As being from a travel portal, We are in a deep trouble as on 1st of November, one of our guest tried to book ticket and due to response status from the GDS being DOWN, the ticket got booked thrice, now even after tremendous attempts, Customer care and reservation counter (Airport) is not taking the accountability, and is asking to communicate to your Sales team . Also, as the user is asking for full refunds, and the payment gateway has also cancelled the other 2 duplicate transaction, and in this case, we want the full refund to be processed as per the norms. since the journey date is today i.e. 5th November 2015, we were bound to gets the tickets cancelled so that it did not fall into NO SHOW.. Technically too, the above statement and attached document it is evident that the tickets were re-issued with same customer details and real book id. (it is just a technical reference.)

    This is cheating & unexpected experience from the brand like Jet Airways. I bought 6 tickets for Goa from Kolkata on 2nd December, 2015 through akbartravels. There is a small spelling error with 2 of our family member's name. Instead of BHATTACHARJEE it was BHATTACHERJEE. I called the JET AIRWAYS helpline no. yesterday night & conveyed the things of the small error of spelling, I was expecting to discuss with this matter to him. The person whom I talked 1st around 2 o'clock at night, he was so arrogant & impatient that after listening the things he forced me to cancel that 2 tickets immediately. He instantly did that & gave me a cancellation no. UBQYXO & quite the call. Then again I called in the same helpline no. yesterday night after 10 mnts. The 2nd person told me that it showed that it got cancelled & he can't help me now. Otherwise I could talked to Airport Authority & it an be solved as there was not much change in the spelling. This 2nd person was sensible & he gave me more timeto listen my problem. I told himthat I'm flying with family & 3 persons are sr. citizens. I did not get any time to talk to airport authority or any others. the 2nd spokesperson from your end also told me that this tickets are not-refundable & you have 3 months time. SO IT SHOULD NOT BE CANCELLED. I was so shocked by this misguided behavior from 1st spokesperson & become helpless. He even did not told me that these are non-refundable. Instated of that, he told me that icould collect the money from travel agent directly. Being a layman we don't have other option to trusted the representative. That's why again I called JET AIRWAYS helpline no. today morning & had long chat with this new guy named Sunil. He has given me this mail id & told me to explain the incident happened with me. We are supposed to fly all family members together. So I'm requesting you to arrange 2 tickets in same flight. Both the persond are Sr. citizen are ill. So they can't travel separately (AMAL BHATTACHARJEE, AGE-71 & SIKHA BHATTACHARJEE, AGE-66 ). Whatever happened yesterday night was quite unexpected from brand like JET. 1st person whom I talked yesterday night who cancelled my ticket only thought of JET AIRWAYS profit as it's not refundable ticket & he did not give me any time to think & put us in big trouble. If we did not get our other 2 persons seat in the same flight, we can't fly as we have plan to go together and they are ill & aged. I know there was a mistake in the spelling but immediately I conveyed to the authority & was asking if there is any way to solve it. But he did not discuss me spending a little more time instead of that he trapped me telling the rule of Jet & cancelled my ticket. It might be profitable for the Zet Airline & put me in a such difficulty so I'm planning to cancel the journey. If it''s not refundable I could cancel it after long time. Today morning I mailed to the guestrelations mail id. But did not get any reply or phone call.

      Yesterday I booked three ticketed for 26th Dec from Indore to Pune. But unfortunately I had to cancel those tickets which I did within 1 hr. I initiated this booking from Make My Trip. The Jet told me total refund is only 1500/- (approx) even I did cancellation within one hour. I hope there is some kind of governance left in this country which could make these companies understand that it is a hard-earned money of a common man but not any politician or cricketer or film star. I felt ashamed after getting this treatment. (PNR no was MWMTHP, booking reference from Make My Trip was NF[protected]
      No ratings because they don't deserve it. A true character comes out when somebody is not willing to do business with you ( as in my case cancellation because of my personal reasons), then you show them door respectfully. Policies are made for people and to make their life better but not to fool/harass people.

        I'm a dentist from kuwait booked a flight to travel to chennai today. Before booking I asked the customer care whether the flight is operated to chennai. They answered "Yes". But when I reached the same day I book my flight after 12hiurs ( I'm travelling the same day ) To the check in counter they're irresponsibly answering and shouting that they cannot do anything. But my flight to chennai is cancelled. With no other choice left they pushed me to a decision of going to Hyderabad. Which is very faraway from my place.(chennai). The guy is asking me that I should ask only chennai airport. Then y u people committ to the passengers. Now I'm helpless standing in kuwait airport for the next flight to Mumbai connecting to Hyderabad. I missed my flight eventho I made web checkin and arrived 1 hour before. Shame on u jet airways. They made me wait fr half an hour fr this. I[censored] can't do not confirm the ticket. Don't give e boarding pass. Now he can I get to my place frm Hyderabad??????????? My flight pnr. PVXVDX

They do not even regret causing such inconvenience to the passengers and how much loss they are experiencing because of them delaying the flights. I lost one project as I could not send the proposal to client on time due to delay of the flight. If no action is taken by airlines I will go to consumer court.

                We (54 adults) have booked our flight from Delhi to Mumbai on 13/11/2015. Out of 54 Adults 28 persons flight was at 21:50Hrs and rest of 26 persons flight was at 22:50hrs. Because of heavy rush in security line we get some late we reached at Jet Airways Counter at 21:20hrs ( you can check with your airport entrance security camera also) But after reaching on gate the staffs of Jet Airways said that you are late and you cannot Check in. There was no announcement made and nobody had called us. The staffs are very roughly behaved to us. They told us that the rush in security is not their responsibility. This was a Students Group from Rampur Bushehar (Himachal Pradesh) Distt. Shimla going for educational tour to Mumbai – Goa Due to This Flight the School Management didn’t allow the rest of 26 persons to Board in the Flight and we face a Loss of INR213300/- of Flight Tickets The PNR Nos: 554V7E, 554YNU, 554RHJ, 555ANK, 55D4B2, UCMPFC/1B 55D4UY, 55D5K3, 55D574, 554XET, 554TBC

                  We (6 adults an 3 childs) have got our boarding pass and get security checked. Because of heavy rush in security line we get some late. But after reaching on gate the staffs of jet said us that our flight had been take off. There was no announcement mae and nobody had called us. The staffs are very roughly behaved to us. They told us that the rush in securty is not their responsibility. According to them why we not break the security.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked tickets for 2 passengers from Goa to Mumbai on 19/11/15 .PNR for above mentioned tickets is ANFBHR. We have already reached Goa airport at 6:10 am.( you can check with your airport entrance security camera also)In check in area TV screen shows remark of Delayed only. No any other updates on the screen up till 7:20 am. Departure time was 7:45 Am. At 7:20 am screen display showed Boarding. Immediately we went to check-in counter and present Ms. Vidhya ignored us and said I can't do anything for you and ran away without attending us. It was really very rude behavior from her side. Even from your airline no any announcements for our boarding call. Hence we request you to refund our fare Rs. 4036.00. Even I would like to register complain against your executive Ms. Vidhya for misbehavior, not attend properly and using abusing words. Awaiting for your reply ASAP.

                      I am writing this letter on behalf of my sister, Khadeeja Faattin Hassan, who was a passenger supposed to travel the jet airways flight 9W594 on 18/11/2015 with PNR No LFLVDI.

                      There were 4 passengers on the ticket on the same PNR which includes 2 infants.

                      The flight was supposed to take off at 11:30 hrs for which the passengers reached 3 hrs before the scheduled departure and the baggage check-in was done .but later, the staff of jet airways prevented my sister and co passengers from passing through emigration and did not allow them to board the flight to Doha, Qatar.The reason said was, that my sister did not have a residence permit of Qatar (the other passengers were on tourist visa).This is not true as the residence permit was stamped and in her passport but the jet staff was convinced that it was not valid.
                      I wonder how someone can be this ignorant?
                      My sister repeatedly told the staff, that the RP is stamped and it even had a validity of 3 years. But the staff were not even ready to listen her. I would please request you to train your staff on how deal with your guests. Especially the case of your Station Manager at Trivandrum airport, Ms. Joy Chitra Roy, she was not even ready to listen to what the passengers had to say.
                      Is this the way how you treat your guests?
                      Haven’t trained your staff to polite behavior with customers and to listen to them first before making such rash moves?
                      Finally the passengers were not allowed to board on the flight and the flight took off without them.

                      Is this the way how you treat customers?

                      Especially two ladies with two infants with them. They were made to run around the airport with nobody sensible enough to listen to their part. Is this the additional care that jet airways offers to mothers and children? They should have at least listen to my sister who has been travelling to and fro from Doha for past 16 years.

                      One question arises after this incident,
                      Is this a strategy of jet airways to get rid of passengers when they have overbooked their flights?
                      And is that why they chose the easy targets, two women with 2 infants so that there would not be much resistance?

                      After this incident, after the flight had left and four hrs. Later the countless efforts of to talk to someone sensible in the office, the staff now say that, it was their mistake and my sister has a valid RP and can travel to Qatar without any issues and they issued ticket for the next day’s flight. But is that enough? After all the harassment and hardship faced and the entire day lost due to ignorance from the staff on your side, just booking a ticket on the next day’s flight? Is that fair enough?
                      After the issuance of new ticket for the next day, next day at the airport, the staff harassed the passengers denying them the boarding pass asking for additional papers such as passport copy of husband – completely irrelevant to travel and procedures as means to torture the mentality of the passengers in retaliation for the complaint that we have lodged yesterday against the injustice faced by us

                      Is revenge tactics is a new policy of jet airways to prevent customers from complaining about the harassment faced by them?

                      Otherwise how can something that was not required the previous day for issuing of boarding pass suddenly be needed the next day without which boarding pass is denied.

                      When your airline charges thousands of rupees from the customer, if we try to change even a small detail on your booking, what happens to the customer if the airline messed up?

                      I hoping there would be adequate compensatory measures from your side also please educate your staff on how to deal with your guests, a humble request from my side.
                      I would like you to note that, in the 15-20 years of air travel that myself and my family have had, this is the first time that such a horrible experience has happened from the side of any airline. Really it made us regret the decision to choose jet airways.
                      I would like for strict action to be taken against these unfair practices by jet airways to, damaging the morale of passengers
                      Please note that if adequate compensatory measures have not been initiated by jet airways.
                      I am hoping for a favorable reply from the authorities of jet airways as soon as possible.

                      Hello i as traveling to a domestic city just Few days Back. Your Cabin crew member was a disappointment to me and She started to jump on me . Her Name was [removed] and she even exchanged her number with me which was a very disgusting thing for a Woman to cling on to someone like this. She is a under graduate and its Shameful that Jet Airways is hiring such under grads. My wife got very Angry on [removed] behavior. i hope you take some Action against this girl who flirts with her Customers and tries to act like a [censored[! She told me she has just joined some months back and she was in Jet Airways through influence. Shameful for such a big Airline to Have such idiotic girls. Thank You!

Just for you to know my sister had left her job in (FEB 2015) and your complain is on ( 1st December 2015) You #### dont know how to respect someones daughter or child, if you did you wouldnt mention her name in here! Well that just shows who is a UNDER GRADUATE & SHAMEFUL PERSON!! Maybe some ######## like you need to be taught a leason! Come off ill teach you one!! My Sister is a [censored]?                         I was passenger on 20 thNov inflight no9w2658 from Chandigarh to New Delhi and since the airport was shifted to new location I could not reach on time so I have to carry my luggage as cabin luggage as I was carrying one imported scissor which I deposited at counter Icameback on23/Nov/15 but despite my best efforts I was not provided my article. Tushar the boy at ticketing triedhislevelbestbut he toofailedthe counter girl did not pick phone. If this the plight of Jet air ways It is shame on their part and I will suggest not to travel in such airline where employee are so dishonest for petty things.

                          I was enquiring about my baggage as I was not sure whether they would honour my international travel allowance on my domestic flight. As I did not get a reply I packed 2 pieces of baggage per person with the domestic allowance of 15 kgs each. But during check in at the airport, I was shocked to know that domestic travel within India allowed only one piece per person. I was not informed of this in any of the numerous conversations I had with their customer service agents over the phone nor made clear in any of the emails. This unacceptable customer service cost me a lot of money. If I was informed correctly, I would have made alternative arrangement for my extra bags. This seems like a very unethical means of making money at a customer's cost. One of the cheaper low fare airline in India treats their customers better. After such a foul experience, . I did not see any value in flying a 'renowned' airline and next time I will keep this in mind. When someone is willing to pay higher fare, one expects superior service. This was a total let down. Followed up with customer service multiple times and my email has been ignored. They simply stopped responding. Very unprofessional.

                            Special circumstance - Chennai is flooded.

                            Our original flight (9w461) is from Vadodara to Chennai with a stop in Mumbai. We want to get off at Mumbai to avoid entering Chennai at this time, as we are traveling with our young daughter. We have been denied this change, although we haven't asked for a refund or any special considerations.

                            We don't understand why accommodating this administrative change during this unforeseen circumstance is denied.

                            We were denied this request and asked to purchase new tickets and cancel our non-refundable tickets. We'd be rebooking on the same flight!!! While paying for two tickets. This is an obvious and blatant money-grab and the epitome of poor customer service.

                              I recently travelled in your airplane which was a connecting flight with etihad airways. It was from AMD to IAD on 14 th November at 5 am .I forgot my phone on your flight which was from AMD to AUH. I told the etihaad consultants about this on Abu Dhabi airport but then did not get any reply

                                We were travelling to Colombo to Mumbai by 9w o256 on 12 Nov.V upgraded our tkts but did not get lounge service.was written on tkt-no lounge.in flight it was too cool n asked for a blanket but did not provide.V did not expect such service in business class in jet airways !!!

                                  I had booked a ticket in jet airways...but after booking confirmed...i got a maila and found there is different name in ticket...
                                  These freaks are not ready to change the name in ticket and not ready to take a blame...
                                  Its a they have done...

                                  Am working with armes forces...
                                  ...they are not ready to understand

                                    Hi all. I have booked the Jet Airway ticket on 31’st August using miles from Emirates. The booking was carried over phone and while booking my wife name was recorded incorrectly in e-ticket as ‘CINNI SAMUEL’ instead of the correct name ‘CINNY SAMUEL’. I spoke to emirates customer care and they have mentioned the correction for the name was sent to Jet on 31’st itself and if this is not corrected then I might have to check this with Jet airways itself. My question is why the name was not corrected out in the e-ticket when the information was sent by emirates on the day of booking itself? Please note to take this correction as the other airline do support such corrections.
