On 8th january 2016 a meeting was held in raipur chattisgarh i was invited by the company and offered a membership up to ten year at a cost of 42000.00 . A amount of rs.30000.00 cash was paid by me as first instalment and rs.1250.00 as membership fees was paid seperately by cash, and aprovisonal reciept was given by the company.but till now i did not get any confermation.

on 2nd april i contect the company talked to mr. PRAKESH he sugested me to mail the scan copy of provisnal reciept and membership form, i sent the said document to the company up to 8th april i not get any response from the company then i again talked to toll free and talked with madum kavita she assured me to short out the problem with in two or three days and also addmeted about recieving of the mail sent by me .after that iam trying regularly to contect with toll free but no response is giving by the company till today .So please kindly short out my problem as soon as possible.

    This is with reference to the membership scheme offered by jukaso hotels and resorts.

    On 10th february, 2016, me and my husband were invited by the hotel for their anniversary celebrations, wherein they were offering the membership scheme to the guests and there we met mr. Gaurav gupta (Cme no. 844, contact no. [protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com) and mr. Nirbhay who offered various lucrative deals and insisted us to opt for the scheme as that was the last day for the scheme.

    We entered into agreement for membership (Contract id 10198, traveler id 56917) with jukaso hotels and made a payment of rs. 65, 000/- for entering into the said agreement. Mr. Gaurav and mr. Nirbhay both confirmed that you have cooling period of 10 days to exit from the agreement and can get your amount back and same is written in the clause no. 8 of their membership agreement

    After 5 days we decided to quit from their membership and made an application to jukaso hotels for withdrawal of application. We made the application for withdrawal on 16th february, 2016, but till now we have not received our amount back.

    We attempted to resolve the matter by speaking to mr. Gaurav gupta and mr. Nirbhay many times, but mr. Gaurav always make false commitments and mr. Nirbhay is not ready to speak in this regard. We dropped mail to customer care and also to mr. Gaurav, but all in vain.

    On 12th march, 2016, we visited their corporate office, where ms. Payal again made commitments that you will get your money back and gave her phone number[protected] which is never answered. She told that she is the only person who deals with refunds and no one else could help us out.

    Also, we tried to reach the customer care number ([protected]) to know the status of our application, but they are also not picking our phone.

    We have not received any call from jukaso till date to give any update on our application for refund. The stipulated time frame written in agreement for refund i. E.45-60 days has already passed.

    Please look into the matter as i am suspecting that our hard earned money of rs 65000/- would not be refunded by jukaso.

      This is regards to my cancellation request placed on 20th Dec 14 just a day after I took this 5 years memberahip from jukaso.I have been told by jukaso sales staff (Nirbhay, Saransh) that I will get my refund within 45 days of time.Till know I have not got my refund.I keep calling these guys customer service department after placing cancellation request for my membership.Most of the time their lines are busy.Whenever I used to get customer service representative on phone I always get same reply its under process.Earlier refund has to processed within 45 days then it became 45-60 business days now it's more then that.Then luckily I was able to fix up meeting with retention department of jukaso (Ashwin & Payal) dated 25th April '16 but is of no use.Now I have been informed by these guys that the refund process will take more time.What the he'll is this.Now refund process will take 90 business days.Which means they will take another 3-4 months to issue a refund post dated check check in Aug month which will be of dated Oct month.What the hell is this?It's really getting tough to recover our money from jukaso.I think it's time to approach collectively along with legal proceedings.Please contact if anyone in the same situation of harassment by jukaso.

      Jukaso Journeys — Npn delivery of services

      We took jukaso membership of 25th april 2015 but till now we have not received any holidays booking from them.we keep on calling to book accomodation in their property but no reply from them.i want full refund of 55000 rupees.

        Greetings,

        I would like to bring to your kind notice the issue that we had been facing with the jukaso resorts private limited.

        Recently we got a call from jukaso resort pvt. Ltd.Informing us about a gift vouchers that we have won through a lucky draw, so we went to one of their venue in sunder nagar, delhi on april 2, 2016. We were being informed that you will have to purchase one of our membership packages in order to be eligible for the vouchers & other benefits like stay in exotic domestic & international resort at prime locations across the globe. With all the pep talks we fell into their trap and purchased their membership scheme for minimum package of inr 1 lakh and paid them the signing amount of inr 30, 000/- by the name of mrs. Ittika popli on the table through credit card (Transaction id –[protected] which included membership documents (Including terms & conditions), receipt for the payment and gift vouchers worth inr 12, 000/-.

        After thoroughly going their documents along with the terms & conditions, we got to realize that there were lesser amount of membership packages available (Which we were not informed by their agents, also they didn’t disclose the age limit for the kids whereas in the document it’s mentioned that only kids under 12 years are allowed to accompany the parents as they will be considered as adult and two children below 12 years will also be considered as one adult. They didn’t disclose the cancellation charges amounting to inr[protected]/- (Including taxes) that will be implemented even in case of cancellation within a day but if the cancellation gets delayed by 10 days then 60% of the amount will be deducted.

        We had raised our request for cancellation of their membership on april 5, 2016 on the grounds of above mentioned major concerns that were not being disclosed prior to the purchase of their membership scheme. Also, in spite of several reminders for their acceptance towards our cancellation request through mail, they have reverted back on april 19, 2016 in lieu of the above mentioned terms & conditions they had strategically delayed the acceptance by more than 10 days so that they can deduct more than 60% of the amount.

        We would like to request you take up our concern and help us in getting our refund money back.

          Company held a meeting in a Hote at Roorkee Distt-U.K. and company person promised to gave a tour package against a initial advance of Rs. 22730/- was adjusted in membership of Jukaso if satisfied with given tour package offered at my wife birth day. it was refundable after a deduction of rs. 3000/- if not satisfied.
          but after receiving amount company gave no service. Its extreme when company deduct a sum of rs. 8451/- from my personal account from icici received as a cancel cheque at the time of offering package.

            Hi

            I was invited on the 38th anniversary of Jukaso for a free gift of a holiday voucher and free dinner in Fortune Jukaso Pune.

            I was told that the offer was only for today and cant be given again.

            I was asked to make a payment and w
            if I decided to withdraw.

            The package I was offered was of 65000 which included membership Gold gym Pune and access to best lounges and bars of the city and 7 days yearly vacation and 7 days international vacations.

            I requested them to send me a email with the details.

            I was asked to make a payment and email will be sent and all the documents will be provided.

            Which was never done.

            I went in to same place next day and told the representative Sandeep from Pune VIman Nagar Fortune by Jukaso. Who said he is the manager (same guy who we dealt on the first visit)

            And was told that the refund will be processed .

            I follwed with him over the phone and was again informed that it will be proccessed .

            I went to the hotel to check and was told that the refund will be proccessed .

            Then I was told to wait for 10 days and then later wait for 45 days .

            I called Jukaso Journeys customer service and explained wht happened I was asked to email the receipt and the voucher that I received and the will check it .

            I sent the email and dint got any reply from them.

            I called the Sandeep and asked for the refund again as it was more then 45 days .

            and in return I got abusive language.

            I called the Jukaso customer service and explained them again what happened and was informed that the refund cannot be given .

            Why cant the money be refunded as Jukaso has not given me anyting and it was promised that it is refundable.

            At least give a written explanation of where Jukaso stands on this .

            Please let me know what can be done nest as from Jukaso nobody seems to be interested to get this resolved .

              Hi, Jukaso had called us for a demo session where they had showcased their hotels and membership offers. They said if we don't like the quality of the service they will refund the membership amount. After lot of thought I gave Rs 5000/- as advance payment. But somehow we did not like their service and also went over online feedback of that company. Now when I am following up with them to return the amount I am not getting any response. There are lot of online complaints against that company but still they are running their business and looting normal public.

                We were lured into taking membership with the offer of Bali package. THis was to and fro to Bali from Delhi for three persons and a seven nights stay. The membership was taken in December 2014 . Since then we have been regularly following up the matter and all seniors have promised to honour the commitment. We have exchanged so many mails also.
                Now we are suddently told that only one way ticket will be given and that too on a day when Jukaso gets the cheapest fare . What does that mean. We go to Bali and get stuck or pay our own fare to come back ?

                Is Jukaso trying to mislead people and hook them into taking membership and then making them run around ?

                  I also cheated by jukaso journey in August 2015. In same month I ragistered my comple to refund my money 70, 000/- but same nothing has been done yet. What should we do..
                  "Upbhogta forum" helpline is also not working...
                  Lets fight againest them like a team.

                    I am cheated by Jukaso; I purchased their services in August 2015; but never used; in a month a made a complaint that they do not have free rooms;and asked them to provide me my money back. But nothing has been done yet.

                      I have taken membership on 04.07.2015 by atm 24730₹ and after that 8451₹ has been deducted from my account.on 08.08.2015 i requested to send my membership kit.i have not received kit upto04.09.2015.i also mailed to surrender my membership on 08.08.2015.i have many mailed regarding this and tried to contact customer care but only assurance was given by customer care to refund my money.

                          I had purchased membership on 25th Aug 2015 from Sunder Nagar Branch of Jukaso Hotel for 10 years 70 nights. I paid entire amount through debit card.

                          At the time of purchase, the sales person Mr. Kuldeep (Phone no.-[protected]) did NOT mention any seasons in which I can/cannot travel, nor was any deduction in the number of nights was explained. (Season Categorization NOT explained).

                          After months of follow ups and requests I was sent the season chart on 21st Oct 2015, after which I spoke to the customer care executives who explained me about the reduction in nights if I travel in upper season and even season when I cannot travel. Then I came to know that I have been given the worst season (off season) and I cannot travel in the purple (peak season).

                          Moreover, I had also received a complimentary voucher of VIBES worth Rs. 15000 which is now disowned by VIBES company terming it as a fraud.

                          I have been constantly trying to resolve the issue but the customer care department is not coming up with adequate answers/solution to the Fraud and illegible Commitments by Sales Team.


                          Do Not ever go to Jukaso Hotel for any presentations. It is a Big Fraud.

                              Hi, My name is Vikram Katiyar and i have purchased 6 night 7 days holiday package on 3 Dec'15 from Centre Stage mall, sector-18 Noida and after discussing various offers with Afroz ahmad, Shahid and Ravi Rajput, i have decided to opt for the membership and paid Rs. 25000 (out of Rs 50000) through credit card and they told me that it will deduct on EMI. But soon received a call from their internal team then i come to know that the package is of 4 night 5 days only and that is also after payment of rest 25k. Also my Rs 25000 is also not converted into EMI's and after all these things i have contacted the sales person and they start lying that they have not offered any such offers. So immediately i have given a written complaint to cancel my membership and refund my 25000 Rs. But now nothing is happening and i am stuck. I have contacted jukaso by email and call to cancel my member and refund but they are denying to refund the money. Please help me in getting my money back.                                 I visited Jukaso Hotel at Sunder Nagar, New Delhi regarding a Free Gift Voucher offered by their Co. with my wife on 12.07.2015. There we were briefed about various offers & memberships offered by them by Ms. Gitanjali. After discussing various offers with Ms Gitanjali we decided to opt for 5 years membership for Rs58500/-(Rs Fifty eight thousand five hundred only). We paid Rs27000/-(Rs Twenty Seven thousand only) through debit card on the spot and for the rest amount we had given a cheque for Rs31500/-(Rs Thirty one thousand five hundred only). On 20.07.2015, we received a call from them regarding Terms and Conditions of the membership through which we came to know that we have to pay an additional amount of Rs4000/-(Rs Four thousand only) per annum i.e. Rs20000/-(Rs Twenty thousand only) for the span of five years towards annual maintenance charges. These additional charges were not told to us by Ms Gitanjali while discussing the offer. We felt that we have been cheated by Jukaso Hotels, so we decided to discontinue the membership and We sent email on 21.07.2015 to the Jukaso to cancel our membership and refund our amount of Rs. 27000/- . In response, they sought 45 working days time to process our refund request. Till then despite many calls and emails from our side, no action has been taken till date. Now, they started not to respond our calls and emails. It is therefore requested to help us in recovery of our amount of Rs. 27000/- pending with the Jukaso hotels.                                   मुझे journeys by jukaso जो की holiday club company hai उसके सेल्स टीम एव कपनी के द्वारा ठगा जा रहा है में आप की मदत जहता हूं। कपनी की सेल्स टीम के द्वारा मुझे 9/12/2015 को फोन कर परिवार के साथ 10/12/2015 Samdariya mall Jabalpur m.p. में आने के लिए कहा गया वहाँ पर हमें कपनी के प्लान के की अधूरी जानकारी दी गई। एव कई प्रकार के ऑफर दिये गये सेल्स टीम के श्री अभय ने ऑफर दिए उनकी बातों में आकार मेने उनकी कपनी को अपने credit card से 10, 0000/- रुपए एक लाख का पेमेन्ट किया । श्री अभय जी द्वारा मुझे कहा गाया की 2 से 3 दिन मे कपनी के द्वारा welcome coll एव e mail आयेगा और पूरे प्लान की जानकारी दी जायेगी । पर कपनी की और से पुरे 1 माह बाद welcome coll एव email आया । इस बीज मेने कई बार अभय जी को फोन कर कंपनी से coll और email करने को कहाँ पर बो एक दो दिन का समय माँगते रहे । मेरे द्वारा कपनी 23/12/2015 को मेम्बरसिप रोकने एव रकम बापस करने बावत् email किया गया। पर अभय जी ने मुझे कहा गया की members sip cancellation पेमेन्ट के 10 दिन के अन्दर ही करना होता है। अब cancellation नहीं हो सकता पर आप फिरभी cancellation चाहते है तो दी गई रकम का 40% और एक साल की फीस काटी जायेगी। कपनी का 1th welcome coll and email मुझे 09/01/2016 को मिला है। जिसमे मुझे travel session एव अनय जकनकारी दी जारही है जिस के बारे में मुझे बिल्कुल भी नहीं बताया गया था। अब में आपने आप को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहा हूँ। कृपया कर मेरी मदत करें पेमेंट रसीद सगलन एव जानकारी। Application name ~ Neha Agrawal Co application Pavan Agrawal Application no 278 Cash receipt no. 278 कपनी द्वारा भेजा गया sms Very Good Morning Greetings from Journeys holidays!!!                                     I was promised that I will get 50% discount on any hotel booking with Jukaso membership and took Rs 65000 from me. There is no such scheme with any hotel. This is outright cheating. I adviise all members of public to be aware of these fraud agency.While selling they give false promises and cheat people. I regret for paying Rs 65, 000 to Jukaso.

                                      I had made payment of 12500/- and rest in EMI for 5D/4N package for 5 years offered to me for 50, 000/-. after contacting customer care i came to know that many offers given to me by sales representative were false. he cheated me by assuring me that i will get the hotel booking in any season, he also assure me that in case, i did't avail my 5d/4n during year then i will get 10000 rs back for that year. he told me that after reading terms and conditions i can go for cancellation, then my money will be refunded. when i realize that company is Mis-Selling and Mis-representing the fact through their sales executives. i e-mailed them for cancellation of package well in time. But company is now telling me that they cannot refund the payment made by me. Which is wrong And CHEATING. Now I had stopped the cheques given to company by me for EMI. Today i came to know that company had put cheque for payment to bank which is dishonoured. (WHY I SHOULD PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID"T GET). INSPITE OF REFUNDING MY MONEY COMPANY IS PUTTING CHEQUE TO BANK FOR CLEARANCE.
