To The DIRECTOR This is a complaint for JET AIRWAYS Employee 'LISELLE REMODIOS' who operates at Pune Airport. I had a flight booking from PUNE to DELHI, then connected FLIGHTS from DELHI to SRINAGAR and vice versa. Due to a medical emergency at home, and an admission in hospital, I reached Pune airport just 30 min before and could not make expected 45 min time. I agree, my delay. I requested her to consider this as exception, as I was traveling after a medical emergency situation and also with my family, but her is the fact... rather than understandingg or even listening situation, she did not talk well, and after a bit of conversation, started talking rude, with full of ARROGANCE, ATTITUDE and in fact said 'YOU WILL NOT BOARD THE FLIGHT'. I requested as I was traveling with my family, when they too requested (ladies from my family), her behavior was intact and was FULL OF ENETHICAL VALUES. I contacted Airport Authority and manager, Mr.Suresh and then spoke to Mr.Wilson, whereas she gave them also false information that I was abusing her, which was not the case, I was travelling with my family, why would I do so. IN SUCH AN ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT, I WANT STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH MANNERLESS AND ARROGANT EMPLOYEE, and want this concern to be escalated to JET AIRWAYS TEAM. I have travelled with JET Domestically and Internationally various times, but she is the first one I came across who does not even know how to deal with CUSTOMER, even a polite NO would have been fine, I don't care for my lost 10, 000 Rs, but behavior should be good. I am not sure, what action will happen on post this e-mail, but I want a STRICT ACTION AGAINST HER so that same is not repeated.     I travelled by jet airways from Mumbai to Singapore on 12 th august flight no 9W10.i have asked for my wife fruit flatter at the time of booking.but they did not give me and they told me that you have not asked for it.my wife is not taking any food outside so she has to keep empty stomache.from Singapore to Sydney we have quantas flight no 9W4082 AND THEY PROVIDED FRUIT FLATTER both are sharing flight and jet says we have not asked for it then how quantas gave the food?that means jet fellows are liar.they are not replying since last 20 days.for what reason?

      JP team, My JP #[protected]. I had traveled on the sector San Francisco - Abu Dhabi - Mumbai on Aug 23rd 2015. Ticket #[protected] Reservation code: SKGPQG On checking my account, I saw that the JP miles were not credited to my account. I wrote an email to JP team and they credited the miles for the sector SFO - Abu Dhabi. They did not credit it for Abu Dhabi - Mumbai. I followed up with multiple emails to get the miles credited but in vain. They demanded a boarding pass and baggage tag to verify the travel. I submitted a soft copy of my ticket which had the entire details for them to verify and credit my miles. They are still not budging and asking for a baggage tag !! I told them I have not preserved the boarding pass and baggage tag after completion of my travel as they were useless for me. It's so strange even a ticket copy does not suffice them to credit the JP miles. It's a unique way of harassing customers and not giving them their deserved JP miles.         On 11 Aug I tried booking Delhi -Kathmandu flight 9W260 for 24 Sep and return by 9W 263 for 30 Sep for self and my wife.. Two attempts were made and despite Net Banking amount of Rs 18570/= each time being debited from my SBI account vide Transaction no-DSBI [protected] and DSBI [protected] the issue of tickets on line failed with an advice that the amount would be refunded shortly. 3 weeks and no response from Jet Airways despite numerous calls and email.           I have tried booking flight tickets for my journey from Mumbai - Mangalore return from jet Airways website (17th December from Mumbai and return is on 22nd December Mangalore).
          After the payment a message was displayed that your ticket cannot be booked due to some internal problem and the refunds will be processed within 10 days, this has been taken place on 11th August 2015. Its been 3+ weeks now and I have not received any refund nor any updates on the refund status from Jet Airways.

          im facing similar situation they are not refunding my money too and on top of that made me buy anther ticket, i regert buying it i think its a money making racket

            We have booked to and fro tickets for 7 nos.of passengers for Chennai to Portblair and Portblair to Chennai for the date 17th November 2015 and 24th November 2015 respectively from the web site of JET AIRWAYS on line booking on 17th June 2015. Unfortunately, my son Purvam Modi can not accompany with us during our Portblair tour due to his Semester end exam. So, it is required to cancel his tickets. Therefore, I have approached to JET AIRWAYS office at Vadodara personnaly on 5thAugust 2015 for cancellation of one ticket from the group of seven tickets. They have replied me that you will get only Rs. 1400/- i.e only government tax amount from the cost of ticket of Rs. 15638/- This is not fair on part of JET Airways, as I have booked my ticket in normal course of booking i.e it was not booked under any special scheme i.e discount or etc. It was no where mentioned on the site while booking that the said ticket is non refundable as well as it also not mentioned in the ticket itself also. Air line is supposed to deduct only Rs. 750+750 i.e 1500/- from the amount of Rs. 15638/- instead of that they are deducting Rs. 14238/- The PNR no. of our booking is : UPYMHN I have sent e-mails to JET AIRWAYS office on 5th August 2015, but till today nothing is heard from them till today.               Dear Sir I am customer of jet privilege –Amit Dohara[protected]. After below incident which happens with me, I would like to share that it’s given me believe that jp miles customer is nothing for airline it’s just piece of paper and airline doesn’t care about it. I have a serious concern with the last service which I received from the jet stuff at Mumbai international airport. Since I have my urgency to come back Kuwait ASAP I wasn’t able to do much and re-book my ticket for next date. On 21st Aug 2015, Due to an emergency I have to travel to india from Kuwait to mumbai and wanted to come back on 24th Aug 2015 with my family. My wife did a booking for the jet flight on 21st Aug and 22nd Aug from India through an authentic travel agent at Mira Road Mumbai. Travel agent booked 3 confirm ticket on jp miles ( for me, my wife and 4 year old daughter) and give us web checking along with seat selection. He used some known person jp miles and provides us all relevant documents before travel. PNR –RURUWL, TUXLFB and RMNQKI We received sms on our registered mobile number on confirm web checking and on flight. On 24th Afternoon at 2:00 pm when we reached to the Mumbai international airport and went to web check-in counter, Jet staff told us that tickets which I am carrying are not right ticket (its fake) and doesn’t show any booking in their system. I spend full time in tension from 2 pm to 4 pm on the airport, speaking with airline staff, Supervisor and everyone was giving one or other reason like 1.This is not correct booking. So we can’t let you board. 2.Inform your travel agent to redo the booking for the ticket, than we let you board. 3.Person who gave us jp miles, their card are incorrect. 4.Inform travel agent to send confirmation email on jet air miles that this ticket is confirm. I called and crosscheck the entire document which I have with respect to ticket and jp miles are found all are authentic. Sir, I spent 80, 000 for three tickets, carrying all proper document and jet staff was mentioning it’s a fake ticket. How could this be possible when I get all details like –PNR number, Web checking confirm, Seat is allotted and meal is selected. At the end, 4:00 pm supervisor inform me that she can’t allow us board as flight is full. Since we have a jp miles ticket and its issued under “x” class, she can’t put us in flight and have to wait until all cash tickets finish. Flight is full and we are the access passenger for that flight. If this was real reason than supervisor should have inform me at 2:00 pm so that i would have not waste my money and energy and was able to take any other flight of same day. How can this be possible if we reached airport on time, Was on the counter since 2 pm and they didn’t told in the beginning that for JP Miles are not consider for confirm booking. Or why can’t I get intimation from jet that your web check-in tickets are not confirm for 24th Aug and you cannot board either by registered email id or on local mobile number. As I told it’s my priority to come Kuwait with my family as my wife and daughter visa was expiring in few days, so I purchase next day ticket of Rupees 1, 60, 000. Just double the amount, whereas if I would have be notified on 21st or 22nd Aug by jet airways than I was getting ticket in 85, 000 only. In this case, after purchase ticket still I was not allow on board, have not been inform by any staff on real issue, was taking care of 4 year old kid and avoiding all possible argument in front of her. However, I have to go back home as I can’t stay on the airport and need to do next booking. This was 2nd time my bad experience with jet airways since I joined. First time it happens in 2010 when I was travelling to dubai with my family. Since[protected] I stop flying in jet airways as no respect for the passenger. Since my wife instead I started travelling from jet mid 2014 but its end up in same manner. I find myself to launch legal complaint for this issue, However before doing this i would like to discuss one time with jet airways concern staff and right reason for doing this area as I spend for a ticket 1, 60, 000 just double the amount for booking ( before it was 80, 000) and faced lots hurdles from going and coming back to airport and lost one day salary .                 I had booked the connecting flight tickets(MYPEOE) - DEHRADUN TO DUBAI[protected], 589,[protected],[protected] on 6th August but within 24 hours I had cancelled the tickets and had booked another tickets[protected],[protected],[protected] booked on 7th August 2015. As per their cancellation rules its not been refunded nor I received any mail.

                  I had a booking for a flight on 30 Aug 2015 5.50. Am flight no 9w410. I was at airport at 5.00 am at counter I got print out of air ticket at 5.08 I was at the counter by the time the crowd got cleared they closed the counter which is not my mistake as per guideline I was 45 mins prior... now the airlines says no call no show which I don't understand and I am told that the refund Wil not be processed.. which I am not happy about I need a refund or else I Wil have to take action which won't be suitable for a creditbitly of jet airways...

                    Hi Jet Airways, I have tried booking flight tickets for my journey from 2nd Sept- 5th Sept'2015 on jet Airways mobile application. When I have done my payment through SBI netbanking, the payment was successful but the tickets were not booked. I got a error message on application page that the tickets can not be booked and the refunds will be processed within 10 days. I have booked my ticket on 11th Aug (between 11.30- 12 in night ).                       I Jude Fernandes traveled by Jet Airways 9W 0544 Dubai Mumbai departure 18:55 Seat No 19A. ON arriving home after opening my bag I found few of the items missing. Samsung Galaxy S4, Ladies Perfume Jovan musk and Jolen cream bleach. The Phone gone missing was absolutely shocking and unacceptable. I need this to be resolved at the earliest.

                        Dear all, I have been assured similarly and with faith I waited for almost a week. When I got no satisfactory response I followed up to find out a very scary reality. More than the baggage, now I'm worried about my safety on board. It's very shocking to know that you can't trace the passenger who left his luggage and went. As per the info I get from the customer service, none of the details about the passenger are correct. I urge you to take this incident as an eye opener and use all that you can to trace the person and my baggage. I wouldn't be wrong in suggesting you to take help of the CCTV surveillance footage from AAI to find out where did my baggage end up. I have already shared the description of my baggage, however, if any further info I needed, I'm more than willing to share. Additionally, a broadcast message could be sent to all onboard that day and hope to receive some clues. On a separate note, please consider this email seriously.                               I have booked a flight ticket for me and my family from Indore to Ranchi via Delhi by Jet Airways for 16th of Oct 2015. But it was being informed to me by Jet Airways that my Flight from Delhi to Ranchi has been cancelled . Due to this my whole ticket was cancelled. And now i have to make a new booking which is costing me Rs. 25000. So, who will compensate for this loss. Shouldnt i be compensated for the difference in fare chanrges ? When a customer cancelles his ticket then customer have to pay to the airlines. But when airlines cancells the ticket then why it is not paying to the cusotmers ? This policy is anti consumer.

                                  I booked my flight DEL-YYZ on 19th July 2015 PNR: SELDBX and Ticket No:[protected] and cancelled on the same date. They promised my money would be refunded within a week. I still haven't received my money even after innumerable emails and contact on twitter. They have to refund 45000 INR. They don't even reply to emails.

                                    Hello Sir, I want to register a complain against jet airways. I m traveling from jet airways from last 4 years, my membership number is [protected]. I have 20, 000 Approximate jetprivilege miles, due to this they first locked my account for more then 2 month, i had register a complain to them, still they can"t provide the solution.I inform them to redeem by miles, they ask to me to send the traveler details, i had forward all the details to them, they stop responding to my mail, they cant even answer my call.My complaint number is 794-956'' 577-762.                                       I had booked a return ticket from Kuwait to Mumbai (Reference No: DRJGOP) on August 4, 2015. At the time of the booking, it was mentioned that I could cancel the flight within 24 hours for free. And since I could not travel, I cancelled the ticket within the 24 hour period. The online flight cancellation process was smooth and I even received confirmation along with the amount that was being refunded. But I am shocked to see that you have still CHARGED my credit card and have NOT REVERSED the transaction!!! Jet Airways, please refund my money immediately

                                        dear sir, my son anish ashok was a passenger of jet airways 9w404 from kochi to mumbai on 22 aug 2015 and further traveled on same day and same airline no.9w564 from mumbai to damam.on arrival at dammam he got to know that his baggage ( one travell bag and one suit case tag no of the baggage given by cial i was 9w696232 and 9w696233 ) is not in plane immediately he booked a complaint at damam air port vide complaint no dmm 9w 11960 after this, my son and me several times called to complaint cell and they told that every time" your baggage is not yet traced call after some time later " now 4 days elapsed till no any satisfied answer got from jet air ways auth or not get his baggage.the baggage contained his whole personal clothings and belongings and food items like achar chips and the "onam" shopping materials given by his friend!s home for handing over to his damam frieds. it is therefore requested that higher authorities to jump in and resolve the issue as soon as possible as my son is facing very difficulties for want of his personal belonging my son e id is [protected]@nastrust.com tele no.[protected].my e id is [protected]@gmail.com mob [protected]
