    Payment made one month before but Membership card not been issued

    Payment of Rs. 80000 made in one go on 03.04.2016 however there is no response from M/S Jukaso journeys and the Membership card not been issued yet to my address. They promised to issue free movie ticket also.
    Nothing sent by them. They are not attending the phone call as well

      Hi I have took the membership in month of March and the very next day I asked them to cancel because they took 51000 from my credit card and told it will deduct in EMIs but that not happend .So I told to cancel my membership and return my money and they advised its 45 working day process. Now it's been 10 months but still no money refund even they don't bother to provide an update. Fed up of this company. [protected]@yahoo.com +[protected]

        Dear Sir My wife was contacted over phone by Jukaso Sales Team sometime in Septemeber 2015. By offering few goodies like Fully paid trip to Dubai, upgradation of free stay etc, we were trapped to sign and pay membership fee on 19 September 2015. We were told that within one month we would receive the offers and kit from the company. But I did receive the kit only on 4 November 2015, that too after making many calls to the Sales agent as well as on the toll free number provided at your website. The kit only has a certificate stating that I am a member and a card to carry when I am visiting a property. The offers and terms and condition etc were missing. We again contacted the Customer Care, which promised to resolve the matter within 72 hrs but of no avail. I feel that there is absolutely no coordination among Sales, Marketing and Back office teams and I rather feel cheated, therefore, I request them to cancel the Membership and refund full amount paid by me, however no response has been received from them.

          These buggers have taken money and as per their policy they can refund the money in 45 days but it is been 3 months and after giving more than 100 calls they don't bother making me fool and not giving my money back. I went office 3 times they commit but again they go away there are 2-3 who don't care about customers feelinffeelinf a and fund...I wish may God give these buggers a huge loss in their life... That they can not recover through out their life. I am stuck with 1 lakh rupees. It is my hard earned money

            Vacation Membership

            I have also been cheated by Jukaso journeys people. I have been writing to them for giving back refund as I am unable to either get the bookings or these people to do the bookings for me. Its more than three months now and I am still waiting for my login ID and password, through which I can make my bookings directly. They have misrepresented the facts and are not at all helpful. I would like to join all those who have been cheated to form...

            I had applied to become a member with jukaso resorts pvt ltd during one of the seminar organised by the company at moga. I had also paid the initial amount of rs29880/- on the spot as told.

            but unfortunately i was taken for a ride by your representative promising me that i can go on vacations right from beginning and that also i could avail holidays for three weeks every year in india and abroad. But when i received a call from your company regarding confirmation of the said package the things were not the same. So i asked the representative to discontinue my membership and return the amount paid by me.

            I was contacted by the company Representative and was asked to send e-mail for cancellation but when ever email was send error was reported with a message Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently

              I got a marketing call in April 2015 from Jukaso Journey and they invited me to attend their presentation at Hotel Jukasso Inn at Sunder Nagar, Delhi. I attended the same on 8.4.15 . Then their sales executive Mr sandeep mb no 9871339 visited my office on 27.5.15 and 1.6.15 and collected Rs 50000 (Rs 2000 cash and Rs 48000 th. Cr card) towards membership fee for a 5 year holiday package. I paid the money to get membership within 10 days and with the promise that I will be provided bookings at Las Vegas and New York in USA during my visit in July 2015 and your executive promised me that Hotel has ben booked for my stay in USA . He promised me that membership will be coming within 10 days. I kept on reminding him but he was always evasive and then asked me to send a mail at [protected]@jukasojourney.com for cancelletion as there is considerable delay and my main purpose of taking the package of booking hotel in USA during my scheduled visit in month of July was also defeated.I sent mails to company for cancelletion and refund on 3, 8, but no reply has been received. Ms Radha Rani from team Jukaso on 8th of July called me and and she asked me some basic details which I supplied the same day but after that I got no response from Jukaso despite of my subsequent reminders on 16 July.I again asked Sandeep to help then he said that he has left the company and asked me to contact mr Anvar [protected]. I contacted Mr Anwar on 27 July and he confirmed that Jukasso is in receipt of mails and he himself was amazed that why I have not received a reply. He requested me to send a fresh mail and accordingly I sent mails on 27 and 30 July for refund of my money. With no reply coming I once again issued a mail to Jukaso on 6 August that with this level of service I do not want to continue with you and then I was convinced that I have been cheated and I was forced to register a complaint with Delhi Police ( copy enclosed) on 7 August and I am astound that I received the membership letter and certificates etc on 13 August by post. I would like to bring to your notice following points i) The date of issue of membership is 1.6.2015 ii) I received the same on 13.8.15 iii) The validity period is from June 2015 to June 2020 iv) I requested for membership certificate to Mr Sandeep many times so that I can utilyse the same for my stay during holidays in USA in July[protected] v) I sent mails to Jukaso on 3, 8, 16, 27 and 30 July and 6 August and a police complian on 7 August vi) I did not get reply to any of my mail except the one on 8 July but that one was also not followed up. vii) 1st of all I requested for cancellation and refund and not the membership as this membership is of no use for me as my primary reason to take it was to use it for stay in USA viii) I further do not want to have relationship with a company which does not respond at all after taking the money and only action is taken when police complain is lodged ix) I do not have this much time and energy to book my holidays in future through your company as I can not plan due to your inefficient working and I do not have patient every time to go to Police for action x) The Police may not entertain my case in future as then it will be not in their jurisdiction because now they registered the complian on 7.8.15 as a case of fraud. xi) Because of inefficient and delayed services after my requirement I have been put to great loss and mental agony so I request you to refund my Rs 50000 along with interest @18% and compensation of Rs 50000 for harassment and inflated rates at which I had to book hotels in USA at the last moment. xii) I am sending all your documents received on 13 August 2015 at your address from which I got only one reply on 8 July Radha Rani Team Journeys I.T. Composite Towers, 1, I.D.C. Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon – 122001 Email Id – [protected]@jukasojourneys.com Contact No –[protected] xiii) I hereby give you a notice to refund the money along with interest and Harasment cost latest by 25th August 2015 otherwise I will be forced to take legal action . It is almost 70 days that I returned there documents but there is no response from the company. The Marketing head of the company Mr Hyder (mb [protected]) when contacted talks rudly and overall the company seems a big fraud which is fleecing the people with rosy pictures.

              This is to get in your notice that i am a member of your company

              I want to cancel my services with your company due to wrong commitments from your executives.

              I have taken your services three months ago, & i was told that you may give your booking a week to 10 days before your plan.

              I called up your customer care in november & was told that we have booking available for udaipur. they also sent me your property list & udaipur is mentioned in it .. so i planned my travel there.

              since 1 month i am trying to get booking from your side & i am in regular touch with your customer care & executive in chandigarh ( manjit & shweta) & they are saying that we will get your booking done.

              now today they said we cannot provide booking due to tie up is over & dae is not giving booking.

              I am very much harrased from your company & planning to sue your case in consumer court.

              As I am an employee of punjab & haryana high court it is more comfortable for me to file a case, however i would like to cancel the services from your end without any such hassle.

              I have not used your services at all & a would like full refund from your side due to such harrasment & wrong commitment.

              Kindly let me know how to go about it.

              There are so many complaints against your company. Obviously something big is wrong. You are cheating and fooling too many people. We have also been cheated of 1.5 lakhs.
              we were invited for a presentation and the clever salesman made us pay 1.5 lakhs without waiting for us to do any search. THE OFFER WAS ONLY FOR THAT DAY WE WERE TOLD.
              We have been waiting, sending reminders by meeting in Jukaso offices and on e mail and nothing is happening. We have received e mail confirmations of the promises and yet no step forward. We have waited three years for the promised holiday . Now we cant wait endlessly. We paid money for a holiday and not this kind of harrassment. When we started complaining we were told there are so many cases going on you can also complain-- nothing will happen. How true. Are you forcing us to tap the court to seek justice ?. Pl atleast let us know your intentions.

                Myself Amit Nayak from Bhopal (MP), I would like to my membership of jukasojourneys.My membership ID is W0504061. I am join the membership your membership on date 05/july/2015 and pay the amount of Rs 24, 730.00 recipt no is 365 and book no - 08,
                The reason are discontinue the membership because i am do not afford the membership fees and EMI, My parents are also do not allow to which type of membership.
                I am immediately inform Your representative Mr. Puneet Shukla, but they will do not satisfactory reply to me.this is not fare response by your representative.
                So my request to you please cancel my membership and did not deduct the any type of amount my bank account.
                I will attach my receipt scan copy of this mail.Please response to my mail as soon as possible and accept my cancellation.

                  I am so surprised to see so many complaints against this company.People have been sufferring and they still continue to fool innocent people. The Govt., the police, the law, the people power seems to fail in front of them. Even i fell prey to this company in Nov 2014. I am like anyone of you...a middle class working person who wish to unwind and holiday for a few days in a year. I fell prey to this company- Jukaso Journeys.. in nov 2014 and still fighting to get my hard earned money back...Let me warn you against this company. They get the form filled up at public places like restaurants and malls and once to attend their presentation...u get trapped...kindly do not entertain this name...warn ur frnds and family...stop all those who are filling forms in front of you and please who r already suffering like me go legal against them...!!! If someone can please help to shut their fraud business...

                    They promised many false commitment saying we can withdraw anytime within 6 months with full refund if we are not satisfied with the complimentary holidays. Regret to inform that not only they failed to give complimentary holidays but also refused to entertain refund claim. The executives overpromise and do not deliver at all. They do not even pick phones... Advise everyone to take everything with a pinch of salt the promises before even thinking of investing. Its better to not invest in such companies as they ate out to dupe

                      Jukaso is group of faruds, cheater the modus operandi mainly is to enroll members by luring innocent individuals to visit their offices with offers of free holidays etc.In the office, jukaso staff gives a very rosy picture of various holiday schemes and entice the members to pay heavy membership fees often ranging to more than 1 lac rupees. Members later realize that they have been duped when commitments are not honored. The best way of cheating and fraud is they don’t provide any such commitments in writing.

                      Jukaso dupe money of the people by misrepresentation, falsification later they deny all such commitments which they do while offering membership.

                      Pls keep away from this fraud company

                      I had been offered a membership by jurney by jukaso at their sunder nagar branch delhi by mr manoj on the payment of rs 50000 / - (Payable in interest free 18 installments) which i paid through icici bank credit card on 04th july 2015. ( payment slip attached) but still i am paying interest on the same.
                      The aforesaid membership was offered with a lot of lucrative service commitments which turned out to be false when time came to honor those commitments.
                      Since inception i kept informed to the said company about these falsifications and did not get any response from them which can be evidenced by the mail exchanges and company did not respond properly to those emails, which is attached with the complaint.
                      Now given to all such issues and complaints lodged by the people against the company, finally i have decided to cancel the membership. They are now not refunding my money now

                        Hi Jukasojourney Team, This is Priyanka Priyadarshani visited MGF Mall, Saket office for Holiday voucher. Due to some miss communication misguide 25000/ amount is deducted from my HDFC Credit card number: [protected] without filling the form and other documentation. Since due to my personal reason i could not avail any of the offer provided by Jukas at this point of time. i talked to representative for cancel the transaction, he told me to fill the JHP 5 year form with all the details. Since we cant avail any offer at current situation and same was communicated to the representative as well. Please do needful for this at the earliest.                         Dear Sir

                        My wife was contacted over phone by Jukaso Sales Team sometime in Septemeber 2015. By offering few goodies like Fully paid trip to Dubai, upgradation of free stay etc, we were trapped to sign and pay membership fee on 19 September 2015.

                        We were told that within one month we would receive the offers and kit from the company. But I did receive the kit only on 4 November 2015, that too after making many calls to the Sales agent as well as on the toll free number provided at your website. The kit only has a certificate stating that I am a member and a card to carry when I am visiting a property.

                        The offers and terms and condition etc were missing. We again contacted the Customer Care, which promised to resolve the matter within 72 hrs but of no avail.


                        I feel that there is absolutely no coordination among Sales, Marketing and Back office teams and I rather feel cheated, therefore, I request them to cancel the Membership and refund full amount paid by me, however no response has been received from them.

                          I have taken the membership of Jukaso Journeys on 01.07.2015. Once the membership is taken now I find that they are no longer picking the phone. No one is coming on line. They have misrepresented the facts to me. I was promised suite and all weather membership. However I am given a studio membership for white season. I am required to login but I have not been given any user id or password neither there is any guidebook for doing so. No one picks up the phone in Jukaso when I call. I wish to resolve my issues within 48 hours otherwise I wish to cancel my membership and get my full refund back. My membership no is M0104103 Mamta Saxena

                            Jukaso Journeys is a cheat company.They induce people from various mall through out the country in the name of lucky winner and call you along with family to collect free gift vouchers .Once you reach there they propose you very fancy holiday package, free gift vouchers, free flight tickets, free laptops .They to any extent to lure you.Once you sign the papers, you are trapped.Now your Jukaso Journey of mental torture begins.You will never get your booking when you plan your holiday.Jounier staff will give you excuses.Senior Executives will never be accessible. Mail to [protected]@jukasojourneys.com will never be acknowledged.And frustrated when u cancel your membership, you will get reply, you can cancel membership but no refund of money will be there.If you raise your voice then, they will stop taking your phone call or keep you dragging till you loose heats.so many FIR has been against this company and victims protested, news came in media. But the company thrives to trap new innocent consumers.

                              Journey by Jukaso is a Fraud company, they always do false commitments to the potential members basis which customers take the membership post that they fail to keep their commitments. Even their customer care is useless and incompetent to handle the customer complaint. Specially Mr. Manoj & team at sundernagar, Delhi do the false commitments to the potential members. Neither Senior managment is not reacable at all nor there is any information at website about them. Not at all worth taking the Membereship. Beaware of these Cheaters & liers.                                   This company is in business of cheating and fraud.They call for coupan of free hotel stay.Then lure you with fancy pictures and heavy discounts and extra benefit.Once you pay the money for membership you are in their trap.Loose money if you want to come out .If you stay then you never know how much you will end up paying at any stage of your membership.Rude staff.Senior management not reachable no matter what u do.You never get a response to any complaint or communication.I[censored] raise voice then reply is do whatever u want...                                       I took membership at Chandigarh on 9th Feb'15 and cancelled same on 14th Feb in writing to company by email and letter. Cancellation request was acknowledged but refund is still awaited. Company has clear written rules of settling refund amount within 45 days if cancellation is done within 10 days but still money has not been refunded till date though almost 6 months have passed. False written assurances of payment was given - first stating payment will be done on 4th May and again assuring that payment would be done by 20th July. Both dates have passed but refund is awaited. Telephone calls are answered by junior staff who give false and vague assurances and never transfer calls to senior officials. Calls to mobile numbers are not taken. All should beware of this company.
