We have purchased a plan on 10th March, 2018 for which we have sent the request for the cancellation of the plan on 15th March ( under 10 days period for the cancellation).
We have sent almost 10-12 emails to them, however haven't got any response from them,
Have visited their office also 2-3 times, but they do not bother at all regarding the refund.
It was stated by them, the refund will be processed within 90 days which is now close to 5 months and we havent got any resolution.

Kindly suggest if we need to file a legal complaint against them.

    I was called on 5 feb 2017 stating that i won lucky draw of jukaso journeys.
    In that i was offered 2 Nights stay in select destination and some VLCC vouchers and scratch card. But to avail all this they asked me to with there Mehrauli in there office with my spouse.

    I visited on same day. After visit they started explaining there membership. As they asked INR 100000 for membership, we denied to take the same. Then offered to just pay INR 10000. In which they committed that i will get 7N/8D Stay for 1 years and some free dinners voucher and rest if want you can renew it.

    I trapped in that and paid the amount. after sometime i received one kit in which only membership card and document related to membership was there which state only 4N/5D stay.

    I dropped mail to get information that i was committed to get 7N/8D stay and voucher of lunches and dinners. They replied that you get it after some time. Till now i haven't receive anything.

    And Now when i asked them for a hotel booking against my membership, they are asking for INR 85000 to do the same.

    Even they haven't contacted me after taking the amount of INR 10000.

    Free voucher of 2N/3D is not valid.

      My contact number is 120381 with names sanjeev kumar and jyoti and this membership was purchased from jukaso through mr. Ankit and ms. Sujata from sagar ratna sector 9 panchkula on feb 25th 2018 and put cancellation request on 6th march 2018 within 10 days look-up period of cancellation as per written in contract after knowing that we were highly misguided with modified information and false statements by simran, sujata and ankit in the meeting.

      Ankit who was manager and lead there for this whole thing tried his best to convince me to not filing this cancellation request by promising me additional tour packages free of cost but i had realized that all this was a trap so i did not agree and put up my cancellation request with in given period of time. What to say about ankit, he himself later on said many unpleasant things about the company admitting that they misguided us and he is leaving the company also by july end due to all these odd things going with in the company.

      It's been 5 months now but did not even get any concrete status of my refund from jukaso inspite of so many reminders mails and calls. On customer support i always get their response that your refund status is coming as in progress which i am sure will continue as it is for many more months and years to come if i don't take any legal action against the company now.

      A few days back, somehow i got a chance to talk to mr. Ajay tomar as customer support executive passed my call to him. Ajay told me that he supervises all these cancellation cases and he has not received any information from account department for my cancellation request as of yet and asked me to share all emails and reminders with him which i have been doing with jukaso on their email ids. He gave me his official email id where i shared all required information with him too. He gave me assurance to get back to me the same day with complete status of my refund and final date for refund as well but days passed and no such update is received from him also inspite of separate reminders sent to him as well.

      A company which boasts of providing its satisfactory services to its members and committed to excel more in time to come, how can it be so mean, unethical and so highly unprofessional in processing cancellation and refund requests. This all leads to make a belief even more strong that company is misleading innocent people by conducting meetings to sale their membership plans where their representatives modify the things and facts to misguide the people to any extent to meet their targets.

      But my wait is over and no more reminders and requests now. I have prepared myself completely to take legal actions against company at different levels. I have i initiated the process also and i am very positive that i will get my hard earned money back (Without any deduction and even with interest of these months) without loosing my honor, dignity and self respect which jukaso people tried to make down by harassing over last 5 months.

      Hi, this complaint is filed by me and see the height of shamelessness and unprofessionalism by this Jukaso company that he marked my issue resolved by saying 60pc would be deducted after 10 days if cancelled. But they simply did not read ny complaint, I filed withdrawal within 10 days not after 10 days. Got acknowledgement for the same also from Jukaso and even mails also approval of my Refund as it stands valid. Still they did not pay it after giving written assurances multiple times and getting fed up of their this harassment, finally I took legal action by filing complaint against their ill will to refund to DCP office Panchkuia where I came to know 1 FIR and 10-12 more complaints are filed up against there fraud. My complaint is going to turn to FIR now as Police also approached then at their office for Refund which they again have false assurances and did not return. Soon my complaint agaikat them would be turned in to FIR against them and then they will have to face the consequences thereafter.

      Just waiting for that day when these frauds will be behind the bars and case would be filed against them.

      What the status now Jukaso team for my approved refund request...what you have to say now??? Want to close this complaint my marking it as Resolved by false notes...go ahead and do it as next time I would re-open it with all facts and proves uploaded.

      Your team if marking almost all complaints by mentioning false reasons which in itself describe how false your Company assurances are. Anyways my complaint at DCP office in form of FIR soon going to know your door and believe me I will go till last point to teach you guyz a lesson so that in future you do not do these kind of cheap harassment to innocent people. Its not about just getting my hard earned money back now, this is more about teaching your Company management a lesson against the harrasement you have been doing since long time in the name of these so called packages and also in the name of Refund request and withdrawals.

      Shame on you guyz!

      I assure you no matter how much time it would take, but the legal way which I have adopted now will do the justice soon!

          I have been a member of Jukaso from last 3 years with id M0104036.
          They promise to give DAE login with their membership.
          I have to make journey plans outside India and have been continuously calling them including their customer care executive like ANISHA and ANJALI but they are making a fool of me from last 2 months.
          I will loose significant money if they don't provide the same.
          Kindly help me with this or I'll have to make a legal complaint in consumer forum.

            Hi,

            On Date 19th March, I got a call and informed that I won gift card and they ask me to visit a restaurant near to my location in Panchkula (HR).
            I visited there with my wife.
            I was attended by 3 people (Ankit, Neelam and Bharti Rana), they shared all benefits with us about their 5 years mini package. and finally I purchase 5 years mini package in 69K.
            After 2 days on 22nd March, I requested for cancelling my package and refund my money after deducting 5K as administrative charges.
            As per their written refund policy, I waited till 90 working days but still i have not received my money back.
            Whenever I call customer care they just say, you request is still under process.
            Now, they are not even ready for meeting. When I visited Gurgaon office, it was closed.

            Please refund my money back ASAP.

            How many times you will do false promises?
            This is not the first time I received some false promise, earlier also you promised that "sir you receive refund in Nov-18, Jan-19, March-19". and now you are saying Apr-19.
            But its been an year now, i have not received refund yet.
            Your customer service is worst, they do not have any information, and they always say to will reply back you sir, but they never reply us back on time.

            You can not even comply your own refund policies (i.e. 90 working days).

              I am complaining about the refund of my withdrawal application

              Details of my membership are:

              Membership ID is 120136
              Member Name: Pinky Devi
              Registered email id at Jukaso: [protected]@gmail.com

              As per the contract, I can withdrawal my application within 10 (calender) days and they should refund money within 90 days.
              I bought this membership on 24-Feb-2018 and I started my withdrawal process of my application on 28-Feb-2018.

              Now 5 months have been passed but there are not refunding Rs 80000.

              I have all valid documents to prove that they are doing fraud.

              Please suggest me what to do now.

                Contract id - 134382 i got welcomed on 5th july 2018 but when i called customer service the next day nobody answered (I called 12times). The service is not at all good and all they do is make fake promises. Horrible decision that i made. I emailed about cancellation on 8th july but no confirmation from them. I would like to cancel my membership as i have processed the cancellation request within 10days of service acceptance (As per the contract). No confirmation of that cancellation yet. When called a senior manager by the name - mukesh ([protected]) offered free holiday of 2nights and 3days and no update at all. They also offered a free voucher worth 10, 000 from vibes and that is also a no show. Horrible customer service. I have the recording of that call and if promise is not kept then i am going to police with it. After all it's our hard earned money.

                  Hi all,
                  I had taken membership of jukaso by journeys in june, 2017. I did not get any service from them and after a lot of struggle, i got a 3 months post dated cheque as refund. I deposited it two times but on both the occasion it got bounced.
                  I am proceeding to file "criminal case" against them but though of writing to this forum also as i see some of the resolved cases here.
                  My membership no was 77499.

                    Ahmedabad Branch offerred the 3 yr holiday package with lots of commitments and assurances including all to be documented on a stamp paper in November, 2017. Mr Vivek Rai, Sonu Singh and Ms Jainam Shah had promised all that. Lots of emails and whatsapp messages exchanged, including Ms Payal Khanna from Delhi Office. They dragged the issued for quite some time saying they will get the approval of what all has been assured/ committed. Finally in March Mr Vivek from his Id informed that the co is unable to fulfill its commitment, hence returning the money in a week's time.
                    Meanwhile I has already sent a written as well as email communication on 4th Dec., 2017 to cancel the membership and return my money.
                    Thereafter I have emailed so many messages, telephones so many times, whatsapp, twitter but no one is responding/ reverting including the Chairman Mr Rajiv Khanna and MD Yeshuj Khanna.
                    All communication is going to the dumb ear. Toll free is useless, they can not even share the status...
                    Pl help me in getting my money returned at the earliest duly committed in writing by Mr vivek Rai on his official mail id.

                      I have cancelled my membership way back in February 2018. And till date no refund is processed.
                      Each time I call I get the same reply that it's in process and customer care department denies giving the account department number.
                      Its been months and I am really fed up following up for the same thing.
                      Request to issue refund process at the earliest.

                        I planned with family for dhramshala, after 11 hrs long drive, visited Jucaso Palace Dhramshala Hotel.. i was surprised to see that hotel.. small, dirty...very bad condition of bed and tables... i never seen that kind of dirty hotel in my life..

                        They told hotel will be 3/5 Star.. it was like helll... i never recommend Jucaso property ..specilly Dhramshala..

                        I SPEND 2 NIGHTS IN ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH WAS AWESOME AND NICE...

                        They are biggest lier and there team persons are not responding to mail calls...

                        very bad and pathetic services by Jucaso...

                          I am Khushboo Jaiswal Contract ID-21609 and Traveller ID97302. I am completely paranoid calling several times to Jukaso and DAE customer support for my reservations. I have taken the package from them in June 2016 and ever since then I have been counting on them for my several reservations, to which they completely deny either saying there is no availability or by disconnecting the call. I travelled to Dharamshala and asked them for accommodations to which they declined. Same thing happened for Shimla, Coorg, Singapore, Goa. Now I am planning for Thailand in the month of January and asked for reservations 2 months prior to which I am getting the same reply. I am really stuck with them paying 1 lac rupee to them and they simply deny all the services. It’s been one and a half year and I haven’t been granted a single service from jukaso or DAE, I am completely harassed by them in the name of service. They have simply extracted money from me making false promises. They always ask more money for maintenance and upgradation. Hence I would like to cancel the deal with them and want my money back and failing to which I am complled to take a legal action against them.                           A year ago They tried resolving the complaint assuring me that further assistance will be given positively, however its all fake promises and I am pissed off with the company. I actually want all my money back and also compensation for mentally harrasing me. This has been done to many other users.                             I got welcomed on 5th July 2018 but when I called customer service the next day nobody answered( I called 12times). The service is not at all good and all they do is make fake promises. Horrible decision that I made. I emailed about cancellation on 8th July but no confirmation from them. I would like to cancel my membership as I have processed the cancellation request within 10days of service acceptance( as per the contract) and DO NOT OFFER ME ANY HOLIDAYS.                               As i had taken jukaso membership on 10/11/2017, total paid (Through card) rs.1, 31, 000/= to jukaso. As we had mailed them to cancel my membership on 13/11/2017.

                              Reason of cancellation of our membership, all fake promises & even verification call is handled by your sales team. Every time we are getting answer that it is under process. We have not received our membership fee. Your ahmedabad office is closed. Not a single phone is working.

                                I was asked to sign on a blank feedback form when i went to jukaso journeys office at gurgaon (Near ginger hotel). Later on an employee wrote on that feedback form that i want to request cancellation of membership. I received an email regarding cancellation today. On enquiring from customer care, i got to know about this reason. I have immediately asked customer care not to cancel my membership as i will lose 41000 rupees in that case. I have also sent an email in that regard to [protected]@jukasojourneys.com immediately on receipt of cancellation related email.

                                Greetings!!!

                                This is in reference to member's complaint, would like to inform that member Mr. Rohit Ishan bearer of contract ID 128767, visited our corporate office Gurgaon for a meting and demanded booking against G.V in Switzerland, for which he was supposed to pay taxes (CHF) and over Gift Voucher member needs to pay taxes to avail voucher is clearly mentioned, but member denied to pay same, how could one say it wasn't informed when same is printed over the piece of document, also member wanted booking against his membership regular nights, at that point of time member couldn't travel Switzerland and he had purchased the smallest introductory plan, and we need to give preferences to member's who had purchased our Peak and Higher Peak Season plan, it was member's decision that his membership should be cancelled as member was too much hyper, so the cancellation was marked on behalf of same, However now as he had given his written consent we have terminated his cancellation and he can avail his services, as per benefits offered according to his agreement, and booking is always subject to availability.

                                  I have availed a membership plan from you in january in name of Sapna and Ashish Aggarwal and gave request to cancel the same with in 2 days.
                                  As per your policy, your so called 90 working days was completed in may but still we have not received our refund. It has been more than a month we are visiting your office every alternate day for our cheque but every time your people says cheque is not signed and asks us to come after 2-3 days. Your employes even know dont know to talk to client. Specially that lady Ms Sonia has no etiquettes at all. Her behaviour reveals the status of organisation.
                                  I just want to know how long does it take to sign a cheque. It has already been 5 complete Months.
                                  Is this the way you people earn your livelihood. By cheating on people, by holding their hard earned money. Is this your way to glorify your company.
                                  I have to take time out of my buzy schedule to visit your office for the work there were no requirement for if your policies were well formed and implemented.

                                  This is the height of tolerance. You are harassing us for no reason. stop this harassments and give our cheque. Hope
                                  you have made enough money out of our money by keeping it for 5 months unnecessarily.

                                    We had signed an agreement with one of your jukaso's branch in city square mall, rajouri garden in 2017. They said we will get a kit from your side of our membership.
                                    I got to know after a month or two that it was closed, that too without informing!
                                    It's been a year, i was trying to contact your manager but then i got to know she had also left the company.
                                    We have a 3 year memebership with your company. And from those three year, one year got wasted!
                                    Please help me out and contact me through call or mail or whatever as soon as possible.
                                    It's my humble request

                                      On 18th Feb 2018 they called on their office. They brain wash me there and i agreed to take plan for 5 years by paying 90, 000/- by credit card.

                                      Next day when i researched about them, i found cheated by them. So on 19th Feb 2018 i wrote mail to [protected]@jukasojourneys.com for cancellation of agreement wef from same date. Nor i had used their service till date.

                                      I received auto mail with reference no. 1008739.

                                      But till date i have not received my refund. When i call their customer care they said " Sir it is on process, you will get refund shortly" neither they shared any deadline nor they transfer their line to seniors. They just said sir system show it on under process. even we do not know by when it will be close so we can not give deadline.

                                      It is about 4th month now. But i am still chasing for refund. Had already shared bank details with them also.

                                        I had received a call saying i win a lucky draw and for collecting 2n/3d complementary holidays voucher. I have visit jukaso inn, 49/50 sunder nagar, new delhi 110003 on 26th feb 18 at 8 pm. When i visited they are offering me the membership and telling all the benefits and booked 3 years travel package red season (4n/5d) of 'journeys by jukaso' worth rs. 48000/- at the time buying membership they are saying food and pick and drop will be free of cost and 4 adult and 2 child below 12year can be stay in a room but now they are saying 15% discount on food, 60 km in 3year cab will be free and only 2 adult and 2 child can be stay in a hotel room. I am asking for cancellation my membership but they are saying you will receive money in 90 days after 30-40% deduction. My membership id is 120564 in the name of davinder pal i want they return my 48000 without any deduction. They are fooling to people

                                        I have also visited 4-5 times at jukaso inn hotel sunder nagar, delhi for my money refund and meet with payal khanna and mr. Dabas but every time they are giving me new date for my 48000 cheque, every time they are saying due to fund non availability now we are unable to give you 48000 cheque please visit next date we will give you.
