I had purchased a membership from jukaso journeys by paying ₹35000 of my hard earned money at their office in tdi mall rajouri garden new delhi. They closed down that office and shifted to gurugram.

Whenever i contacted them for a reservation, it was denied on the plea that it is not available on the said dates.

After lots of hassles they gave me a booking at dharamshala. The room in which i was lodged was...

We have purchased holiday package from jukaso on 19/05/18 worth 80000 and due to some money issue we cancel the policy with in 5 days.. We were told to refund 71700. 1 year back, i received call from jukaso journey and saying that you are selected as our lucky winner in the draw. I went mall and they give us coupon and saying if you will selected as lucky winner you will surely get one big surprise gift. I purchased the membership fom jukaso in jan 2017. Soon within 2 days i realized that i have been mis-sold, so i requested for the cancellation. As per their policy the refund of membership fee should be done within 3 months of cancellation but till date which is almost 2 years now, despite making multiple calls and emails, i have not received any.

I have been called multiple times from the company to reconsider my decision...

I have been a member of Jukaso journeys since April 16. Membership no. 145864 Till date(1year and 8 months, now) none of my requests for reservations have been materialised. Every time the reason being non-availability of property due heavy booking!! It is undoubtedly one of the biggest fraud that's happening here... They have no concerns whatsoever for anyone's time or money. I want my money back... I have been totally cheated!!...

Yes, i agree with customers, this jukaso journeys make fools to everyone while taking membership.
I am also customer of jukaso journeys. I also surrendering my membership, but there is no reply from juckaso. Now, i am planning for going for legal action. And i also inviting the members those are not satisfy with juckaso. Kindly contact me (Only members), if you want.

This Jukaso journeys make fools to everyone while taking membership.
I booked a trip and told to give me air ticket vouchers for booking air ticket but at last they quit and tell the the amount will be refunded to your account, now its 5 months now but the money didn't come to my account. I tried calling every week but they always have some new excuse....

IM requesting them from past 1 month that i require the room as i had already paid the membership but they are all forging n giving lame excuses even not responding they provide the worst service n had took my hard earned money...
i just dont knw what should i do now because there call center is also not responding i think this is the biggest mistake of myn n they are simple froders...

My jukaso membership number is 105280 and contract number is 27050. My contract is valid till aug 2019 and i was unable to avail any benefit as promised in the contract number 27050 by jukaso because the online reservation from jukaso website is not working any time and jukaso call center is newer responding.
I was not guided to provide the dae facility also.
My emails were also not answered....
