Reliance Jio Infocomm Complaints & Reviews

I've requested many times from last 8-9 months to jio customer care through mail and chatting for the closing three jio no. S ([protected], [protected], [protected])
But those numbers hasn't been closed yet and they are lieing to me that they have closed the connection. Those numbers are still showing as suggestion to add in my jio account because those are still linked with my aadhar number....

We are facing network problem in hanumanganj sultanpur (228001) area. Internet speed is very poor in this area.
We are unable to load any web page.
If we are unable to do any imporatnt work which used internet so why we use jio there are so many people already port his jio no. To another no. Every second jio user in this area is complaining about same issue. Please take some action and solve this problem as soon as possible....

The speed of my jio network is very slow and signal strength very poor is only -103dBm..I couldn't use my data with full speed.. it receiving only as bytes data..and also i can't able to browse anymore..so please solve my problem .. i already raised many complaints about this .. still you haven't made any solution ....

I had successfully porter my number to jio on august 12 2018 when i inserted the sim the network bar shows no service i thought it had not yet ported completely. So i tried next day same thing shows. I restart the device and then one bar signal shows. Then i realise that there is an network issue in my area. So somehow i called jio care they told that we have weak network in your area. I am having very poor network connection in my home. I cant even call. Internet speed is always below 40 kbps. i have complained many times to jio via chat and call but they always said to wait 120 days to improve network quality but they never took a single step to do so. In Locality Siddharth Public School, Siddharth Nagar Goova Garden Kanpur one owner is in process of mobile tower installation of Reliance Jio tower in main residential area without any permission and also without discussing with local authority and neighbors.
Where many other owner in neighbors are not agreed to it. Also there are two school in neighboring building. which may cause any health issue with dangerous radiation...

I got jio mobile number and I am recharging through online always This time also on 30.8.2018 I recharged my jio mobile number for Rs399 through CCAVENUE .comm at 8.45p.m. The amount of Rs399 was debited from my bank account .It is 12 hrs now but not yet recharged. I have wrongly done a recharge of rs. 399 on number [protected] however the correct no is [protected]. On 30th aug 2018.

Please help me by reverting the same sir since i'm a student and if the following recharge is not reverted i will not be able to operate my number till i get my pocket money again. I hope you understand sir.

I was given 3 vouchers of 6 gb data packs and i had applied them on my phone but i was not getting the data. So i complained to jio about this as i read all the conditions of the data pack nowhere was written that the data pack will not work in another phone and they denied that they cannot help me at my problems. In our office latrine flush water is over flowing even we pressed gently also. We are facing this issue repeatedly.
Toilet flush also not working propoerly, water is getting leaked while pressing the flush
Please treat this on priority and resolve.
