My name is srijiv chakrabarty and i just came from udupi after giving my hslc examinations. My complaint is about the service of jetairways. As Bangalore kempagowda airport is a silent airport, it does not announce people names. Although it does announce peoples names frequently. I dont have anything with the airport but the main thing is that my flight from bangalore to guwahati via delhi pnr no. ARGHDL, was about to depart on 7 :20 am and i reached the boarding gate sharp at 7:01 but as i was reaching there, the board gate was getting closed at that time.I was later not allowed to go into the airplane. I could see the bus which was supposed to carry us from the gate to the plane but the jet airways personnel there did not allow me to board the bus and get into the plane and i was furthermore badly treated. Later Mr. Subrata, a supervisor of jet airways, helped me by suggesting me to get which ticket and when. He was very helpful and that was the last thing i liked about jet airways. As i am a student i had to call up my friends father to make the tickets as i did not have cash and my parents were also not available at that time. I was very unhappy with the treatment given by the jet airways people there. Their jobs should be taken and sacked if they behave with customers like this. Tey were unwilling to listen to me and unhappy to see me, except mr subrata who helped me a lot. I had to manage money in this way and i am very unhappy with this. I expect a refund to my bank account along with a apologising letter from jet airways.This would be my complaint

    Gentlemen,
    My name is Prashant Sehrawat. I am working in Customs as an Inspector in Bangalore. I made a booking from bangalore to Delhi of flight no. 9w820 time 10:30 for the date of 24/03/2016. In this connection I have paid the amount of Rs.4929/- through my SBI net banking which has been debited from my Account. The transaction Ref No. IGOBRTKZM7. But I haven't get the ticket and when I talked to your customers care executives then they told me that the ticket could not be issued for technical issues so the ticket is deemed to be cancelled and they have also assured me that I will get my refund amount within 72 hrs. But still I haven't get any message or mail from your side. I don't have any hesitation that it's a big harassment which is given by you to your blind faith customers.
    So solve this issue as soon as possible for your endless reliability.

      This is to inform you that Jetairways is charging excess of cancellation charges compare to other airlines. Their cancellation charges are Rs 3500 + 5.8% service tax. I have 11 passengers travelling from Mumbai to Delhi but due to some unforseen circumstances we have to cancel our tickets. I paid Rs 67068 for 11 passengers and now I am getting only Rs 24442 as refund which means i am loosing Rs 42626 in cancellation. Which is very much
      so request you to take necessary action against them for there excessive penalty.

        I intend to buy return ticket from Volgograd (Russia) to Mumbai and Mumbai to Volgograd . Aeroflot flies from Volgograd to Moscow and Moscow to New Delhi and Jet Airways flies from New Delhi to Mumbai and in return by Jet Airways from Mumbai to New Delhi and by Aeroflot from New Delhi to Moscow and from Moscow to Volgograd. Aeroflot allows 2 bagages of 23 Kgs. each plus handbag with 7 Kgs and Laptop not counted as bag. Will Jet Airways allow the said baggage from New Delhi to Mumbai and in return Mumbai to New Delhi connecting to Aeroflot.

          I'm Giji Abraham, supposed to travel on jet airways 9W 562 from Kochi to Sharjah on 18.03.2016 8.20pm.Due to some hospital issues reached counter just 1hr before & the staff Mr.Anto bluntly said counter closed.But the display was still showing Sharjah, talked to me very rude and instead of chekin me wasted time. I had to purchase other airlines ticket to fly Sharjah. That cost me extra Rs 30000

            First of all I introduced my self my name is konchok hailing from ladaakh .at Delhi airport the staff from the jet airways treated us like a animal because of our innocent nature. My flight was 20th of March when we reached to airport and we was shocked that the my flight no 9W2368 the at airport they said you are not allowed to board on the flight because this flight was already full . It's strange that it is worst then the transport bus even state transport bus ticket has more value then the jet airways flight ticket and then behaviour of treating specially with the ladaakh passenger. It's shame full of your hospitality. Now from today I never going to book any flight with your airways and who ever I going to meet and advice them to not go with your airways . Is this your way of
            hospitality the schedule flight booking is going to the cancelled flight passenger and the person who have the schedule flight is to be in additional flight there is no surety that the additional is there .

                  Request for Baggage delay & damage claim.
                  I travelled to Canada on 14th Feb & my baggage was delayed more than 24 hours. When I received the luggage- it was broken & without notifying me, it was dropped to my hotel reception. Now I tried several times to get in touch with jet airways customer service regarding the claim but failed to connect. I am very annoyed with the service & will cancel the membership with Jet airways.
                  Seeking assistance.

                    Hi,

                    I am a Jet Airways Platinum member with Jet Privilege account no.[protected]. Have been a big fan of the company until this recent experience. Jet announced a promotional offer in Oct/ Nov promising bonus miles on purchase of specified no. of flights. The offer promised b/w[protected] JP miles on taking Jet flights in the Period from 2nd November, 2015 to 31st Jan, 2016 depending upon the no. of flights taken.
                    I had taken more than 10 flights during the same period, but didn't get any bonus miles. I first sent the mail to Jet team on 7th January 2016 regarding this. I even shared the promotional mail with them from one of my colleagues as he had stored that mail with him.
                    Initially there were a few responses, which stopped completely later. I was completely astonished and anguished with the kind of ignorant replies which I received from their customer service team. Some suggestions to Jet:
                    1. Don't make promises which you can't keep
                    2. Customer's aren't fools, don't treat them so

                    I never thought a company like Jet can have such ineffective customer service that they can't solve an issue in more than 2 months. I used to fly Jet only earlier. Have started avoiding jet flights post this incident.

                    Extremely disappointed. Hopefully, hopefully now I can get some positive response. Didn't wanted to escalate here, but you left me with no choice.

                      During the flight on March 1, 2016 from Mumbai to Paris, I got sick on the meal provided. I eat the chicken pattie. I should have stopped as the meal was cold and did not taste right. Later in the flight I got sick in the bathroom and cleaned it. Had to go a couple of time, they ran out of airsick bags and toilet tissue. Got to the Paris and the landing was like riding in a tucktuck. Speeding up and then slamming on the brakes to stop.
                      Since my return to the States, I have been hospitalized with severe dehydration and stomach problems. Will probably be seeing a specialist in the next week or so.
                      Love my trip to India, but hated by flight out of the country. Will never fly Jet Airways again

                        I have had an absolute nightmare experience with Jet Airways when I used their services from 16/01/2016 and 14/02/2016. On 16/01/2016, I have been contacted via Qantas Airlines and they told me that I have to fly via Hong Kong instead of Singapore. It was long flight and they forgot to add Vegetarian food as per original meal preference. This was very unpleasant flight experience. When I checked in bags, I have been told that I will need to collect my bags from Ahmadabad. When I reached Ahmadabad, I didn't receive my bags and been told that you will be contacted as soon as your bags are located. Jet Airways officer at Ahmadabad gave me few numbers to call on but no one was answering the phones. When someone answered phone, they asked me to call me back in 30 mins because they just arrived in the office and they dont have time to talk to customers at the moment. What kind of service is this when a customer lost his bags? Then later on I had to come to Ahmadabad airport to collect my bags which cost me around AUD$200 to collect my bags. When I was coming back to Melbourne on 14/02/2016, At check in counter, staff didn't arrange seating of my wife and I next to each other. I specifically asked them to place next to each other because my wife is scared of flying but that check in lady told us that she could not do it. She told us earlier that she could do it but later she said she cant do it for no reason. I am sure it can be done easily but she refused because she did not want to generate new boarding pass. When I was flying from Mumbai to Singapore, our seats didn't have push back options and it was very congested. I have had huge back pain issue because of those seats. I am sure it is not suitable to watch movies or sit when the passenger in front in pushed back position. you can check it out. I was sitting on 16B. I asked Crew member(Her name is Mehak) to find another seats but they said they don't have any. I knew 36B and 36C were empty as I have been told by check in staff at Mumbai Jet Airways counter because I asked to give me new boarding pass but she said boarding has already started to she cant give me new boarding pass which I understand. Also I had to ask her for snacks as she was keep forgetting to serve us. I find this very inappropriate. I should not be asking for anything in the first place. I will never use your service again in the future for sure.

                            Jet flight 9w 322 Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 4th march 2016 was delayed from 4 pm to 5.45 pm and that made my connection flight indigo 6E 297 to be missed. At Mumbai both airlines offered me no help and they were keen on selling next day high price tickets. This delay caused me a loss of around 10000 rs. New ticket n stay at Mumbai. I request jet airways to compensate me.

                                due to loss of my original ticket i have applied for travel certificate for said journey
                                on 30-31 Nov.2015 and the fee Rs.848/- for certficate was also paid by me by my
                                VISA card No. [protected]. but i am sorry to say that the certificate issued
                                by system is not showing the ticket amount. the soft copy of certificate is
                                being attached for your kind perusal and needful
                                i request you to please look into this matter and kindly arrange to issue a complete
                                certificates for said journey for which i have already paid fees.

                                  Sir, I booked to and fro tickets from Chennai-Portblair-Chennai on 23..2.16(up) & 28.2.16(down) and the flight tickets indicated time of departure as 11.30 on 23.2.16 from Chennai & 14.45 Hrs departure from Porblair on 28.2.16. i the names of Dr. M Amarasundarvarma and Dr. (Mrs.) D Shaalini. During Chennai Portblair journey there was no problem. While on the return journey back to Chennai (e ticket No.[protected] & 62) the Jet Airways authorities surprisingly informed that the PNR number mentioned in the ticket was wrong and after great difficulties they informed that the PNR Ref. Mentioned as SOMEONE. During this process the time was 13.45 Hrs. and they mentioned in the ticket as "Late Reporting Guest 13.46 Hrs.". In the ticket the time mentioned was 14.45 Hrs. instead of 14.15 Hrs but the Jet Airway authorities refused them to board the flight and in fact they were not allowed to travel even the next day. Because of these reasons solely on account of wrongful information in the ticket they were compelled to stay one extra day at Portblair and they returned back to Chennai by Spicejet flight in next day 29.2.16. In this regard I request you to refund the above said amount being the cost o[censored]ntravelled tickets as for no fault of the passengers at the earliest.

                                      I wish to inform that I am trying to book flight from canada to India through JP Miles redemption but not able to do and shows with all dates not available means, Jetairways is not interested to get benefit to JP Member traveled frequently with same airline.

                                      I have tried calling to service centre but when I said I want to use JP miles redemption for ticket booking, he started telling his system is not working and not able to even tell fare and taxes. again meaning for all other things system is working but for JP redemption system is not working.

                                      Please refer below mail of my complain in September 2015 to Ms.Mansi Bhatia, I regret to inform that even she has bothered to reply on this complain and resolve query.

                                      I want to book ticket now but no support from Jetairways even for online booking and service centre.

                                        I have two non profit organizations that distribute supplies new clothes and toys to refugee camps around the country on a strictly volunteer basis. We were booked in your airline to travel from Aurangabad to bengalru one January 31, 2016 . The agent never informed us if your excess luggage policy.we were summarily charged 13, 650 rupees for excess baggage which I am very disturbed by this carge as I have spent thousands of dollars of my own money to purchase and distribute dupplies on a strictly volunteer and humanitarian basis. I am kindly appealing to have the excess baggage fr waived and refunded to my credit card as a courteousy. I was carrying many new ckitges children's items to distribute to the refugee camps. Pls take this selfless hnutaruan effort into consideration and refund fees. Thank you so much
