Jio — cancellation of jio postpaid connection

I am following up with jio care via email (At jio care) as well as call (At jio contact center) since 3 sept 2018, but even after assurance from the team that cancellation request has been taken by escalation team, still i am getting new bill generated for oct' 2018 and there is no confirmation yet from jio regarding cancellation of my connection or account.

Hi,
I have done the Jio recharge through jio site. For payment selected UPI option done payment of 399 rs. Still the recharge was not done from jio.

Please refer the attached screenshot for details.

For tower installation, asking us to deposit money. Nearly 20, 000Rs they are demanding in urgent.

I am jio regular customer. But I am facing a Few months ago in network problem. I complain in service providers. But they have not solved my problems. So I am think I am complain to you and you solved my problem.
