Hi i sameer my jio sim outgoing call has been blocked late last night and i got the message that due to misuse and high calling actually i recharged with the plan 399... Actually its benefit is unlimited call.. Help me out of this fraud... Due to policy with the recharged of 399 is to get benefit of 84 days unlimited calls plus 100 sms and 1.5 gb data per day

    On 25th august 208, i recharged my reliance jio number for 399 rupees. I didn't receive the talktime nor the amount was credited back to my account. After three days when i tried to talk to the customer care, there was no satisfactory response and they were extremely unhelpful. Though i recharged from the jio app, the customer care executives mentioned that there was no recharge done which is ridiculous and irresponsible. I am cheated of my money and i need justice. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment made from my sbi account on 25 august 2018 with this complaint for your reference.

      I can not get a stable connection to the internet, wasting my daily internet usage quota due to the poor network connection. I lost lots of my money for recharge big amount plan which they are approach us with a huge offers. But i can't even use 50% of my daily quota most of the days. They are keeping their offers only in advertisements, their services are utter waste.

        Like bsnl please provide scheme of add on sims for postpaid subscribers. This will increase customer od govt. Servants.
        For example if a post paid subscriber of plan 199 may be allowed 3 more sims to family members and billing of all i. E. 796 may be done at first master number, subscribers who get reimbursed will join jio.
        This will increase revenue to jio and benefits to subscribers.

          My name is devender kumar and i am well educated accounts professional. Some years ago i was an employee of reliance industries ltd and i am using jio network from that time when jio had given own service to our employees only on his service trial purpose free of cost for more than 8-10 months i think and of course yes i am very happy with the service of jio and i am more interested in jio network rather than any other networks but i got a lot of trouble yesterday when i went to your jio store (Dwarak mor) with a "single & simple" query which was re-activate my stolen sim card. Well i'm soo bored and unhappy with airtel services, for a long time but due to my medical surgery i am not able to go anywhere for few more days but nowadays airtel was very troubling for me so that's why finally, i had to go to jio store on yesterday (8th-sep-2018) in the evening at 8:30 pm. As i know already that the official customer dealing timing of jio store is from 10 am to 10 pm. According to your timing i had to reach the store between the same timings as given time slot. When i arrive at the store there are only 1 or 2 peoples exist are there with the same as my queries like sim related issue and one shocking thing was that i have seen there a customer are asking for some query to ur employee but ur employee not respond to the customer because he playing gaming by putting earphones on their mobile phone like he was chilling at their private place. He also not responds mee i was to another person (Veerpal) for my sim query but he also not responds me, of course, u can check on your cctv footage and another employee (Prashant kumar emp id[protected] said and his behavior was very rude i was not seen like that type of behavior before, he said "10 baje taala band karne ka time hota hai hmaara 10 baje kaam karne ka time nahi hota hmaara, jyada urgent hai utaam nagar chale jaao" yaar kamal kar re ho aap aap bolte ho ki sir 8 bje ke baad sim activate nahi hoti, then phir kuch der tak request karne ke baad aap bolte ho ki sir machine me error aa raha hai. Jab mae aap hi ki team ke ek member se puchta hoon ki kya sahi me aisa hai ki 8 baje ke baad sim activate nahi ho sakti to aap unko safai dete ho ki sir 'phalan-phalan' karke ek error aa raha hai jabki aapne meri query ka process shuru bhi nahi kiya hai or error bata rahe ho. Mujhse pehle waale ka issue resolve kar diya or mere baad jo customers aae the unka aap shuru kar rahe ho unki id leke. To mujhse aapko kya pareshani thi, aapke chilling samay me apni query leke aapko preshan karne chala gaya islie? Phir dobara puchne pe aap bolte ho ki sir 8 bje tak hi wo bnda rehta hai jo sim activate karta hai, yaar aap 3 alag alag reason bata rahe ho. Or 8:30pm ka store me enter kiye hue merko wahi 9:45 ho gye hai or us time aap bolte ho ki sir aapko jaldi hai to aap utaam nagar chale jaao. Ho can u say that? How pathetic r u and ur service. Mera eye surgery kiya hau hai mera surgery issue ke reason se mae dirt me nahi jaana chahta aisa dr. Ka bhi kehna hai or mae apko bol bhi raha hoon ki merko problem hai plz meri baat samjho but aap alag hi attitude hai aapne stools seperate corner me rakha hua hai taaki koi customer problem me hai to baith bhi naa sake. Unexpected service was offered by ur very important and very punchual emplyees. Jinko apna service time bhi nahi pata. Jab ex-employees se ye behaviour hai specially jo medically unfit hai to mujhe lagta hai ki apke in employees ko job ki nahi balki khud ke comfort zone ki zaroorat hai. Attitude aisa tha jaise jio ne isne nahi balki inhone join hoke ehsaan kiya hai. I am sorry to say that plz plz plz customers ka importance samajhiye. Bht bura lagega agar mene apna keemti samya is shikayat ke vyarth kiya agar apka employee apologize nahi karta hai or meri query resolve nahi ki jaati hai aapki taraf se to. Thyank you.             I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via Bhim, reference number is RV00000KWHO6.

            I have recharged the ₹399 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
            Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

              I am facing historical low jio 4g speed among all mobile operators. It's speed become even lower than 2g and despite making complaint it was closed stating that they are searching for new tower and speed problem will resolve within 120days
              I have purchase 91 days package and jio is claiming to resolve issue after a month of their ending date of service. It's ridiculous... Felt all operators including jio is only interested to make new customer without enhancing their network and all are now sufferer. I surprised even they don't care if someone request for port out. Is this due to jumping too tall than head on little period of time?

                The worst internet service i have use till date they are giving sim as 4g tag but working like and 2g net it is as slow as 2g net u can't even view a website and thet have worst complaint service which never does anything. They have a worst services even airtel and vodafone have same price and much better services they are only making their customers shift to other companies and jio will just provide their worst service.

                  I have made a recharge for jio, but i am unable to use its data properly due to slow internet speed. I have made complaint several times but nothing has happened, even i mail to appellate authority but they didn't reply. I am very much tensed as i require internet frequently. And this issue is faced by everyone at my home and i have complaint from them also but nothing has been done yet. I want my money back if am not able to exhaust that money.

                      I called jio on 198 and told them "please withdraw it and credit it to my wife's number please"
                      But jio, clearly refused to help me
                      Please help me... Please please please help me... To transfer that amount from that wrong number

                        I ganesh m chavan purchased 3 cim of your co. And one wifi router. After 1 month the poor signal strenth of your network disappeared. I am living at. Post walang, tal mahad dist raigad. I phoned your representative and answered that due to large subscriber the renge become so poor or disappeared. Receiving your masseges for recharge. Last three time i recharged for rs 399/- and lost all money. Why should i recharge though there is no renge.

                        can i recharge my jio WIFI [protected]for Rs 399/-
                        Internet works very slow.. it's not possible to browse anything please look in to this complaint..but about 200 meters from our area internet work very fast..since I took jio sim I am facing this network problem
                        In our area there is no internet ..about 300 meter away from our home there is working very speed since I took there is no internet even I can't browse anything please look into this matter..our area Rajiv nagar 2 ND stage 2 ND phase 7 th cross mysore

                          On[protected], i requested my friend ([protected]) to recharge my jiofi number ie [protected] for rs 399. He did it through her hdfc credit card and got the message that the jiofi number has been charged. But i am sorrey to point it out that no one listened to my complaint to locate the money ie rs 399 as my phone was not charged. Please investigate and inform the results.

                          I have exchanged my old mobile phone with new jio phone under Mansoon Hungama offer in 21.07.2018. The offer was not activated till date. Customer care and retailer are not responding.

                              I contacted jio about poor network coverage in our area in july 2018. They had a answer which said that it will take between 120 to 180 days to solve the issue. How can they expect a subscriber to wait for so many days and not be able to make and receive calls and i also run a business.
                              They also repeatedly ask me to enjoy their services. When they are providing good network coverage in our area, how can we enjoy their services. Their customer support told me that someone from network team will contact me but no one bothered to call me.
                              Their customer service have no proper resolution to the issue and keep on sending same emails again and again asking to enjoy their services. How can they expect a subscriber to wait for 120 to 180 days without being able to use their phone for calls.

                              I see that Jio are not taking any interest to solve network coverage issue at our location. They are under the impression that they already have millions of subscribers, so it does not matter if one or two customer issues are not solved.

                                I've requested many times from last 8-9 months to jio customer care through mail and chatting for the closing three jio no. S ([protected], [protected], [protected])
                                But those numbers hasn't been closed yet and they are lieing to me that they have closed the connection. Those numbers are still showing as suggestion to add in my jio account because those are still linked with my aadhar number.

                                  We are facing network problem in hanumanganj sultanpur (228001) area. Internet speed is very poor in this area.
                                  We are unable to load any web page.
                                  If we are unable to do any imporatnt work which used internet so why we use jio there are so many people already port his jio no. To another no. Every second jio user in this area is complaining about same issue. Please take some action and solve this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise we dont have any choice other than shift to other network.

                                    The speed of my jio network is very slow and signal strength very poor is only -103dBm..I couldn't use my data with full speed.. it receiving only as bytes data..and also i can't able to browse anymore..so please solve my problem .. i already raised many complaints about this .. still you haven't made any solution .

                                      I had successfully porter my number to jio on august 12 2018 when i inserted the sim the network bar shows no service i thought it had not yet ported completely. So i tried next day same thing shows. I restart the device and then one bar signal shows. Then i realise that there is an network issue in my area. So somehow i called jio care they told that we have weak network in your area. I am taking a complaint regarding it. They lodge my complaint on 14 august 2018. From then to now i had not even made single calls in my area and not able to use data. I had bare it for 2 weeks and then i got so frustated. So i started mailing jio about it and they keep on saying new site is under process it will take upto 120 days. I told that how can one stay without calls and data for 120 days as i am using only one number i dont have secondary number to contact anyone. And when i asked them about the new site address they not even providing me that. I asked them to refund my recharge amount. They not even helping with that. Why should i bare all this if they have weak network. And why are they selling jio sim card in that location where they have weak signal. I told alteast provide me network booster for 120 days. They not even helping with that too. I had paid money to get proper services not to bare such things. I had purchased new phone but the phone is useless when you not able to make and receive calls and not able to use data.

                                        I am having very poor network connection in my home. I cant even call. Internet speed is always below 40 kbps. i have complained many times to jio via chat and call but they always said to wait 120 days to improve network quality but they never took a single step to do so. I have provided my pin code and can share more info if they reply here. Even tata docomo and airtel is having very good connection in my home. Jio is shame for the 4g word !
