I have experienced this many time when my data quota is finished even if i do not use. Today mornign i turned on my data at 6 am and i just conected to my office network and did not download or upload anything and still my data got over by 11 am. I checked my mobile data usage and it was showing just 1.1 gb from yesterday and today. Surely they are cheating. When i called customer care the rep said their server si down so she cannot help and when i asked for supervisor he was supposedly on another call and would call me back. I havent got any call yet.

    Internet surfing speed has never crossed 50kbps in the area i reside. Necessary actions should be taken quickly otherwise i'll not even hesitate a bit to change my service provider!
    If increasing the number o[censored]sers is your only motto, without any customer satisfaction then we don't want your service!

      Refund my money
      I have recharged 349 via recharge jio online site. I have used UPI as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for 349 rupees but no recharge was not done.
      I want my money that has deducted.
      I gave all about deducted information below in the fields.
      And i gave screenshot image that has deducted information.
      Thank you.
      So please refund my money.

        I am trying to port from bsnl to jio and generated upc code and submitted documents to jio center, a msg also came for me after submitting stating sucessfully submitted and will be converted in 7 days, but it is almost 20 days for now but jio is not activated yet and i am still running on bsnl.

        Bsnl is saying we haven't receive any mnp request from any service provider.

          I have used jio modem data in my laptop in just 5 minutes
          I have not any download, just connect and open google.
          Data consumption is above 500mb in just 5 minutes
          Pls solve this problem
          More time this problem can happen

          What i do? How to solve?
          My jio data automatic consumption is very fast
          In just 5 min, data will be autimatically consume above 500mb

            I'm facing an issue with the jio network. The service is too poor and no signals at all. To catch the signals i need to turn on and off my mobile into flight mode. It is really annoying. I've changed my sim (New jio sim with same number) to find better service but it also didn't work. Even the internet speed also very poor. Met local jio customer service person and left with no resolution.
            Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Today I got a call from no. [protected] and they said my sim is selected to get 2200 cash in bank account and asked my atm details including cvv except for pin and insisted to get the otp which I refused but they kept on disturbing. I want the company to take direct actions against these frauds otherwise I must stop using jio service.
            I hav complaint twice to the company customer care but they do not solve my inconvenience . I have demanded 15 days extension on my but they refused.

                Last month on 29 August i filed complaint for network issues but after more than 20days there's no any response from jio. I am regularly facing this problem every time its buffering cant even open single image or video and Google search is also taking too much time so I'm Calling customer care centre everyday still problem is same they are not at all interested to solve and giving same rubbish answer that its pick hour or users are increased in ur area and all but not giving any solution for this even they are clearly saying that there isn't any solution for this you complaint higher authority or send mail also but there is no any solution. If there isn't any solution then i want my money back as i have recharged my number for 84 days and 1 month is pending so if i cant use it i want my money back even i also request other people not to use it instead of jio use Airtel its far better than jio my other family members are using it they are not face any difficulties like this at all.

                  Actually 4g speed is speeds around 50mbps to 100mbps. But jio 4g published 50 mbps and average speed is 3mbps..
                  3mbps is not 4g, it is 3g, why should they marketing as 4g. They cheating the customer very wisely.. Initiay they trapped the customer by giving free internet. Now they don't response,.
                  But now i did not brows atleast 1mbps, what a worst network. Even calls are connected properly
                  I sufferd a lot...

                  By these companies, india gets bad name in internationally..in the world india is toppest slow 4g network...
                  Its my bad.
                  By this way how trai permits to established in india,
                  Jio told we resolve with in a month. But not work done.

Sir I just want my money back on the paytm wallet through which I have paid the bill amount as soon as possible . Plz sir help me to resolve this issue as I am not getting any help from ur side

                      मैं एक दुकानदार हूं और जब से जियो आई है तब से मैं जियो से जुड़ा हुआ हूं लेकिन पिछले कुछ महीनों से जियो के जो अधिकारी है उनके द्वारा किसी भी काम को लेकर बात करने पर समाधान नहीं हो रहा मेरे पास पिछले 9 दिनों से कोई जियो सिम नहीं है जिसके कारण मेरे ग्राहक वापस जा रहे हैं मतलब जियो के ग्राहक वापिस जा रहे हैं और दूसरी ओर जिओ के एक्सचेंज वाले सेट का पैसा भी मुझे नहीं मिल रहा जिसके बारे में मुझे कोई जानकारी नहीं दी जा रही और जिओ के नए सेट खराब निकलने पर भी कोई समाधान नहीं किया जा रहा और जो हमारे यहां का जो j. C point है उसमें भी किसी प्रकार का कोई काम नहीं हो रहा और हफ्ते के 7 दिन में से 5 दिन ऑफिस बंद ही रहता है।। तो कृपया करके उन अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाए जिनकी वजह से जियो की छवि खराब हो रही है

                        Please solve my problum and refund my balance

                          Hello i’m from a village in kasaragode district named kattamkavala. I was a regular user of jio for more than 2 years from mangalore when i was at collage. Here at my home, i don’t have jio range. My nearest village chittarikkal is having range. It’s just 3 or 4 km far from my home. I’m currently using bsnl here which is having worst signal here. All the other providers are having very poor signal here. I request you to put a tower here or increase the power of the nearest tower for me, so that you’ll get more customers for sure. At least 500 customers will be there from my village itself. If it’s having range in the nearest villages too, then the number of customers will increase. So i’m requesting behalf of people here to kindly do something for this connectivity. Thanks.

                              My internet connection used to work just fine a month back, but now the speed keeps dropping to 10-20 kbps from time to time even though I have a 4g high speed internet connection. I've submitted complaints on their complaint forum but they were of no help.
                              Also, My internet connection is of 1.5 gb daily quota combined with two 1.5 GB additional packs under the 'Double Dhamaka' offer by Jio. However, despite the company's claims of providing high speed in the additional data, I notice a significant drop in the speed after i exhaust my main 1.5 GB quota.

                              Taken fresh connection from Reliance Jio: only able to use data and SMS, Telephone doesn't work at all. Please be careful and hope you all do this. Hopeless Service.

                                I was recharging my dad's number (which is in a jio phone) but by mistake
                                i recharged my own number with a jio phone recharge pack ( i use a smartphone) it would be great if the transaction ( id: BR0001NUHFUI ) could be cancelled, because jio phone recharge pack is of no use in a smartphone.

                                  My phone was robbed on 7th of august'2018, along with of course sim. I have been to reliance digital on this many times with the scenarios mention below:

                                  Reliance digital, address: salarpuria emporium, next to new horizon school, 100 feet rd, indiranagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560038

                                  First visit: 09th august'2018 jio person service: he said i will get otp in alternate number, by than i didn't had mobile also and no access to e-mail. (Excuse)

                                  Second visit: 11th august'2018 jio person service: when provided otp (Sir our server is down and your aadhar is not linked, shocked to hear that when i opted jio sim they took application only those who had the aadhar, now surprisingly it was not updated in the system not my fault).

                                  Reliance digital address: no. 74, ground floor, prestige feroz building, cunnigham road, bengaluru, karnataka 560052

                                  Third visit: 12august’2018 (Updated with aadhar) jio person said it will take 48 hours for update in the system. I will get confirmation message on alternate number and can come down again for duplicate sim.

                                  Fourth visit: 15 august’2018, luckily got the message and opted sim by giving aadhar xerox copy and passport size photo, as my finger were dry and rough kyc was not taking.

                                  Fifth visit: 03 september’2018, no update on arrival they informed form was returned back on 28 august’2018 from jio service center (Chamrajpet bangalore) and sim was not activated again was not happy with the service as they had not mentioned the reason omg this much effort for no reasonl jio person said to reach to service center and have check.

                                  Sixth visit: 06 september’2018 jio service center (Koramangala bangalore) reached spot by 2:00 pm and the security person said they are in lunch time and i can come down after half an hour, time passed and at 3:00 pm meet with service center person explained the entire thing and without any resolution he asked me to meet in back end team as he can’t help me out. Security person took my jio number and discussed with the back end person (Bhanu) and he advised me to take sim again without even meeting me.

                                  Reliance digital store address: no. 8, btm 2nd stage, 1st phase rashtrakavi, kuvempu nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560076

                                  Seventh visit: 06 september’2018, they doesn’t have a printer here, and i have to spent more than an hour from the location point to get a copy of aadhar. This is one of my worst day experiencing in opting for a duplicate sim.

                                  Overall i communicated this in customer care team while checking for the activation and still clueless when it will be done.

                                  Note: i have been following with them through all their customer interaction channels, but still no help.

                                      Ported to Jio postpaid 3 -4 days back([protected]) and since then i am not getting enough network signal in my area. This was intimated to them as service requests many time through their website. Till to date they have not taken any rectifaction measures to resolve the issues and i got a reply from customer care that my compalint had been registered and this will take 120 - 180 days to resolve.

                                      I would say this is mere stupidity and request all general public to genuinely try network signal strength and internet speed prevailing before going for a JIO connection as once you are in JIO network and for any further issues you face will not be resolved in time.

                                        This is to inform you that on 7th september i recharged rs.399/- 84 days scheme to my cell no: [protected]. Re-charge was successful but you have wantedly stopped voice calls and data saying that i was excess ued 5 gb data. Why you are allowed extra, when there is no limited immediately you have stop, instead of stopping you are allowed excess data of 5 gb, which is limited upto 13th sep 2018. Though 13th september passed you are still not allowing voice call and net. Kindly restore immediately
