Actually 4g speed is speeds around 50mbps to 100mbps. But jio 4g published 50 mbps and average speed is 3mbps..
3mbps is not 4g, it is 3g, why should they marketing as 4g. They cheating the customer very wisely.. Initiay they trapped the customer by giving free internet. Now they don't response,.
But now i did not brows atleast 1mbps, what a worst network. Even calls are connected properly

I had paid the bill as a postpaid amount on my account on no. [protected] and it just got added up to the outstanding amount as you can see to my screenshot as a negative amount . Sir I just want my money back on the paytm wallet through which I have paid the bill amount as soon as possible . Plz sir help me to resolve this issue as I am not getting any help from ur side...

I was recharging my dad's number (which is in a jio phone) but by mistake
i recharged my own number with a jio phone recharge pack ( i use a smartphone) it would be great if the transaction ( id: BR0001NUHFUI ) could be cancelled, because jio phone recharge pack is of no use in a smartphone.

My phone was robbed on 7th of august'2018, along with of course sim. I have been to reliance digital on this many times with the scenarios mention below:

Yesterday night, when I was talking to my friend then continuing call stopped and a message flashed that i am misusing the services and my outgoing calls facility has been stopped. Since it is one month left for the limited time.please provide me some suggestions....

Ported to Jio postpaid 3 -4 days back([protected]) and since then i am not getting enough network signal in my area. This was intimated to them as service requests many time through their website. Till to date they have not taken any rectifaction measures to resolve the issues and i got a reply from customer care that my compalint had been registered and this will take 120 - 180 days to resolve.

This is to inform you that on 7th september i recharged rs.399/- 84 days scheme to my cell no: [protected]. Re-charge was successful but you have wantedly stopped voice calls and data saying that i was excess ued 5 gb data. Why you are allowed extra, when there is no limited immediately you have stop, instead of stopping you are allowed excess data of 5 gb, which is limited upto 13th sep 2018. I had registered a complaint sr00000oelwr on dated 07-08-18 regarding coverage and internet speed speed issue in my locality. Got a response net day on 08-08-18 that a jio site has been planned in your area. Site should be live in 30 days after which you will enjoy seamless 4g network.
Its now 38th day but problem still remained as such.

[protected] for ₹398 plan (2GB/DAY PACKS) using myjio app through upi transaction(Google Pay - the UPI account is linked to ICICI Bank), but it got failed but the amount got deducted. The UPI Ref no is[protected]. Please kindly take necessary action to refund my amount. The transaction details are not listed in myjio app to complaint customer care....

There are big fraud in the same of reliance jio infocomm, for installing tower in land/plot/ etc., these company mobile no is[protected] &[protected], it show address on website dube building, old nagardas road,
Andheri east, mumbai - 400069,
Maharashtra.

These company has demand 14, 500 /- processing fee, for installing tower and if i paid then they has sent agreement.

I contact to jio customer care for several times for poor network coverage. the internet speed is very poor and call quality is very bad in my locality beacause of the network coverage. I contact jio customer care for 8 months or more but each time they say that it will be fixed in 180 days or 90 days.but the issue yet not fixed.so take some action....
