muscat and they confirmed that refund money has still not been credited to my saving account ( payment made through debit card ) till date . It is 11 days now.

                I Pradeep Kumar, the passenger travelled in 9w580 from Mumbai to Dubai on 28 Feb 2017, when I reached Dubai my check in baggage is been missing and after repeated calls from Dubai baggage services I got the information ABT the bag after 4 days during that time I was in sailing (seafarer), so I informed to send my bag to My hometown in Chennai. After this the bag has been delivered to my parents in home. When I contacted them and checked for the items in the baggage I found power bank worth 2600 has been gone missing. And further I had spoke to your representative in Dubai for more than 7times by telephone and I had purchased toiletries and one set cloths for my further travel from thereon.

                In this case jet airways didn't gave me any compensation for the toiletries, clothes or for power bank still now.

                Their email Representative Ms.savita was handling this issue and last time in her e-mail on 18.03.2017, she asked for time to resolve but still now no replies...everytime i Contact them by Phone there represntative giving false promises like you will get compensation message by evening or tomo... keep on lying...So please help in this issue...Its more than a month now..Still no proper response...Feeling Betrayed...

                  I have travelled from dammam to hyderabad and from hyderabad to pune on 24th march 2017 as per the attached boarding pass.

                  After getting down at hyderabad, i did not collect my luggage from the belt as i was under impression that i will receive the baggage in pune, where i had to travel via a connecting flight. There was no assistance or instruction to me by any jet airways at the hyderabad airport or dammam airport. I landed at pune at 07:00 am on 24th march and realized that my baggage did not arrive to pune.

                  I was told by the baggage section staff, kaustubh, that i had to clear my baggage from customs in hyderabad and then put it in again for the next flight. He assisted me in fillling a form and took an undertaking from me written to customs office in hyderabad authorising jet airways to collect my baggage from hyderabad and delivering to pune airport. Kaustubh did not give me any copy of the form or a complain tracking number or any sort of acknowledgement for the forms filled or documents submitted at the pune airport for my baggage claim.

                  48 hours have passed already, and i have not received any call regarding my baggage delivery or reaching at pune airport.

                  I request you to please assist me in delivering my baggage from hyderabad customs to pune airport.

                    I booked a flight for kolkata to ahmedabad and my flight timming has been changed...and i am having lots of prblm in my change shedule of flight...coz for the purpose i am going it will be missed...i am having some emmergency...plzzz try to change my timming...and do the timmings at it was earlier else i will be having lots of prblm...try to solve it as fast as possible

                    This is with reference to my PNR WUGPAD for my flight on 9W 601 of 11th Dec 16 from Delhi to Srinagar. Due to some unavoidable reasons I had missed the flight and when I called the contact center confirmed that only Rs.2000 approximate would be refunded. Till date the same is not refunded in my a/c.

                          I would like to bring your attention to the experience that we had on our travel with Jet ariways on March 8, 2017 going to Amsterdam . Flight number was KL3817 operated by jet airways India LTD (9W).Ticket confirmation number is Z46IOJ. I was travelling with my 10 month old son. I had contacted Jet Airways before my travel to confirm that I have bassinett for my child. I was told to contact Delta Airline because my ticket and my son ticket was not connected. I called Delta Airlines and I was told that the tickets are already connected and there is no issue with the ticket. I contacted Jet airways again and they still couldn't find my ticket and I was on hold for atleast 15-20 min and the rep came back and informed that we cannot confirm the bassinett.
                          We went to the airport 4 hrs early and wanted to purchase Business class tickets as our bassinett was not confirmed even though we had called three months ago . First we were told that the business class tickets were 50, 000Rs. each . we paid for the tickets and then later we were told that we have to pay another 20, 000Rs. because of a mistake made by the guy at the counter. This is very unprofessional . Once our tickets were upgraded we checked in . When we went to the security clerance counter we were not allowed to check in through the business class because our tickets said Ecomony class and not Business class. This was most embarassing when we were told by the guard that we only look at the tickets and not the price that you have paid. This was very insulting and very embarassing. We proceeded through the economy class and once we reached our counter we went to the counter and confirmed that we had business class tickets and it was a mistake . I think this is the third mistake. However there was another mistake, there was no tag at my child's stroller so we were waiting outside in cold for the tag guy to come and put a tag on the stroller so that we dont lose it and it could be loaded to the aircraft.
                          The whole experience was very insulting, embarassing, rude, very very unprofessional for such a big airline and my worst that we could ever think of.
                          Please review my complaint and I would like to hear from a higher manager in this regard

                            I traveled Saint lucia to India march 10. I reached India on march 11. My luggage was missing as per the airlines rules final destination is responsible for luggage and jet airways employee took my complaint just as courtesy report without my permission. Now they're unable to find my luggage and they're telling they won't give any compensation and liable for luggage due to report was taken wrongly jet airways employee. I am now helpless by other airlines too. Kindly help me to get my luggage and change the complaint as normal report and take action on airlines and employee.

                              I have been travelled your jetairways on 26 th January 2017 in Chennai Airport at 3.20 pm to Dammam arrival at 8.00 pm, I carry a mishandling one baggage, so I return that Baggage in Dammam Airport. I asked him about my bag. He said the bag is not available in Dammam Airport. He gave me one acknowledgement copy. After two days I will send the email to jetairways and i called them so many times, but the customer excicutive is not answering properly. So kindly take a immediate action .                                 Before payment, I got message, "The original booking amount will be refunded in full"
                                While I did not receive refund amount.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I was to travel with my family from Nagpur to Mumbai for my nieces wedding today and return on the 25 February, however I was not able to do so as my husband and son are both ill. My son has fever was vomiting and has a bad cold which we thought would be better on the day of travel however it has since then escalated with him getting high fever in the nights. To add to that my husband started bleeding from the anus and he had to be taken to the hospital as it was not subsiding, where in they gave him medications and he was advised to immediately see a Laparoscopic Surgeon to ascertain whether he would need surgery. I could secure an appointment with the surgeon only at 4 pm on 22 Feb and as a result I would have to miss my flight. In view of the same I logged on to Make My Trips (MMT) and attempted to reschedule my onward journey but was unable to confirm a date as it would all be dependent on what the surgeons diagnosis and therefore I queried about cancelling the onward journey and came to know that no refund was due to me and therefore I left the booking as it is. In the morning as I called MMT to cancel my onward journey however since it was 2 hours before departure they were unable to do it and the call was conferenced to Jet Airways call centre for the same. I asked the agent to cancel only the onward journey as I still wanted to travel for the main event of the wedding which was on the 23 February, however the Jet airway agent stated that the whole booking would be cancelled and therefore I made a decision to not cancel the booking in the hope that I will only have to pay last minute exorbitant rates for BOM NAG and not the return too.

                                  Both my doctors have asked us not to travel as in my sons case it could be Malaria and in that case he would needed to be strictly monitored. My husband has been also advised not to travel and eat only bland food for the next 15 days after which the surgery will be carried out as he has a severe case of fissures, piles and haemorrhoids. In view of the situation on humanitarian grounds I request you to provide us with a full refund of my booking as I will be unable to travel. I have attached the following documentation as proof of the events

                                      Sheetal a ground staff at the check in counter of jet airways at terminal 3 New Delhi International Airport at 8pm on 19th march 2017, behaved in a very rude and deliberately difficult manner while checking in our baggage. She said that the clubbing of check in and cabin baggage might have been allowed earlier but will not be allowed at this moment. She also said it is just a chance or luck that you may have that facility and said that you cannot have it now. She was rude, offensive and nearly sadistic, she and the other counter staff were laughing at our plight when we were hungry and waiting to check in after a long and tiring week of work. She deliberately made an old man walk a lot to pay excess baggage and did absolutely nothing to waste our discomfort and only added to it with sadistic glee. Such a person should not be in a customer facing profile. Take action on her right away

                                      And the official complaint feedback of jet airways website is made so cumbersome . They don't want you to register a complaint. I would like to know what kind of action has been taken on that downright difficult and sadistic employee

                                        I am vinayak dhenge frequent flyer no.[protected] your frequent flyer customer. On 17 march 2017. I am traveling to nagpur with my brother and father from mumbai. My father was just operated (Surgery) in kokilaben hospital before 14 days. So for his comfort i take priority check in but in mumbai airport no priority given to us. We get unsatisfactory treatment on mumbai airport by your boarding crue. So if your company not able to give priority to patients then why you are charging that money on the name priority so please refund my money which you charge for priority check in.
                                        And second one on mumbai airport your attendant tell me to scan check in bagage but the people near scanning machine not scan my bag i insist them to scan but they told me to come with jet airways attendant when i asked your attendant to come with me he refuse and he allow me to take boarding passes from counter and also he and not anyone of your employees told me that power bank not allowed in check in bags. Then when we reached to nagpur we came to know that our one check in luggage bag is not permitted from mumbai for nagpur due to power bank. Again on nagpur airport we waste our time for baggage formalities so think about surgery patient with me who suffers a lot due to your staffs irresponsible behavior.
                                        So please refund my money you charge me for priority purpose.
                                        I am waiting for your positive response.
                                        If i am not getting proper response from you i will forward this complaint to consumer court department.
