I want to get my refund against full amount @ INR 80, 000/ + 6, 000/ (As annual maintenance charge paid on Feb-2022)- paid by me + INR 2, 00, 000/- as a Penalty against fraud as done by Jukaso Journey. The frauds as done by Jukaso Journey proved with below details.
• The Contract ID is 100943 and Travller ID is 186261. as I purchased from Jukaso was signed on dated 18/Nov/2017 and also paid Down payment of Amount @ INR 80, 000/-.
• Whenever I had sent mails to Jukaso, for booking, they mentioned in their response that they will send you a response within 48 Hours. Either There Service/ Customer support is very poor.

During discussion & before the signing of this Agreement, the offer is different (90 destinations in India and more than 10 sites in foreign destinations, including free breakfast, Transport for the destination, 3-star hotel) and now they are offering only 7 destinations in India and the property which is very cheap (less than 1000/day).
Their toll-free number and any contact number are not working. Firstly, they said you can call with your registered number after that they are saying please message don’t call and, in the message, they didn’t reply.

They give us membership of 5 years 4n5d any where in india . One time takes the service but after that they closed the place and runway from there we called them no response.

I was called by company to their delhi hotel jukaso inn in lajpat nagar. I was told many details that we have timeshare and through that we can book any hotel in all over world. I was shown photos of Shangri-La Paris, Atlantis Dubai etc that these hotels can be booked. I was told that you will get total 140 free nights over 10 years duration. I was told that company will always be there to help you with bookings and everything. I was told that i will get some August kit and other many false promises. When I made the payment after that Ms. Payal Khanna stopped picking calls. One Mr. Dhananjay was the person who also left company. There was almost nobody who will help. When I told about cancellation and refund of my money they gave me AMC waiver of 3 years total after my 2 complaints. But they won't allow me booking free nights without paying AMC. If 3 years AMC are waived off then i am eligible for 42 free nights. What the hell I paid that 1.5 lakh in the first place for?? Then their timeshare partner DAE also removed them from their list and now it seems that company has completely closed down and run away with my hard earned money. It's a very big fraud located in heart of Delhi with head office in Gurgaon. I request and beg you to give me my money back.

I have taken "Jukaso membership" in year 2017 but no refund has been provided. At present no contact number is working and no one has refunded my amount from JUKASO JOURNEYS.

it has been very long time and now they're mentioning that the membership has been already over and refund is not possible.

My Traveller Id alloted to me is (119690) and Contract Id is (40805). After a presentation of company on 05- Dec-2016, i had registered for membership with an amount of Rs 65000/-, but after nobody responded my calls or request for 10 days, due to which i had requested to cancel my registration for Jukaso Resorts Pvt Ltd, when i received welcome call after 2 weeks and refund my registration amount. Since then i had written many mails & and requested through calls on their TOLL Free too for the same. But everytime my request were been transferred to different officials, and slowly they even stopped responded. I am located at Uttarakhand and also due to leave restrictions from my work place, it was not easy for me to visit their Gurgaon office as well. Till now i'm struggling for my Rs 65000/- and still no response from the company. Please help me to recover my hard earned money from this fraud company.

Is Jukaso journeys are fraud, and run away as Website and mail id is not working for booking. I am a member of Journeys by Jukaso, since 2016.
I have not taken any service till date but now I want to book your hotel in Corbett but, I am not able to login into the website. My user name is 111245.

Please resolve this issue and guide me to book the hotel and take your service for the first time.

They are not providing bookings to old members thse already paid

My card no.is 157448.I purchased membership in June 2017.and I paid 50, 000.But since 2018 they are not responding to any call.They are not responding to my calls or email.They are refusing to refund my money.Now they are again demanding Rs.5000 to revive the membership.I don’t know whether they are from Jukaso or some fraud.

I have purchased a membership on 26-Feb-2017 and cancelled the same on 27-Feb-2017 and they have promised me that refund would be completed in 90 days, however it's 4 years 7 months now.

I have paid 60000, which I have never received.

This is my Hard earned money, I have sent multiple emails and they were keep on delaying that and now their number is not accessible.

It has been close 3 years..I have been committed multiple times from your system that refund is ready however when the date is being given...Multiple times another date is being given...Somtimes employee says it is not my hand as retention team is commiting...When followed uo with retention team, they say management is not giving go head.

Is there any escalation matrix as every time some or other person comes into picture and gives false promises...In last 3 years now mail ids have been changes and messages are not delivered.

I have purchased membership in may 2019 and paid 85K INR, they never pick up my phone, never reverted on my mails and when i visited the office they do not allow to enter in the hotel, their helpline number is always not reachable, the are big cheaters and fraud the management is highly unprofessional and rude. i am going to lodge a police complaint against them. i would reach out to CM window as well to take action against them.please no one never ever fall under their trap these cheaters must be behind the bars and this hotel must be seized

Sir, i have got membership in July'2018, but till date i have not get proper response from Jukaso team . MEMBER NAME in Membership card is ANJANA NEGI- MY WIFE- NUMBER 218239 . I have Paid Rs. 90000 in one time for 5 years Membership. But due to bad service, i want to withdraw the membership and return my money back.

I had purchased a 10years vacation rental membership from the journey by jucaso in Aug 2017 by paying 100000 by cheques but after the lapse of 4 years, I could not utilize their services even though contact numbers are also not working. I am not contacting the company also.

Please look into this case and hope we got a solution at the earliest.

3 year back on 21 oct 2018, we have purchased a yearly package from jacaso and we have spent 1 lakh for the same (Ref No 135777)

22 Oct 18, next day we requested for the cancellation due to some personal reason and they assure me that 5000 will be deducted, the rest amount will be refunded.

I have visited 1000 tym in your gurgaon jacaso office and they advise us to wait. We will refund you but still we did not get our refund.

Now, we are facing financial problems due to covid pandemic so please provide our refund otherwise we will take serious action against your company.

Now I lose my temper so I need my money back and If you are not providing my refund then I will escalate this to social media and that time i will take action against your company.

I got registered with them.at Ansal plaza Delhi in 2015However they disappeared and their phone numbers are not working
They don't respond my mails.
