At Jet Airways, it is never our intention to inconvenience our passengers. We train our loaders on how to handle passenger baggage with due care. Hence, we note your grievance with great concern and have briefed all staff and loaders to take additional precaution to ensure that we do not cause inconvenience to our valued passengers.
We also wish to inform you that passengers need to report any damage, before leaving from airport. Hence we will not be able to accept your claim.
May we request you to view this incident in isolation and not representative of our services we endeavor to offer our valued passengers.

    I traveled from Mumbai to Bhopal by Jet Airways Flight No. 9W-317 on 1st April 2015. My PNR No. was CXAFOJ. My trolley suitcase was found badly damaged and cracked when received at conveyor belt of Bhopal Airport. The issue was immediately communicated to jet airways office at Bhopal Airport. Jet Airways ground staff took photograph of damage and filled Property Irregularity Report. My original boarding pass has been kept by your ground staff and Copy of property damage report was given to me. They told that the damage will be reimbursed and they will communicate about the same soon. Till date i have sent several mails to Jet Airways regarding same and there is similar response from jet airways that "your query has been forwarded to the concerned airport. As soon as there is any new updates we will keep you informed."

      My JP no is[protected]. I landed Ahmedabad by 9W 2321 today at International terminal. Your ground duty staff near to baggage belt namely Ms Sonam had behaved irresponsibly for baggage assistance since there was a complete chaos at baggage belt on account of non-display of flight no at belt and Vistara also put baggage at the same belt. Ms. Sonam replied rudely and not provided assistance in terms of where to find our baggage. She did not bother and continued to behave same way even after I told her that I shall complain about her behaviour to Jet Management.

        Dear Sir/Madam Refund of cancelled ticket vide vide eTicket No.[protected] & pnr no.HESELU not yet credited in my account as said ticket I was booked ticket through on line for the journey from Delhi to Srinagar on 01 June '2015 at 0715 AM and same ticket canelled on same day between 0930 hrs to 1000 AM i.e. before 24 hrs of ticket booked . The refund required to credit my account full amount after deduction of convenience fee Rs.150/- Now I am reacived a mail from your office that the cancellation charge is INR 2904/- is applicable. As per policy of Jet Airways, Jet Airways has not to charge any fee for cancellation and date change requests within 24 hours from passengers who book their tickets through the airline's website. Sir/Madam I am earlier sent same mail on 11 & 13 June'2015 but no information received till date. It is therefore, I once again requested to you kidly look into the matter personally and re-concil & arrange to return full payment cancelled ticket expect convenience fee Rs.150/- against Ticket PNR No.HESELU at the earliest please. An early action in this regard shall be highly appriciated. with warm regards D A MAJEED

          I, m working with a corporate orgnigation as Regional Head & monthly as on average my traveling is 10 to 15 times through By air I have very bad & surprising experiences with Jet Airways from last few months, which is I will share u 1 Oct 2014- I m traveling from Lucknow to Jammu via Delhi through Jet Airways with a single PNR no, but due to weather issue your morning flight came approx six hrs late at Lucknow & due to the same I had miss my flight to Jammu but still I had not received my refund amount from Jet airways as commited me at Lucknow airport 2 April 2015 - I m traveling from Guwahati to Delhi & I m sitting in lobby area & suddanly i feel some trouble & after informing to Jet staff & handover my boarding card to Jet staff member, I went to wash room & came back within 10 minuts & It's surprising that they had closed the boarding & give me funny answer that we forget that you have informed us earlier I, request them sevral times that still flight is on parking way then please allow me to travel to delhi bcz it's last flight from Guwahati to Delhi but they did'nt co-oprate to me & promised me that they'll provide me boarding for Guwahati to Kolkata & Kolkata to Delhi but after that they had demanding Rs- 17500.00 for that journey, which is I had refused & stay in a hotel & came back to delhi by next through Indigo 3 21st June 2015- yesterday, I m traveling from Dibrugarh to Delhi with PNR No- VCKMJR through flight no- 9W- 7080 from Dibrugarh to Guwahati & 9W-722 from Guwahati to Delhi & I had booked my luggage at Dibrugarh for Delhi At Dibrugarh all pesanger had board to flight but gate will not closed & after 20 minuts last three pasangers came in flight & immediate door will closed & in those passangers one is wearing Jet ID card & rest two passangers are his relatives It's very surprising for all pasangers that for those three persons flight get be late by Jet airways & rest all passangers are mad who is sitting in side the flight At 08.04 pm flight no 9W - 722 is landed to IGI Airport & all pasangers had go to belt no- 6 for their baggages but it's very much surprising for passangers that at 8.40 pm belt no-6 is on hold possition & displayed LCD screen had showing that Flight no 9W-722, baggage is cleared but more 50 passanger are still waiting for their baggages when passangers shouted to to your baggage counter then at 9.10 pm again baggages start for flight no-9W-722 but still approx 10 passangers are their who did'nt get their baggages once again passanger went to your luggage counter & shout their then your team members investigate & found that few baggages sent to some other belt When I m waiting at your luggage counter & seen some un-expectable incidents like, one lady complated that some one open her baggage & her all under-garments are mising from her bag, some one is complated that his baggage is damaged, Some one is complated that his baggage is missing But still, I had not found my baggage & approx 10 pm {after 2 hrs of landing the flight} your team member Mr.Manoj & Gurpreet informed me that my baggage is still at Dibrugarh It's really shoking news for me bcz in my baggage their is very important documents of my company & incase of their loss / dammage our company get loss big buisness & it'll also spoil my all carrier & after that I dont have any options inspite of suside along with my family At last when I m not ready to left the counter then your team members assured me that today after 2 pm they will provide me my baggage Now today, we'll issue a circular to our entire group to Do not travel by Jet Airways bcz they don't have any control on their ground team Regards Jaspreet Singh

            Booking No FAUVBE dated 03/04/2015 Ticket No[protected] to[protected]. for 03/04/2015. I booked five tickets for my co-worker K N Vijayan and family from Bombay to Cochin for 03/04/2015 through cleartrip.com in Jet airways. While booking, the site had showed one stop in Bangalore with 4 Hrs halt and the ticket is refundable... But due to urgency I booked the ticket through cleartrip.com. After half an hr when the tickets came to my mail it showed 14 Hrs halt in Bangalore but my friend had an urgent problem in his native place (a funeral) and had to come back that night itself. So I booked another ticket with my credit card from your site for Indigo flight. Then I immediately cancelled the Jet airways ticket through your site. . But no refund came to my SBI card account. I called the clear trip and asked about the refund.. After complaining through customer care service of clear trip they refunded just Rs.5245 out of Rs. 25800. I called Jet airways again for more refund they told me that they deducted the balance money as penalty. had sent a mail for the refund letter but did not get any reply and rejected my refund request. In other airlines they refund the basic fare charge or adjust for next time. So I request you to advice Jet air ways for refund the basic fare. Thanking you Rahim. M Mobile -[protected]

              Hello Jet airways.My name is Jovin Jacob Complaint number-EY 177010 ...This is for ur kind information that my luggage is missing on 11/06/15 during my flight from Kuwait to Delhi... And till today there is no responds from Ur side at all. I kept calling in Ur customer care service. Yesterday they told me that the bag is already arrived in Delhi airport on 13/06 and its with costoms. Today again I called them and they are saying that they are still tracing my luggage. What is going on I don't know today its the sixth day. And nobody is answering me properly and when they gonna deliver my luggage. Take it as a serious issue for u may be its a normal thing that everyday u r facing this. This was my first travelling experience with jet and will be the last... Thank u

                I was supposed to travel port Blair on 25 may 2015 at 2.10am and revert journey on 29may 2015 but my wife get I'll due to low BP and get hospitalized in medanta airport Centre the crew members of jet airways postponed our flight for 26 may 2015 but the next day also there is no recovery in my wife's health so I approached to jet airways Delhi counter for cancellation of tickets, the jet airways staff check my tickets and assured that my tickets wud be cancelled but refunds will be receive from travel agents. After 20 days I still not receive any refund. and travel agent says that they have not received any revert from Airlines.                   I am a regular traveller on the bus route from koramangala to central silkboard. I mostly board the bus from koramangala water tank to silkboard for my office. I mostly take bus nos 201, 201G, 201J, MBS8. Today, on 16/06/2015, I boarded the bus with registration no. KA 01 F 2871 and the bus route no was 201G. There was a lady conductor who was not giving tickets to anybody till madivala instead she was chatting with the driver. I gave her my bus fare at madivala when some passengers deboarded the bus and there was space for me to sit. I paid Rs. 12 for the fare and she gave 2 bucks back to me... The conductor also kept staring at me. She was murmering something in kannada. She walked away from me and when i asked for my ticket, she said "very good, no tickets for u". She actually didnot give me tickets... Why??? I felt embarrassed in front of other passengers. She behaved as if done some mistake. Please take necessary action for this unacceptable behaviour of this lady conductor... Nobody should encourage such behaviours.

                    Reputed Airlines like Jet Airways also done mistake unknowingly. They want to hire efficient cabin crew, but unfortunately they hire a male escort. Be careful girls- you may know him, yes you are right, he is none other than Mr Rahul Singh( Mobile-[protected], [protected]), name sake he is a cabin crew, but in reality he is a male escort, who is habituated to give offer of physical intimacy to many girls. Though that great person is in a so called relationship with another air hostess named Miss Zainab Khan, but still he is sex-addicted. My humble query to Miss Zainab Khan- “Madam don’t you give enough sexual pleasure to Mr Rahul Singh? Then why he makes other girls’ life so horrible???????
                    Mr Rahul Singh is not fit for the cabin crew job as he is much interested in escort service. I request to Jet Airways Authority to give kind attention & take necessary action immediately in this regard.

                      I hate posting this negative comments but I am finally forced to escalate this matter on social media I have already escalated this matter to guest relations but no use. Worst staff experience @ IGI airport I ended up paying up huge money and wasted my time. I am extremely dissatisfied and I will stay with my words. This is to inform you that I was on time to the Airport and the Jet airways counter to collect my boarding pass for 07:40 Flight 9W 0735 and I have arrived the counter on time and waiting for my turn. It is sad to inform you that no announcement were made to the guest regarding the closure of the boarding pass being professional I was waiting for my turn and also there was a delay by your staffs processing the boarding pass to other users and exchanging the shifts with other person. the other supervisors and staffs were also very diplomatic to support their staff to prove they are not wrong and the behavior was very rude I would also like to inform you that most of the staffs are not at all helpful and directed to different supervisors who were also rude. But, finally I got some little acknowledgement and courtesy got from one of the shift manager but it dosent made any difference and I did not get any solution. Issuing a boarding pass and scanning a luggage has been done and the boarding pass was taken back and torn apart that's very unprofessional and rude. Time was important for me I was on a medical emergencies but no one has shown any help they made me to pay extra 5700 for next flight to Chennai at 3:45. and such incident made a very negative impact on your service which I will feel worth sharing my experience. Second flight details are as follows: 9W 7039 DELHI to CHENNAI dated 08th MAY 2015. It’s not customer oriented or customer services/ Conveyance Company. They are like money making machines only. Most disrespectful situation in my own country. Neither the Jet airways staff helped me neither the company has helped me at all. No support no apology or no regret by any member of a company that I have been overcharged and my time and money both was wasted. Just took money out of pocket and put me in embarrassing situation. I have attached Screen shots of my First flight Boarding pass as well second Ticket for which I have paid extra for no fault of mine. I want my complaint to addressed and JET AIRWAYS to be advised to refund money of my first flight which I was not able to board because of fake reasons given by jet airways staff.                         1). Pillow on my seat was crumpled and looked used in a Business Class seat. 2). Head phone was not working. Had to try another one from the vacant seat, next to me, that was also not working. Finally asked the purser to get me a fresh headphone that actually worked. 3). The Air Hostess in our cabin, while pulling out the demonstration kit dropped the kit with the seat belt etc, at my feet. I was able to move my feet in time and saved an injury. The Air Hostess involved apologised and asked if I was ok. 4) While removing my hand baggage from the overhead storage, after landing, and after seat belt lights were switched off, an unused airline metal tray like object that had been put on top of the bag, fell on the hand rest of my seat, . It pressed the foot rest button. The foot rest swung out and hit my ankle. Fortunately, no injury was caused. Cabin crew did not intervene or offer assistance. 5) the choice of on board duty free items fall short and the trolley was passed during landing and no attempt made to ask passengers their requirements. 6). I am an ex employee of a well known National Travel Agency and was deeply disappointed to see the degree to which an Airline like Jet, which was a Premier Airline, in the 80's and 90's fall to this level of service. The smartness and efficiency and cleanliness and professionalism, I saw in those years is missing. If I were to compare it to Emirates, it fails miserably. 7). The Air Conditioning kicked in only once the flight was airborne. Till then one had to suffer the heat despite air conditioning buttons on. Finally a sensitive mention has to be made of personal hygiene of cabin crew. While moving up and down the aisle, a crew from the economy class emitted an unpleasant body odour!

                          We have made complaint cum compensation claim as mentioned above, for more than 2 hours delay in Jet Konnect flight being operated by Jet Airways for a Domestic Sector, Ahmedabad-Mumbai, on 7th February, 2015 (Saturday) Evening flight schedule departure from Ahmedabad on 21:30, was delayed up to 23:0 hours and this resulted in missing connecting International Flight of Royal Dutch Airline from Mumbai, by my son Mr.Dhruv Shukla, who was an international passenger travelling on Jet Airways, for domestic sector, Mumbai-Ahmedabad-Mumbai. Due to non functioning of Web Check-in on that particular day and particular time, my son was unable to do Web Check-in for his first flight, which also prevented him from doing Web Check-in for his following international Flight, when he was informed about substantial delay. We have made complaint through our travel agent in Mumbai and also Directly to Guest relation department of Air line, and they have confessed their flight delay and also issued certificate for passenger's Travel, delayed schedule and delayed arrival of passenger bags at Mumbai. Despite our genuine complaint and compensation claim for Metal stress and harassment at Mumbai, and Financial loss as We lost International ticket amount and was forced to book Fresh Ticket costing us INR 42, 000/- and there was loss of working man days for my son.We are seeking compensation for this from Airline. Airline is shrinking their responsibility on the ground of their responsibility ends upto Mumbai reaching as Ticket was not Single code, but overlook that their lethargy has impacted passenger and caused tremendous stress and Financial loss, which is claimed as compensation. We look for your help to get justice in this regards and due penalty action for Airline for their lethargy.
                          Mr.DHRUV SHUKLA (My son), travelled on Ahmedabad-Mumbai domestic flight S2 4324 (Code share 9W 7104) On 7th February, 2015 (Saturday) on his confirmed *Jet Konnect Ticket no.[protected]*, for taking onward connecting international flight of KLM-Royal Dutch Airways for sector *Mumbai-Amsterdam-Montreal*-*Canada* as per his pre-planned and pre-booked confirmed iteniary.
                          Jet Connect Flight was delayed by about 1 hour 45 minutes from it’s Scheduled departure time at 21:15 pm from Ahmedabad, and this also resulted in further delay in getting his Checked-in Baggage at Mumbai Domestic Terminal, on his arrival.
                          Despite his request to Your airline staff at Mumbai arrival lounge, had also not provided him required assistance to get his Checked-In Passenger Baggage faster, so that he can board Inter-terminal coach in-time for picking up his International flight of KLM.

                          These all made delayed in his reaching to Mumbai-International Terminal for Check-in for his onward International flight connection, and he missed his International KLM flight, which also was confirmed ticket, and he was extremely disturbed, as he had to manage for other alternative flight for his onward International Travel at last moments, and had to spend Rs.42K for new ticket and lost his 2 days working. We have submitted our complaint cum compensation claim to Jet Airways Guest Relationship department in February / March, 2015, but on some or other excuse do not resolve matter. They have also confessed that PNR was having joint code of Jet Air ways and KLM and that is why Web check-in for KLM was not done. Request to take up this matter with Jet Airways appropriate authority and resolve it. Thanks in anticipation.

                            Dear Sir, I am a chartered accountant residing at Ahmedabad. My PNR is ZVOXGF and I am supposed to travel on 25/06/2015 from Srinagar to Ahmedabad. I regret to inform you that I have experienced the pathetic customer services ever from any customer service centre. Let me brief the facts: When I booked the ticket the timing was 12.55 p.m. and now it has been preponed by 55 minutes and rescheduled at 12.00 p.m. When I requested either to arrange another flight or initiate full refund I have received the worst answer ever from any airlines. I have been informed that we give refund only in the case where flight timing is changed by 60 minutes or more. I just want to know whether customer importance or customer satisfaction is there or not in your policy. Why I should be charged so heftily for no fault on my part. I humbly request you to redress my grievance.

                                You offered 40k baggage.But in the airport, they say luggage is excess.How it is possible? In the ticket u must include "30+10(one luggage do not exceed 30k)".No more details in the ticket.I got experience from dubai for the arrival at manglore.No any help for the passengers.If no passengers no aeroplanes.

                                  I myself Dr. Shaikh Nooralam Ansar suppose to travel with a flight 9w-2625 on 25th of may 2015 from Mumbai to Bhopal but my flight was missed. I hd reached to boarding before 40 min to check in bt at jetairway counter i was informed that sir your boarding is closed u cant travel now by this flight.. How it is possible because i had recieved message from your side one day before only tha boarding will close 30 min before.. Bt i didnt fot my flight even 40 min before. So i had suffered very much on that day.. It is because of your incomplete information given to passenger.. So kindly look about this complain and get solution..thank you
