I have 3 sims of jio in which i had recharged fo 399rs in each one.But nowadays its becoming horrible we cant even browse properly it gives only 10kbps in a 4g network i think 2g would be better that this.I had complained many times to customer but all time they tell same thing because in your area there is lots of no. O[censored]sers that why u wont get speed and give me service no and ask for 120 days.IF they cant services we want our money back thats it.[protected]

    Myself ranjit sutradhar. My jio and my paytm mobile number is [protected].
    I have recharged rs.299/ in my jio number yesterday (29 sep 2018) by using my paytm. But my jio number did not recharged and from my paytm balance 299/ transfered/deducted. My transaction id is [protected]

    Here i have attached the paytm transfer/deduction screenshoot. (Please check and verify).
    I request to you please get back the deduct amount 299/ in my paytm mobile number/account asap.

      I am getting worst speed of the internet in a hole day i am getting about 10to15kb/s and in night 50to60kb/s and i have complian regularly in costumer care they are only saying that you area server is optimazing for last 1 year. Sir please solve my problem and the service of jio is very poor and i am recharging regularly

        Sir i am using jio sim for 1.5 years i am recharging continously and i have complian regularly in the comatumer helpline number 198 but my issue of facing low speed is continously increasing and they are telling only that in your area the server is optimizing form last 1year and please solve my problem please i am getting the speed of only 15 to 40 kb/s in hole day and in night i am getting the speed of 55 to 75 kb/s only please solve my problem

          Hello,

          I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via paytm, reference number is [protected].

          I have recharged the ₹399 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
          Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

So i m requesting you to refund my money. I made the recharge via jio app using upi transaction system.               Dear trai officer i have to use jio network in last 2 year but at my home are no covrage i have complaints in last 7 month but no resolve jio officers say technical issue... Server problem... Many customer in a perticular tower range etc.
              My plan 498 daily 2 gb but i have use 24 hours in 200 to 300 mb.

              Pleas solve this netwotk issue complaints

                Myself sunnybul mallick, my employee id was 67545621. I gave my resignation on 10th march 2018 but till now my fnf and claim amount not credited in my account. Claim amount is approx 9500 rupess which was 2 months claim amount. My hr manish diwedi give me miscomittment from his end. He told lot of time that my fnf and claim amount would be done within next. Can u please suggest what can i do for it.

                        I have recharged 349 via recharge jio online site. I have used upi as payment mode. The payment was successful to [protected]@icici for 349 rupees but no recharge was not done.Â

                        So please refund my money.

                        Frm last 3 month I'm not Getting network in my jio network. whenever i call customer care service they say some problem is going on in ur area but they never fix that problem. after so many complaint till my issue is not fixed Nd I'm not getting network in my cell phone very shameful jio service ever

                          Dear Concerned Authority,

                          I would like to invite your attention against the poor service of Jio Network at Kottakkal(As to my knowledge ). I have paid for 3month data service which is been getting renewed every 3month, but when I enquired about their poor network speed(though signal is good ), Jio customer care given me a reply that they cant give service for me for 120days in my area. So I asked him whether they may refund the amount or whether they can help me in anyway, but they are saying openly that nothing can be done from their side. So am I a fool to waste on my Jio modems and network? I have spend about Rs 2300(Two modem )+Rs. 900 (Data Service ). I wonder how Jio fools the entire people like this! Hope they are not cheating all o[censored]s or they wont be able cheat anymore!

                          Jio alloted 1.5 gb per day but due to poor internet connectivity, 100 mb can be hardly used and rest is waste.dispite several call to customer care, not improvement in network but became worst. they gives false assurances form feb 2018 to tell date stating they r upgradeing network but no change in service

                            1. Application fees 10500.00 dated on 04.09.2018
                            2. Agreement Fees 52500.00 dated on 06.09.2018
                            3.NOC fees 55500.00 dated on 11.09.2018.
                            4. GST Fees 45000.00 dated 14.09.2018
                            5. Bank Charge 9650. 00 dated 15.09.2018.

                              Here, I request you to take my complain very serious.

                              They closed this complain without solving my issue.

                              When I called them today, still they are not give me correct response.

                                  On 23 sep, 2018 i recharged my jio basic phone from my other jio account through myjio app.
                                  The transection id is "br0001oi8z3p' but app recharged the other jio prime account number from which i was trying to recharge.
                                  I tried again and the same result.
                                  I wish to have my basic phone recharge applied to my basic jio phone from my other jio mobile number.
                                  Please help.

                                    On day of june 17 2018; i did phone recharge through phone pe account to wrong number amount of 999/-, actually recharge should be done for my uncle, i call customer care of jio, there told that third parties such as phone pe and other online recharge network, should take care of this cases and i contact the phone pe portal person and they told they can't do due to absence of mobile service operator's refund policy

                                      I had a doubt maybe a misunderstanding. I texted at jio care and asked for a callback. The executive name is saritha. She had a very harsh and rude tone and when i pointed that out she started picking up on me. A person might not be going through a good time and that's not an acceptable way of talking. She was literally fighting with me. She works in a customer care so even if i'm being very stupid she cannot misbehave with me or if she can do that then please make sure you take only intellectual customers.

                                        I have experienced this many time when my data quota is finished even if i do not use. Today mornign i turned on my data at 6 am and i just conected to my office network and did not download or upload anything and still my data got over by 11 am. I checked my mobile data usage and it was showing just 1.1 gb from yesterday and today. Surely they are cheating. When i called customer care the rep said their server si down so she cannot help and when i asked for supervisor he was supposedly on another call and would call me back. I havent got any call yet.
