I have taken flight with my family from jet airways flight no.9w615 bearing pnr no JCGTZK .I have lost my originial boarding pass so i had applied travel certificate for said flight on 30-31 nov.2015 for which i have paid fee from my visa VISA card No. [protected]. but i am sorry to say that the certificate issued
by system is not showing the ticket amount for correction of travel certificate i have emailed twice to compay on 10 jan 2016 and 26 feb.2016 on [protected]@jetairways.com with attached soft copy of incomplete travel certificate which was sent to me on my email but til date i have not received correct travel certificate

i have not received any reply from company representative till date
Applied for Travel certificate on Jet airways website baggage is struck at custom due to non availability of Travel certificate. / applied online at jet website and it is bound to take 3-4 days. . Which no customer care person is unable to explain why need 4 days.
if customer has traveled and ticket number is ok, it should be released immediately, what other airlines are doing.
please change the process and get it issued in 1 day.
I just applied for a travel certificate as i need A GST bill for claiming the same from my office.
I filled the form with all the details and even paid it thru my credit card. but did not receive the travel certificate nor any details . It showed please wait you will be redirected to the merchant. But nothing seems to appear. How do i get this certificate its very very urgent.

    Pnr nu...Augnpn . Flight 9w720 .on 7April 2016 .they cancelled this flight and delay the flight by their own will.
    But I have to catch the other flight, then I have to reach on time .so I tell them to cancel my ticket. They r denied for that. So please revert what I will do

      I booked flight no. 9W 305 dtd 25/2/16 and reached at 14:00 hrs but due to yr incompetent and misguiding staff I missed my flight.
      Yr staff handling business class desk did not allow me to take boarding pass and pressed me to stand in long q for economy class inspite of short period available for boarding. Lady handling economy board desk did not issue boarding pass when I reached to her at 14:25 hrs.
      Later on they issued me ticket of next flight 9W 357 on additional charges of rs.4234 for no fault of mine.
      You Pl look into mtter and take action against erring staff and refund my additional money levied.

        Jet airways flight 9W0230 was scheduled to depart at 3 AM from Delhi to Brussels on 3rd Feb'16. In reality, this flight departed 10 hours later due to technical reasons which were in Jet airways control. There were issues like technical fault and non-availability of a pilot.
        Because of that, I lost a day's salary in my new job in Brussels.

        Even after repeated emails to customer service, I have not received any proper response or any sort of compensation.

          There has been 5 reschedule after I had booked the flight from maa-srx on Jan 2 2016..
          Based on the timings you have sent me it is impossible to travel...
          1. Dep from Maa.-del is on 30 March 16
          But from del-srx is on 29 March 16
          2. Dep from srx-del is 14:10 hrs and reached del by 15:40 hrs...
          But flight from Del-maa departure is at 14:50 hrs...
          I had booked a round trip with connecting flights you had planned any given... Is it possible ever to travel with such non sense timings...
          Please Reschedule my flight timings or else refund my amount...
          I'll book with other options...

            My wife was travelling from US to India through JetAirways with a 5 months old baby and with my in-laws. And it was really hard to believe that, in the mumbai airport, the jet airways staff were literally asking for some money that too in dollars to allocate the seat to make everyone seated in a row. We haven't seen any airport staff's who has requested the money to get a service like this. Really horrible. And we refused to provide the money. And later, once we reached home, we realized, couple of things we brought for our family friends were missing from our checked-in baggage. We were completely unsatisfied with the travel. We are travelling to our mother land to get the warmth and the hospitality we are well-known for, but due to some people, our whole travel experience is becoming worse. Please be aware of this, and make your travel plans accordingly.

              On 15th Feb 2016, I had my flight booked from Delhi to Vienna via London. Normally, to transit thru london Indian passport holders need special transit visa. But since I am working for International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), employees of which are exempted from the visa I did not have the transit visa.

              When I told the personnel at the Delhi airport about the exemption and shared my legitimation card (issued by IAEA) they refused to accept it as a valid document, kept me waiting for more than an hour and then said I need to reroute the journey. Finally they DID NOT allow me to board the flight neither they reschedule the flight via a different route.

              That put me in deep trouble as I had to reach Vienna by 16th Morning. Finally I had to buy ticket from another airline and had to wait the entire night at the airport.

              I want Jet Airways aplogise and compensate me as the entire harassment and the extra money that I had to pay to come back to Vienna was due to ignorance of jet staff.

              Please contact me for all the valid documents that I had.

              Please get back to me within 2 days before I escalate it further. I am an employee of one of the United Nations organization and I will take it to very high if I do not receive an apology and due compensation on time.

                I lost my bag on 31st dec, 2015 while coming from hongkong mumbai ahmedabad after 45 days they offer me 13200.00 rs. As compensation while my bag contain 85000.00 rs items of shopping.
                I dont accept this claim i am ready to bear some lose but not this much lose

                          Good day,

                          I have tried to book a flight online from Kuwait to Bangalore and its an impossible task as it does not pick up Bangalura in its destination even when you select multiple destination while the same can be be easily seen on the Make My Trip site.

                          Please make your site user friendly as I am trying to use your airline for more of
                          my trips but your site is frustrating to use other than for direct flights maybe.
                          Please respond at the earliest.

                            I have asked for the veg meal but dont know he was having a packet of meal without any symbol of veg/non-veg and he handed over me by saying its a veg meal. I have never ever eaten egg in my life but just because of the crew member i have ate chicken. You people have totally diminished my religion i am a jain and because of you people i ate chicken

                              According the person who received two computer boxes told us these will go separat in fragile goods.
                              When i asked officer at ahmedabad--sardar vallabhbhai air port i am looking for my computer boxes
                              He told me you will get your boxes in with other bagages. I was shock how can they put fragile items with other goods.When i asked explanation he told you can complain to guestrelation web site
                              I came back with my computer boxes.When i lifted my computer boxes i hear some noise in side boxes it look like some thing broken.When i open computer boxes. Both computer boxes damge
                              1.Computer box...Mother board broken, 2 gb graphic card broken and dvd writer broken.

                              We do regret to note your observations on the damage observed on your bag contents.

                              At jet airways, it is never our intention to inconvenience our guests. We train our loaders on how to handle guest's baggage with due care. Hence, we note your grievance with great concern and have briefed all staff and loaders to take additional precaution to ensure that we do not cause inconvenience to our valued guests.

                              In your case, you have mentioned that you had computer boxes. Kindly be informed that these items are deemed fragile as per the airline terminology.

                              The airline staff tagged the bag as fragile so that the loaders can handle it with care. The fragile sticker signifies that the luggage will be handled with care. This procedure is followed by all the airlines affiliated to iata. As a regulation, no carrier takes liability for the fragile and breakable items which are checked in by the guest.

                              Dear dr. Bohra, we also wish to inform you that all guests are requested to report all damages or mishandling of baggage before leaving the airport premises. We have checked with the ahmedabad airport team and as per them no complaint was raised by you on the arrival at ahmedabad.

                              In the view of the above, we sincerely regret our inability to compensate as suggested by you and thank you for your understanding.

                                I booked a two way ticket from Dubai to Bhopal, from Jet airways using make my trip. Unfortunately there has been a typo error in my second name instead of ‘Rai’ it is printed as ‘Rao’. This might cause a problem at immigration, so to get it changed I made multiple calls to make my trip and Jet airways as the journey date is mid-April and there is still enough time to sort this. Both the ends have been passing ball to each other’s court saying they can’t do anything about it, but ultimately it is Jet Airways decision as they are the service provider.

                                Jet says the name change on ticket once issued is impossible, unless it was booked from their own website. Also the ticket being non-refundable, I need to cancel this ticket (with no refund) and book a new one. This is so impractical and unfair for a customer. I am paying full amount to a company for its service and the company will charge me twice for the same service just because I made a single letter typo error. What sort of company policy is this which is unfair and harassing for the customer? I have informed the company within 24 hours of ticket booking, when the travel date is 2 months far and still they are not ready to cooperate at all. It seems that there has been a typo error on my passport itself.

                                I am ready for all evidence (my passport, credit card used for booking ticket) but the company is just blinded by their unjust policy. I feel cheated as I have paid the company but they are refusing to offer me their service. I have to attend a very important event in India but all hopes are lost as I cannot give double amount to book the same ticket again. I understand the name change on ticket is not possible, but will be grateful if the company can be reasonable enough to cancel the current ticket and issue new one with correct name. I don't mind paying a penalty fees for this.

                                  I booked a flight from chennai to bangalore which is supposed to be a 50-55mins flight. Already flight has got delayed for 90 mins. Give me a reason why I should pay 6000 and still bear all this.
                                  Moreover, I will reach around 12:15 to bangalore, instead of 10:55. It will be so late at night and I will have to face issues considering that I have work tomorrow.
                                  I am not happy with this. I hope you act against this.

                                    On 8th nov-2016, i was booked jet airways flight for 09th apr-2016 for flight schedule time 10:35 from mumbai to rajkot.( eticket no =[protected], ref no = at[protected], airline ref = cmijhh, crs ref = mznklq )

                                    I was booked this ticket due to my night shift in my org. Now jet ariways has preponded that flight from 10:35 to 10:20 & i am not accepting this time due to 15 min prepond as per my org rules i have to take leave, so that i called to customercare & asked below questions & i got below answers from jetairways customer care.

                                    1) i told him that why flight schedule changed ?

                                    He answered me that due to fog, flight schedule changed & again flight may change schedule, so you do cancellation in april month.

                                    2) due to that answer i told him that if flight will not change then i have to take costly ticket...So it is also not acceptable.

                                    3) after that i told him that there is no benifit to me to take tickets before 6 months & i asked to refund, so i can book another ticket but he replied that no amount can refund & only tax can refund...

                                    4) i requested either to arrange another flight or initiate full refund i have received the worst answer that they give refund only in the case where flight timing is changed by 60 minutes or more.
