I have applied for special electricity agriculture connection in the name of smt ashish acharya and paid the demand on 03/01/2019 in your chattargarh electricity division in bikaner district. But because of strike by the contrators as told by aen chattargarh, i as a consumer is suffering a lot, i think electricity department is for consumer and not for contrators, if contractors have some issues with department then why consumer like me are suffering. The condition of my crop is deteriorating day by day due to scarcity of water and till date i have not received my transformer. From the last 15 days i am calling aen chattargarh but i am not getting any positive response from his side. Kindly look into matter and resolve my grievance as early as possible.

I am gangaram saran from village kekar, dist barmer. My complaint is that in my area contractor dungar saran is working for electricity distribution i. E. घर कनेक्शन! 2013 की एक स्कीम आयी थी जिसमे 5 लोगों के ग्रुप फॉर्म भरे जाते थे, इसी योजना के तहत 5 लोगों के ग्रुप की connection आया है अब, point is that to noticed ठेकेदार ने जहाँ transformer लगाया है उससे 11 खम्बे दूर अंतिम connection है,,,, मतलब अंतिम connection, transformer से 11 पिल्लर दूर है जो कायदे से centre में होना चाहिए,,,, ये सब ठेकेदार ने पैसे लेके उस एक बंदे के घर के नजदीक लगाया है transformer एवं बाकी चारों clients को समस्या है की वो ट्रांसफॉर्मर उसी एक घर के नजदीक अंतिम छोर पे क्यो लगाया??

उपरोक्त विषयान्तर्गत लेख है कि मेने सुजानगढ़ कस्बे के नया बाज़ार स्थित मनीष प्लाजा दुकान 3 मेंरी दुकान के विधुत कनेक्शन हेतू[protected] को फ़ाइल जमा कराई थी जिसका यह जानकारी देते हुए कि मनीष प्लाजा काम्प्लेक्स में विभागीय आदेशानुसार पेनलबोर्ड नही है तो कनेक्शन नही होगा की सुचना दी गई
तो महोदय जी, में आपका ध्यान इस तरफ आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँकि इस प्लाजा में पूर्व के काफी विधुत कनेक्शन वर्तमान में चालू है जो कि बिना पेनल बॉक्स के है उन मेसे कई कनेक्शन विधुत विभाग के पेनल बॉक्स सम्बधित सर्कुलर के आने के पश्चात हुए है और सुजानगढ़ कस्बे के कोम्प्लेक्सो में सेंकडो कनेक्शन बिना पेनल बॉक्स केअनवरत अभी भी चालू है और में अकेला इस पूरे प्लाजा में पेनल बॉक्स लगाने में असमर्थ हूँ और इस काम्प्लेक्स का मालिक मनीष हरिजन था उसका स्वर्गवास हो गया है और उसकी पत्नी सुजानगढ़ में नही रहती है वो कहा पर रहती है मुझे मालूम नही है इस काम्प्लेक्स के अन्य कनेक्शन धारी मिलकर इसका खर्च बिना विधुत विभाग के कठोर कार्यवाही के देने को तेयार नही है
अत आप से अनुरोध है कि
1 यदि पेनल बॉक्स का नियम पालना अनिवार्य है तो मेरे साथ सोतेला व्यव्हार नही करके सभी इस काम्प्लेक्स के कनेक्शनधारियों के कनेक्शन काटकर जब तक पेनल बॉक्स नही लगे तब तक विधुत आपूर्ति नही दी जावे नकि सिर्फ पेनल बॉक्स लगाने कि नोटिस देकर इति श्री कर ली जावे
2 यदि विधुत विभाग इस कोप्म्लेक्स बड़ा पेनल बॉक्स अपने स्तर पर लगवाता है तो इस काम्प्लेक्स में हुए कनेक्शन के अनुपात में मेरा हिस्सा के राशि आपको नगद, डिमांड नोटिस में जोड़कर, बिल की राशी में जोड़कर या अन्य किसी भी प्रकार लेना चाहे में देने को सहमत हूँ और शेष राशि अन्य कनेक्शन धारियों से वसूला जाये
3 यदि विधुत विभाग छोटा पेनल बॉक्स सिर्फ मेरी दुकान के लिए उपलब्ध करवाता तो में उसकी सम्पूर्ण राशी देने कि सहमती आपको देता हूँ और मुझे आदेश देवे तो मेरे स्तर पर पेनल बॉक्स लाकर छोटा सिर्फ मेरी दुकान का लगाने को तेयार हूँ
4 अन्यथा यदि पेनल बॉक्स का नियम इतना हार्ड और फ़ास्ट नही है तो मुझे भी अन्य कनेक्शनधारियो की शर्तो ओर नियमो के आधार पर एक बार विधुत कनेक्शन दिलावे बाद में जो भी आवश्यक कार्यवाही इस कोप्लेक्स के अन्य दुकानदारो के साथ हो वो मेरे भी साथ की जावे सिर्फ अकेले मुझे टारगेट बनाकर परेशान न किया जावे
5 या बिना पेनल बॉक्स जिस प्रक्रिया (option) से मेरी दुकान में विधुत कनेशन हो सके उसकी मुझे जानकारी दी जावे

Electricity fault on 7/2/19. Complaint on toll free no registered with complaint no[protected]. Confirmation message received fault assigned to fault rectification team on 7/2/19. No action till 24 hours and then on 8/2/19 at 11:39 pm this lineman calls in the middle of night that he is coming for repairs. My child was sick got scared with the ringing of phone so late in night. I told him it was too late to disturb me in the night let alone coming to home in the middle of night when whole day was there to rectify it. He was abusive and told me jab hamari marzi hogi tab karenge. I got call from this phone no [protected]. Then i got further call from jodhpur with the no [protected] abusing me again that aap ko complaint theek karani hai to him apni marzi se karenge.

My complaint is first you don’t attend fault for more than 24 hours and then you want a family man to let some strangers in the house in midnight. This is highly inappropriate and action should be taken against concerned people

सरदारशहर से बुकन्सर छोटा रोड के ऊपर से जो 11000 लाइन बिजली की गुजरती है वह बहुत ही निची है और कोई भी बड़ा वाहन यहां से गुजरते वक्त उससे टच होता है तो कोई भी हादसा हो सकता है जिसके बारे में सरदार शहर विद्युत विभाग में कई बार मौखिक सूचना दी जा चुकी है लेकिन कोई ध्यान नहीं है तो कृपया करें यह लाइन उँची करवाया जाए इस समस्या का तुरंत प्रभाव से समाधान करने की कृपा करें

Mere Yaha kariban 15 ghar hai, jisame se 9 gharo ko vidyut canectain diyas gaya hai,
6 ghar aaj bhi vidyut canectain se vansit hai. Poll lagane wale Mohan lal ne Rs.500
Rupee bhi hamse leye, bola nahi to canectain nahi mileage, 500 Rupaye lene ke bad bhi hamein canectain nahi diya.
Sariman aapse NIVEDAN hai ki hamein vidyut canectain kiyu nahi diya gaya. Ek bar Hamare ganv(gharo) mein diye Gaye vidyut canectain ki samixsa(parsicsan) karane ki karpaa karave.

So please help me about this matter.

I have paid my bill of mohata concern which k no. Is[protected] on 19.11.2018. The transaction reference no. Is phmp[protected] and rcpt no. Is[protected]. I have paid it on before due date which is 22.11.2018 but till when i saw at bill desk site than i found that it shown as pending by rs. 8115 which will paid after due dat. I have already paid that bill so please search your records and correct the pendingness in my a/c.

Dear sir/madam,

On 27th september, i have made an online payment of rs. 8020.00 with transaction id[protected] towards payee bill desk bpc for my electricity bill no [[protected]] of jaipur vidyut vitaran nigam ltd. (K no –[[protected]]/ ac no[16150279].

The amount has been deducted from account but same has not been credited in jvvnl account. After some time the bill amount has been added in next bill with last date of 07.01.2019.

Kindly resolve my problem else give me contact information of your support system

I have raised a complaint to jvvnl on 12th december 2018 regarding wrong billing of my e bill for the month of nov. And a complaint no. Was raised as[protected].
I was waiting for the reply from them and when i make follow-up on whatsapp it was informed me that, it is closed but i didn't get any information.

The problem is that :
I received my nov bill by mentioning faulty meter of rs 3, 920 by mentioned previous & present reading as same as of 22272 units but when i checked the meter is running fine & on date 10th december 2018 the reading was 22511 which is equal to of rs. 2, 000 only.

I request them to correct it & adjust the difference amount in the next cycle.

As we are jodhpur vidut vitran nigam limited consumer and jdvvnl is not providing electricity in our whole area from last 10 hrs as i already file a complaint on there toll free no but they was saying that we don’t have any information however they registered my complaint and my complaint no is[protected] and this problem is facing from my days. Kindly take action as soon as possible

I have paid two bills through online payment from jdvvnl portal from paytm on 07/12/2018 the k no. Are[protected] for rs. 5197/- and[protected] for rs. 3183/-the payment status is showing paid but receipts are not generated for both. Please update the receipts for both the k no. The amounts have been deducted from hdfc credit card vide paytm.

The account no. Are 2206/0077 and 2206/0076 respectively.

Consumer no.[protected] december 2018 bill amount rs.407 unit 70 but home is longtime to close, everytime minimum bill rs.200, basantidevi jayantilal jain pindwara, stay from mumbai. Bill deduce real value amount. Email & mobile to me msg reply,

On may 16, 2017 we had a due bill of rs 1924.00 and we had paid on 6th june, 2017. Total 5000rs we had paid...1991rs for the due bill and 3009rs has a advance money for the future bill payment but till today not even a single bill has not been processed and till today november 20, 2018 we have a due amount of rs 5043... Please kindly take some action regarding this problem because we have paid a 5000 rs so please take some action
