Date of Incident - 26th Sep Flight details on which 2 tickets booked - 9W463 PNR No 1 - QTRFXQ PNR No 2 - IGZCVW Flight date - 29th Sep Flight time - 02:55 am Passenger Name - Padma Bisani Due to challenge on online portal 2 tickets booked for the same flight. One through Make my trip and the other through Goibibo. Received a transaction failed message from Goibibo initially however later booking confirmed Ticket Price - 3211 and Lead Charges -200, Total Amount - 3412 Requested for Cancellation of any one ticket to Jet Airways Spoke to supervisor Ankit from Jet Airways, in response said Jet cannot do anything Make my trip said - refund amount Rs. 666 Goibibo - Cannot do anything

    Date: 12 Aug 15 Site: jetairways.com On making payment for round trip ticket for three passengers from Guwahati to Ahmedabad, a message from Jet airways stating that unable to issue ticket due to error in reservation system and the amount charged will be reversed to the card/ account within 10 working days was received. The promise turned out to be false and even after contacting their customer care service on telephone as well as through e mail several times the response is nil. A total of 23880/- debited from the account on 12 Aug 15 and till date no action taken by Jet Airways for reimbursement.

      I had booked tickets on Jet Airways flight number 9W 624 (21st September) from Kolkata to Mumbai for my mother (Dipali Sarkar), brother (Avishek Sarkar)and aunt (Rupali Mitra). My mother is a patient and we had booked tickets for taking her to Mumbai for a surgery. Due to road blockade we reached the checkin counter 15 minutes after scheduled time. There was still 30 minutes for the flight to take off. However, we were denied from boarding the flight. Not only that, the airport staff misbehaved and were not even ready to talk. We virtually begged before the duty officers showing them the medical treatment documents and explaining them the urgency of the travel. This has not only resulted in financial burden but also extreme mental harassment and a impact on the patient. We demand strict and immediate action against the airline and due compensation for the harassment
      I had a similar experience and I was travelling alone. Moreover, they stalled me for hours and did not help me. They actually found my situation very entertaining.

        I have been trying to get my JPMiles for my travel in June. Till now i have made many calls and sent out around 15-20 emails but nothing is done. i traveled to canda on 5th of june and landed back on 30th june. I was supposed to get my JPmiles in my account but after few days i could not get anything. So asked there customer care about it. I made around 15-20 call but nothing is being done from there side. I send out various mails which am attaching with this. i provided all the profs including my identity and my boarding passes. Still these guys are not doing anything.           I lost my make up pouch which contained peal necklace with rubies, eyeliner, eye pencils, lipstick, a thick comb and a band aid . I discovered that i had lost the pouch in Chennai airport and requested Jet staff to see in security check and aircraft from Mumbai but they did not find . I may have left in the bathroom of Mumbai airport . Not sure.             Dear Sir/Madam, Good Afternoon!! FYI and FYA I have booked JetAirways fight tickets on name of Ms.SHAHNAZ KHAN which is scheduled to be depart at 05:45, 16th Sept-2015. The details of the ticket are as below Ist Flight Ticket Fare-Rs.10200/- with eTicket No[protected] The full Refund of the above ticket was not given to us after considering the below situations also by JetAirways Nodal And Appellate Authority Officer. Not allowing to board the flight after 5 mins late. Never Considering Real Brother's Funeral emergency. Forcing to Purchase a New Ticket with Fare -Rs.5905/- with eticket no[protected] on same name of Ms Shahnaz Khan. Waiting for 7 hours at Airport get New Ticket flight. Shahnaz's real brother has been passed away on 15th Sept-2015 and there is a funeral ceremony at their home at bhopal and she is the only sister. She has reached RGI, Airport Hyderabad at 05:05 AM but JetAirways Managers hasn't allowed her to board the flight. We have requested JetAirways Managers at Airport to allow her to board into the flight at 05:05 (I have a scooter pass also of Airport which specify that we reach Airport at 4:55) considering the criticality of the situation though Flights has not take-off, but after lots of request JetAirways Team haven't allowed her to board and they forced to purchase New ticket of Rs.5905/- in Next flight No-9W-317 for Bhopal To Hyderabad, which we have waited almost 7 hours at Airport since from 05:05. The Rules and Procedures are being made for the welfare of the People and sometimes it should not be hardforced in critical medical conditions to Passengers. In Trains also, there is an emergency chain to stop the train without fine then why not JetAirways flights can consider this unfortunate critical conditions that too only 5 mins late. Now, they are denying to refund Full Amount of the 1st Unused Ticket.               Name: Patricia Lautenschlager and Charles Solverson: Facts: We purchased two tickets from Jeddah to Kathmandu (flight 331 from Jeddah) with one layover in Mumbai. Our purchase did not require a visa to enter India as it did not require us to exit the international terminal to make our connecting flight to Kathmandu. Subsequently, Jet airways changed our flight itinerary to include a domestic flight in India between Mumbai and New Delhi in order to make the final connection to Kathmandu. Impact: The added domestic flight to our itinerary resulted in several adverse impacts, including, but not limited to: 1. Requirement to obtain a Visa to enter India in order to transit from Mumbai to New Delhi and make our final connection to Kathmandu. 2. En-route changes to our itinerary due to the fact we did not have visas for India, necessitated by the unilateral change by Jet Airways in adding a domestic flight between Mumbai and New Delhi. As an example from Jeddah we were routed to Columbo, Sri Lanka, by way of Mumbai. Once in Mumbai, our routing was changed, once again, from Mumbai to Colombo, to Mumbai to Kathmandu. 3. Significant travel delays. We are currently at the Mumbai Airport, where we have been stranded for over 30 hours, unable to leave, without our luggage, minimal accommodations and no sleep. We are hoping to finally make our connection to Kathmandu in a few hours, but are unsure. 4. Cancelation of accommodations, reservations and guide services at our final destination in Kathmandu. Compensation: While we understand the challenges Jet Airways has in meeting obligations we are hoping to continue to use Jet Airways in the future and that our current experience, and the failure of Jet to meet minimum service requirements, is a very rare exception. That being said, we feel the current situation is so impactful that compensation is justified. Compensation in a form easily provided by Jet Airways is acceptable. Given we are frequent travelers, compensation in the form of travel vouchers to any destination that Jet Airways flies, worldwide, is acceptable. Considering the pain, suffering and financial impacts we have endured, we feel said vouchers should be round trip. While our current situation is extremely unpleasant we are hoping Jet Airlines will take serious our complaint and provide appropriate redress.                 I booked air tickets from Tiruchirapally to Chennai and Chennai to Mumbai vide id No. NF[protected] dated 21/5/15, Jet Konnect flight No. 9W2751 for Tiruchirapally to Chennai leaving 12.00 hrs and reaching 13.05 hrs., and fJet Airways flight No.9W488 leaving Chennai at 14.35 and arriving at Mumbai at 16.25 hrs for journey on 02/10/2015 by tickets No.[protected] and[protected]. 2. On 8th July Jet Airways unilaterally changed the flight time to 13.35 from 14.35, thereby leaving only 30 minutes between my flights at Chennai, which forced me to cancel my tickets as these were booked in one PNR..Since I cancelled ticket from Tiruchirapally to Chennai only, the company had cancelled entire tickets and had not given refund of (Rs.2716 and Rs.4578) Rs.7304/-. When I contacted on phone partial cancellation can be made and difference amount has to be paid for journey from jChennai to Mumbai. I reached airport at 6 in the morning after reaching 6 am in the morning I cant board my flight. firstly I went to the information counter after seeing my ticket they told me that u have to go to M block for jet airways & there I misguided by one of your staff female after seeing my ticket she said counters are not open yet so you need to come to us at 8:30 for check in when I went there at 8:30 jet airways other staff person named Sapna told me its not our flight u need to go to Ethihad airways. I went over there they said we cant help it u r 15 minutes late & we don't have seats in the flight. It cant be possible now. No person has supported me for the same as per guidance by your staff person I followed as she guided me. Now pls tell me where's my fault. I missed my flight my important business conference because of her only. After that I again had a word with jet airways staff she told me that the lady who gave you the information she has the night shift she don't know about the morning flights if she don't know than how can she guide me. Even jet airways manage & supervisor don't know how to deal with their customers. I gone through with mental harassment from morning 8:30 am to 3:00 pm &went through a huge loss as they didn't provide me any solution. You have to pay the penalty fee as well as ticket charges that would cost around 13000/- something. I was not having the currency as I was alone & it was not my fault why should I pay the single penny because of no other option left so I cancelled my whole trip. So now I'm requesting to take strict action against your staff & pls compensate for my loss or i[censored] cant take the action pls let me know.                     on 17 o[protected] pm i was trying to book the ticket from chennai to coimbatore ( for 3 .09.2015) through jet airways online booking after entering my debit card number and the system shows that the server is error and waited 15 min. It was showing error only on 18th i went to bank and up tod ate my pass book its shows that . ----18.08.2015 to e c m /2393/jet a[protected] irs .. The same day i called customer care and i complied and they asked me all the details and i given to them . After 3 days i called again that they told me i will get the money in 15 working days ( reff no 363698)
                    now it is more than 25 days nothing has happen .. Because of the server error now i am suffering . There is no replay from any one that's why i am writing .Pls help me

                      I had booked a airticket for my son to travel on 16th sept. 2015, from mangalore to nagpur. But the flight no 9w 434 was delayed at mangalore by 4. 00hrs and it will not be possble to board connecting flight. The next flight from mumbai to nagpur is on 17th sept. 2015. My son will be required to stay at mumbai.
                      The helpline at jet airways told me that airlines will not take care of food and stay due to such unscheduled delay.
                      Dgca rules says other way round. I want to complain coz'my son is travelling alone, jet airways should make all the arrangement.

                          I am a citizen and resident of Nigeria and visited India for a conference and a few days vacation. On 14 Sept, 2015, I flew business class on Jet Airways from Kochi to Mumbai. On arrival in Mumbai, I realised that I had forgotten my laptop at my hotel in Kochi, the Lulu Marriott. I called the hotel and they confirmed they had the laptop. The challenge was how to get it to me as I was scheduled to leave India for Nigeria on 16 Sept from Mumbai.

                          I approached the Jet Airways staff in the domestic airport in Mumbai to seek their assistance in arranging for the laptop to be delivered to Jet Airways in Kochi so it can be sent to Jet Airways in Mumbai from where I'll pick it up. The Jet Airways staff referred me to their supervisor. The supervisor bluntly refused to assist and gave no reason for his attitude. I did not get his name but he is a short fellow, about 5ft 8ins, and plump for his height.

                          As a result of his refusal and the inability to find a courier service prepared to guarantee delivery of the laptop before my departure on Sept 16, I had no choice but to fly back to Kochi today 15 Sept to pick up the laptop and return to Mumbai. You'll see I boarded a flight from Mumbai to Kochi on Jet Airways on Sept 12, returned to Mumbai on Sept 14 and then had to fly to and from Kochi again today.

                          The failure of your Mumbai domestic supervisor to provide any assistance to one of your passengers forcing me to fly back to Kochi just to pick up the laptop left a very sour taste in the mouth. This is unfortunate as my experience of your service was otherwise very positive.

                            To: Jet Airways Senior Management This is in concern to the recent incident that has happened on 12th Sep 2015 at Dehradun- Jolly Grant airport, Jet Airways counter. Myself and my wife were travelling to Mumbai via Delhi on the flight no 9W334 ( Dehradun to Delhi) and 9W356 ( Delhi to Mumbai). We have booked the tickets through agent and he has misspelled out surname. Instead of Dwivedi, he has mentioned Dewivedi. We made an plea, requested the representatives at the Jet Airways Service counter to help us with the situation, but instead of that they clearly mentioned that WE CANNOT help you with the request of changing the surname. I’ve told them as per the Terms and conditions mentioned in their website we can change the name as per the below instructions, Refereeing to http://www.jetairways.com/EN/IN/TermsAndConditions/JetPrivilege.aspx 5.4 Name change requests can only be made, if a written request is sent to the JetPrivilege Service Centre, duly signed by the member. 5.5 Requests for changes in name should be accompanied by supporting legal documentation, as may be specified at the time of making the name change request. To my surprise bot of the attendees at the Jet Airways counter ( Mr. Pushkar Sharma:- Security Assistant & Mr. Chandan Pathak: Station Manager JET Aiwars) were completely UNAWARE of their own company’s website terms and conditions which they are working for. Secondly on asking them to check online for the same, they were showing me the terms and conditions of Jet Cargo section. On again making request to let me search on their system ( A simple Google search for the same), I was clearly told NO for that. Besides both of them Mr. Pushkar Sharma and Mr. Chandan Pathak were so confident that they told me, whatever they are searching is absolutely correct and I was not allowed to make a simple Google search on their system or re-directing them to a proper web location. I urged them about giving a duly signed letter with me and my wife’s photocopy of the original document so that they can initiate a simple change, but after making a lot of fuss the personals were not only unaware of the situation / terms and conditions, but was having no sense in making a customer connect which I think it’s their main job credential and priority. We have to book another flight at triple cost to fly to Mumbai after that with a different airline. I only urge the Senior Management of Jet Airways to closely look into this matter, as am a regular flyer of your Air Service and plan to travel for business trips and choose Jet Airways due to your eminent services and on time punctuality. But after facing this issue, I will think twice before making any arrangements. Also being an corporate member I will also request my admin department to plan any further trips of my colleague with different airlines, as we may face such issues after booking an ticket through an agent. As a quick remedy, I think a proper Knowledge transfer of company’s basic policy needs to be given to your Station Manager, Representatives to avoid such kind of confusion and fuss along with some basic aesthetics for Customer relationship management. I don’t want my money back, but yes the pain and time spent on quarrelling over a basic issue could have resolved easily, if your representatives have the proper knowledge about the company’s policy / terms and conditions.
                            Married women as a cabin crew inside the flight and serving us with that married women is horrible and it soo ashame of your airways so please can you guys take it off that married girl we do not want any help or giving food with married girl so please stop doing those thing
                            I am under treatment of Baba Ramdev of Patanjali at Haridwar. So I have to go to Haridwar every 2 months and Dehradun is the nearest airport to go to Haridwar.

                            I am a Jet Privilege member holding gold card no. [protected] & Air India Flying Returns Member.
                            Due to my sickness, someone has to accompany me and most of the time, my brother in law Mr. Arjan Motwani accompanies me

                            My appointment with Patanjali was fixed for 7th Dec’2017. I had to reach latest by 6th Dec evening at Dehradun on way to Haridwar. I had 2 options to go to Dehradun:-

                            a. Jet airways
                            b. Air India

                            I gave preference to Jet Airways but unfortunately, I had a very very bitter experience. It was a total torture and big financial loss for me.

                            My and my brother-in-law’s ticket was booked as under:-

                            6th Dec MUMBAI- NEW DELHI 9W351 Dep - 13:00
                            6th DEC NEW DELHI-DEHRADUN 9W2652 Dep 16:15
                            PNR NO. AJEFTP

                            Booking Air India ticket was an advantage as Air India flight was also leaving at 13.00 pm from Mum – Delhi but the advantage was it had 2 connecting flights from Delhi to Dehradun in the evening once I reach Delhi.

                            On the day of travel, i.e. 6th Dec, I received a call from Jet Airways that I should proceed to airport immediately and ensure that I am at airport by 11.50 am for a flight departing at around 12.20 pm from Mumbai – Delhi [Jet airways] because flight no. 9W351 was delayed.

                            I reached airport at 11.50 am and at the counter, Jet staff informed me that it may take time to switch over the change of flight. Everybody was talking to each other but no action taken. Finally they informed me that Jet airways flight is closed.

                            I was then asked to come over to Air India counter. Air India flight departing at 1 pm was available. Air India was very courteous. They were ready to issue boarding card, but asked Jet airways to give some 10 digit number which jet staff could not give in 3 attempts and wasted almost 40 minutes. After wasting time, they informed me that Air India flight is also closed.

                            The next step was Jet airways told us to travel by same flight 9W351 as it is departing around 14.00 pm [2 pm] and for connecting flight, they asked me to buy Air India ticket from Delhi-Dehradun and jet will give full refund of Delhi to Dehradun flight booked earlier.

                            With the boarding card I reached the gate of flight no. 9W351 departing at 2 pm. First 15 minutes, Jet was trying to go round and round and not coming up with the facts. Finally a gentleman of Jet looking at me, worried and exhausted informed me that no pilot is available and the flight will not depart before 3.30 pm. Factually also, the flight departed around 4 pm.

                            Under such circumstances, I had to cancel air India tickets from Delhi to Dehradun, lost full money, came back from the security and looked for a help of Jet airways. Same staff did not have any courtesy to resolve the issue. I insisted that if a senior manager does not meet me, I will not leave the airport.

                            They made me to wait for half an hour and informed that they have arranged manager from the arrival for a meeting with me. After 15 min, the manager came and told me that I can leave tomorrow by jet airways direct flight in the morning to Dehradun on 7th and come back on 8th from Dehradun to Mumbai for which I was forced to buy new tickets.

                            I was fully exhausted. I had not taken any meals. I even informed Jet staff that I am a diabetic patient. I requested jet if I can have something to eat for which I will pay. But jet staff informed that it may take time. I told them if I go tomorrow, the only worry is whether the doctor will be available as the appointment was for 9 am morning on 7th and I would have reached Dehradun at 1 pm and at Patanjali at 3 pm. I had no other alternate, but to accept this proposal.

                            I had to take a chance. I took the chance and requested Jet to issue tickets for a direct flight for 7th morning Mumbai – Dehradun and return from Dehradun - Mumbai. I reach Dehradun at 1 pm and finally at Haridwar-Patanjali at 3 pm. Unfortunately, by the time I reached Patanjali, doctor had left and I was informed he will not be available for next 4 days. So it was of no use to stay there. I purchased new flight tickets of 7th Dehradun to Mumbai and was forced to cancel Jet flight of 8th.

                            I bought new tickets of Air India from Dehradun to Delhi and Delhi to Mumbai as the flight was leaving Dehradun at 7 pm in the evening. So myself and my brother in law returned back on 7th night itself by Air India.

                            Before I register my claims and further action, I will like Jet to respond:-

                            1. Is this the way jet airways deal with their passengers?
                            2. If Jet airways knew that the pilot is not available, why was Jet staff fooling around with me with wrong information?
                            3. I have spent huge money for cancelation. The following are the cancelled tickets:

                            4. I have been tortured and the same has affected my health considerably.

                            I will appreciate if Jet could respond immediately for further action.

                                Dear, I have accumulated more than 47, 000 JP miles as i am a very frequent flyer of jet airways (Jet Privelage no.:[protected]. Now i wanted to redeem these accumulated JP miles for my next flight (i travel international and domestic every month by jet airways) but i am not able to do so online. When i called customer care and raised this issue they told me to write an email to auhreservations and memberservices. I had sent couple of emails stating my problem but everytime they reply saying please try one more time and in essence there is no resolution. It looks like intentionally jet airways has made their new website in a ways so the customers cant use their accumulated JP miles for booking the ticket. Please help in resolving my issue.

                                  We had a flight from Indore to Mumbai (9W 2386) on Sept 4th, 2015. The flight got delayed and departed indore at 10pm and reached Mumbai at 11pm. Then we had our international flight at 12.50am on Sept 5th, 2015 through Swiss Airways. Due to the delay of our domestic flight we missed our international connection. The worst part starts now, we waited in front of jet airways counter till 4.30 am in the morning for some kind of assistance, nobody from the jet airways team helped us. The Duty manager “Reena D'Souza” initially said that she will see what she can do for us at 12.30am and then went somewhere and never returned back. The cashier “Maneha Nagi” was there till 1.30am and when we went to her she said she don’t know our case and only duty manager is going to help. After sometime she called us and heard us that due to the delay of our domestic flight we missed our international flight, she said she will see what she can do and went away. We waited for her for 30 mins and then ask one of the jet airways employee, who mentioned the cashier “Maneha Nagi” is went on a “BREAK”. We still waited there for her till 3.30 am but nobody came to help us out. We were not asking for any kind of money or reimbursement, we just wanted to know what we should do in this case as everyone on the airport informed us to talk to jet airways, as because of jet airways we missed our flight. But the staff at the airport treated as so badly and gave no response. At the end around 4.30 am me and my husband both got tired and went for the final time to jet airways but this time instead of helping us the staff there was making fun o[censored]s. The staff member called the cashier saying that the “domestic flight k lafde wale log abhi bhi yahi khade hai” and started laughing. That was the peak point for both me and my husband and we left the airport. At last we paid for the hotel and the next flight ticket with penalty, all together of $1200. Due to the mistake of jet airways we had to pay all these extra expenses and in response we received a worst behavior from jet airways staff. I am trying to inform as many people as possible about how bad the jet airways customer service is and will continue to do so.

                                  We had a very bitter experience during our transit in Delhi Airport on 16/09/15. All were very cooperative (Bangalore to Delhi). However in Delhi Airport no one was ready to help. The air hostess asked us to wait for 5 mins when we politely requested a wheel chair (16:00 hrs) for my mother Mrs Kalyani chatterjee Age 85 years.

                                  Our next flight was at 16.45 hrs for Lucknow. We saw a person with a wheel chair coming but he helped us near to the walking escalator and told us he would assist in arranging another wheel chair to the check point. He tried but wasn';t successful and told battery driven car to ferry us near the lift. We got down to the 1st floor. There we asked Samarjeet(reception counter ) to arrange a wheel chair at 16.20 hrs. She tried her best, called different supervisor including Amarjeet ( if i am not wrong ). We were asked to wait for 5 mts, but with time passing 16.30 hrs, we finally decided to walk after the security checkpoint.

                                  We reached 2nd floor in the lift. We fortunately saw one empty wheel chair person coming but he told us he had to report to supervisor. In the meantime when we are confronting with one ground staff, the wheel chair person agreed to come with us.


                                  This was something that we faced during our journey from Delhi to Lucknow. Later we came to know that only one wheel chair is available when person like us change flight. Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. Otherwise difficult to fly in JET AIRWAYS FLIGHT.

                                    I Dr. Shiv Charan on dated 31/07/2015 I booked three tickets for Amritsar to Delhi for Rs. 8055/- for flight timing 10.45AM dated 31/07/15 twice. I attempted twice from jet airways website to book my tickets. but amount was deducted/debited from SBI credit card and Axis bank debit card and transections were unsucessful and tickets were not generated. From my account from SBI Credit card and Axis bank debit card amount of Rs 8055/- each credited to your account. i thought it that the amount of Rs 8055 /- from SBI credit card and Rs 8055/- from Axis bank debitcard will be automatically refunded back to my account. Till date I have not received this amount. I request to refund my amount immediately.

                                      This is about flawed refund policy. I had booked return ticket from Indore to Delhi and back. Due to some unforeseen reasons I am not able to travel on onward journey on 13 Sep from Indore to delhi. I requested for cancellation but was informed that both sides including return would also get cancelled. On requesting to allow return journey I was refused stating airline rules. I then requested for refund of ticket of atleast return flight which again was refused. Without cancelling the onward journey ticket and being a No Show would again automatically cancel my return ticket. Moreover this ticket would now be available for other passengers to book. All this when I want to travel on return ticket . I had spoken to customer care in detail on 06 Sep but to no avail. My PNR no was PKSDOT. I had also sent a mail but not received a reply.. If you are not allowing me travel on return tkt when I actually want to travel then in all fairness the seat should be kept vacant and not sold again. This I say because you are cancelling the tkt when I actually want to travel. Kindly revert with favourable resolution as this arbitrary policy is not fair and exploits the passengers. Business is OK but exploitation is not. Talking about business then also if you allow me to cancel onward tkt it will be available for sale to other passengers and moreover at a later date closer to the journey the rates would be even higher. So your airline stands to gain. Therefore, allowing me to cancel will be business wise profitable as well as your airlines would be known as a Genuinely Concerned about Passengers and above all a Fair Airlines.                                         The undersigned is writing this email with deep regret. I was supposed to take a flight from BOM to COK, on 22nd August, 2015 at 8:30 am. I have reported at the boarding counter on or before 7:45 am. I was asked to wait by the staff and he called a lady supervisor. By the time she came and updated my reporting time in your system it was 7:55 am and I was denied to get the boarding pass. the airline staff has reported the reporting time as 7:55am, which is 10 mins after the allowed time. It should alleged that the staff delayed the reporting time by unnecessarily entering into argument. The afflicted doesn't have any solid proof for the reporting time. I was forced to change the flight to 1:35 pm which has attracted additional cost and time. Moreover, there is no reimbursement for the cancelled ticket. Please note that I just had to board in, didn't even had a luggage to check in. Once they made sure that boarding cannot be provided they started apologizing which doesn't make any sense. They even promised that new ticket could be taken against the cancelled one as i didn't travel by the same. But the ticket counter staff didn't agree for that. When i asked for it another lady supervisor came and assure if i write to the customer care, the problem would be addressed. I got one reply from the which was not favorable. later, i had to send them 4 reminders and they went in vain. it should be noted that Jet Airways have been accused of similar complaints by customers. Kindly consider this as a complaint and the afflicted requests for compensation.
