We travelled from hong kong to mumbai on 14 th january 2016 flight number 9w075.1 out of the 4 baggages is left at hong kong and not yet delivered.We have already filled the property irregularity report for it.The airlines had commited to deliver it at our residence in ahmedabad within 24 hours.We have also tried spkeaking to the airline tollfree number but in vain.They are just saying it will be delivered shortly.The 2 persons who had commited to deliver the bag were mr khushwant singh and mr amandeep singh. According to them the baggage has arrived from hong kong to mumbai through flight number 9w075 on 16 th january 2016 and also departed from mumbai to ahmedabad through flight number 9w4327 at 5;30 am today 17 th january 2016 buit yet it is not delivered to our residence.Please do the needfull . This kind of service is not expected from jet airways. Such type of service is disgusting and very dissapointing . We seek compensation from the airlines for the delayed service and your negligence.As per terms and conditions of the airlines.

    Never in your life you can think of loosing rs.27000/- within 10 minutes because of such a scheming combination between airline known as "jet airways" and make my trip.com.
    Such non cooperative staff..Useless people sitting at "helpline"which they call, where they can't give any solutions to the passengers.I want to name some of them.Mr.Shiv kumar. .Who doesn't know how to talk to the customers. .And a lady named ms richa sharma who assumed that she is the md & ceo of jet airways and she was the last one to whom someone should approach in a company like jet airways.
    It will be of great help..If some human with logical mind can come back to a genuine customer.My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
    See its a hard earned money. ..I can't loose my 27000..For no mistake of mine.

      Hello, While travel from Singapore to Delhi via Flight No. 9W 017, Jet Airways lost my Check in luggage on 26th Sep'2015. It took Jet Airways approx. 45 days, after so many calls to accept that baggage has been lost. File No. DEL9W50854 has been reported for this the same. It's almost 5 months after this incident and I am still waiting for compensation amount from Jet Airways. Despite my repeated mails and calls, there is no reply from Company. They just insist they have already send me mail and waiting for my confirmation. When I am asking them to resend stated Amount, they are unable to send any mail. It seems that Jet Airways uses this as their strategy to avoid Compensation. Need Help to Sort out This issue!! The copy of ticket with baggage tag and file of complaint are enclosed.         I had made an online booking (Booking Ref - HPSMLN) on Dec 2nd 2015 for my wife and daughter from Mumbai to Bangalore and return. They were planning to travel from Tanzania and connecting in Mumbai to Bangalore/. The journey dates were 8th Dec and 30th Dec 2015. But since my wife's mother passed away I had to alter the booking and when I visited the site to change the dates, it said since the booking was made through net banking you can't alter the booking. I had to change the dates to 4th of Dec but it was not possible. I sent a mail immediately to Reservations and also tried to call their helpline numbers, and also a message in Facebook, but no one cared to respond at all. So I had to book through GOAir for the 4th Dec And the tickets were termed as No Show, because there was no response from anyone from Jet Airways. And later when I was able to reach help line, they advised me that since the first flight was a 'no show' the return trip also will be considered as a "no show" and the best option is to go for a cancellation and I was left with no other option. My complaint is if at least one of my queries was addressed ( i had sent a mail, commented on FB and also tried their helpline numbers) I would have not wasted so much of money in booking the entire trip again. And they sent me a mail after reminding again and again, stating that my bookings were cancelled based on my request and they cant do anything now. If only they had responded promptly to my mail/FB message, it would have saved me a lot of mental strain, as all my family was travelling alone from Tanzania.

          Dear Sirs, I had booked two sets of Jet Airways tickets online for Travel on GOA_BOM sector on 25th December 2015 for my family members headed by Dr Surendra Kumar Jain and party. PNR nos were TPZTWB (6pax) and WLKCNJ (4 pax). Payments were made by Netbanking account with HDFC Bank for former and by American Express Credit Card for the later. JET AIRWAYS website offer stated that excess baggage can be booked in advance "on line" at 25% discount on the excess baggage tariff payable at check in counter. I decided to book /buy excess baggage of 30/35 kg for ten passengers in advance on line. To my great disappointment the transaction could not be processed on line for booking excess baggage. On contacting the call centre no explanation was forthcoming. Written messages to customer care also did not yield a satisfactory response. Responses came each time after 7/8 days and then too without any proper explanation. Copies can be forwarded if desired. Eventually I was told that excess baggage cannot be bought at a discounted rate in advance if the tickets are originally purchased by payments from NetBanking and or by American Express Credit Card. Any other Credit or Debit Card would be acceptable. No logical reason or explanation was given. Eventually I had to buy 34 KG excess baggage @Rs 350/-per Kg and was made to pay Rs 11900/- and was denied the announced 25% discount of Rs.2975/-. Receipt # T[protected] My complaints are as under: 1.If travel tickets can be purchased by Net banking payment or by American Express Credit Card then why the excess baggage cannot be bought by same modes of payment. Why these modes are not excluded for booking travel tickets also. Also while booking by these payment modes online message should inform by a pop up saying that excess baggage cannot be paid by these modes so that customer can chose an alternative. 2. On the website while announcing the offer of 25% discount for online advance purchase of excess baggage why these exclusions are not mentioned explicitly or under "conditions apply". Is it not misleading advertising? 3.Is it not defficiency of service or malafide practice by JET AIRWAYS? What recourse do I have? Sharad Gupta /Dr. Surendra K. Jain Awaiting your guidance

            I had bitter experience with the way Jet airways treats international passengers at Delhi airport.Flying from Houston- to Delhi via Turkish flight & Delhi to Manga lore via Jet airways(9W 815) on the date of 9 Jan 2016.Reservation Code: XZCVWM. I am carrying 2pc of check in luggage that allowed by Turkish airways and i have to take domestic flight which my company initially booked in Jet airways. However Jet airways says that as it is a separate ticket my baggage allowance would be only 15kg total. I am a seaman possessing Continuous Discharge Certificate (C.D.C)and i showed my document to Delhi ground staff supervisor Ms. Munmun to allow 2nd luggage as free as a category as seaman and she didn"t .She said only option is to pay Rs 350/kg and that would be Rs-7350 extra for 2nd Luggage and forcefully i paid for 2nd luggage to check in. As per Jet airways check in baggage allowance category sailor/seaman 2pc - 20kg each. Jet airways need to be reimburse that i paid for 2nd baggage Rs 7350 other wise i will be file a compliant in consumer court against Jet airways .

            Jet Airways are running a scam.

            I had travelled to Bangalore from Europe (international weight allowance is around 23kgs) and then Jet Airways decided to sting me for having 22 kgs when I was on an internal flight from Bangalore to Chennai as their allowance was 15 kgs.

            Why have Jet Airways done this - move away from the international standards?

            This means every passenger from international flight has to pay them a ransom

            Well done Jet Airways you have found a fail proof system of fleecing people !!!

                I was travelling from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 6th Jan vide 9W 458, Jet airways. At Mumbai airport, i could not find my bag, the baggage for that particular flight was being delivered through conveyor belt no- 1. Lodged a complaint vide file no BOM9W82628 on 6th Jan. Today it is 10th Jan. I have written to their baggage lost baggage handling department at email address [protected]@jetairways.com. I have written to the chairman, Mr Naresh Goyal at his email [protected]@jetairways.com. Till today the standard response is " Your baggage is under tracing" I request Indian consumer forum to intervene., I have provided a valuation of my lost materials which is in the tune of INR 62000.00.                   I find myself writing to you today appalled by the way I was treated by your staff. Delayed flights do happen however your staff seem to be flying at high altitude dealing with staff with a heavy hand. I was scheduled on the 8th of Jan to fly out of Pune via Delhi with my final destination as Toronto. Having started my journey at 9:30 pm yesterday from Pune, I was a little concerned about making my connection via Delhi having heard about the weather conditions. I was assured by the manager there that everything would be fine and that the plane would wait if the flight from Pune was a few minutes late given that other passengers were scheduled on the same flight. At this time I was not informed about the flight from Delhi being preponed to depart at 2:30 instead of 3:00. I was again assured that there would be staff waiting in Delhi to help me make my connection by the air hostesses. On landing in Delhi at 2:15 am, a staff member greeted us and assembled all passengers travelling via Brussels. We were then herded through the terminal thinking that we were being directed to our connecting flight. It wasn't until we reached the baggage claim counter that we were informed that we would not be making our connection and that we were being booked for a flight the next day. Flight delays due to uncertain weather conditions is understandable. However as a passenger being given false promises and not receiving any information from the airline reflects poor customer service, and it seems like once again you hold the infamous prize for not meeting scheduled times. Unfortunately this is where the nightmare begins. After being assured by your staff of how the bookings for flight and hotels were being "handled" there was no one to be seen for about an hour. The other six passengers who were stranded with me were left with no information and no contact. We were then told to pick our baggage from one of the belts with no one to direct us on the location. At this point it had started to sink in that we were left to fend for ourselves. With my final destination for the journey being Regina, I knew I would be missing my connecting flight from Toronto. I had booked the flight 5 hours after the arrival of the Jet Airways flight to Toronto thinking it would be a good "buffer" in case of delays, but was I ever mistaken. With my flight from New Delhi now scheduled for the next day I was basically told to "figure things out" on my own for my journey from Toronto onwards and that Jet Airways was in no manner responsible or accountable for me missing the connection or for any additional charges that may incurr due to rescheduling. Having come to India on vacation for a mere two weeks to visit my aged grandmother and for a cousin's wedding; I had no access to either a phone network or internet. I was once again rudely told by your staff to figure things out on my own. Having scoured the airport for telephone booths, as luck would have it, the networks were all down. After explaining the situation to your staff (not having a place to stay in Toronto or any means of contacting Air Canada to reschedule my flight) and begging them to give me accesss to a phone, I received a phone to make calls three hour later. 900 dollars later (my own expense) and multiple calls to rescheduled my flight I was finally able to find a way home on my own. In the meantime no apologies were uttered but a lot of grunts and eye rolls were expressed by your staff. Three and a half hours after arrival in Delhi i.e. 5 am -- we had no confirmed flight and no hotels booked. The two business class passengers were scooted off to a hotel and we were told to wait since being in economy we were only eligible for a three star hotel. 5:45 we were finally scooted out of the airport, tickets in hand for the next day, once again no apologies. The four o[censored]s dragged our luggage along and were cramped into a cab on our way to the three star hotel - Om Paradise. On reaching our destination, I was not only disgusted with the conditions we were expected to live in but once again we were left on our own with no contact from the airline to check up on us. The hotel was in no comparison a three star, in fact it fell short of a one star. With tattered and stained sheets, and a toilet that reeked it was definitly not a place any one deserved to stay in. We were given the numbers of two of your managers, we were not able to reach either one of them. Being accustomed to your shoddy service were were not surprised when asked to make our way back to the airport on our own. 6:30 there is no one to greet us at the airport. Luckily were were able to track a staff memeber who infomed us that we were being transferred to another hotel and asked us to wait outside for the cab. 7:30 we have waited in the cold outside the airport for 45 minutes and none of your staff are to be seen. 7:45 we are greeted by one of your managers, Paramjit, who is apparently still arranging for a cab. On questioning him about how much longer we were to wait outside in the cold, he walks away pretending to be busy on the phone leaving us with a junior staff. 8:15 the junior staff member takes pity on us and invites us to stand inside by the ticketing booth as we wait for the cab. 8:45 the cab that took two hours to arrange finally arrives and five o[censored]s are cramped into it with our baggage. At this point I am too tired to complain since it seems to go unheard either way. Today not only were your staf[censored]nsympathetic and rude but the incidents that occurred reflected upon poor management and a complete disregard for your client's concerns. I am deeply hurt by your staff's behavior and feel like we were treated lesser than animals. I find it my duty no to let this incident go unnoticed and will make it a point to get this out on social media and the press(India as well as in Canada) so that others are aware of how passengers when at their most vulnerable are treated by your staff. If I had the option of redoing this trip, I would have rather missed my flight from Pune, missed a few days of work and not have been connected to your airline at all. An aggrieved passenger.

                    Dear Jet team, I have got the return ticket done for Mumbai . but both times I got financial loss . FIRST INSTANCE:- For going to Mumbai it was on 5 jan and the departure time was 07.05 AM in flight 9 W 397 (ticket no 589 [protected]) Complaint:- Due to an accident on road, I reached on airport at 6.35 Am where I requested Mr Yatin(who claimed that he was in charge) for boarding on plane .But he refused and told me that nothing can be done. Here because of him I have to take a taxi and reached Mumbai .FINANCIAL LOSS AND LOSS OF TIME ALSO. SECOND INSTANCE:- Coming back from Mumbai on flight no 9W 7343 on 7 jan departure time 19.20 from Mumbai to baroda (ticket no[protected]. I was afraid that I will have to reach before time to airport as some of the other staff will not allow me to board if I will be late. I started at 4.30 from office . I reached 5.30 there and on my boarding pass it is written that boarding will be at 6.35 pm. But the ACTUAL BOARDING STARTED AT 7.10 PM. And the flight took off at 8.05 pm from Mumbai airport and reached Vadodara at 9.10. Now my wife was supposed to come to pick me but I have to take taxi. ANOTHER FINANCIAL LOSS. why would I bear the financial loss in every instance and that too your people does not take my request or understand the problem of passenger. I would request you to please give me my financial loss otherwise I will have to go to court for the same... I am badly hurt . regards Mritunjay -[protected]

                      I was traveling on 23rd December, 2015 from Chennai to Madurai from Jet Airways ( Jet Konnect) alongwith my father Ghanshyam Gupta and mother Meena Gupta. We had 3 tickets in all number[protected] to 6586 . The eticket were booked through make my trip and the flt no was 9W-2727 and depart time was 13.30 hours from terminal 1 Chennai. We reached the check in counter at 12.45 P.M. We have already done web check in. We had 3 suitcase bags and 2 cabin bags with us being 3 pessengers. The weight of our 3 suit case baggage was 45 kg well within permitted weight and weight of one Cabin bag was 11 Kg and of second cabin bag was 3 Kg . The check in counter girl, namely Ms Kamsi did the weight of 3 suit cases and one cabin baggage of 11Kg and came to the conclusion arbitrarily that your weight is in excess of 11 Kg since only 15 kg per passenger that means total 45 Kg is allowed to us 3 passengers . We keep on arguing that we are sending only 3 suitcases in the aircraft of 45 Kg which weight is well within permitted rules of the Airlines and the other 2 are cabin bags which we will carry in cabin and total weight of both the cabin baggage was 14 Kg though we can carry three cabin bags of 7 kg each total 21 Kg as per rules of the airlines and we requested her to give us few seconds to shift the luggage from one cabin bag of 11 Kg to other cabin bag of 3Kg to make them even. But to our dismay and shocked moment of our life the check - in counter girl Ms Kamsi behaved so rudely and arrogantly with us and kept on threatening us that don’t waste the time you are late and you will be offloaded if you take time to change the luggage from one cabin bag to other cabin bag. She keep on threatening us to offload us or you pay the amount Rs 3850/- for extra luggage weight of 11 kg of one cabin bag which she was not allowing us to take to the cabin and was forcing us to sent the cabin bag to the aircraft along with other 3 suitcases . We may clarify again that we reached the check in counter at 12.45 PM i.e. 45 minutes before the departures and have already done web check in so there was no question of we being late and further we were having total weight of 59 Kg of all our 5 bags which was much lesser than the permitted 66 Kg for 3 passengers i.e 15Kg +7Kg for each person as per the rules and regulations of the Jet Airlines. But we were intentionally and with nefarious motives were denied few seconds to shift the luggage from one cabin bag to other on the pretext that the flight will be delayed but we may bring to your kind notice that whole process of preparing the bill of so called excess baggage and the time to deposit the money at cash counter took more than 15 minutes apart from the at least 10 minutes time taken by the lady in arguing with us for excess baggage. The service and treatment which we had was really a painful. we never in our life found ourselves in such helpless situation. I wanted to write complaint on that day itself to higher authority of Jet Airways but I was very busy And occupied as we have gone to Madurai to attend the marriage functions of our relative and could even get the time to think of the incident till the 5th January 2016. I am not destructive guy and I always respect airline of Indian carrier but this time I will try all my best to give review to all website and social networking and will explain my story of harassment which Jet Airways has done and particularly that girl I feel this way I am helping many people who will suffer by choosing to fly in Jet Airways. I will stop flying in Jet Airways in future unless the money of Rs 3850/- extracted from me is not refunded to me soon . I know I alone will not be able to impact even inch to such big organization of Jet Airways but many genuine people like us who will suffer will make an impact surely once upon time. (This will be probably a reason why Indian airline can-not make profit). I am professional and very busy guy and still I am motivated to write such big message, itself means how badly I had been treated. I reserve the right to file legal case against Jet Airways if I do not get any response within 15 days of receiving this mail/complaint

                        I have booked a ticket on 07.11.2015 from Jaipur to Mumbai by 9w 7100 and Mumbai to Trivandrum 9w388 on 24.01.2016.
                        But amessage has been received on phone No. [protected] stating that the flight No. 9w7100 is now operating has 9w2183 and will leave Jaipur at 10.40 Hrs and reach Mumbai 12.30 Hrs and the connecting flight 9w388 will leave Mumbai 11.40 Hrs and reached TRV at 13.45 Hrs.
                        How it is possible to get the connecting flight.

                        It is very sad to note that Jetairways customer care does not reply promptly to their guest.

                          I flew from Manchester to Ahmadabad via Abu Dhabi (9W519) arriving in Ahmadabad on December 30. My bag did not arrive - bag tag number EY014436. I have been waiting for my bag for 7 days! I have a medical condition called Sleep Apnea where I stop breathing at night, and the machine that helps me to breathe when I sleep is in that bag. I need my bag immediately as I have been suffering and unable to sleep for 6 nights! I also have a wedding to attend on Saturday and the clothes for the wedding are in the bag. When I arrived in Ahmadabad airport, there were 30-35 additional passengers who also did not receive their bags. I went to the airport the next morning to see if my bag had arrived and the Jet airways representative said that the unaccompanied bags that were arriving were from flights from a couple of days back. This means that this problem is systemic and intentional and Jet airways is well aware of what they are doing! I have called the[protected] help line multiple times. My file number is AMD9W17851.                               I was travelling to Toronto with Jet Airways Flight which I boarded on[protected] from Hyderabad. The Connecting Flight was cancelled at the Transit Airport at Brussels, Belgium. I was made to stay there in Airport for 24 hours. Airline neither assisted in getting Transit Visa and make me stay at a hotel nor they arranged any lounge to spend the night there in airport. At last, I was made to stay in an open area of the Airport outside of security check-in. I lost my Engagement Ring which I was wearing.                                 Sir, I had booked on Jet Airways Flight No 9W 686 to Ahmedabad from Delhi on 23rd night and PNR NO is MXAFSF i reached the counter for check in at 10.10 and was advised that the check in luggage has gone and cannot be sent. I requested but nobody was willing to do anything about it. I then in desperation said I"ll leave my stuff behind and only take handbaggage..I called back the person who came to drop me and returned the check in stuff and rushed with the hand baggage along with my 13 year old son. You will appreciate that being not so young it was a task for me to literally rush across for the security check. At the security check gate I again met the official at the counter Ms Puja, who had been most unhelpful there. I said I've sent back my check in stuff and will only take the hand bagggage. She was most indfferent and said she can"t commit anything. When I was collecting my stuff after security check and rushing towards the gate in the confusion my papers fell down. At that time the phone rang which I could not receive being extremely agitated and confused After a while since it was a walk when I reached the gate the boys sitting there told me " Mrs Nautiyal the gate is closed. I called you but you didn"t pick." I told him that in the confusion it was not possible for me and I was rushing towards the gate so could not take the call. He said now the gate is closed. I can"t do anything. I said that even I"m in services sector and make every endeavour to help customer. I was told nothing can be done now. After that I was sent back with one of your personnel who demanded the id proof and boarding passes twice for entering at various places, adding to my harrasment. I said I want to speak to your General Manager but was told its not possible. One Manager was called who even before I called said " You're late. I said you should listen to me before you say something. It appears that it was all stagemanaged. They had decided that no effort to be helpful would be there. I think it is extremely sad that a services sector is most uncooperative and above that most discourteous. It is breeding yougsters who are totally lacking in courtesy and sitting in their chairs and thinking they are the owners of the Airlines and can behave as they want. I'm a senior executive in a premier Bank and was appalled to see this callousness from a so called premier airline. If you can"t do something at least you should be willing to help the customer and appear concerned. This apathy and lack of concern is the doom of any services sector. I subsequently on reaching up called the helpline where Mr Gagan told me that since it is no issue no refund or change is possible only taxes will be paid as you had to reach 2 hours before. I said the counter person said 1 hour before, then you are saying 2 hours before. This despite the fact that I"ve done web check in. The website mentions 45 minutes before departure for domestic flights. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with your customer service which is terrible. There is lack of etiquette and friendliness in manner and no spirit of help and cooperation. Further the numbers of your senior managers are not provided by your customer service personnel at the airport. I was told by Mr Gagan to take up the matter with the Airport Authority. I said my booking is with Jet and I was returned most rudely by the staff at the counter and gate. what is Airport authority supposed to do. If there is any system of customer service redressal with you I hope you will give a hearing to my complaint. Your website says check in 45 minutes before departure, your official at counter says 1 hour before departure and your person on the helpline says 2 hours before departure. I ask you to refund my fare and counsel your staff members to be helpful and courteous to customers. Your prompt reply in the matter will be appreciated. ALKA NAUTIYAL

                                  I have tried booking 4 times today, each time money has been debited from my account but no email confirmation. What is going on with your poor poor poor service??????? No one replies to emails, customer services is just poor! I just hope all transactions are refunded. There is something wrong with your website, i tried booking on the 31/12/15 same happened and we lost out because flight prices have gone up since. We are still unable to successfully book flights! My account has been debited by Rs 4518/_ but I have not recd PNR from you. I want to know whether the ticket has been booked. If booked please send PNR. If not pl inform me about the same and refund the any at the earliest because I hv to book the ticket

                                      I was traveling from Mumbai to Singapore from Jet Airways. The check - in counter girl behaved so rudely with me and and she didn't allow me to board in to flight. I have booked my next flight and also stayed in hotel for one day. I have to pay for one day extra leave in office. My flight was on 18th Dec Mrng. 9W 10, Tkt no.[protected].

                                      But the service and treatment which I had was really a painful. I was never in my life in such helpless situation.

                                      I was so pissed off at that time and I could not even write the exact treatment in complain letter. I would request you to please read and understand it carefully.

                                      My flight time was at 9:50 and I reached at 8:00 AM morning at Mumbai Airport.

                                      I immediately started for check in at check in counter. Unfortunately, I met a girl at check in counter who was so bad in treatment with the customers.

                                      She did weight of my luggage - my check in luggage was 29.4 Kg. and hand carry luggage was 10.8 Kg along with Laptop bag, I was not carrying anything else other than laptop in my laptop beg.

                                      She said you can-not carry more than 7 Kg including my laptop bag. I said I am not travelling first time. Look at my passport and I would have travelled almost more than 4 times alone in Jet Airways in last one or two years. As per rule I can carry my laptop bag at-least. Then she said sir "you reduce your weight without any argument. I have power of not to get you in to the flight". This type of comment I never expect from Airline carrier for International travel (THIS WAS REALLY HORRIBLE). Then both o[censored]s spoke to duty manager and he said sir you please reduce weight up to 8 Kg. for Hand baggage and proceed fast. Without wasting time, I removed all 5 kg from my check in baggage and shifted some of my clothes of hand baggage in to check in baggage. I went very quick to check in counter and the same girl again made problem to me.

                                      When she did weight of my luggage second time - it was Check in bag 27.4 Kg and Hand carry around 8 Kg. (THIS TIME SHE SHOULD UNDERSTAND AND ALLOW ME)

                                      But she said sir I will not allow you. You please reshuffle your weight. I said Mam in front of you, duty manager said you reduce up to 8 kg, we will allow. She said no rules is only 7 Kg. (Oh my god what the hell is this ?, I am searching duty manager but he also left) In front of her I did reshuffling and immediately I went to another counter by thinking that she is the girls who don't know how to service customer and so I will be helped at another counter. When she saw me there she called at that counter and she said don't allow this guy to board flight. That guy at another counter told me - "time is over and now you can - not go to flight."

                                      THIS WAS TOTAL SHOCK TO ME. SHE JUST TOLD ME TO RESHUFFLE AGAIN AND IN FIVE MINUTE HE SAYING NOW I CAN NOT GO IN FLIGHT ????????

                                      WHAT THE HELL IT WAS ...??????? I REALLY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO. I SPOKE TO MY BOSS TO ATTEND THE NEXT DAY MEETING AND I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS GOING TO GIVE PRESENTATION AT MEETING. WHERE I AM SUPPOSE TO GO NOW ????

                                      I SPOKE TO AIRLINE SUPERVISIOR THERE, SHE WAS EVEN NOT READY TO LISTEN ME THEN AFTER FIVE MINUTE, AGAIN ONE GUY CAME AND HE TOO COMPLAINED FOR SAME GIRL SAYING SHE IS NOT REPLYING WELL. I REMEMBER HIS WORD, HE SAID IF SIMILAR GIRL WE FOUND IN DUBAI AIRPORT - PEOPLE WILL SUE ON AIRLINE AND ALSO ON THAT GIRL.

                                      AT AIRPORT THEY ALSO NOT HELPED ME TO BOOK ANOTHER FLIGHT. THEN I MADE REPETEDLY CALL TO OUR TRAVEL AGENT IN INDONESIA AND THEN THEY FINALLY BOOKED MY TICKET AT NIGHT.

                                      I wanted to write detailed mail to higher authority of Jet Airways but I was very busy in last couple of weeks. But I will write at ease to everywhere including Indian Government Aviation Office. I am not destructive guy and I always respect airline of Indian carrier but this time I will try all my best to give review to all website and social networking and will explain my story of harassment which Jet Airways has done and particularly that girl I feel this way I am helping many people who will suffer by choosing to fly in Jet Airways. I will also reduce booking in Jet Airways from all my colleagues.

                                      I know I alone will not be able to impact even inch to such big organization of Jet Airways but many genuine people like us who will suffer will make an impact surely once upon time. (This will be probably a reason why Indian airline can-not make profit). I am professional and very busy guy and still I am motivated to write such big message, itself means how badly I had been treated.

                                        I had a ticket from IXB to RUH (See Attachment-5 for detail) on 25th Dec.At the time of collecting boarding pass, the person(One Lady) from jet airways not allowing us to provide boarding pass upto Riyadh as I don't have a return ticket and my visa is family visit visa. In actual no where it is written that return ticket is required in case of family visit visa. I told her several time but she denied the fact. Please find Attachment-1for my wife's family visit visa(Which is not Tourist visa/Visit visa). I am also attaching the mail in the(Attachment-2 &Attachment-3) from immigration authority where it is clearly stated that for family visit visa return ticket is not required. I told her several time visit visa and family visit visa are not same but she is concentrating on only one word that in your wife's visa it is written that she is "NOT PERMITTED TO WORK". So, for her return ticket is mandatory to get the boarding pass upto Riyadh. After that I told her to confirm this from her senior and the senior personnel from Jet airways also telling the same that return ticket is required for family visit visa. that way jet airways people misguided me and compelled to purchase a return ticket. Now I am coming to the second part which is suffering me a lot- Any how due to lack of time I told her to purchase a ticket from jet airways Bagdogra counter. She took me to the counter and the one employee(Male) from the jet airways book the ticket with the help of my credit card. Before purchasing the I asked several time regarding the cancellation and refund procedure again and again. And every time he his answer was you can cancel and refund the amount by web/calling customer care/any jet airways city office. This was a lie and he misguide me. PNR of the return ticket which I have purchase from Bagdogra is attached in the Attachment-4. On 26th I cancelled the ticket by calling customer care but at that time I came to know that refund amount can only be credited to my credit card after swiping the same credit card to Bagdogra city office within 360 days. I called Riyadh City office of Jet airways(Number: [protected]) they are also denied to refund my amount and told the same that I have to take the refund from Bagdogra counter where I have purchase the ticket. The person from jet airways who purchase the ticket told me the proper rule of refund and cancellation when I asked him, I will never purchase my ticket from Bagdogra jet airways counter. Rather I can purchase from my mobile app. Please take necessary action from your side to refund my amount to my credit card without visiting Bagdogra airport counter. I need the full refund amount(i.e I need the =refund of 150 SAR which is not refundable+ 150Rs credit card charges+ Amount Refund after cancellation which is almost line 14000 Rs approximate) of the ticket as this ticket is not required at all. Due to lack of knowledge of jet airways employees I was compelled to buy the ticket. I am too much unhappy and afraid with the service and level of misguide provided by Jet airways inefficient, armature employees. Quick action will be appropriated.
