Despite being made frequent calls and mails to you for the booking and using online portal for the booking we are not able to avail the services from your part.
We are sorry to say that since date we took the, membership from your concern from that very day there is a sense of being dupped with your plan of holiday membership.
With membership we were given two free journey coupons, when we tried to use them, there was no response from your side, on contrary we tried to contact thee marketing person who sold the membership but she left the job at that time.
Next when we tried with the membership part holidays it was not getting booked..
No also none of your numbers are working and there is no respond from your side even after sending mails to you.
After all this i am planing to knock the doors of consumer court for the same.
As this is high time now what you promised at the time of selling the membership now when we are to book the hotel / resort of yours you are denying for the same.

I had purchased a membership from jukaso journeys by paying ₹35000 of my hard earned money at their office in tdi mall rajouri garden new delhi. They closed down that office and shifted to gurugram.

Whenever i contacted them for a reservation, it was denied on the plea that it is not available on the said dates.

After lots of hassles they gave me a booking at dharamshala. The room in which i was lodged was literally stinking of "dog's piss", and was totally unlivable. We checked out immediately and moved in to a nearby hotel. The best part is that they charge ₹2000 as maintenance charges over and above ₹35000, which had been paid earlier.

You are requested to kindly investigate into the matter, so that the don't fool other gullible people like me.

We have purchased holiday package from jukaso on 19/05/18 worth 80000 and due to some money issue we cancel the policy with in 5 days.. We were told to refund 71700. But they are no refunding money even they are making excuse on excuse. There is a lady payal khanna she is very fraud she even block our mobile numbers. Jukaso team is very irresponsible.

1 year back, i received call from jukaso journey and saying that you are selected as our lucky winner in the draw. I went mall and they give us coupon and saying if you will selected as lucky winner you will surely get one big surprise gift. When i received call from her, i just said that i don't and how is it possible. I asked her are you sure mam. She said yes mam. We just take some time from our busy schedule and they ask us to wait for sometime then a girl come and ask us to come inside as your session started now.
A lady and one boy start explaining package and said mam there is one scheme for 2 holidays as a coupon which we give you after this package explanation only. They committed us 12 nights with 13 days, extra 7 nights, and 8 days, free sight seen. They also given some coupons of salon, surat diamond jewellery and 2 extra holidays coupon.
Told us there validity for 1 year.

You know what i received call from salon in the same month and they mention validity of coupon has been expired today.

I was shocked and trying calling to that sales person but they not responding our calls.

We received there agreement copy to late at home. They not even let us checked there agreement at same time.

I dropped mail for refund to them and now they saying we will refund after 60% amount deduction from the amount.

Please some one help us. We need our money back.

We have to pay our monthly emi and too much home expenses. We not bear this anymore.

Somebody please help us.

I have taken up 5 years mini membership (Membership No. 203778) on Feb 2018. from Journeys by Jukaso. I have taken this membership on a 12 month EMI. As per my Agreement the company have agreed to reimburse me an amount of Rs 10000 towards interest paid by me to the bank. I have written to their customer support team and Miss Payal Khanna who was MRD-Operations, Jukaso Hotels when I purchased the Membership. But till date neither they have responded to my emails nor reimbursed me the Interest amount as promised. This is a big scam as a see a lot of complaints against the company. They are looting customers.

Now it has passed 134 day or 4 and half months i haven't receive any response and even after requesting them still got not response.

When i contacted them on the given customer care no. Their representative told me that they have refunded the money. So i asked them to share the details with me of the refund then they told me that i shall receive the details within 24 hrs.

Now they are not picking up the calls also.

And i haven't received any refund from them

I have not received any refund to my accounts from them now you can see that They are not again sending the proper details of the refund only providing the no.

not sharing the details from which bank they had refunded the amount.
not disclosing By cheque or by NEFT or By RTGS.
not date no refunding details like they had paid how much amount to which bank on which date.

Thanks for overwhelming cooperation, there are many members who provide me with the support and join me, by providing me with a copy of the complaints, case details, and also provide the relevant documents, regarding the cheating and fraud have done by the jucaso journeys, with many members as well as with their staff also.
I received many complaints from the staff, there are many complaints from the members that the company is not refunding their money. Anyhow if they refund the amount, then mostly their cheques are bounced. After reviewing the complaints on the internet, there are hundreds of members who are victimized by the jucaso journey. There are many fir in police station & cases filed by their ex-employees and members, in labour courts, courts. They also do the same thing many other parts of the country like varanasi (Already filed the case against jucaso company), chandigarh, delhi, gurgaon etc.

Now, you all know that the indian courts particularly supreme court & high courts of the country is very strict against those company who are looting the public money through the cheating and fraud, you have seen the example of builders in the company who committed the frauds or not refunding the money of their clients, put behind the bars and their property was attached.

Now, i am also one of the victims by the jucaso company, so being a lawyer i am going to file complaints, cases, criminal cases & pil (Public interest litigation) on different platform like high courts (Where these frauds were done), consumer courts, registrar of companies, criminal cases.

For which i need, your support by providing the details (Though your complaints are resolved) against the jucaso company, which help me a lot filing the strong pil against the company in different high courts. Again i thank all those provide me with the support.

For your knowledge already six month completed although we have not received our membership fee. Your ahmedabad office is closed. Not a single phone is working of your ahmedabad sales team.

We request you to return our money without any deduction and with interest (18%) immediately within 10 days. Otherwise we appeal in consumer court with all applicable expenses will be bare you. This is for your information.

I purchased the membership fom jukaso in jan 2017. Soon within 2 days i realized that i have been mis-sold, so i requested for the cancellation. As per their policy the refund of membership fee should be done within 3 months of cancellation but till date which is almost 2 years now, despite making multiple calls and emails, i have not received any.

I have been called multiple times from the company to reconsider my decision on cancellation as they tell upfront that this is the only way i can use my hard earned money. I have refused this offer as i want my money back

These people are doing some fraud. They cal the families for a lucky draw, force people to buy policy by misselling and then never refundbback the money.

Help is needed to get back my money and to stop the fraud from happening to other families

Every time the reason being non-availability of property due heavy booking!! It is undoubtedly one of the biggest fraud that's happening here... They have no concerns whatsoever for anyone's time or money. I want my money back... I have been totally cheated!!

There are many FIR in police station & cases filed by their ex-employees and members, in Labour Courts, Courts. They also do the same thing many other parts of the country like Varanasi (already filed the case against Jucaso company), Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurgaon etc.

Now, you all know that the Indian courts particularly Supreme Court & High Courts of the country is very strict against those company who are looting the public money through the cheating and fraud, you have seen the example of Builders in the company who committed the frauds or not refunding the money of their clients, put behind the bars and their property was attached.

Now, I am also one of the victims by the Jucaso Company, So being a lawyer I am going to file complaints, cases, Criminal cases & PIL (Public Interest Litigation) on different Platform Like High Courts ( where these frauds were done), Consumer courts, Registrar of companies, criminal cases.

For which I need, your support by providing the details ( though your complaints are resolved )against the Jucaso company, which help me a lot filing the strong PIL against the company in different High Courts. Again I thank all those provide me with the support.

I booked a trip and told to give me air ticket vouchers for booking air ticket but at last they quit and tell the the amount will be refunded to your account, now its 5 months now but the money didn't come to my account. I tried calling every week but they always have some new excuse.

My jukaso membership number is 105280 and contract number is 27050. My contract is valid till aug 2019 and i was unable to avail any benefit as promised in the contract number 27050 by jukaso because the online reservation from jukaso website is not working any time and jukaso call center is newer responding.
I was not guided to provide the dae facility also.
My emails were also not answered.

My name is vipan kanwar, this is totally fraud company, just aim to collect people money and after that no response or feedback, very poor services, i am about to lodge police compliant against this company owners. I taken their membership in june after paying committed amount and their manager ankit singh made promise that we will convert the amount in emi options and given me written assurance on mail about benefits, but nor my emi was done and they start away denied the offers given from their employees from his official mail id. One customer executive start following the case even after one week she also start stop picking the phone[protected], i wrote them number of mail but every time they issue o e ticket and mail that they will respond but till i haven't receive any response from them. I came to know they forward my membership for cancellation without any reason. Eve i wrote on their twitter or facebook accounts but no one bother to answer same with thge management. So kindly take care people, it is your hard earn money and they are big frauds. Kindly help me to teach them a lesson so that they stop playing with peoples money.
