Jet Airways — flight cancellation in last minute | |||
I have booked from maa to cdg and ams to maa and flight is cancelled in last minute that too i came to know when i called for confirmation listening to news. There is no update from jetairways. When i called a week before travel they have mentioned that flight will be running as per schedule, due to which i have lost almost 60000 as i have not got flight on same date. I am expecting compensation for the amount i lost from jet airways. If they have informed on time i would have got tickets for same price. Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked a ticket through jet airways on 16 Feb and they sent an email to me that your ticket has been cancelled and not refunded my amount.They are also not attending on their customer care centre.

I Booked ticket for 27 Feb 2019 11:30 hrs and cancel due to personal reason
and same i said to customer care and they told about refund but still i did't get any amount

1. Where is the ticket? The ticket is not seen. The notification of the cancellation is not attached also.
Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymous or to an unidentified compalint.
If the author needs the compensation and does not know the rules, the author has 2 options
1. To forget about unidentified refund, or
2. To hire the professional aiming to bring the legal case in the dictrict court.
The professioanal, whom you are due to pay, must explain the expected amount.
Expected expences start from rs 6000.
Reasonable expectation: judgement + reward.
