We booked tickets to Delhi -London via Mumbai for 29th may booking no [protected] on flight no 9W384 at 9.50 pm. Due to rain that day our flight was delayed .we had an interconecting flight at 1.40 am for London.I requested the officer at the desk to book us on a earlier flight as we could not afford to miss our flight to London which was supposed to reach there at 6.45 am and we were travelling to scotland with a group of our friends ard noon that day.he booked us on an earlier flight and assured us that we will catch our interconnecting flight as we would we provided with special assitance at immigration as a crew member will escort us from the aircraft when we land at mumbai.the jet flight we boarded was to depart at 10.20 pm we boarded the flight ard 10 pm but it took off ard 11.05 pm (delayed)we landed at mumbai ard 1 am.there was no one for us to escort us to immigration. We reached the airport looking for guidance then a crew member came ard 1.10 am with boarding pass in his hands saying we cant catch our 1.40 flight to london instead we will have to board at 5.15 am mumbai -doha-london which will land ard 1.45 the next day.He had a very casual attitude to take this flight as we have no option and the stopover at doha was for 1hour if we missed that too we will get a flight at ard 2 pm next day.how casually said and done.
My question is that first i had made my point clear at delhi airport that we couldnt miss our interconnecting flight or give a direct flight but we were assured that it was their responsibility that we will catch the flight.but at mumbai airport there was this casual attitude take this doha mumbai flight or apply for a refund they didnt care. My point is ii not the duty of the airline to deliever what they promise and if due to any reason they cant then they need 2 compensate.
For debating for more than 2and a half hour when we found out seats were available at Air India flight 2 london did they start the formality to board us on that flight with great reluctancy which was to leave ard 6.15 and reach ard 12.15 or so.
We landed london ard 12.45 the next day and were there for nearly 1.45 min to complete all formalitues at airport.we missed our friends who left for scotland without us.our booking got wasted as we couldnt reach scotland that day .next day we had planned to further drive from scotland but we missed that as our ride was all shared but nevertheless we had to pay for all losses regarding bookings and carpool et.we wasted 3 days of our planned itinary as we didnt join our friends cos we didnt want to drive ourselves and peak time tickets were outside our budget
My Question here is how will the airline compensate ys for spoiling our trip and wasting our money on our preplanned itinary.
Disgusted at the way we were treated at the airport no apoligies only that its not their fault that flight got delayed and we missed the flight .so its either take the flight offered or they care.Disgusting
I want to know how will you compensate for ruining my trip

    I With my family traveling from Kuwait to Cochin via abudhabi and our boarding pass were issued from Kuwait. Our flight time was 8.05am from abudhabi and as reached abudhabi at 7 am on counter, they closed the counter and they issuing new boarding pass for next day. As it is not our fault and now we got new route to Calicut. Jet should compensate our delaying and our additional taxi fare from Calicut to Cochin

      We travelled by 9w579 from dubai to mumbai today (7th june) along with our sr citizen parents/in laws who were wheel chair bound throughout their to and fro travel.

      Our grievance is on following points:

      Despite being patient and trying to cooperate with you all considering the situation, you all have miserably failed to show up sensitivity towards customer's grievance and difficulties. We have been using your carrier over others and are frequent fliers. While we have quietly taken due note of situation and agreed to wait as your staff namely dheeraj/ ashish/ ajay/ priyanka & shohaib had confirmed to us for delivering our luggage by tonight. We were to travel outstation tomorrow and due to medical condition of mr& mrs atre, we had requested to ensure delivery of all our 5 bags by tonight as they are under medication and in absence of the prescription and their doses, there is a serious life threat you all have put them to.

      I have cancelled my trip and there is huge mental agony and financial loss we are going to incur due to this abrupt cancellation of our scheduled trip.

        Hi All,

        This is Anjali Kumari. I booked a flight of Jet Airways from Hyderabad to Patna via Delhi which was going to take 6 hours. Now, they cancelled the flight from Hyderabad to Delhi and rescheduled it at 6:30 am from Hyderabad, earlier it was at 1 pm. So, now total travelling time became 12 hours and 40 mins which is double of the earlier time. I booked my tickets according to my timing and convenience. Now it does not seem to suitable for me. They suggested me to either cancel the ticket(fully refundable) which I can not do now because all Airlines have increased their fares or switch to another flight of Jet Airways only.
        The suggested flight's timing was still not suitable for me. It is again taking more than 9 hours. I asked them to book my flight of another Airline(I was not bothering about the Airline, my only concern was suitable timing and less stoppage), they totally denied. They said they can switch to only their flight.
        I am highly unsatisfied with them. They should take care of their passenger's convenience in case of cancellation or delay. Why would we suffer for this.

        It is sure I am not going to travel by Jet Airways ever anyhow.

          Sir/madam

          I booked a ticket no: 589/[protected] through yatra.com at 8.00 pm on 20 may 2016 from aizwal to delhi.
          I made an error in the date and booked the ticket for 20th may 2016 sunday instead of wednesday 25th may 2016.

          I realiosed the mistake and spoke to the customer care at yatra.com and was advised to cancel this ticket and make a new booking. However after cancellation i got a message that as this ticket was non refundable i would be refunded nil amount. I spoke to the customer service at jet airways where i was informed that out of rs 10, 613 which i paid through credit card, jet airways has deducted about rs 9, 400 and the rest amount has been deducted by yatra.

          I am disappointed that just a smal typographical mistake i lost rs 10, 613 within 2 hours.

          I would be grateful if the airlines looks into this matter benevolently.

          I am a surgeon in a goverment hospital at delhi and think it is most unethical that the airlines just pockets such a large amount because of a small mistake on my part.

            I am a jet privilege member, membership no.[protected]. Collecting the miles by spending lacs of money on my credit card. All of a sudden, company blocked my account. When i called the customer care, first they said that it is temporary blocked and they just need my id and will reactivate my account after receipt of my id proof which i sent immediately. After 10 days, i got the mail that the request is taking more time than usual and they told me wait for few more days.

            After waiting for 1 more week, i called the customer care again and the guy told me that the team is working on it and they will try to resolve the issue as early as possible.

            After 3 more days, i received the mail that my account has been permanently blocked due to some activities which do not comply with their regulations. I have done only 1 transaction throughout the year and that too, 6 months back. Really dont know what were those transactions.

            I had spent my hard earned money deliberately on my jet airways linked card, so that i can collect miles as i am fond of travelling. Pathetic pathetic service.

              Dear sir,
              This is to inform you about my travel experience in Jet Airways from Dubai to Chennai via Mumbai, on the 28th of May, 2016. I would like to list down the incidences one after the other as it happened.
              At first, I took a Jet Airways flight No. 9W 579 from Dubai to Mumbai, and had a transit flight from there to Chennai. At Dubai airport boarding pass was issued for, the above mentioned flight as well as for the connecting flight No. 9W 481, from Mumbai to Chennai. While checking in at Dubai airport, the person at the desk had the courtesy to note down my Dubai number to give me a call in case need be. And while in line for boarding I got a call saying I haven’t boarded yet. my flight from Dubai to Mumbai was wonderful, and I appreciate the service provided. But the problem began after I reached Mumbai airport.
              At Mumbai airport, I had to collect my luggage and check in again even though I was travelling through the very same airlines, and had the boarding pass issued at the source airport. Anyhow, as required I had done that as soon as I collected my luggage. And since I had my boarding pass I went ahead to board the flight. I honestly lost track of time, due to not getting proper rest the previous night, and travelling, due to which I reported at the boarding gate past the boarding time. It was my first time visit to the Mumbai airport and was not aware of the silent airport rule. Though I did hear couple of announcements during my time spent at the airport. Anyways, if not announcement I believe the airlines had my phone number to give me a ring if I hadn’t boarded the flight. I was shocked at the response I received from Jet Airways on my missing of the flight. At first, I was sent to the counter where boarding passes are issued and from there to the reservation counter, for which I spent around an hour. At reservation counter after 25-30 mins of checking the person told me there is no availability of seat in the 03:30 pm flight (cost around Rs. 11., 000) and told me to take the 5:50pm (cost around Rs. 8, 000), for which I was asked to pay around Rs.10, 000 and this included change of flight charges as well. There were no refund to my missed flight. Now here change of flight charges makes no sense, it would have if I was asked to pay the difference and the charges for change of flight. The conversation went on and finally when I checked online for 3:30pm flight I found availability of seat and booked it online at 2:40 pm. After booking as soon as possible I went to the reservation counter requesting them to put me in the booked flight but to my surprise the response I received was that they cannot issue a boarding pass. I here need an explanation to why can I book a ticket at 2:40pm for a 3:30 pm flight but cannot receive a boarding pass 5 minutes later. Hereafter, they put me in the 5:50pm flight No. 9W 469 which was around Rs.3, 000 lesser than the ticket I booked. And when asked for a refund in the cost I was told that I would be charged extra for change of flight, so if I cooperate I would not be charged extra. Here I do not understand the logic, that with the difference and change of flight charges I should still get back money. But I was denied refund and threatened to be charged extra.
              Now my next and important question is, how is it that I could not be put in 3:30pm flight when I had the boarding pass for 1:15 pm flight, while I could be put in 5:50pm flight when I missed the 3:30pm flight due to the internal issues in the airlines? How is it that I pay when I make a mistake and nothing is done from your behalf when it is your mistake? What is the whole point of taking boarding passes? Even after taking boarding pass the airlines declared me “no show”, while I had to collect and check in my luggage even in a transit flight.
              And my final question to Jet Airways is, how was my checked in baggage still at Mumbai airport and left with me in my flight at 5:50? I do not understand how my baggage lost track of time to board the flight at 1:15 pm on the 28th of May, 2016?
              Having travelled throughout the night and after running around the airport throughout the day on Saturday I was unwell to go to office even on Monday! My travel through Jet Airways was informed to the employees of Jet airways while all this happened, but not even on humanitarian grounds people had helped. Moreover, the treatment I received as a foreigner was far better than what I received in my home country.
              This ill treatment of Jet airways was harassing.
              I request you to kindly take a favorable responsible necessary action. Else I wouldn’t hesitate to take this forward.

                  I was travelling from us to india with etihad and jet airways
                  I missed the flight at abu dhabi for delhi with jet airway due to some hand baggage missing. First they said we will accommodate in next flight. Later refused and asked to pay extra or buy new ticket. I was with family and treated so badly. It's pathetic why jet airways working like this. They don't care for customer satisfaction and experience. Hopeless.

                    I am a jet platinum member, was travelling with my wife from chandigarh to mumbai through flight no 9w 472 dated 27/05/2016 and pnr no ebejwn.
                    I have pre booked veg low calorie meal for both o[censored]s, my wife was served veg low calorie meal and i was served non veg low calorie meal. I also didn't notice the red tag and after having part of it i realized it was non veg. This was very surprising and very bad on behalf of such a prestigious airline. I am a vegetarian person and i ate non veg by mistake due to carelessness of your staff. These things are not acceptable and you have got no rights to paly with someones emotion even by mistake. This has happened for 3 rd time with me earlier occasions i havent made any complain.

                        My niece dr shilpa jamenis along with daughter aged 6 years and infant of two years reached at first entry gate of jet airways flight no 9w795 at terminal 3 exactly 50 minutes of departure of the flight to pune but the staff at entry gate was so rude, either not trained well to behave with passengers or in hurry to go to home, refused to check in without considering the position of lady doctor with two small children. They were refused to board. As per guidelines of airports lady with children specially with infant must be given priority in queue but the supervised was rude and did not allow to enter. She allowed two other persons who came late than my niece. There was no one at the gate to help the lady with small childeren.

                        My niece being a doctor to could not reach her college.

                        I request to take an action against the lady superviser at the entry gate and issue tickets to dr shilpa jamenis for any earliest flight.

                          Hello, this is adv. Purvi shah and i am writing this comment bcoz of the harassment suffered by me due to your in flight attendants and ground staff. I was flying today morning to nagpur in s2 4171 flight from mumbai and even when i reached almost an hour before the estimated flight time i was made to run saying flight is already boarded and so i need to rush as i am late. When i reached gate no. 44b, to my shock boarding didnt even started and i was all sweating due to wrong information given to me. Secondly after boarding the flight i was not offered breakfast which was inclusive in my ticket while all other fellow passengers were served with food. I fail to understand this discrimination and if i dont receive satisfactory reply i will defiantly pursue this matter in court so that others wont face this discrimination. The flight attended name was mr. Parvez and his team.

                              Travelled with jet airways bombay - london - bombay sector...
                              Normally all airline's tickets are valid for 12 months...
                              Arrived in bombay in december 15 and scheduled to travel back next week.
                              Of the 3 passengers 1 is travelling and other 2 needs to postpone..

                              Now jetairways says that ticket is valid for only 6 months and are not postponing without a fee... Nowhere on the tticket it is mentioned it 6 months valid and they decide to cheat... They are asking for 90£ extra for extending validity of ticket to normally what it is... 12 months.

                              Please treat this as urgent request and someone reply back soon... Only 4 days left for travel... This is absurd!!

                                The travel took place on saturday the 2nd april 2016. The travel was from
                                Newdelhi to pune.
                                The flight details are jetairways flight #795 newdelhi to pune.

                                In that steward sachin narang was very rude and unpolite right from the start unnecessarily unprofessional in behaviour.

                                Toilets were also not working in the flight.
                                Kindly make sure that the stewards and hostesses behave properly to improve upon the quality of the flight and jetairways brand.

                                  I am a platinum member of jet airways. I have tried to book mileage tickets on jet airways through phone but they ask us to email us the details. When i sent an email, i got an automated reply saying that i will get a call or reply within 72 hours. After 72 hrs, when i call up jet airways, they tell me that i should wait another 48 hours as we have raised the complaint. Again after 48 hrs, when i call them, they say that they will surely call us back with next 24 hrs. Continuously delaying the matter and not responding to it has been a common activity of jet airways. After that i sent 3 more emails for the same booking to jet airways and they replied back saying that i will be answered or called within next 48 hrs... This is going on since last 20 days and i am helpless...

                                    Booked 3 tickets in jet airways-PNR-LZUZZG- cancelled one ticket[protected]Rajiba.K).flight Number-9w2736.however i have not received any information regarding cancellation or refund of the ticket either in my email id or mobile.kindly help.cancellation was done at customer care on phone number39893333.three times they have changed the schedule and flights.
                                    the ticket was initially booked on 30th december 2015(flight No.0816) for 27th May-2016 from Mangalore to Bangalore.updated on 25th January 2016(9w2783)again updated by flight 9w2404 and finally by flight 9w2736 with change in scheduled time by two hours.Because of this reason we cancelled one ticket for which we are supposed to get the details of cancellation and refund details as informed over phone by your customer care executive. however i did not receive those details.

                                      I had to travel Goa at 5.15 AM flight, I reached the airport at 4.10 AM, already web check in. Post that i go to check in counter, when my turn comes the ground hostess request me to hold on since there are some Udaipur passesngers whoes flight gate have already closed. So out of good will i do that, then i finish my check in just to see long security check linewhich was so unorganised.

                                      when i finaly reach there at 5.00 they say, gates are close. I request them saying my collegues are in flight i have a urgent meet at 10...but they were so adamnt they just did not help...infact a guy tells me that do you think airline is responsible for this delay, i just wanted to slap him and say yes...you are too dumb to ask me this question...

                                      This is the worst flight to travel...i had 100 people waiting for me and they didnot let me board...if rules are rules then the Udaipur passengers who got in my que should have also not been allowed. But i guess this partiality was due to benefit the personal must me getting from allowing them..

                                      I am disapointed that i had to waste my time...my event and so on...who is going to pay me for the time i wasted and commitment i had given...

                                      Jet Airways — Change in flight schedule

                                      PNR number- SNPSMW Departure at 18:55 changed to 5:45 without intimation. Even after having option of later flight change done without confirming. Same happened when arriving in Goa from Mumbai 11:55 flight changed to 7 am

                                        I was travelling to Abu Dhabi from IGI airport New Delhi and it had a connecting flight from Mumbai. Flight started at 3.30 PM IST and reached Mumbai at 5.30 and it took some 15-20 minutes to park the flight. From Mumbai I was suppose to get my immigration check and I needed to board the flight by 7 PM IST.

                                        During this whole I was left at the mercy of beaureu of immigration and they were not ready to entertain me and asked me to come by queue and the queue was so long that it could have taken at least 2 hours for me to reach the counter.

                                        When I pleaded them to please allow me I got late because of the delay in flight from Delhi they said go to your airlines they will only help you now. But no one was there to help me.

                                        Is this the way to leave the passengers in the lurch and it was so important for me to reach Abu Dhabi.

                                        Its very unprofessional on the part of the airlines company.

                                        Make pictures more clearer.. Make sure it have a seen after people read the message... Whyy can't my iPad share a folder video to my friend ? Have more interesting stickers.. If possible, make it more like whatsapp...
