I had registered a complaint sr00000oelwr on dated 07-08-18 regarding coverage and internet speed speed issue in my locality. Got a response net day on 08-08-18 that a jio site has been planned in your area. Site should be live in 30 days after which you will enjoy seamless 4g network.
Its now 38th day but problem still remained as such.
I requested them many times to do the need, but they are not willing to solve the issue.
Kindly help to solve the issue and take necessary action.

Myself Manikandan, I tried to recharge my dad's Jio no. [protected] for ₹398 plan (2GB/DAY PACKS) using myjio app through upi transaction(Google Pay - the UPI account is linked to ICICI Bank), but it got failed but the amount got deducted. The UPI Ref no is[protected]. Please kindly take necessary action to refund my amount. The transaction details are not listed in myjio app to complaint customer care.

Im quikr I'll searched & applyed for bpo post. SHARDHA Singh is telecaller. they will provide me offering letter also. Asked for payment of 1480. They are done 3 days interviews. 1.General, 2.educational, 3.Previous experience. Take care of these phone numbers:[protected]; [protected];[protected]. These numbers are interacted me. so please take care.

There are big fraud in the same of reliance jio infocomm, for installing tower in land/plot/ etc., these company mobile no is[protected] &[protected], it show address on website dube building, old nagardas road,
Andheri east, mumbai - 400069,
Maharashtra.

These company has demand 14, 500 /- processing fee, for installing tower and if i paid then they has sent agreement.

Please be aware...

I am using jio sim for 1.5 years, and the speed of their internet is getting worse day by day, when i told them about the problem they just raised a complaint and thats it, no result, no development, they are giving us 4g, 100 to 200 kbps is the max speed i am getting now, and the problem i ma having for the last 6 months, i have raised several complaint but no results, everytime i call customer care they just raised a complaint but no result, and sometimes they say that in your area people are using net thats why your net is getting slow, if they can't provide us better internet then why are they promising 4g, please do something about it, am i buying services to get suffered?

But its not rebooting and got freezed, i tried after replacing the battery showing the same error mentioned above and also its not booting up.

I request you to take action immediately or a refund must be initiated, this is the first time i am unsatisfied by jio's service and requested you to take the step immediately to repair or refund.

Consider the complaint at its priority for resolving.

This website is a fraud, which is showing as sponsored website on google. I want to report this website. Previously it was available over internet with the name of https://jiotoweronline.in now the fraudsters have made a new website with the name of https://jiotoweronline.info/price-chart/... Please get this website removed from google.

After reading through several reliance jio infocomm frauds, i can ascertain that this link is a fraud as well. As tower installation is not done by reliance jio infocomm directly and nor it is done by any private institutions and also reliance doesn't charge money for this but what i can see on the website is they are looking for the innocent people to give 1500000 rupees to the fraudster website to get the jio isntallation done. I know this service is provided by industowers and not by any privatised company. There are lot of people who are not technically sound like me. I want to help them. Please help.

I contact to jio customer care for several times for poor network coverage. the internet speed is very poor and call quality is very bad in my locality beacause of the network coverage. I contact jio customer care for 8 months or more but each time they say that it will be fixed in 180 days or 90 days.but the issue yet not fixed.so take some action.

From last around 1 month network problem is at high level. Before a month network strength was good at our location but now facing alot of network problem. Please resolve network problem because we only reliance jio not any other service provider. So please improve your network strength so that we can easily talk and surf internet.

I am suffering from jio internet for previous 4-5 months in my location i.e Nangli Dairy Najafgarh New Delhi 110043 India. Even I am not doing broswering on my mobile phone. I tested speed on different software it show only in kbs. While jio is only working on 4g network and it speed should be minimum in mbs. I am very disappointed with jio internet speed. I also have compliant to jio customer care few times. But they don't provide a solution for that. I want resolution of my problem as soon as possible.

This is the message i have received in my icici bank yesterday evening when i charged rs 349/- on my mobile no [protected], i contacted your help line 198 & i was told to contact 9091, which says wrong no. & ultimately i contacted 10 digit help line no, mr james vimal who attended me says they have not received recharge, whom to ask for this as the money is already debited in my bank a/c. Earlier also i have lost rs 180/- like this. Is this way you amass wealth to satisfy your desires! Under the pretext of good services. Is there any check on fraudulent activities?

I'd recharged jio phone (Second no.) from another jio (First no) for exclusive plan of rs 49 applicable for jio phone only.

Their myjio apps simply allow all denomination for any no. Though plan 49 works for jio phone exclusively. Even after selecting option to recharge second no. My first no is credited.
As per their call center and appelette offices once recharges (Even by their system mistake) value neither be refunded nor be adjusted to destination second no.

Now it is clear how long jio practices will take them in near monopolistic telecom business scenario...?

My name is krishnamohan from moosarambagh, hyderabad. Jio internet connection is too slow and internet is not working properly.

Informed the same to 198 customer care so many times. Till this time there is no proper response from their end.

Days are passing on but it is not improving their services and they are charging amount with giving proper internet services to me.

Hi i sameer my jio sim outgoing call has been blocked late last night and i got the message that due to misuse and high calling actually i recharged with the plan 399... Actually its benefit is unlimited call.. Help me out of this fraud... Due to policy with the recharged of 399 is to get benefit of 84 days unlimited calls plus 100 sms and 1.5 gb data per day

On 25th august 208, i recharged my reliance jio number for 399 rupees. I didn't receive the talktime nor the amount was credited back to my account. After three days when i tried to talk to the customer care, there was no satisfactory response and they were extremely unhelpful. Though i recharged from the jio app, the customer care executives mentioned that there was no recharge done which is ridiculous and irresponsible. I am cheated of my money and i need justice. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment made from my sbi account on 25 august 2018 with this complaint for your reference.

I can not get a stable connection to the internet, wasting my daily internet usage quota due to the poor network connection. I lost lots of my money for recharge big amount plan which they are approach us with a huge offers. But i can't even use 50% of my daily quota most of the days. They are keeping their offers only in advertisements, their services are utter waste.

Like bsnl please provide scheme of add on sims for postpaid subscribers. This will increase customer od govt. Servants.
For example if a post paid subscriber of plan 199 may be allowed 3 more sims to family members and billing of all i. E. 796 may be done at first master number, subscribers who get reimbursed will join jio.
This will increase revenue to jio and benefits to subscribers.
Kindly look into.

My name is devender kumar and i am well educated accounts professional. Some years ago i was an employee of reliance industries ltd and i am using jio network from that time when jio had given own service to our employees only on his service trial purpose free of cost for more than 8-10 months i think and of course yes i am very happy with the service of jio and i am more interested in jio network rather than any other networks but i got a lot of trouble yesterday when i went to your jio store (Dwarak mor) with a "single & simple" query which was re-activate my stolen sim card. Well i'm soo bored and unhappy with airtel services, for a long time but due to my medical surgery i am not able to go anywhere for few more days but nowadays airtel was very troubling for me so that's why finally, i had to go to jio store on yesterday (8th-sep-2018) in the evening at 8:30 pm. As i know already that the official customer dealing timing of jio store is from 10 am to 10 pm. According to your timing i had to reach the store between the same timings as given time slot. When i arrive at the store there are only 1 or 2 peoples exist are there with the same as my queries like sim related issue and one shocking thing was that i have seen there a customer are asking for some query to ur employee but ur employee not respond to the customer because he playing gaming by putting earphones on their mobile phone like he was chilling at their private place. He also not responds mee i was to another person (Veerpal) for my sim query but he also not responds me, of course, u can check on your cctv footage and another employee (Prashant kumar emp id[protected] said and his behavior was very rude i was not seen like that type of behavior before, he said "10 baje taala band karne ka time hota hai hmaara 10 baje kaam karne ka time nahi hota hmaara, jyada urgent hai utaam nagar chale jaao" yaar kamal kar re ho aap aap bolte ho ki sir 8 bje ke baad sim activate nahi hoti, then phir kuch der tak request karne ke baad aap bolte ho ki sir machine me error aa raha hai. Jab mae aap hi ki team ke ek member se puchta hoon ki kya sahi me aisa hai ki 8 baje ke baad sim activate nahi ho sakti to aap unko safai dete ho ki sir 'phalan-phalan' karke ek error aa raha hai jabki aapne meri query ka process shuru bhi nahi kiya hai or error bata rahe ho. Mujhse pehle waale ka issue resolve kar diya or mere baad jo customers aae the unka aap shuru kar rahe ho unki id leke. To mujhse aapko kya pareshani thi, aapke chilling samay me apni query leke aapko preshan karne chala gaya islie? Phir dobara puchne pe aap bolte ho ki sir 8 bje tak hi wo bnda rehta hai jo sim activate karta hai, yaar aap 3 alag alag reason bata rahe ho. Or 8:30pm ka store me enter kiye hue merko wahi 9:45 ho gye hai or us time aap bolte ho ki sir aapko jaldi hai to aap utaam nagar chale jaao. Ho can u say that? How pathetic r u and ur service. Mera eye surgery kiya hau hai mera surgery issue ke reason se mae dirt me nahi jaana chahta aisa dr. Ka bhi kehna hai or mae apko bol bhi raha hoon ki merko problem hai plz meri baat samjho but aap alag hi attitude hai aapne stools seperate corner me rakha hua hai taaki koi customer problem me hai to baith bhi naa sake. Unexpected service was offered by ur very important and very punchual emplyees. Jinko apna service time bhi nahi pata. Jab ex-employees se ye behaviour hai specially jo medically unfit hai to mujhe lagta hai ki apke in employees ko job ki nahi balki khud ke comfort zone ki zaroorat hai. Attitude aisa tha jaise jio ne isne nahi balki inhone join hoke ehsaan kiya hai. I am sorry to say that plz plz plz customers ka importance samajhiye. Bht bura lagega agar mene apna keemti samya is shikayat ke vyarth kiya agar apka employee apologize nahi karta hai or meri query resolve nahi ki jaati hai aapki taraf se to. Thyank you. I have recharged the ₹399 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
