Need help...
Today ( 20-apr-2016, 5:30am) i traveled from pune to delhi with jet airways 9w-364, airline pnr -hhraaw .There i had taken meal .While eating i found the small worms and fungus in the meal provided by the jet airways staff crew members.I flight when i complaint they said it's risen in muffin and when i complained at counter in delhi they said it's banana muffin. It was smelly.Given complaint in writing along with the sample.Can't believe that they are serving rotten food.

    I had booked a ticket from Cochin to Bangalore in Jet airways (E-ticket no :[protected] for[protected]. Today as we approached the airport they informed that the flight is cancelled and sms is sent to mobile number. Arent they supposed to call and inform all customers or atleast mail them??Due to this we had to cancel the connection ticket from bangalore to belagaum and travle by bus which caused unnecessary time loss and money loss.

        Dear Sir/ Mam
        I am Mohit Soni harassed by the Jet airways company officials. I booked the flight tickets with PNR no. EFKNXO from Delhi to Udaipur for dated 12 June 2016 ( revised schedule) on 26th December 2015 for four family members for enjoying the summer vacation but due to my grand father passed away on this January i decided to cancel the ticket so i called on jet airways call center no.[protected] on dated 24th February for the cancellation that time call center executive told me that cancellation charges applicable there which was 500 JP miles ( Points given by jet airways on purchasing by credit card) per passenger, that time i thought that i would postponed the date to avoid the cancellation charges so i didn't cancel my ticket. Now my conscious not allowed me to enjoy this summer vacations this year so i need to cancel the tickets i called on call center on dated 10/4/2016 for cancel the tickets the executive told me that cancellation charges had been revised from 1st April 2016 when i asked him that i have not intimated about it he said that company had sent an email to every ticket holder about it but i spoken him that i have not received any information about it but he argued the same than i requested him to connect with his senior officials than he connect me to his Supervisor Ms Komal Sharma, she said the same line that company sent the information about the revised charges than i requested to her that provide me the copy of sent mail she agreed and told me that within 24-48 hours they would provide me the copy of sent mail and when i asked if they would fail to send she replied and committed that if company fail to send the said mail they would applied the previous cancellation charges which was 500 JP miles per passenger, after 72 hrs on 13th April 2016 at 3.00 pm when i called the call center Mr. Ishan picked the call i told him about all the incidents he replied that system was down so call back after half an hour, after 1 hour at 3.53 pm i called back to call center Ms Nidhi picked the call i again elaborated the incident she kept me on hold for few minutes and replied the same that in case of cancel the tickets revised charges applicable and when i asked about the Komal sharma she said today she was on week=off i request her to talk her senior about the commitment by the Komal sharma she kept me on hold for some time and replied that wait for 24 hrs again for resolution i agreed and called today at 12.05 am Ms Tanya picked the call i again i elaborated the same incidents she replied that no resolution of my query and when i asked about the commitment she said today she was on Week-off i asked how it is possible that a employee is off twice in a week she said that they permitted two off in a week than i warned her to complain in a consumer forum if they failed to resolve my problem, she requested to hold me few minutes i agreed but after 5 minutes of hold the call was disconnected by her, after few minutes i call back on that no. Ms. Neha picked the call i again elaborated the same but she also refused my request and said no one can resolve my problem i asked her to talk with his senior she kept me on hold and after 10 minutes call was disconnected. All the incident happened with me shown the notorious attitude of company employees they doesn't care about the consumer's problem. I told them that i am in a roaming and staying in Bhopal for official purpose and talked with company more than 1 hr approximate but they didn't care about it. I requested you to kindly intervened in this matter and resolve my problem if i got the mail i could cancel my ticket before the revised charges but i didn't get the mail.

          Dear Jetairways,
          With ref to pnr no. CDHVAS(dated 28th March, from Kolkata to Mumbai) I got a message in midnight at around 1 a.m of 28th, that the flight has been cancelled.
          I called up airlines I.e Jet Airways, and they confirmed that the flight really got cancelled and said refund will be provided through Goibibo.
          I asked for alternative flights, but they didn't had any options.I asked them for any alterations but they didn't had any.It was really urgent to go to Mumbai so I have to book on the spot flight for RS 13, 500 (Spice-jet) from Kolkata to Mumbai and the refund was still pending .
          I just want to know who is responsible for the extra money that I have to provide for the tickets!
          You people don't have any responsibility.
          Just sending a single message that the flight got cancelled that too on the same day @ 1a.m clears all your responsibility.!
          I want my refund along with the difference amount of the new ticket.
          Please revert ASAP!

            I booked a ticket for my wife and baby (8 months old) to fly from Chennai to Pune on 1st May. The flight charge for my wife is Rs.6850 and for the baby it is Rs.2850. This is the total charge before the convenience fee.

            The airline neither cannot provide a basinet for the infant nor the infant cannot have an account to claim the miles with a valid seat. So, the infant has to travel on mother's lap after paying almost 41 % of the adult fare and not getting any kind of benefit or a seat for the travel.

            My complaint is about that the infants should not be charged or if at all it should be 10 % of the total adult fare and nothing more and provided a seating or a basinet facility as observed in case of international travels.

            Airline cannot justify or give me a proper reason for the charge as the call keeps bouncing between departments and the only answer I receive is that it is the management who decided on the fare.

            This is where I thought of taking this to consumer complaints.

            I would much appreciate if anything could be done toward this unnecessary charges that the Airlines levy on passengers.

              Dear sir/madam,

              Highhandedness of jet airways staff placed at international airport new delhi with mrs neelam sharma (Passenger) on 19.03.2016

              Please refer to above, i wish to invite your kind attention towards the highhandedness of your jet airways staff placed at international airport, new delhi at terminal 3 with a ladies passenger, who has not been permitted to board on her flight no.9w-795 from delhi to pune at 14.55 on saturday, dated 19 march 2016 vide pnr:lthgzy(Copy enclosed), whereas i have reported at jet airways counter at terminal no.3 at 2.00pm and iam being asked by the concerned staff on the counter that the boarding for the captioned flight is over/closed whereas the boarding for the said flight was going on at the material time i.E.2.00pm, which is being well placed on the record for your reference.However, i have requested to ladies staff placed at the counter for issuance of boarding pass, but she did not attend me properly and continued to keep on talking over her mobile with someone and misbehaved with me also.It is pertinent to mention that i am being forced to book another flight of air india(Copy enclosed) worth rs.6910/-for returning to pune on 19.03.2016 at 4.40 pm since i was suffering from severe fever at the material time and also caused me severe depression.

              In view of the foregoing, i seek kind intervention of the concerned higher authorities to take stern action against the erring officials and arrange to refund my fare for rs.4010/-for the said flight and compensation for rs.50000/-for causing me mental agony and severe depression on account of which i could not take up the matter with the concerned higher authorities for the aforesaid unfortunate incidence happened with me without any fault on my part immediately on 19.03.2016.You are once again advised to take stern action against the erring officials and arrange to refund my said fare for rs.4010/-accompanied the said compensation worth rs.50000/- without further loss of time, failing which, i may be forced to initiate the legal proceedings against the delinquents personally in their names at their costs & risks and against your esteemed company.

              Hoping for prompt positive response/resolution, please.

                2nd Dec 2015, I traveled with my family from Doha to Delhi- booking reference MUKILZ. Aircraft didn't carry luggage for almost 150 passengers including my family and did not inform anyone until arrival at Delhi. We were made to stand in queue for 2 hrs at 3 AM just to tell us that luggage will come after 1 day. I was forced to stay in Delhi cancelling my ongoing trip. I had to spend clothes, medicines, cancellation of on wards journey. After a lot negotiation airline agreed to pay Rs 2000 for each passengers and have not paid yet.

                  I travelled in jet airways(9w-2638, pnr xwxyrq, eticket no. -589-[protected]) from lucknow to delhi on 10th of april.I was asked for food option i asked the air hostess if in nonveg its egg or meat.She told me its egg n i took that meal(I am an eggetarian).But once i started having the meal i realised the meal has chicken pieces and then i informed the air hostess but the kind of response i got was as if she does not care.She simply said we do not check the food what is inside.And as per her they have got the menu for egg not chicken or anything.It was really idiotic whatever happened.Jetairways is a brand n first time i felt that the local dhabawala kinda response.Please look into it.

                      On date I arrived at kolkata airport at3.45 pm collected my boarding pass for Jet Airways flight no. 9w 2473 and counter staff directed me to go for security check. But in security get security man insulted me stating that you are the educated person but dont know the time of departure and your flight is dalayed to 8.15pm. This incident is ocuured only because of Jet airways who has not informed me via email. I feel very disappointed and frustrated due to this kind of incident.
                      Please note that I am a privilage member of Jet airways hsving Credit Card no.[protected]. I informed the datails of this incidence in Jet airways counter but they are not at all responded.
                      So I decided not to travel by Jet Airways from today itself and also I will advise my thousands of collegues and members not to travel by Jet airways who canot give value of time and delays flight frequently.
                      I also decided to quit all business relations with Jet airways in near future.

                        I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have faced bitter experience of JET AIRWAYS Service. on dated 27/03/16 When I was ready to board from Guwahati airport to Pune for some urgent work. By My Flight (9W 7068)at 16:05 from Guwahati. My Boarding time was 16:05 and I reached airport at sharp 15:00. but unfortunately I direct go to boarding door queue. when My turn comes to enter inside the airport than your staff told me you take first of all boarding pass than came here.than I rushed to boarding pass counter where your staff told me that you came 2 minute late. so we are not able to prepare your boarding pass. than I was helpless and gone to jet airways ticket counter where I staff told me that you have to make full new ticket (i.e. Rs. 31200/-). but I am in hurry that's why I again purchase new air ticket for pune which time was 17:10 connecting flight was remain same. when again went to boarding pass counter than your jet airways staff told me that why did you make air ticket you have to contact me I arrange as there was a huge rush that's why they could n't help me. but I am a middle class person & I had to pay so much huge amount.again. anyway when I reached Delhi I again face problem as Connecting flight 9W 363 was cancelled. so again I was helpless. jetairways staff didn't take any decision for 3 hours. and at 22:30 they told we will arrange hotel in delhi. next day they will arrange flight for pune. but my tour was so urgent that'swhy I didn't take risk and made a ticket in morning at 5:00 on next day morning (28/03) by indigo (i.e. Rs. 14900/-).and reached at pune airport. but this is my horrible journey by JETAIRWAYS in future I will never recommend any one to travel by JET AIR WAYS Flight. I want reimbursement of my total expenditure from guwahati to pune (i.e. Rs. 31100/- + 14900/-)= 46000/-. other wise I have to take legal action against JET AIRWAYS. Pl. transfer this money to My ICICI BANK ACCOUNT[protected], GANGTOK Branch, SIKKIM at the earliest.

                        As due to delay one fraud Mr. Rahul Kataria who told me that he is Jet airways executive and misguided me to transfer fund to receive your compensation. but due to his action I am in trouble . he taken my fund (i.e. Rs. 95000/-) and finish it on 14/04/16 . his phone no. is [protected]. Question is why he told me that I am jet airways executive. his ICICI BANK A/C No. is[protected].
                        and I talk several time to customer care regarding this matter but all in vein. they told me that it is your fault that's why we cannot help you. but I am a common man. and my huge amount is elope from my account. and spending a sleep less night. as I previlage customer of ICICI Bank. bank will have to be help me regarding this case and resolve it as early as possible. and catch that culprit to avoid fraud in future for other's common man.

                          Hello,

                          I missed a flight from Delhi to Mumbai then Mumbai to London and the London to Montreal on 9th of March 2016.(Jet Airways Record Locator:
                          YUHMDO)


                          As there was no showoff on Delhi Airport on 9th of March so My flight from Mumbai to London and then London to Montreal got Cancelled automatically.

                          I wish to reimburse my money for that. I called many times to Jet Airways office in Toronto but they are not ready to help me in anyways.

                            My flgt from bangalore to ahmedabad on 25/3/16 via mumbai with flgt 410, 325.It was to my surprise to see my american tourister [blue colour]new suitcase was open n no zip, lock was not there[obvious when there was no zip].n weight of the suitcase was 14kg in bangalore n in ahmedabad it was 13.4kg.my new 6 pieces of suit dresses were missisng, which costs around[protected]/-.can u pls get it back or can you pay back the amount.as your airways are so prestigious n well mannered staff, who takes care of the customers, their baggages very well.
                            so pls get back my clothes which is important as it was a gift to be given to someone.

                              I am a frequent traveller and lately travelled from goa to delhi on 28th march. I am a chartered accountant and lawyer by profession. I boarded the flight at 7:45am (F. No. 9w496) due to an urgent meeting at 12pm in delhi. However to my utter dismay it was told that the flight is delayed and i will have to board from the layover at mumbai at 10am rather than 9:30am. The flight had to reach at 11:35 to delhi. When i reached at mumbai airport, they said the flight has already left and even the flight at 10:30am which was about to fly is not ready to wait for us to board. And we just have an option to board the flight at 1:05pm. I waited hell lot at the airport doing absolutely nothing. I postponed my meeting at delhi to 2:30pm and when i boarded at 1:05pm (F. No. 9w0351), and was sitting in the flight i hear the announcement that it has to wait for passengers at another flight who will be boarding and flight will be delayed and it flew after 2pm i.E. An hour i was again sitting in the flight. It was hell frustrating given that i lost my trust in the airlines. I had to bear the loss of my reputation apart from monetary losses. I work for one of the top mncs of world. Such kind of annoying experience from such reputed flight is really absurd and unforgettable. You must understand this that if one is reaching at airport at 6am in the morning, one must be having a highly important work. And i reached only 4:30pm and wasted my entire day waiting and struggling with your staff who was rude in tackling the issue. I need an answer to whay happened from your higher management. In case this is a persistent flaw in journeys i need to reject the airlines everytime.

                                I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience i had at your airline company(Jet airways). Yesterday (Flight date: march 31- april1, 2016), i was on board in the flight from singapore with the flight no. 9w0017 to dubai with the flight no.9w546. I was surprised at what happened with my check- in baggage when i checked it on my way home, i found out that the lock of the bag was opened/ cut and my things were being checked /scanned/ explored and some of my clothes were missing.

                                From the time my baggage was check-in from singapore i am expecting or assuming that it will be back to me as intact/ completely the same as how it was at the beginning but unfortunately i am disappointed to what just happened and what i found out. This experience will live a big bad mark for me and can make me think if next time, if i will use your service again.

                                I know that i can only complaint the incident as immediately as possible and should be in the vicinity of the airport, but still i am sending you this message for you to be aware of the bad things that are happening and the poor security services you are providing with your costumer’s baggage. I am really bothered and concerned by the type of security service that you are providing for the costumers check-in baggage, and i am now hesitant to trust the quality of your service again. This issue could have affected number of other passengers as well, and i just hope that none of them became as worst as mine did.

                                  We had a flight from srinagar to delhi and delhi to indore on 30/03/2016. At srinagar airport the jet authorities told us that we can only take ladies hand purse with us in the cabin and nothing else and due to this we had to keep our new umbrellas in the luggage in the cargo of the plane, whereas everyone else took huge suitcases heavy luggages in the cabin, why this double standards in the jet airways. I mean are there any rules or not and who will take responsibility of the broken umbrellas who will pay for it. Will tour airways pay for it. Flight number was 9w 0604 srinagar - delhi on 30/03/2016. I need you to take some serious actions against this.

                                    My name is ronald francis and used jet airways flight services on
                                    15th of march 2016
                                    Yvr - lon - bom - coimbatore
                                    Return flight on
                                    Sun 26th march 2016
                                    Cjb - blr and via air france to yvr

                                    Flight # 9w 2650 21:30 got cancelled...And stressed my whole trip back to vancouver.

                                    On saturday, just after 17:00 hrs, jet airways staff called me and informed that the 21:30 flight is cancelled and fair will be refunded. What a last minute nightmare?

                                    I would like to find out the real reason on the cancellation, is it due to lack of passengers?

                                    How would you compensate if i have missed my air france flight in blr?

                                    Due to my international flight at blr, she offered me 18:55 air costa flight.

                                    At that time i was in r.S.Puram and have to rush to my place in trinity nagar near sundarapuram and took my partially packed luggage and barly made it to the flight. What a stressfull evening that the cancellation caused.

                                    Thanks to family, such a risky driving to airport.
                                    I missed my final dinner with my family.
                                    And have to take off early from my family.

                                    This caused me to reach early in blr...Stranded without wifi and dinner.

                                    On top that irresponsible treatment of jet airways staff at blr was a highlight of my trip. Inability to help me connect with wifi or provide me with any lounge access.

                                    For all my queries, i was just given the email address for to complain and no immediate, swift solution for my situation.

                                    Hoping to talk customer service.

                                      Hello,

                                      I travelled from Colombo International Airport to Mumbai airport on 29th March 2016, flight no. 9W 251, passenger name Ajay Jayantilal Shah departure time 21:35pm.

                                      I was really disappointed with the baggage service . My precious stone (white sapphire) purchased from Srilanka is missing from the bag, the bag lock was broken and it was marked cross.
                                      The stone is worth $340. This is such a huge loss to me .

                                      I trusted jet airways and srilankan tourism for my and my luggage safety and in return I get this.

                                      I need a strong action against this loss and need a 100%compensation for the same .
                                      Strict action and immediate response should be taken

                                      I am attaching bag, flight and product details in the same.

                                        Dear sir
                                        My brother in law and his wife sailed for usa on 21st march. Incidentally they were delayed for bracelis. For your cooperation and they reached atlanta safely but uunfortunately the luggage are yet to reach. They had acted as advised but still no information.

                                        They are now staying there without any cloth and moreover some daily use medicines are inside the luggage.
