After applied in their Web site for JIO DTH Dealership for location of Purbo Medinipur WB, I got phone call for verification then sent all require document through mail ID. They are shared me user id and password for profile login in web site, after all verification they are upload confirmation letter in profile protal and demand for security amount of 25000/- (Twenty Five). Same time telephonic discussed after done payment company Executive team will visit in location for site survey, discussion about total project process, norms and agreement. If disagreeing by company or my side after meeting for any reason, security amount will return on same time by cheque .After done done payment they are again demand 48000/- (Forty Eight) without executive visit and any discussion, same time i dined and said for refund of my security amount 25000/- and they agreed for refund the money.After extended lots of date still security amount not refund.Payment done though below account..

    Hi team,

    Greetings,

    One of the jio mobile network tower is started to install with in the residential area, more over it is installed top of the building and next to that building there is a school also. So, myself and the public who living next to that building feels it is not safe and we peoples are not ready encourage it.

    I hope you peoples understand the issue and personally visit the place, and make arrangement to shift the tower to outside of the residential place and make the people to stay safe.

    Place: near railway gate (Or) near prakasham vidhyalaya school, sakthiamman koil street, murakambatu, chittoor, chittoor (Dis), ap – 517127

    Actually i was recharging another number but copied clipboard had my number only so i ended up recharging my number which had a plan with rs. 399 so what can be done in such case i dreadfully want refund of my second recharge

      I was asked to go for isd charging and then to avail international roaming facility; i was also informed that the international roaming activation happens automaticallay.
      I did isd recharge for. 500/- and then went to sri lanka hoping that i could make use of international roaming facility; but to my surprise, it did not work.
      After returning back from sri lanka, i asked the company to refund the isd charges. The appellate authority of jio informed that they do not have such a policy.
      As the product was not properly explained by the team members, i seek refund of charged amount.
      Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I want to port from jio to Vodafone but port request is not being delivered. Please resolve the issue.

        To were detected money from my account for the recharge of 51₹ for reliance jio infocomm
        But
        I don't have received any confirmation msg and also my recharge was not completed,

        Can you give confirmation and complete my recharge for 51₹ of jio number [protected]

          Worst and pathetic service by jio
          These people took your money for installations and than give you dates again and again
          Its been 2 month from now i havent got my connection
          Rajasthan branch give me some other information why is being delayed
          And whereas mumbai branch told me that the connections are already full
          I dont know why they dig the road in front of my house for connection earlier ?
          I am sharing my all the conversation on email with them through screenshots

            Yaha par network ki bhut problem hai. internet kabhi apne aap chalta hai or kabhi band ho jata hai. call par bhi aawaj clear nhi ja pati. isiliye ye meri last complaint hai. iske baad main is no. ko recharge nhi kara paunga. Main pahle bhi complaint bata chuka hu . Lekin koi bhi solution nhi mil rha hai . Thank you

              I have 3 sims of jio in which i had recharged fo 399rs in each one.But nowadays its becoming horrible we cant even browse properly it gives only 10kbps in a 4g network i think 2g would be better that this.I had complained many times to customer but all time they tell same thing because in your area there is lots of no. O[censored]sers that why u wont get speed and give me service no and ask for 120 days.IF they cant services we want our money back thats it.[protected]

                I have recharged rs.299/ in my jio number yesterday (29 sep 2018) by using my paytm. But my jio number did not recharged and from my paytm balance 299/ transfered/deducted. My transaction id is [protected]

                Here i have attached the paytm transfer/deduction screenshoot. (Please check and verify).
                I request to you please get back the deduct amount 299/ in my paytm mobile number/account asap.

                  I am getting worst speed of the internet in a hole day i am getting about 10to15kb/s and in night 50to60kb/s and i have complian regularly in costumer care they are only saying that you area server is optimazing for last 1 year. Sir please solve my problem and the service of jio is very poor and i am recharging regularly

                    Sir i am using jio sim for 1.5 years i am recharging continously and i have complian regularly in the comatumer helpline number 198 but my issue of facing low speed is continously increasing and they are telling only that in your area the server is optimizing form last 1year and please solve my problem please i am getting the speed of only 15 to 40 kb/s in hole day and in night i am getting the speed of 55 to 75 kb/s only please solve my problem

                      I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via paytm, reference number is [protected].

                      I have recharged the ₹399 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
                      Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

                          Dear trai officer i have to use jio network in last 2 year but at my home are no covrage i have complaints in last 7 month but no resolve jio officers say technical issue... Server problem... Many customer in a perticular tower range etc.
                          My plan 498 daily 2 gb but i have use 24 hours in 200 to 300 mb.

                          Pleas solve this netwotk issue complaints

                                    I have recharged 349 via recharge jio online site. I have used upi as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for 349 rupees but no recharge was not done.

                                    So please refund my money.

                                    Frm last 3 month I'm not Getting network in my jio network. whenever i call customer care service they say some problem is going on in ur area but they never fix that problem. after so many complaint till my issue is not fixed Nd I'm not getting network in my cell phone very shameful jio service ever

                                      I would like to invite your attention against the poor service of Jio Network at Kottakkal(As to my knowledge ). I have paid for 3month data service which is been getting renewed every 3month, but when I enquired about their poor network speed(though signal is good ), Jio customer care given me a reply that they cant give service for me for 120days in my area. So I asked him whether they may refund the amount or whether they can help me in anyway, but they are saying openly that nothing can be done from their side. So am I a fool to waste on my Jio modems and network? I have spend about Rs 2300(Two modem )+Rs. 900 (Data Service ). I wonder how Jio fools the entire people like this! Hope they are not cheating all o[censored]s or they wont be able cheat anymore!

                                      Jio alloted 1.5 gb per day but due to poor internet connectivity, 100 mb can be hardly used and rest is waste.dispite several call to customer care, not improvement in network but became worst. they gives false assurances form feb 2018 to tell date stating they r upgradeing network but no change in service

                                        2. Agreement Fees 52500.00 dated on 06.09.2018

                                        4. GST Fees 45000.00 dated 14.09.2018
                                        5. Bank Charge 9650. 00 dated 15.09.2018.
