Hi,
I am a Jet Airways Platinum member with Jet Privilege account no.[protected]. Have been a big fan of the company until this recent experience. Jet announced a promotional offer in Oct/ Nov promising bonus miles on purchase of specified no. of flights. The offer promised b/w[protected] JP miles on taking Jet flights in the Period from 2nd November, 2015 to 31st Jan, 2016 depending upon the no. of flights taken.
I had taken more than 10 flights during the same period, but didn't get any bonus miles. I first sent the mail to Jet team on 7th January 2016 regarding this. I even shared the promotional mail with them from one of my colleagues as he had stored that mail with him.
Initially there were a few responses, which stopped completely later. I was completely astonished and anguished with the kind of ignorant replies which I received from their customer service team. Some suggestions to Jet:
1. Don't make promises which you can't keep
2. Customer's aren't fools, don't treat them so
I never thought a company like Jet can have such ineffective customer service that they can't solve an issue in more than 2 months. I used to fly Jet only earlier. Have started avoiding jet flights post this incident.
Extremely disappointed. Hopefully, hopefully now I can get some positive response. Didn't wanted to escalate here, but you left me with no choice.
