    I have recharged my prepaid jio sim recharged on 16/11/2018, night by paying ₹399/. With phone no [protected]. But iam unable make calls to any phone to including to jio consumer complaint helpline nos. Is it not clear that iam unable to call to any phones. I have recharged online and i received message also that my recharge was successful. Unable to call. Unable to call unable to call. Unable to call from [protected]. Unable to call.

      I have been trying to complain many times on care #[protected] but no one is ready to lodge complaint & no resolution yet, saying that they don't have deadline (Specific date for resolution) for this issue. Later on when i complained on jio appellate authority numbers (Service request #: sr00000swq8v), my complain is closed saying there is no issue from jio and it's my handset's fault & i should get it checked.

      Are you really trying to say that the headset i brought last week (Moto one power) is fault & the one i was using prior to that (Moto g3) was also faulty and even the prior one (Mi note 4) was also faulty? It has been issue with me other people around here at this location.

      I would like to reopen & escalate this complaint about issue that "no internet connectivity indoor" at my location crystal it park, indore mp

      I have been facing this issue for last couple of months, please do let me know the date by which it will get resolved.

      Due to this i am hardly able to use my daily data, which is simply leading to waste of my money. If you guys can't get it fixed get me my money back, will port out my sim card.

      In our area JIO INTERNET as slow as turtle. we have given complain to jio company 3 times but they did not care about the complain they always gives excuse that they are not getting LAND to establish MOBILE TOWER.
      JIO is going HORRIBLE day by day.

          Before 4 months i am suffering with very week data speed of jio sim and 8-9 times i am complaining to jio customer care they told me in 24 -48 hours they contact me to resolve my problem but they didn't call me and they say they take 120 day to add new tower near to my location but it is now 120 is over and jio provider not solving my problem.
          They only call me when i am trying to port my sim that time they promise me to resolve my problem but they make me fool every time.

            I have been using jio Postpaid for a while and few months back migrated to 199 plan. I was pretty happy with the service quality, except few billing issues which I adjusted myself. But for last 6 days, I'm having nightmare with JIO. On Nov 5, suddenly my internet speed reduced. I called up Jiocare and enquired about it. They told like I have Celebration plan activated and I have exhausted the data. I wondered why it would affect Postpaid 199, as it don't have a cap for internet ( Will charge 20/GB post free 25GB). I tried to convince the executive, but the only option he suggested was to do some booster. I asked him to raise a complaint and he refused. Since I had to work, I did recharge of 98. After two days, speed again reduced and called up customercare back. Then they had a reason that data in plan 98 exhausted. I got exhausted talking to care guys. Still they were not ready to open a complaint. So I escalated to Appellate karnataka. What ever you say about airtel, escalations were very fast. But for jio they didn't even respond. Jio care replied saying their won't be any data speed cap for Postpaid 199. But when I call them over phone, they say cap is there. I put it over twitter and got a call from one guy whom I could convince about the issue. He sounded like he understood the issue and told will call back within 5 minutes, but never happened. I got pissed off and called up Appellate HELPLINE and they gave me Enterprise support number. They put me on hold after hearing my problem and then disconnected. I again called up care and forced to get this escalated to a supervisor, also told I'm recording the CALL TO follow up with Appellate. They did escalate and a lady who don't even know about the plan assisted me to open a ticket. She assured will get an update within 24 hours, and sent me tracking url as well. I waited for 24 hours and then called back Appellate HELPLINE for the status. For me the ticket was open (still open), but they could see it was rejected internally, with no reason. Again I had to shout at her and the option she told was that she can open a ticket and I can wait for 48 hours, else I can got to Trai or Consumer court. I got the complaint created and updated Appellate karnataka with ticket details. They never responded, and I lost my temper and put all Appellate over india in the loop with audio clip of the first guy who told me about the data cap, and got a reply saying "There is no data cap for my plan, and wait for 48 hours. Its been 6 days I'm running behind jio and I didn't even get a call back. Seriously that their support is awful and if this is how they deal with customers, once all rivals go off, they will be like ###. My billing date renews on Nov 16, which will automatically fix this, and what I feel is that they will simply sit on the ticket until this.

            MAGIC IS THAT SR00000SR3WZ is still showing opened for me, But when you call up CUSTOMER CARE, it is in rejected state. Now they want me to wait 48 hours (Almost its 30 hours and no call, sms) with the new ticket

            JIO JUST CLOSED MY NEW TICKET SAYING THEY VERIFIED MY ISSUE IS FIXED. THEY DIDN"T EVEN CALL ME OR MSG ME. SUPPORT DONNO WHY I'm NOT GETTING SMS WHEN THEY CLOSE THE TICKET.

            Before you come here and post the reply " You have exhausted your high speed quota =...bla blaa...", better understand that is not the issue. Issue is my Base plan postpaid 199 stopped working since Nov 5.

            Never ever go for Jio Postpaid. You won't get any assistance even if you escalate to higher level.

            Not sure how they will help in case of issues with Prepaid. The attitude is the biggest problem and Appellate team is like another call centre, nothing else. They don't even know about the product.

            We have bunch of customers who had hard time with Postpaid. Appellate is a piece of rotten egg, just smells.

            This is still not resolved and resolution from back end team just ended up in ticket notes. Now I'm again facing issue.

            Wonder how customer values are taken care in India.

                    I recharged my new jio mobile number [protected] with rs 98 on 7th november 2018. The scheme provides 2gb internet data/day+all local calls free for 28 days.
                    I received a message on 9november 2018 from jio, it shows my data pack has finished, internet speed slow down.
                    It also message me to recharge for data balance.
                    I have an objection regarding the issue.

                    I recharge my jio no with jio App & make payment through phone pay. Of rs 498 & i applied my previous jio voucher of rs 50. But amt is deducted of rs 448.
                    Now customer care saying that you have done wrong recharge. It is my loss of money. Amount is debited auto by app then why it is my mistake.

                      I have done recharged with wrong plan please help me in cancel plan or change my upcoming plan in other plans on jio prime. I have done this recharge 8/11/2018 and not used little bit it is in the upcoming recharge. Please resolved my problem i want to recharge my phone with 149 plan 1gb data /day.                           I have made a recharge today and i have got a coupon for reliance digital of worth 399. But when i tried to use it on almost each and every product of low to high cost.. It showed me invalid coupon Code... I want to mention here that previously i got a paytm recharge coupon worth 20 rs. Which couldn't be redeemed due to same issue. I am here attaching the screenshots of the coupon code and its redemption errors.

                          Today(06/11/2018) my daily data balance renewed on 12:37 am. From 12:37 am to 12:15 pm i just used 450mb of data only but it shows you exhausted your daily usage. Its a fraud and looting the costumers. I want proper explanation and refund of the data.

                              I was purchase mobile at jio monsoon hungama scheme but validity problem due to activated both 99 and 495 plans.
                              Please, change activation as per plans also extend validity up to 6 months from purchase date (Activation date).
                              U r customer service so worst, she was not responding customers please solve problem as early as possible otherwise i will go consumer court reference u r jio monsoon hungama plans.

They insist only on aadhar even though i referred to supreme court directive not to demand aadhar for mobile service.                                   I have recharged it through sbi net banking. Unfortunately i have not received the recharge. And the amount is deducted from my account. My jio number expires on 7/11/2018. I am waiting for your help.

                                    My jio prime number [protected]
                                    As i have recharged my jio number through net banking i have not received my recharged amount. I am waiting for your kind information. My jio number will expire by tomorrow 7/11/2018. Through sbi net banking i have recharged my jio prime number. Whether my jio number expires or i should again charge my number. It will be a loss . Kindly go through my complaint.

                                        Sir there is network problem in our area. Jio tower are installed in saiwan lolab but not opened and install towher at kuligam lolab, we face many problems in our area. We are jio users. So please install jio network in this area. Our pincode 193223, we are waiting for better service of jio here, we love jio,, but it hurts our sentiment by neglecting us
