I buy membership of jukaso jouneys for 3 year and give 3 year policy on 28 january2018. This deal final with mr ankit, miss simran and miss neelam. Mr. Ankit and miss neelam give me many opportunites but all are fake.
1. Call only one time and u get booking vouchure
Because i say mail is not possible for me.

But i say mr. Ankit for booking achrol niwas in jaipur from when i give money for membership and he say madam tomorrow u will get booking vouchure but again and again calls till 15 march. He was not pick my call or if he catch then say madam have a patient u will get soon. At last when my program came near then he say mam dont go jaipur in march because all forts are close in march but i called at aamer fort and its manager said me no madam in india onli on dulandi half day off. When i call mr ankit, he gave me soorry madam room could not book till 20 april.
Again 25april i call mr ankit for booking two room in jaipur achrol niwasfrom 29april to 31april.
Again he denay
3rd time i call on 3rd june for a room in masoori for 2july to 5july. Again repeat old processeri make call less then 100 times he pick my call only one time.

2. Rooms are only studio room with kitchen in kitch u will gotten vessels cooking burner spices also. Value of these rooms are[protected] and in mid city or in 4-5 star hotel.
But he suggest me only those rooms which value only 2000 only standard room. And say in kitachen u get no nay items and after some time he say no kitchen avaliable in any hotel.
2.in dae u get studio room in 5 star hotel
Give only 1000rs. For one night seven time.
But he say in march madam in u dae u will pay money for 7 night in one time and amount is depend on hotel which u book.

3.in first meet they say u can book 3 room at one time but after they say no only 2 rooms u can book at a same time.

4. When my first booking they can't book i said plz cancel my membership and give mental harassment compantation also. They say mamdam if other time same repeat then u will get your membership fee + mental harrasment compantation.

So i request plz refund my money and mental harssment fund also.

Not refunding the small amount of rs 15000 from one year. How can u manage the big properties. Who will trust on u. U fail in test pl. Refund the money aganist the membership 67537. As nothing is in agreement with u and after repetated information from last one year. U have kept my money without any agreement with me. This very bad and illegal activity.

Last week on 26th may 2018 . I have been fooled by Jukaso Journeys. The made me fool by offering there attractive membership worth 90000 rs. They are not providing any kind of services.
Their sales representatives Anas are making false promises with the customers and hiding all the terms and conditions blindfolded. When I asked them to tell about all terms and conditions in advance they said no sir there is no hidden charges and all properties are owned later when I made the payment there sales head Bindu trying to be more smart and just took my signature on the documents. when i asked let me just read throw they overreacted nothing is there only basics which i told you.

I really want this to get this organization close as they are cheating many others too.

They are completely fraud.

I need my money back.

Hello jukaso team members, i am trying to reach you the day after i joined your membership, my i'd is 116115.
The conversion with your executive at the time of orientation was good but she didn't clear about your dae policy applicable in india, next day when i received a call from your confirmation team, i denied to accept the membership, sir/mam i am expecting to refund my amount which i have paid at the time of joining, i didn't avail any of your boucher and any gift card since.
Kindly pay some attention towards my complaint.

This complaint is about team jukaso journey,
I had planned my journey on 15. May.2018 and i had previously informed your team about dates on which i want reservations in your selected hotels.
While check in i had found that there are no facility as per commitments on the time of joining in your company as a member.
Your team had assure me that you will provide free breakfast and discount of 30% in each meals in restaurents and there are no such facility found in both the properties of corbet and mussoorie hotel.
Not only this your team had told me that there is a provision of 60 km free sightseeing and rs.8 km charges on further using of taxi but again this all facaility are no there.
Because of your team i had wasted one whole day in mussoorie because i was trying to contact each one of your team to clarify about free breakfast & accomodation of one more room i had requsted because we were 5 member and your team member told me to wait some time and we will arrange room. Jukaso team respond me back in late afternoon that i have to arrange room, travel & breakfast and there is no such thing called 30% off on meals to my self hence again my time and money got wasted.
You have also told me to refund the money i had invested on rooms and food.
Lastly i find myself cheated by whole jukaso management and i want to withdraw my membership as soon as possible with full money i had invested in your company.

I had taken membership with Journeys by Jukaso in Sep.2017, by paying Rs. 1Lakh for One year + 4 Years, with a cash back of Rs. 30K for air tickets.
I have applied several times for holidays giving min 60 days prior information, but am not able to get promised accommodation.
It's been six months (180 days) I applied for the refund of the air ticket amount but I am yet to receive any response from the company. I have put 100's of email reminder's with no response.
Now, I am seriously thinking of moving court against the company and filing FIR with the district police against the Directors and employees involved for defrauding and breach of agreement.

Hi i want to tell jukaso is a biggest chetar company.. We have taken their membership before two year.. We made a payment of 65000.. Our id is 110247 on that time they told we will provide 7star 5 star facities..in our property there are cottaege etc. There will be a warm welcome.. Anniversary gift nd all that.. But now they are changing their policies without us any notice.. They said we can book your room in off season..in season its not possible.. Means to say we hve to plan our vacatiokn according to them.. They will decide where we go.. We hve manage according to them. Wat a big cheat.. Its our money.. U r not doing any favour.. Mind it.. We are really disappointed.. Please dont trust them nd dont waste you hard earned money..

I have purchased a holiday package from journeys by jukaso pvt ltd.in april 2018 @62000/- paid via credit card the very next of the purchase i came to know about the fraud this company is doing by selling the holiday package and not giving any services so i requested termination and asked for refund but they are not responding at all to me. I have given full payment of rs 62000/- which i want them to refund as they failed to fullfil what they have said.
And issue my refund at the soonest and stop doing this fraud to people.

First he told me about their membership after that he didn't tell me about the hidden clauses
When I paid to 37000 RS then he told for extra RS 3000 for 3 years also and they also tell me that they provide 5 stars hotel stay without any charge but after paying the amount they told me to pay amount for Dae, they do fake promises, after I told to him to please give my money back as you don't tell about their clauses before payment and misguided me against this membership but your executive told now our superior is not available and so you will come on tomorrow. At that time I called to your customer care toll free no. 4-5 times but the call centre timings were closed and then I emailed to you

Membership was sold with fake commitments. We were forced to purchase the membership on the same day as the sales people told us that it was there closing and after that they are closing 3 year membership.

At the time of giving plan to me it was confirmed to me that i can book hotel in other season by compromising one day. For example as per my opted plan i can avail 4 days and if i want to book for another season that i can avail booking for 3 days.

Also i was confirmed over mail. Find attached mail response from jukaso journey received against my queries on 4th july.in the response it was replied that i can travel in blue, white and red season.

Please review internally and confirm, whether this was the false message/assurance given by jukaso journey team at the time of giving plan.

In this scenario i don't have any other option to cancel my plan.

Please cancel my plan and return by money back.

I have taken holiday plan from jukaso journey as a phn call came to me and asked me to join in a 45 min session. I went there and they convinced me to purchase their holiday membership plan of 5 years &62000/- but now when the time came for the real reservations nobody is responding at my phn calls. Thereforw i decided to terminate my membership with membership id 124224. And want my amount paid to be refund.
Please help me in fighting this fraud case . Where i have given my hard earned cash money.

I have purchased a holiday plan from journey by jukaso on 12/01/2018 and send an application of withdrawl by e-mail and speed post on14/01/2018 because company provided misleading information about the package. I have send many e-mail of request of refund but they are not giving reply to my mails after completion of more than 90 days. You are requested to solve this matter as early as possible.

This is regarding to our membership of jouney's membership (Number - 121874) which me and my wife purchased on 10th march'18. Other details of the purchase are white season plan @rs48000. 50% of the payment (25000) was made during the purchase as it was apprised by the sales person. We found the option of initial payment of 50% and rest amount later anytime in the year, to be extremely convenient and customer friendly as it was allowing us to start our holidays immediately after the initial 50% payment. However, it was really disheartening to realise that the convenient option was no less than a sham as now we are being forced to make rest of the payment before starting our holidays. Though the point of contact (Miss shweta shrivastava - mr gaurav gupta and miss niharika) were extremely polite. And i must say we failed to realise their deceiving conversation and sugar coated deceptive schemes. This certainly makes are very strong case of fraud (Ipc sec 420) against jukaso journey as during the conversation the sales people were acting as the agent of the firm. And i shall not hesitate to take this matter to consumer court as well as social media. We have taken white season plan cost around 48000/- out of which we have already done 50% payment of 25000/- while taking the membership it was told that we can pay 50% amount while joining and can pay rest of the amount (23000/-) anytime in the year and can start with our holidays immediately. Our point of contact was shweta shriwastawa/gaurav gupta and niharika. They have offered us a total package of 4n/5d holiday (Each year) + 4n/5d holiday (Complimentry). All three of them told us that we can immediately start with our holidays anywhere (In india or outside india) but now when are actually trying to book our holidays we are facing a lot many challenges.

1) we have told that we can do our bookings through member login but this was never told the member login doesn't work if you have not given the whole payment.

2) every time we were chasing either these three people or the customer care but nothing moved.

After multiple follow ups finally jukaso came back with a plan of 4n 5d holiday package. We have mailed our preferred location (Manali) and dates (27-30 may 2018) to jukaso and have recieved a confirmatuon email of booking. Now this does not ends here, we have booked our tickets already for manali as my birthday falls on 28th may and we wanted to spend it in manali. Today (19th may) we recieved an email from jukaso of booking cancellation and provide with a new date for a later month.

We have already booked our tickets and have planned everything accordingly. Team jukaso - if you guys cannot live up to your fake promises and give us booking on the mentioned dates please refund our entire money with the ticket fare.

I had received a call saying i win a lucky draw and for collecting 2n/3d complementary holidays voucher. I have visit jukaso inn, 49/50 sunder nagar, new delhi 110003 on 26th feb 18 at 8 pm. When i visited they are offering me the membership and telling all the benefits and booked 3 years travel package red season (4n/5d) of 'journeys by jukaso' worth rs. 48000/- at the time buying membership they are saying food and pick and drop will be free of cost and 4 adult and 2 child below 12year can be stay in a room but now they are saying 15% discount on food, 60 km in 3year cab will be free and only 2 adult and 2 child can be stay in a hotel room. I am asking for cancellation my membership but they are saying you will receive money in 90 days after 30-40% deduction. I want my money 48000 back still not received any calls after sending multiple mails to jukaso journey customer care

I have also visited 4-5 times at jukaso inn hotel sunder nagar, delhi for my money refund and meet with payal khanna and mr. Dabas but every time they are giving me new date for my 48000 cheque, every time they are saying due to fund non availability now we are unable to give you 48000 cheque please visit next date we will give you.

Journeys resorts please give me my money as soon as possible without any delay.

I have purchased the membership from jukaso journey on 18th feb 2018 with membership id 119587 (Amit bansal) and paid inr 2000 with debit card and inr 22000 with cash. After 3-4 days i decided to cancel this membership, as i know from the other people about their false promise. I have given them proper reason for cancellation my membership and want my full money back.
They told me to refund it in 90 working days, but most of the people are not getting money after crossing 90 days as well. Please look into the matter and take action to refund my full money back.

Vivek is a fraud person also not answering the calls, i have spend 1 lac and they promise emi will be done, but nothing done they all are out, went 3-4 times but office is closed, nobody is answering.

Let's get together and case a big complain on jukaso, so he can be arrested and we get our money

Worst company i ever see in my entire life
I cancelled my Membership Plan and company promise they will refund the amount within 90 days.

But now its almost 4 an half months, no one responding me neither return my Money.

All are Fraud no one is serious, no one responding on phone or over mail

They just know how to take money from customer.

Thus compaby is conpletely fraud. They never give the servuces which they supposed to deluver. I was firced to opt fir the membership but same day i asjed for refubd. Tgey saud we will give you your money back in 3 months byt akmist 8 nonths are gone and tgey always say you refund is un process. My order id is 99582. Please taje some serious action against them as they are looting people.
