Hi,

I had very parenthetic experience with jukaso Journeys . I had made payments of 49k with package of 21 Nights in five years or 4N per year in there own property or DAElive property as promised by .

But they are denying of providing any service and not picking phone tollfree or reply from email for booking .

They are still asking for more and more money without availing single booking from package.

    I was became 3 years membership with very high promises at the price of 45000 however within 10 days I realized this is horrible and all promises are fake. As per contract I have submitted cancellation mail on Jan. 15, 2017 since this cancellation request is within period provided by contract and I did not avail any service I should get complete refund. No action has been taken so far.

      I was approached on 19th Oct 18 and invited to know about company and travel vouchers on 20th Oct 18. In the end, they told me about the membership which will cost 1.29 lakhs with 6.9 K maintenance charge.

      I asked for time to go through the company profile, however, Bindu Singh and Praveen Soni told me it is as per the discussions and there will be verification call from Jukaso Journeys and post confirmation on each point and satisfaction then the membership will be in effect.

      They also told me that payment will be just reserved and 12 months EMI free benefit will be given and I will be charged first EMI after 45 days.

      On Sunday 21 st Oct, I went through review and felt extremely bad with reviews that I am cheated and get my hard earned money into a company with poor feedback and Fraud flag.

      The entire day spent in a bad mood and extreme frustration and still carrying this mental trauma.

      I called up Bindu Singh, however, no answer so I thought to talk on Monday. On Monday 22nd Oct 2018, I went into Gurgaon office (near the ginger hotel, sec-14 Gurgaon) where found few people shouting for getting their money.

      I also told them about a discrepancy in documents which says cancellation charges 10 K whereas it should be 5K as per Binu. So I kept on telling they are not genuine as keep on selling membership on different terms and price.

      I spoke to Payal Khanna after a lot of argument however she told to use service as no way the sales can be void and In cancellation need to pay charges so better to use service.

      I thought to go for service, however, looking poor response from their staff and clear intention is keeping customer wasting time on asking for service and reminding them on false commencement.

      I asked for voiding sale however they are saying it will go for cancellation and will take 90 days even on call from their verification team confirmed not to progress the membership and return the money. Prakash who called me from Jukaso journeys informed everything and he just ended up saying send email to infojuksojourneys.com and it will then take into a process of membership cancellation.

      They are cheating and keep changing their words and I don’t see any intention to get my money back.

      Please help me as money taken from credit card and on such big amount, I will be charged heavy charges.

Wrong commitment karke paise transfer karwate he logo se mere se bhi paise transfer karye the ki aap token money transfer kardo agar aaapko acha nahi Lagta he to hhum apka payment return kar denge but Hamare mana karne par hamara payment return nahi kiya.jab hamne police complaint ki baat Kari tab Ashwani ne mail send Kari ki apka payment next Monday transfer kar denge but payment nahi diya, jab Gurgoan office gaya tab cheque bana kar de diya after one month pdc cheque. Wo bhi bounce kara diya Ab bol rahe he Hamare pass fund nahi he.

        Mera aap logo se request he ki in logo ki baato me nahi aaye. In logo ne mera paisa wrong commitment karke liya he, ye saare kutte, kamine he saale.In logo ne kaafi logo ko fasa rakha he.

          Dear sir / madam,

          I along with my wife was invited by journeys by jukaso's team in one of their sunder nagar office to explain about their membership and hotels. All the membership details were presented to us very nicely and was told that we can cancel membership and my amount we will be refunded after deducting some administrative charges. They offered me a 3 years membership for rs. 49000/-. I decided to go for this on co-applicant with me & wife's name, filled the application form and paid full amount of rs 49000/- using my credit card.

          The reason of cancellation the wrong message and commitment was conveyed to me and my wife. We have purchased this membership on 10th june’17 from journeys by jukaso, jukaso in (Sunder nagar). When we reach the representative named mr. Narayan singh - [protected] & mohd. Shoheb khan - [protected] entertained and explained us about jukaso and committed which is totally fraud with customer.

          After coming home we decided to check reviews of the company and found lots of complaints against journeys by jukaso. So we decided to cancel my membership and e-mailed the same on very next day i. E. 12.06.2017 to journeys by jukaso's team on email id [protected]@jukasojourneys.com. I even informed the same to them on toll free no - [protected] and we was assured that my money of rs. 49000/- will be refunded soon. But even after constant phone calls/follow ups, registered post, and assurance by journeys by jukaso's team on mails in regard to my refund we did not receive my amount till now.

          It has been around more than one year, since we have been requesting journeys by jukaso’s team. It was surprising that, vide email dated10.02.2018, one of company employee mr. Ashwin sagar asked me to collect the refund cheque from jukaso gurgaon office but he did not mention the address of gurgaon office from where we have to collect the cheque, therefore i requested to courier the cheque at my residence. However, vide email dated 20.03.2018, jukaso employee ms. Payal khanna has now informed me that the cheque is under process. I am in no clue, who is providing the correct information as both the information are contradictory to each other and it seems that they are only trying to buy more time by misleading me.

          After continuous follow ups i received cheque on 13th aug’2018 in the name of “trilok kumar chauchan’, as per record when we was bought the membership in journeys by jukaso's record which was “trilok singh’, they are only trying to buy more time by misleading me.
          We have already spend considerable time and energy, and cheated, defrauded me and misleading me since last one year
          I have copies of all emails exchanged with them along with journey mail where they have given me assurance of refunding my money.

          It is requested to kindly take action against them and help me getting all my money back.

            We bought Membership plan worth RS 45000 from JUKASO JOURNEYS at that time we were promised 16 nights in 25 destinations we asked for booking in Corbett in one the resorts from the list provided by them they gave confusing answers like there is renovation work going on but when we called up the resort they said that the tie up is cancelled with JUKASO JOURNEYS 6 months ago and as we were provided the name in the list 5 months ago in june than they themselves offered us 4 destinations and we asked for Delhi we have sent countless emails and called them countless times we are mentally harassed and feel cheated of our hard earned money JUKASO JOURNEYS IS A COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY which is duping innocent people ...

              I had purchased the membership of jukaso journeys in april'17. The hotels and properties shown at the time were highly rated and were the main reason for purchasing the membership.

              My membership number is 65522. The dae membership was also offered complimentary to us of which i have not received any id or login content till date.

              As of now, on checking the properties, they are significantly downgraded as compared to the ones that were promised to us. I tried making a reservation in march-april this year at corbett, and was told that i can't have the promised property. Now that property, manu maharani, is not even in the list of jukaso properties.

              This is clearly gross misleading on the part of jukaso. The current properties don't deserve the amount i had paid and therefore, i wanted to revoke my membership.

              The jukaso team has not responded on the revoking of membership as well as refund despite repeated mails and hence, i have decided to approach the consumer forum for the resolution.

              Please help me in getting the refund from the jukaso journeys. It is a complete fraud organization.

                Fake, fraud, trap every wrong word is very less for this owner of the company. They just trapping with such a beautiful offer in the beginning and give package of holidays but after getting your money they will never entertain you. I got married last year and postpond my honeymoon just because of jukaso now after one year i'm continue requesting them to book my reservation, first i requested for goa they said we don't have our property there so you can plan for other place now i'm requesting for andeman nicobar and they again denied (I took my package on 8th nov 2017 and they said that time from february onward we will have tie up for andeman nicobar as well so that time i postponed my honeymoon because of these rubbish guys and after one year also they are not giving me package for even goa) please guys never trust on them if you are looking for holidays package from jukaso first read my comment before going ahead. I will not going to waste my money i will take all the actions against this company. I want refund or my package anyhow. This company owner can't play anymore with innocent public emotions and money. He can never be happy with others hardworking money.

                  Dear consumer complaints forum,

                  Jukaso is a fraud company, and i also got cheated.

                  On 12th june 2017, i purchased a package for 26000/- with membership id 158377 and contract id : 75504 and done payment by debit card. On second thought after reaching home, i checked reviews and realized that i fell prey to a fraud!!!.

                  I immediately called them and asked to cancel my contract. They instructed me to send email to them for cancellation.

                  After a lot of follow ups, i got refund cheque dated : 25/05/2018 for rs.19000/- after deduction of administrative charges.

                  When i deposited in bank, it got bounced due to insufficient funds!.

                  Since then i had called their customer care 10-15 times and also send 4-5 emails asking for refund to my account. Initially they asked for account details to refund my money and provided the details.

                  Till now the same is not resolved and i am waiting for the refund,

                  Please take up with them and help me to get my refund back,

                    I have a terrible experience with journeys by jukaso. They made all the fake promises.
                    I took the membership in july and immediately cancelled it within 24 hours.
                    After that have been following up continuously with them but neither they respond on my emails nor they pick my calls.
                    I am really frustrated now and want my refund asap.
                    Also would like to let everyone knows not to entertain any body from jukaso. They are big fraud comapany.
                    Also request all to unite together and drag this company to court.

                    I have not got any response from Jukaso till now. They are not even picking up the phone.
                    When we went to their office we got to know it didn't exist... I took a package in march 2018...when ever asked for booking a hotel they always gave some excuse...now even their ph.no. are not getting through...plz help

                      Kindly stop my credit card payment held to jukaso journeys.
                      I have been fraud by journeys by jukaso because the details and promises they provided are fake as well as i asked them to refund my money and cancel my membership but they don't that.
                      They have cheated many other people also, so i just want you guys to look into this transaction and please do the need full.
                      I already raised a dispute my dispute id for rs[protected] and for

                      So please look into this matter.

                        I am with jukaso journeys for last more than one year. My details are as under:

                        I am writing with much anguish and pain. My relationship with jukaso has not been pleasant. At the time of enrolment i was assured of good services which turned out be absolutely false. I have a list of complaints:
                        1) i was told that interest on my emis that i paid as membership charges (Rs 200, 000) will be refunded. I wrote regarding this many times to the company but to no avail. Everytime, a ticket number is generated and i get a reply that i will be contacted shortly. My request was made vide ticket number 1002545 in november/december, 2017. Another ticket 1008141 was created in feb 2018 for the same. Nothing has been done so far.
                        2) it has been a terrible response from the company over last 1 to 1 ½ months. I contacted the company regarding a trip to leh. I received a call from miss payal khanna regarding this. I was asked to pay some money (Rs 200, 000 on 22 june 2018), which i paid instantly. Then on repeated occasions, i was made to pay money (Rs 50, 000 on 25 june 2018; rs 47, 000 on 27 june 2018; rs 33, 000 on 29 june, 2018; and rs 60, 000 on 8 july 2018). I was in touch with payal khanna regarding this. I made all the payments within no time as asked by payal. I paid rupees 60, 000 for a booking in hotel grand dragon. However, there was no room booked there when i reached. I had to face so much hassles at ladakh due to this mismanagement. I was not even informed in time regarding non-booking at this hotel. I requested that my amount may be refunded at the earliest. I already requested payal to get his done but she is not responding at all. Multiple times i have written to the company but to no avail. Everytime, a ticket is generated and don’t get any response. Ticket numbers 1019695, 1019759, 1019760, 1019883 have been created and no response has been received from your side. I am in debt now due to company’s inefficiency. I am frustrated and angry. I hope you will show the same urgency to refund as you showed at the time of getting payment from me. I was also promised that rs 20, 000 of my emi interest would be refunded after my trip and also the extra 80, 000 was to be refunded.in addition i was also promised a gift of led/ nano. Also gift vouchers for barbecue nation. I expect that these commitments will be fulfilled and i hope i will get all this soon. Also find attached the screen shot of the response that i get.
                        I may never, ever, recommend this company to any of my friends or relatives. I hope you understand my situation and will respond in the same way as i did to complete your targets.

                          This is a fake company looted most of people in india. I also trapped in feb 2018 where they promissed me journey of 4 days and 5 nights in their hotels. But inspite of giving money back, they also dont giving any trip. I asked the manager, he is saying that company not giving us salary den how can give u ur money. This is d answer given by a manager of dis company. I request peoole not to trapped by dis company.

                            I purchased mini membership from journey by jukaso in jan 2018 worth 95000, they promised to provide 5 star hotels for 5 years for 4 night 5 days every year. And air fair worth 30000, when i tried to book air ticket then i got mail on 27th junefrom jokaso representative that their tie up has been canceled from air company they will refund my amount and ask for my bank account details. After that i followed lot of time but neither got any satisfactory answer nor refund. I called some representative they block my number and when i told to complain in consumer forum they told me do whatever you want.
                            I want my money back as they are fraud.
                            I am attaching mail and whatsapp chat of a representative.

                              I am not at all satisfied with services .anytime I am putting request they dnt give booing and even closes the call at their end .No services taken till date .id 89529.
                              They are so fraud that they gave vouchers of food which can be redeemed at their property & even at their property they are denying to redeem the vouchers saying jukaso journeys is closed .

                              I had put so many reminders for cancellation but not getting responses .everytime calling at call centers so many representatives i have to narrate the whole incidence and she tells you will get a call but no response .

                                Sir/madam
                                I had taken mini membership of jukaso in april 2017. They gave us a complimentary voucher in which they were providing us airfare up-to 20, 000/- and stay in jukaso hotel. As per terms of agreement there is no gifting charges if jukaso nights are given to parents. They charged from us gifting charges of rs. 3000/-. When we made booking in june 2018 they told us that there is an internal issue because of which they are unable to arrange our air tickets. They said take refund of rs. 20, 000/- and book your tickets yourself. I booked tickets for my parents and simultaneously i send an e mail to jukaso for refund of airfare. Till date they did not refund our amount. Even after so many calls to customer care i did not get satisfactory reply so i decided to meet with the management. I went to jukaso inn hotel in sunder nagar delhi. There i met ms. Payal. She is so unprofessional. She was so busy in her gossiping over mobile phone that she did not even bothered that someone is standing in her room. After completing her gossiping she finally listen to our matter and that day she said come on such n such date and collect your cheque. She also said that before coming for collecting cheque message me on so n so no. Or call me. After so many calls she did not even bothered to at least picked up my call. I wats app her she see my message but did not reply. Now it has been more than three months i am struggling to get back my money from jukaso.

                                Same thing with me i have in written mail that they will refund my amount on 28th June i got mail but they are not entertaining till now. This company is totally fraud. Government should take legal action with these cheater otherwise one day it will ran away like other companies then government will not be able to do anything. If these all people are saying that its fraud means they are cheater some investigation should be with them.

                                What we can do to make government aware about this fraud? Someone suggested me to give advertisement in all the newspapers that it is a fraud company n ruin Jukaso's image? No idea what to do to get back our money from this fraud company

                                Yes, this is a fraud company. But I need a solution/suggestion how can I get refund back. They are not picking up phones. Should I do FIR or what? Please suggest.
                                So many issues raised against them but no action against Juskaso Journey, it's pretty strange.

                                I also stuck my 1.29 lakhs and now running after them.

                                Complaints: Please take this to a higher authority so we all get our money back and strong action against this company.
                                All please make a group and hire a lawyer and sue the case.

                                  I've paid 35000 rs to the compnay. We have been told as per agreement that first complimentary gift for 35000 inr will be given to us. Aftre 8 months we are trying but compnay team is not giving any service. Whenever you will ask thye will ask maintenance fees if not something else and they will keep on denying the service. I'm frustrated for not getting my money back nor even their service.

                                    1. On 24 may 2018 me and my wife were invited by jukaso journeys representative at sair sapata restaurant, bhopal. Where we met following individuals.
                                    (A) mr rahul dixit [protected]
                                    (B) mr shivam shukla [protected]
                                    2. They were the employees of jukaso journeys and explained us about the policy temrs and conditions and promised us the policy covers india and other countries as well, stays will be in 5 star hotels and equivalent. They lured us to buy 5 years policy with 7 days stay yearly and some other small complimentary package for an amount of rs 82000/-. He told today is the last of policy and to pay half amount now itself. We paid the amount of rs 41000/- by sbi credit card and they handed over the policy documents to us and promised all document along with crimson membership card will arrive on address mentioned by us on agreement.
                                    3. After coming home i decided to check reviews of the company and found lots of complaints against jukaso journeys. I called up mr rahul dixit on the mobile mentioned above he didn’t attended my call, then i tried toll free no mentioned on agreement and web site which also got unattended, then i called mr shivam shukla, who attended my calls on all occasions and promised that he will help me in bookings etc, but during conversations over period of six days he also mentioned that he himself has not received salary for last two-three months. This was the deciding factor to cancel my policy as the firm which cannot even pay their employees properly how they will organize my trip.
                                    4. So i decided to cancel my membership and e-mailed the same on 01 june to jukaso team on email id [protected]@jukasojourneys.com. I have also ensured that i send the ink signed copy of cancellation application to their office on the same day (The address mentioned on agreement and there website is fake). My representative who was carrying the application has to search for the office for nearly five hours, i was lucky a local boy who has seen the office helped us. I even spoke to them on phone through my representative when he was submitting thee application, and i was assured that my money of rs. 41000/- will be refunded to me very soon, they have also given ink signed copy of receipt of application which i am attaching along with complaints.
                                    5. Till date i have called journeys team so many times and even e-mailed regarding my refund. I have been assured by them on phone (One has to be lucky if they pics up) as well as on e-mail that all my amount of rs. 41000/- will be refunded to me but till date i have not received my money back.
                                    6. I have copies of all emails exchanged with them along with journey mail. Snap shot of these mails along with snapshot of agreement is also attached.
                                    7. I will request to stake quick and strong action against this fraud company under following heads:
                                    (A) fraud against customer.
                                    (B) putting fake address on their agreement and website.
                                    I. T. Composite towers, plot no.1, i. D. C, mehrauli road, gurgaon-122001,, india, gurugram, haryana 122001
                                    (C) not showing response to customers on their toll free number[protected]. The executive who pics up the call is always clueless and tells a callback will be arranged, which never happens.
                                    (D) luring the customers by making false promises.
                                    (E) not refunding the money in time when applied for refund.
                                    (F) whenever emails are sent only system generated mails are sent back with ref ids, no response after that
                                    8. You are requested to sue this fraud company who is making money out of fraud with innocent citizens of india.
                                    9. It is requested to kindly take action against them and help me getting all my money back.

                                    I just received a call from Mr Deepak from Jukaso with mobile no [protected], he asked me about Account details and told me to take the complaint back, and told money will be refunded as soon as possible.
                                    i told him i have mentioned everything in my cancellation application, and i would like to collect the cheque from your office which i have traced already.
                                    he then disconnected the phone and now not picking up.

                                    i do not believe these frauds till the time they refund my money and i encash my cheque.
