    I did a ticket from delhi to guwahati on 20th Nov 2015 in the name of Mr.Bahadur singh and Mrs.Sarla devi having pnr no.TUIVTP, my balance got deducted from my account but the ticket does not produced. Many times I had call your customer care and always got a reply that it will be refunded soon, but it doesn't happed till date. My email ID is: arya.[protected]@gmail.com

      I just missed suffix after my name. Instead of "Pareshkumar" I mistakenly put "Paresh" and then I requested in customer care to help me to update this in ticket. But all efforts went fail. Why they can't update just little thing? My e-ticket number is "[protected]".

        I had booked a ticket from make my trip website MMT ID - NF[protected], Jet Airways 9W-2802 - 16th Nov 2016 - form Rajmundry to Hyderabad, PNR TQXGPI. Due to bad weather conditions flight was cancelled by airlines. Make my trip has only refunded rs25, i have been writing to them and till date i dont get a proper response. Enclosed flight cancelled proof. I have to receive a 100% refund in this case.

          Just now, at about 1957 Hrs, on 24.12.2015, I, Manzurul Haque, attempted to book ticket from Delhi to Dammam for self and wife Mahjabeen Haque by flight No.568 scheduled on 31.01.2016. Rs.37, 392/- has been deducted from my savings account No [protected], SBI Personal banking Branch, Main Road Ranchi (Code:4143): IFSC: SBIN0004143, .My visa debit card No. [protected] was used for purchase of ticket reference being “POS ICIS2I11 at Jet Airways mumbai IN txn#[protected]" as per SMS received.             Hi, my nephew is the victim he is just 12 yrs passed and travelling with the valid adult ticket from trivandrum airport to doha . from jet airways counter staffs in trivandrum airport make him stand for 2 hrs and making him cry with very bad behaviours, they told him without paying inr 4000 you cant travel, the reason they told it is child fare . i repeat he is travelling with the valid adult fare ticket. please take action against this. i know many passengers are victims of this type unauthorized charges.(ticket copy attached) shalu

              Had travelled from Delhi in flight 9 W 548 jet airways, as i was travelling with Infant i asked the flight attendant " Sheran" to place my luggage in the cabin. He got furious by this and had thrown my luggage infrom of my eyes. All the baby food kept in the bag was split out and created a mess for us to clean up. When asked for a feedback form from him, his attitude was write to who ever you want to i dont care. I was shocked to see such an attittude with staff of rreputed airlines like Jet. As expected the feed back form never reached the customer care department, had alos uploaded my feedback on jet website but who cares ? Thats the reason i find it important to bring such instances to every one notice because together we will and we can make a difference Thanks

                FF No.[protected] Dear Sir, Myself and my family were on Flight No. 9W 390 from Mumbai to Amritsar on 17th December, 2015 (PNR No. SFEQMO) Tkt No. E[protected] to 76 we were allotted seat no. 11D & 11E and other two seats, my daughter Purvi Pathak was on seat no. 11D, from Delhi to Amritsar sector when crew were serving the food we informed to your crew about our food selection (we don't want to name the staff) we told him two times that we are pure vegetarians and we should be served Vegetarian food, myself and my wife were served the vegetarian food in first place and after 2 minutes your staff without looking at the food served non-vegetarian food to my daughter Purvi, she was under impression that she has been served vegetarian food (as we told two times to your crew) and when she took first bite she finds some different taste in the food when she looked at the packing she noticed that that was a non vegetarian food. We are brahmins and never touch the non veg food and my entire family does not even eat eggs, I don't know how you are going to compensate for this mistake to my daughter as she is very sensitive for all this. I am a Platinum member of your airlines and don't not want to make a issue for the same if things get settled at your end. Please send your reply immediately to avoid further complications.                   Hi, I had booked Jetairways flight to chennai for 9th December (booking reference no:JVXTZJ) and had cancelled the same on the 8th December 2015. Till date i have not received any confirmation towards my cancellation. I did speak to one of your customer care executive on the 7th December at around 11.30 to reconfirm my ticket cancellation. I was assured over the call that the tickets have been canceled and an email should reach me within 48 hrs, i have not received any confirmation from your end till date. I have sent reminder emails on 14th and 22nd of December 2015. Reuqest you to kindly respond on the above.

                    My daughter, was to travel from Mangalore to Kolkata vide e-ticket no BEAXTZ on 18.12.2015. The first leg of the journey was from IXE (Mangalore) to BLR (Bangalore) by Jet Connect 9W-2756 scheduled for departure at 12:10 hrs from IXE. This flight was delayed and was re-scheduled for 13:35 hrs and therefore expected to reach BLR at 14:40 hrs. The next leg of the journey was from BLR to CCU(Kolkata) by Jet Airways 9W-661 scheduled for departure at 14:45 hrs and that would reach Kolkata at 1720 hrs. She was given boarding passes for both the flights and as there was only a 5 min layoff between the two flights because of the flight delay from IXE to BLR, she was told that she would be transferred to the CCU flight on the tarmac itself. As we live in Jharkhand she was to take a train from Howrah to Asansol by Danapur Express that leaves Howrah at 20:35 hrs. However, after sometime, the boarding passes were taken from her and she told that Jet Airways had modified the journey and that her new flights will be as follows: 9W-432: IXE departure at 15:25 hrs for Bombay 9W-625: BOM departure at 17:50 hrs for CCU. Arrival at Kolkata at 20:35 hrs. As she would be arriving at Kolkata at 20:35hrs, there was no chance she could catch the train that also left at 20:35 hrs, so I cancelled her ticket and booked a fresh tatkal ticket by Pratap Express that leaves Kolkata at 22:45 hrs. However, after sometime she again called from Mangalore and said that she had been given fresh boarding passes as follows: 9W-432: IXE departure at 15:25 hrs for Bombay 9W-617: BOM-CCU at 19:25 hrs scheduled to reach CCU at 21:55 hrs. But as her train was at 22:45 hrs, she could not again catch Pratap Express as she could not reach the station on time as the flight itself would land around 10:00 pm. As it was a tatkal confirmed ticket, it could not be cancelled too. So, I told her to put up in a hotel for the night of 18th Dec and take the Shatabdi Express at 06:00 am for Bokaro next morning. I again made a tatkal reservation for her by Shatabdi Express. She then called for Mumbai and said that the flight 9W-617 had also got delayed and will take off at about 9 pm. We thought that even then she would be able to get the morning Shatabdi Express. Having discussed this I went to sleep. At about 23:40 hrs, I got a call from my daughter telling me that the flight had been diverted to Bhubaneshwar because of fog at CCU and plane had landed there instead of CCU. No one was telling what will happen next and passengers were also not allowed to de-board/put up in a hotel. The passengers got irritated and they were kept seated on the plane for 3 hrs with the European pilot threatening that he would cut the oxygen supply as well as the AC and leave the aircraft if the passengers did not behave properly! In the form of refreshments, the passengers were given toffees!!! Decision about the flight was awaited from Jet Airways head office. Finally at about 02:30 hrs, the flight took off and returned to Mumbai, reaching there at 5:00 am. The Shatabdi tatkal ticket therefore also went waste. My daughter was dead tired from this ordeal and it had taken almost 17 hrs for Jet Airways to take her from Mangalore upto Mumbai only. Because of lack of sleep she was not feeling well and had vomited umpteen number of times. She called me and said that she has been given fresh boarding pass and the same flight with different crew and pilots would take off at 06:30 hrs for CCU. She asked me to take a train ticket for the evening as she wanted to get some sleep first at a hotel. So I booked another ticket by Sealdah Rajdhani leaving Sealdah at 16:50 hrs. Finally she reached home at 10:00 pm on 19th Dec, behind schedule by 24 hrs. Questions for Jet Airways: 1. Why was she not informed by Jet Airways one day before that her flight for IXE-BLR sector was rescheduled/delayed and she given a different option for reaching CCU on time? 2. Why was she not accommodated in the 9W-625 flight? 3. All planes nowadays have night landing capabilities in fog, if the aircraft of 9W-617 didn't have it why was it permitted to fly to CCU at night when the weather conditions at CCU were known? Other aircraft of Indigo coming from different destinations had landed in Kolkata that night in fog. 4. The pilot after taking off had announced that the plane may have to be diverted elsewhere as there was a fog at CCU. If it was known why did the aircraft take off from Mumbai? Would it not have been prudent to accommodate the passengers in a hotel in Mumbai for 18th Dec night when the limited capabilities of the aircraft were known? The ordeal for passengers as well as the crew could have been avoided and also precious aviation fuel could have been saved. 5. Why arrangements to disembark passengers and accommodate them in a hotel were not made at Bhubaneswar? The flight could then resume in the morning for CCU. 6. For the ordeal that my daughter (who was travelling alone from Manipal) and we parents went through will Jet Airways offer any compensation?
                    Sir,

                    I had booked on Jet Airways Flight No 9W 686 to Ahmedabad from Delhi on 23rd night and PNR NO is MXAFSF
                    i reached the counter for check in at 10.10 and was advised that the check in luggage has gone and
                    cannot be sent. I requested but nobody was willing to do anything about it. I then in desperation
                    said I"ll leave my stuff behind and only take handbaggage..I called back the person who came to drop me
                    and returned the check in stuff and rushed with the hand baggage along with my 13 year old son. You
                    will appreciate that being not so young it was a task for me to literally rush across for the security
                    check. At the security check gate I again met the official at the counter Ms Puja, who had been most
                    unhelpful there. I said I've sent back my check in stuff and will only take the hand bagggage. She was
                    most indfferent and said she can"t commit anything. When I was collecting my stuff after security check
                    and rushing towards the gate in the confusion my papers fell down. At that time the phone rang which I
                    could not receive being extremely agitated and confused After a while since it was a walk when I
                    reached the gate the boys sitting there told me " Mrs Nautiyal the gate is closed. I called you but you
                    didn"t pick."
                    I told him that in the confusion it was not possible for me and I was rushing towards the gate so
                    could not take the call. He said now the gate is closed. I can"t do anything. I said that even I"m in
                    services sector and make every endeavour to help customer. I was told nothing can be done now. After
                    that I was sent back with one of your personnel who demanded the id proof and boarding passes twice for
                    entering at various places, adding to my harrasment. I said I want to speak to your General Manager but
                    was told its not possible. One Manager was called who even before I called said " You're late. I said
                    you should listen to me before you say something. It appears that it was all stagemanaged. They had
                    decided that no effort to be helpful would be there. I think it is extremely sad that a services sector
                    is most uncooperative and above that most discourteous. It is breeding yougsters who are totally
                    lacking in courtesy and sitting in their chairs and thinking they are the owners of the Airlines and
                    can behave as they want. I'm a senior executive in a premier Bank and was appalled to see this
                    callousness from a so called premier airline. If you can"t do something at least you should be willing
                    to help the customer and appear concerned. This apathy and lack of concern is the doom of any services
                    sector. I subsequently on reaching up called the helpline where Mr Gagan told me that since it is no
                    issue no refund or change is possible only taxes will be paid as you had to reach 2 hours before. I
                    said the counter person said 1 hour before, then you are saying 2 hours before. This despite the fact
                    that I"ve done web check in. The website mentions 45 minutes before departure for domestic flights.
                    I'm really disappointed and frustrated with your customer service which is terrible. There is lack of
                    etiquette and friendliness in manner and no spirit of help and cooperation. Further the numbers of
                    your senior managers are not provided by your customer service personnel at the airport. I was told by
                    Mr Gagan to take up the matter with the Airport Authority. I said my booking is with Jet and I was
                    returned most rudely by the staff at the counter and gate. what is Airport authority supposed to do. If
                    there is any system of customer service redressal with you I hope you will give a hearing to my
                    complaint. Your website says check in 45 minutes before departure, your official at counter says 1 hour
                    before departure and your person on the helpline says 2 hours before departure. I ask you to refund my
                    fare and counsel your staff members to be helpful and courteous to customers. Your prompt reply in the

                      Dear sir, I along with two of my business collegues were scheduled to go to Dhaka for our business meeting on 28th november and so we booked confirmed e-ticket no.[protected],[protected] and[protected] from Kolkata to Dhaka by flight no.9w 274 of jet airways india. On reaching airport for check in on time we were told that they were unable to accomodate in the flight due to overbooking of the tickets by the airlines.We were surprised to note the fact.All our requests to accomdate us went in vain.We suffered huge loss in terms of money too due to cancellation of our business meeting.They also gave us the written declaration of the fact on the fact which will be evident from the tickets attached herewith. We were scheduled to return by the evening flight the same day from air india flight no.AI 229 from Dhaka to Kolkata.vide ticket no.[protected] and on the next day by Air india flight no.AI 229 Vide e-ticket no.[protected] and[protected]. We were required to cancel all these tickets too as we were not accomodated on the Jet airways flight and we were sublected a lot of cancellation charges.an amount of RS 2733=00 was deducted as cancellation charges. So you are kindly requested to inform us whether jet airways have the right to overbook any flight such that they can refuse any confirmed passanger to accomodate on the ground of overbooking. Secondly who will be responsible for the mental agony and financial loss for cancellation of the tickets and compensation for financial loss to us for being not able to go to dhaka to attend the business meet for no fault o[censored]s? Awaiting your immediate feedback

                        Dear Sir, this is to inform you i have bought my ticket on 17th November 2017 PNR NO: BEWTIU from Udaipur to Mumbai Schduling on 20th December15. Due to some personal reason i have to board urgently and prepone ticket to 17th December and i have cancelled ticket before 3 to 4 days. so i have bought another ticket and i was shocked to see and know that i have recieved only 68 rs has a refund out of 9600 attached Ticket of 20th December and 17th December for your reference. hoping to have positive feedback from you which can bring my trust on Cleartrip and Jetairways

                          I am 59 + yrs old and traveled by flt no 9W 7130 seat 10A SEQ 0005 form Rajkot to Mumbai. At Mumbai after alighting while boarding your transport bus I fell and cut my leg-shin very badly and was bleeding profusely with no help from either the Crew or the ground staff. There was blood on the boarding steps, in the bus and still no help I kept bleeding until I reached the terminal and with the help of a porter helped myself into a wheel chair, reported to the counter at arrival only to be told that the MI room is on the other end at Departure, MI room gave me a bandage first aid and asked to go to a hospital for x ray and stitches. All along in the corridors of the Departure lounge I was bleeding and there were no taxis at that end to take me to hospital so I travel back bleeding all the way wait in the Q for a Taxi and then drive off to Kokilaben Ambani Hospital, where I had three stitches done and for the last one week under treatment only because no aid was available at the right time Jet airways must look into such cases and make arrangement at arrival hall for such accidents and train their staff to attend to emergencies like this.

                            As i was travelling from abu dhabi via banglore to mangalore, i had 1 bag for luggage, and i asked twice the staff that do i have to collect my baggage in banglore for customs he said no it will be transfered to manglore..and when i reachd to manglore my bag was not come...and today they call me and told me bag has arrived please come and collect i told them i need u to deliver my bag to my place...so they reject and tell me custom clearance baggage will be not delivered ...as ur staff doe'snt have proper information about baggage clearance this is not my fault, i want to call from customer care department...

This is my issue: I reached airport at 2.45 pm.I enquired for boarding pass counter.I went C counter .there was long queue. My flight time was 3.40pm to chennai .my flight details are 9w835 airline reservation code QQjMOG.ticket was in name of sudhanshu salwan and Madan lal chauhan dated 27.2.15 . There were two tickets in my name and other in name of madan lal chauhan . When we reached the person, he was busy on phone and after wasting next 5minutes told us u cannot board as time is 3.05pm . Pl go to counter of supervisor and he wrote on my reservation page reporting 3.05pm.supervisor was lady busy on phone and wasted our next 10minutes. She told u cannot board as u r late . I plead her but she refused .I went to reservation department and requeested to adjust me in next flight .he adjusted but now ticket expense per ticket was 18000/rs . I paid again 25000/rs for two tickets .boarding time was 8.35pm to chennai .flight no is 9w739. My plea was I was at no fault as I had to pay 25000/rs extra for two tickets for no fault of mine.as I had already spent rs 13000/ on my early tickets for flight no 9w835. Pl refund my money extra money paid.. This is how I would like it to be resolved: i would like the jet airway to refund my excess amount paid by me in no fault of me. i reached at airport one hour before the departure.i was in queue.i reported at 3.05 as marked by boarding pass issuer after wasting my precious 15 minutes. we should respect our customers money, our customers.if customers stop visiting ur airlines, ur airlines can be bankrupt.so i mean to say we should respect our customers.Customer is GOD.. Jet Airways has failed to provide me with a satisfactory service, and I have tried to resolve this case in a reasonable manner for some time. I feel Jet Airways has not met my basic customer rights, and I am forced to forward my concerns to you. As I am sure you understand, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am after a reasonable and fair response from Jet Airways. Please could you look into this case as soon as possible?                                     To whomsoever it may concern I was travelling from Bangalore to Dammam on the 29th November 2015. My PNR for the flight was KQEOTN. On my arrival to Dammam, i found out that my baggage had not arrived. I spoke to the Ground Handling Agent who was handling the 9W flight and he had no information to share with me, but inform me that please speak to the 9W staff in the office. I walked for close to 1 hour to locate their office, however there was no staff in the office. later i was told please go to the Check in Counters the staff may be there. I then walked for another hour only realise that there was not a single staff at the check in counters as well. At this point i gave up and left the airport. I had a meeting the next day and had no clothes so i bought myself a set of clothes and basic toiletries which would enable me to attend the meeting. My Bag arrived the next day and they were not able to send it to my hotel. The ground Handling Agent told me that Jet Airways does not provide that service in Dammam. On getting this information, i left immediately for the airport taking a taxi from the Hotel. Which was an additional cost to me. On speaking to the concerned staff to identify my bag and to checks its status, I noticed that my baggage was damaged. I spoke to the Staff and like the previous time he told me that all claims and discrepancies are to be discussed with the Jet Airways Staff. I again took the long walk to the Jet Airways Office and found no one in the office again. I decided that i would return and write to them about my issue. I wrote my complaint on their website and received a prompt response saying they have asked the Airport about the incident and would get back to me. This incident is now 10 days old and have received no information from them in regards to my complain. I sincerely would appreciate you to kindly address my issue with Jet Airways so i can claim from them my cost of expenses for clothes, toiletries, transport and damage of the baggage which would amount to a total of SAR 1500 + INR 23000 for the bag.                                       I stayed at the New York Hilton Garden Inn between Sept 22-28, 2015. When I realized that Hilton is a partner of Jet Airways, I sent my hotel invoice on Oct 19, 2015 so that my spends could be credited to my JP account. I received an email saying that it should take 3-4 weeks. On following up, I received a subsequent email saying it should take 6-8 weeks. After multiple follow ups and as recent as Friday, Dec 4; I was told it would be done on Tuesday, Dec 8, 2015. Finally, I called today and am told that the SPENDS CANNOT BE CREDITED since I am not a member of the HHonors program. Despite flimsy excuses and ridiculous statements since Oct 2015, I persevered in the hope of it actually working out. I have the following questions: 1. Why couldn't I have been informed of this earlier in Oct 2015? 2. The Jet Airways website does not mention that if you are not a HHonors member, you do not receive credit for spends incurred. It mentions what happens in case you are an HHonors member. As a logical person, I would assume that if Hilton is a partner, the spends would be credited. I believe after spending several hours on calls with Jet Airways customer care, to hear something like this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is PATHETIC and amounts to customer harassment. I wonder how I can ensure that other customers do not face a similar issue
