I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 399 rs plan
(349 with 50 rs voucher) on 20th of august 2018, well in advance before the due date. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well...

Hello Team,

I recharged my jio broadband ([protected]) on 22nd Aug 2018 through net banking..The amount (Rs.749) got deducted from my ICICI account but my jio account reflects zero balance.. The jio team told tat the transaction was declined from their end and said the concerned bank will credit the amount to my account...It's been more than 72 hours but the amount is not credited to my account...
Pls look into this...

These days in my locality, the services of reliance jio has deteriorated a lot. Most of the time during day the data speed is below 10kbps. Moreover there are call drops also. I have raised complaint to jio customer service representative also and they told that problem will be resolved in 48hrs but still no actions are taken by them.

So it is my humble request to you that you please see to the issue and advice the network...

Today, I have recharged my jio account with my jio app. My plan was 498, after recharged my my number [protected] I got message from bank that my recharge is successful and my account is deducted the certain amount. But in my jio account it was still showing that it was not recharged. Further I had made a call (20/08/18 around 4:30pm) to jio care. Today, I received a Message on my phone that my new JIO number has been activated. I haven't applied for a number nor have I provided any details or documentation either. Apparently the bio-metric verification is done too.

I had a recharge for my prepaid jio no.[protected] for the plan rs149/- on 14 aug through my jio app.
My account got dedited with the money but my jio account is still showing no plans/ no recharge.

I had recharge jio net 449/- 91 days plan through my sbi debit card on dated-5-8-18 but that transition failed. And the amount have been deducted in my account. The ref no - (Otppg[protected]. I have registered for jiofiber connection on 12th august, 2018. Jio engineer has installed fiber and router at my home and activate the connection.

However they are unable to establish connectivity due to some backend issue. I have raised service request on 13th august, 2018 and i am still waiting for resolution to my sr.

I Purchased a Jio phone in Mansoon offers on dated 01.08.2018. You will not be surprised as you are well aware about the quality of your phone handset. The same hand set has failed 3 times in last 17 days & the response of your service Center is very poor.
