I had traveled from israel to chennai on may 11.

Israel to mumbai to chennai

Flight from israel to mumbai el al israel airlines / ly71 may 11
Arrived at mumbai on may 12 8:00 am
Flight from mumbai to chennai jet airways / 9w485

As the liquors (Dutyfree) are not allowed in jet airways from mumbai to chennai, i was forced to checkin. I had cheked in and when i arrived chennai and reached home. I found that my gopro camera worth rupees 35000 missing. I had made a complain to their customer care but no response yet. Could you please help?

I am traveling to Dallas from pune via Abu Dhabi. I had applied for the edujetter program but did not receive any excess baggage as I am a student But friend did which is unfair practice !

    I'm not aware about rules set up by AAI for international flights but I'm totally dissatisfied with Jet Airways in-flight experience. The seats are so congested and of pathetic quality, there's literally no leg space between two rows, if a person behind touches your chair or if person next to you shakes a bit, the whole row shakes. Entertainment wise its most stupid thing on India bound airline I've ever seen, Jet has happily put-up Thai language subtitle of a movie so all in all there're less than 10 choices for a person paying $600+ for return flight?

      Dear team,

      I have done booking from dehradoon to vadodara on 29th october.
      Pnr is wdgnup in name of kamal drolia. (Which was supposed to be in name of shivangi drolia) there was mistake done on make my trip app and name chosen something else.

      The pnr for your jet airways flt 9w702 for dehradun-mumbai on 29 oct 16 at 14:45 hrs is wdgnup.

      I am frequent flyer member also. I wanted to change the name of the customer and the company is not changing and also not refunding.

      When i made the online name correction via jetairways online by paying 1250 amount the amount was processed acknowledging that name will change.

      Later they are saying they will not change the name and also not refund my ticket amount as it is done through agent i. E make my trip. They should have not accepted the payment at first through online.

      If the ticket is made through website directly then they would have refunded as it is done through agent they are not refunding and nor changing the name of the customer. They are saying have to pay the losses and make new flight ticket.

      This is fraudulent activities of the way of making money from the customer. The ticket was made at 12 midnight and immediately in 15 minutes i had asked for name change as there was name typed wrong after processing the payment.

      No customer will be so stupid to make non refundable flight and call in minutes and ask for changes in the flight.

      We are 7 members having frequent flyer and our travel thru jet is more often.

      Also had word with make my trip until the airlines doesnt pay the value it is not in their hands or cant make name change.

      I dont expect to bear losses of 8k for this rules of yours which is not helping customers.

        I have travelled from Kuwait to Mumbai on 29th April by 9W0573 and carrying 3 checked in baggage weighing 51 kg for which I paid KWD 70 for the extra 11 kg at Kuwait airport. Unfortunately, when I arrived Mumbai, I came to know that one of bag was off loaded at Kuwait airport so I got a file reference number BOM9W85810 and the tag number of the bag was 9W240331.Since I was travelling to Orissa by Indigo at 10.20 am on 29th, I had been told by Jet Airways authority that the bag will come in the next flight and I'll get the bag by home delivery asap.

        After repeated phone calls, I came to know that my bag has been routed through Kolkata and from Kolkata it came through Das and Sons courier service in a very cheap way. The bag came through a train from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar and then by a local bus from Bhubaneswar to my home town Dhenkanal. I finally received my bag today(2nd may) afternoon but the bag is damaged from many areas and the food stuffs (expensive chocolates) are melted which and damaged.

        It is really unfortunate to see how you handled the things and I have faced lots of problem mentally and monetary.

        I have asked for the compensation against my damages and refunding my my excess bag charges(KWD 70) but Jet Airways is not ready to accept the same.

        Hope you will consider it seriously and do the needful at the earliest.

          Dear Sir, ...This is to bring to your kind attention that I had a confirmed air ticket of Jet Airways flight no.9W 0684 scheduled to fly from Bhopal at 12.35pm on 25th April 2016.I reached airport at 10.00am.When I enquired at Jet Airways counter the Lady informed that this flight left at 8.15 am.I was surprised and shocked as there was no information given. I said that this is not fair because I had a connecting Omanair flight from Delhi to Muscat flight no.WY0246 at 4.15 pm.Jet Airways representative said that she can't do anything. I rushed back home re -booked my tickets with Air India AI-834 at 3.25 pm and new ticket from Delhi to Muscat Flight no.AI-973. I suffered with unwanted mental trauma and financial loss of Rs.35000.00 till I reached my home in muscat.
          Therefore I request your good self to look into the matter so that such embarrassing situation could be avoided in future for all. Pl ensure that my grievance is addressed and suitable compensation is given.

            Reference id 6155931 denial / delay of redemption services of air miles.

            My email of 28th april 2016 on the subject through online complaints. The issue has again repeated itself inspite of the mail. Refer to the following pnr

            (I) fperli 10.05.2016 ms. Gangesh kumari kak indore to mumbai
            (Ii) hzkhoh 11.05.2016 ms. Gangesh kumari kak mumbai to indore

            Once again, your reservation, specifically a mr. Maninder singh declined to confirm a seat when asked on 4.5.16 at 2:50 pm. He said he would only consider it at the last moment and i would have to wait.

            Question is why do i have to wait ? The answer seems to be the members encashing air miles are low priority, second class passengers whose request are put in a separate quota and considered only in that quota. This is discriminatory and denial of privilege to a jet privilege member.

            My earlier grievance as referred above has not been replied to instead once again i have been harassed and discriminated against for using the air miles i have earned.

            Kindly immediately confirm the seats in the upgraded class as requested using air miles and also reply to my mail of 28th april 2016.

              I had opted for a hdfc jet privilege debit card in the moth of october 2015.
              As a joining bonus i was offered a bonus of 3000 miles ( 2000 on 1st spend + 1000 as a joining bonus ).
              Its been more than 7 months the miles are not reflected in my account.

              As previously requested by one of jet privilege executives i got in touch with hdfc who informed me that all the miles will be credited to our accounts on the charge of 1st annual fees which is 3 months from date of issue, which is january / february but there is still no trace of any miles in my account.

              I have been following up with hdfc and jet airways, for the past 3 months for the missing miles but there is still no trace of the miles in my account. Hdfc has cleared all their formalities from their side.

              Following is my series of communications with jet privilege all i m getting is template replies asking to be patient.

              As previously requested by one of your executives i got in touch with hdfc who informed me that all the miles will be credited to our accounts on the charge of 1st annual fees which is 3 months from date of issue, which is january / february but there is still no trace of any miles in my account.

              This is a humble request to please look into the matter and have my 3000 miles and the other accounts 1000 miles credited asap.

                My Jet privilege number is[protected], company has blocked my account without any reason. My account is having more than 25000 point but not able to use it. I dropped more than 50 mails and called many times but always got reply like ' we will unblock the account in 48 hrs.'. It's been more than 3 months but still my account is disabled.

                  I have attempted to book tickets twice using jetairways.com. Both times the website of Jet Airways charged me money. However they did not issue the tickets. Also they are refunding the money only after seven days. Thus it is a scam of hoarding money.

                  When I spoke over phone they said they can issue the tickets but will charge 20% more for the same tickets.

                  Jet airways must be investigated for booking policy and harassment.

                  Also, after taking money promising delivery of goods and subsequently asking more money for delivery of the same goods is illegal in India.

                    Highhandedness of jet airways staff placed at international airport new delhi with mrs neelam sharma (Passenger) on 19.03.2016

                    Please refer to my various communications on the captioned subject, , i wish to invite your kind attention towards the highhandedness of your jet airways staff placed at international airport, new delhi at terminal 3 with a ladies passenger, who has not been permitted to board on her flight no.9w-795 from delhi to pune at 14.55 on saturday, dated 19 march 2016 vide pnr:lthgzy(Copy enclosed), whereas i have reported at jet airways counter at terminal no.3 at 2.00pm and i am being asked by the concerned staff on the counter that the boarding for the captioned flight is over/closed whereas the boarding for the said flight was going on at the material time i.E.2.00pm, which is being well placed on the record for your reference. However, i have requested to ladies staff placed at the counter for issuance of boarding pass, but she did not attend me properly and continued to keep on talking over her mobile with someone and misbehaved with me also.It is pertinent to mention that i am being forced to book another flight of air india(Copy enclosed) worth rs.6910/-for returning to pune on 19.03.2016 at 4.40 pm since i was suffering from severe fever at the material time and also caused me severe depression.

                    In view of the foregoing, i seek kind intervention of the concerned higher authorities to take stern action against the erring officials and arrange to refund my fare for rs.4010/-for the said flight and compensation for rs.50000/-for causing me mental agony and severe depression on account of which i could not take up the matter with the concerned higher authorities for the aforesaid unfortunate incidence happened with me without any fault on my part immediately on 19.03.2016.You are once again advised to take stern action against the erring officials and arrange to refund my said fare for rs.4010/-accompanied the said compensation worth rs.50000/- without further loss of time, failing which, i may be forced to initiate the legal proceedings against the delinquents personally in their names at their costs & risks and against your esteemed company.

                    Hoping for prompt positive response/resolution, please.

                    Please expedite the resolution proceedings to avoid any further litigation against the delinquents personally in their names at their costs & risks and against your esteemed company advise me immediately the present status/fate of my said request.

                      Me and my fiancee had confirmed our travel from delhi to srinagar by Jet Airways flight 9w 603 on 30th April 2015 and the flight was scheduled to depart at 12:10pm. We reached the boarding counter at 10:45 am and the duty manager told us that they had over booked the flights and cannot board both o[censored]s. We had paid Rs 19300 for our flight. We had excess luggage for which we paid them Rs 22700, and somehow they gave us a stand by boarding card which as per airline policy should is not given to a passenger. Without any announcement or information how could the flight over book when their passenger has not boarded. Then we were made to go till flight and there we were again told that only one can board. Without wasting time my fiancee boarded and I was again made walk till departure gate at T3 airport and shifted to vistara . This humiliation by the staff and delay and the health issue I had to face is a concern. I want the airlines to pay us back for the luggage.

                        Hi my name is abdul rauf khan i am from mumbai last year july 21 2015 i travel by jet airways from mumbai to damm via abudhabi reaal i had a very bad experience from your crew members they are not happy i think with there jobs this coming july i am going back to mumbai from jeddah and the cheapest ticket which i am getting is for jet airways which will be good for me but i am scared tp take this ticket only the option for me is saudi airlines the fare is high but i heard service is good i know the journey is very short but still we indians want that if we are travelling by our airlines the journey should be good and nice i travelled by lot of airlines from dubai like emirates oman air gulf air cathay pacific kuwait airways even our indian airlines and air india but they are good enough please its a request from me amd from my family and freinds who are working and staying here in saudi arabia please provide a nice service a joyful journey and make us happy that we can travel by our own country airlines hope you will reply me back on thic topic thanking you ABDUL RAUF KHAN GOD BLESS YOU GUYS .

                            b) [protected] JP Miles upgrade Membership No.[protected] Smt. Gangesh Kumari Kak for PNR EVONOY e-ticket No.[protected] flight No. 9W7103 on 4th May 2016 sent vide your JP Redemption email of 28th April 2016 (10:24 am) to our above email I.D.

                            In both cases JP Redemptions has stated that we shall have to wait for confirmation possible only 24 hours earlier to the flight.

                            This is unacceptable and against norms and against customer service for the under mentioned reasons :-

                            (i) Air Miles are earned by the Member as per your existing and prevalent policy. Their use for benefits available cannot be denied.

                            (ii) You are giving second rate treatment to Members who wish to avail of JP Miles by not confirming the grant of benefit as and when applied for and instead forcing the Member to wait for it at the end of queue. This is not Jet Privilege but Jet denial of Privilege.

                            (iii) The facility of redemption is available, and seats in the upgrade in that particular flight are available. There are no grounds to delay acceptance to the last minute. Kindly explain why you will not grant use of airmiles by the Member as and when asked for it and instead your redemptions will drag it out. Your staff involved in doing so were :-

                            Ms. Amarjeet on 28th April 2016.
                            Mr. Milan on 26th April 2016.

                            May I request for an immediate confirmation o[censored]pgrade as asked above and to kindly not display a deficiency in service in this manner.

                              I am working as business head with kansai nerolac paints ltd based out of mumbai. I had a horrible experience with your inflight crew today while travelling from hyderbad to mumbai by s2 4392, seat no. 35a. I wanted to have non veg food in my dinner which probably was out of stock with crew as such showed no interest for veg food. The lady crew took it back saying no non veg meal is left with us and simply walked away. To my surprise no crew member came back to me to inquire whether i need some thing else to fulfill my appetite offering some of kind juice, cookies. They all were busy in doing their work and at the end in gossiping which i noticed when went for loo.

                              While getting down from aircraft, i waited all passengers to get down so that i cud speak to your flight attendent head who incidentally was male. When i told him the entire incident, he apologised for same but was helpless. He told me i was at will to write mail to jetairways. When i told him that i will write to mr. Naresh goyal, he immediately started offering juices n all.

                              I am really disturbed at this as i came hungry from flight and had to stop at burger king at andhrri to buy some stuff.

                              This kind of rude behaviour is not good for any organization specially for hospitality sector like airline which is struggling to find customer base.

                              I am a dejected customer from this entire crew .

                              Will like to know the action by jetairways for this indecent behaviour in hospitality sector.

                              Plz find enclose burger king bill and my boarding pass.

                                I am Amrendra Singh, an Armed Forces Personal is very disappointed with the service and care about pessanger from Jet Airways.Because of traffic i have got late by 10-15 Minutes and was there around 4:18PM.My flight eTicket No is[protected] PNR is EFGDIN and departure time was 4:40PM.
                                I have an emergency to report on time but no one has listened and allow me for board .I have begged and in response it has came you are late there is no chance for travel.

                                Sir/Madam you know how hard to manage the timing and as i was getting late.Now because of this i am not able to reach on time.I am posted in Jammu & Kashmir and still there is no response.

                                What do i do, in this case i am going to lodge complain against this in each level as i have already contacted with Customer care and got response please do cancel your ticket.

                                So i have lost my money and time and i will get punishment also.I am writing because now i will not get the passed time but return my full amount.This is because emergency is everywhere accountable and how rude they have behaved.
                                Please Do some strict Action onto them..

                                  Hi, I was booked on 9W 0070 on 30th December 2015 Mumbai to Bangkok Airline PNR No. JLAVYO and ticket no.[protected], however on arriving the check in counter I was asked to wait and was denied travel as the flight was overbooked. The reason sited for refusal was that I had booked the ticket but not the seat. I was asked to take a refund and 4000/- as compensation. However having argued extensively I was allotted a seat and was upgraded to Business Class. It was a harrowing experience and fail to understand such poor standards. Please explain and also would like a suitable compensation for this harassment.

                                    I did my web check in for my flight from chennai to Mumbai for travel on25 th April2016 by 9w466 in business class.
                                    It was not asking for meal preference so I contacted customer service no thrice twice it was disconnected at your end third time when I talked to executive saying that I want fruit platter for Break fast he said that for return leg he can make and for onward he can't register.
                                    I got dame angry.
                                    Please tell me is it a treatment for. Platinum customer ?
                                    I am utterly disappointed.You have no customer service at all and u want customer to stick to your will.

                                        On 23-feb-2016, i got my boarding pass from jet-airways check-in counter at 07:41 hrs for flight no. 9w365 from delhi to pune scheduled departure time was 08:30 hrs and when i reached to the departure gate, no jet-airways official was there. Only one security personnel, who said he knows nothing and can do nothing, even can't call any official of jet-airways. As far as i remember the time was 8:10 or 8:12 am, authenticity of which can be checked with cctv camera footage.
                                        I was seeing that the flight was still there at the duct and i was standing there helpless for another 7-8 minutes, after which an official came from the duct and said he can do nothing, god only knows the reason. The flight was still there at the duct and i was standing there helplessly and remained there further for about another 7-8 minutes .
                                        I asked for full refund of my ticket money and in reply ms aarti khanijo of jet-airways replied that since you were not in time, it is not possible to process the refund.
                                        I wanted to know from jet-airways that - your system showed that a passenger has checked-in well before time, you ndid not bother to call that passenger before closing the gate. Can you please let me know, why any efforts were not made by the airlines to trace the passenger out, inspite of knowing very well that the passenger was there and why you chose to fly with a vacant seat (As claimed).
                                        I presume that the flight was over booked and that is the reason that you closed your boarding gates before time.
                                        Further i want to know that why the luggage of a confirmed ticket passenger was not loaded to the flight.
                                        If jet-airways is not giving proper response to complaints lodged through you please let me know address where i can lodge complaint against jet-airways for refund of my money
