Person who received luggage labeled the goods properly means fragile items on my two computer boxes 1. No.0607ey763323

According the person who received two computer boxes told us these will go separat in fragile goods.
When i asked officer at ahmedabad--sardar vallabhbhai air port i am looking for my computer boxes
He told me you will get your boxes in with other bagages. I was shock how can they put fragile items with other goods.When i asked explanation he told you can complain to guestrelation web site
I came back with my computer boxes.When i lifted my computer boxes i hear some noise in side boxes it look like some thing broken.When i open computer boxes. Both computer boxes damge
1.Computer box...Mother board broken, 2 gb graphic card broken and dvd writer broken.
2, computer box...Mother board broken and 3 gb ram broken.
Both computer of i 3 version
Cost of these computer boxes are around rand 12000 south afrcan currency.
I need full compensation from jet airways for miss-manage my two computer boxes.
Second problem
I was over 18 hours at abu dhabi airport and etihad official refused to give me foods coupon. They told me go to the jetairways office.When i went to jetairways office
They told me we do not have any facility like food coupon.
We frusted about this type of facilities and it hurt us lot.Now we do not have any choice

1.I lodge complain at india on[protected].
2. I filled inland letter give by officer at sardar valbhbhai airport ahmedabad airport.
3. Today i got email address from my traveling agent
So i am writing all incidences again to highlight my problem
And my troubled during my traveling with jetairways
4. You cannot compensate my not well treated passenger during journey
5. But i want r.12000=00 from jet airline to full fill my damage two computer boxes
If my damage two computer boxes money not compensate with 30 days from your office then i will go further.
I will lodge complain at ombudsman office at johannesburg branch

We do regret to note your observations on the damage observed on your bag contents.
At jet airways, it is never our intention to inconvenience our guests. We train our loaders on how to handle guest's baggage with due care. Hence, we note your grievance with great concern and have briefed all staff and loaders to take additional precaution to ensure that we do not cause inconvenience to our valued guests.
In your case, you have mentioned that you had computer boxes. Kindly be informed that these items are deemed fragile as per the airline terminology.
The airline staff tagged the bag as fragile so that the loaders can handle it with care. The fragile sticker signifies that the luggage will be handled with care. This procedure is followed by all the airlines affiliated to iata. As a regulation, no carrier takes liability for the fragile and breakable items which are checked in by the guest.
Dear dr. Bohra, we also wish to inform you that all guests are requested to report all damages or mishandling of baggage before leaving the airport premises. We have checked with the ahmedabad airport team and as per them no complaint was raised by you on the arrival at ahmedabad.
In the view of the above, we sincerely regret our inability to compensate as suggested by you and thank you for your understanding.
We trust you will not let this experience deter you from availing our services on your future travels.

if customer has traveled and ticket number is ok, it should be released immediately, what other airlines are doing.
please change the process and get it issued in 1 day.
I filled the form with all the details and even paid it thru my credit card. but did not receive the travel certificate nor any details . It showed please wait you will be redirected to the merchant. But nothing seems to appear. How do i get this certificate its very very urgent.

by system is not showing the ticket amount for correction of travel certificate i have emailed twice to compay on 09 july 2018 and Travel Date 27 May .2018 on [protected]@jetairways.com with attached soft copy of incomplete travel certificate which was sent to me on my email [protected]@gmail.com but til date i have not received correct travel certificate
