This is with reference to the membership scheme offered by jukaso hotels and resorts.

On 3rd September, 2016, me and my wife were invited by the hotel for their Gurgaon Hotel, wherein they were offering the membership scheme to the guests and there we met mr. Nirbhay Singh who offered various lucrative deals and insisted us to opt for the scheme as that was the last day for the scheme.you have to decide today only

We entered into agreement for membership ( CONTRACT ID 30402 and membership id 108088 with jukaso hotels and made a payment of rs. 60, 000/- for entering into the said agreement.Mr. Nirbhay confirmed that you have cooling period of 10 days to exit from the agreement and can get your amount back and same is written in the clause no. 8 of their membership agreement
I still did not get any Kit from Jukaso.

They sale me membership on name of jukaso journey resort pvt ltd but i saw different name in agreement . I tried to call me many times but he did not respond so next day 4th september i again went there office and i aksed him that company site have different name from your agreement but again he gave me false commitment that i will send mail to IT team to change name on Web site.

We decided to quit from their membership after many follow up. He told me that talk to customer care for cancellation then i sent an application to jukaso hotels for withdrawal of money. We made the application for withdrawal on 12th September, 2016 but did not get any respond.

Mr Nibhay(Mobile NO [protected]) insisted me to avail membership but i told me him that i have alot of other liabilities so can not afford this but he told me that you can pay through credit card and will make easy 2500 EMI without interest fee and processing fee then he asked me to put pin in deduction machine but without confirming me he made 12 month EMI amount of 5212 rs which inclused tax of 4550 and total amount deducted from my card is 64550 . I called him many times to refund the money but he is not responding.
He committed me other false commitment that you will get 100% booking if you book before 7 days but when i asked to costumer care but they answers that he gave you commitment to see membership but we only to take care of bookings.

Please help me to get refund my money .

    We were called to Jukaso Inn, Sunder Nagar for promotional offer on 27 Aug 2016. We were attended by staff member Ms.Gurusheen to tell whole process and we choose to take mini membership plan of 5yrs.We paid 30, 000/- to” journeys “on 27th Aug’16 through my credit card. Your executive promised many extra perks like free Vibes coupons worth 10000/-,

    We were made assure that we will receive welcome kit within 7days and welcome call Asap.
    We received call after 3 days and we have not received any kit until today.

      I was offered 5 years membership with very high promises at the price of 130, 000, however within 10 days I realized this is horrible and all promises are fake. As per contract I have submitted cancellation mail on Aug 27 2016 ( I got welcome call on 18th Aug) since this cancellation request is within period provided by contract and I did not avail any service I should get complete refund except admin fee. No action has been taken so far.

      this is my final decision and only for your record here is the reason ( I will not change my decision now if you tell me you are fixing it)
      - I can generally book a hotel for my trip in less then 5 mins, with your customer service I can not book it in even 5 weeks, already tied dozens of call to make one booking, I do not have time to make even one call

      Hi Jukaso Team,

      this is the worst service I have ever been with. no body is picking customer care calls and not responding on email also.
      I have pre-paid membership still I have to following up with you and customer care and no body is responding.

      I would like to cancel my membership with Jukaso Journey and want a refund of amount.
      My membership ID is 59290.
      Jukaso journey is a fake membership please don't interest with this

        I (AJAY BALI ) have been invited by team JOURNEYS by JUKASO (address Jukaso Resorts Pvt. Ltd, SCO 6-7, 2nd Floor, Sector – 8 C, Chandigarh – 160009 mentioned on website) at Hotel Royal Castel, zirakpur Punjab with my wife ( PRAGATI ) to offer some holidays packages.
        MISS MANJEET (MANAGER) AND MISS JASNON ( MARKETING EXECUTIVE) gave me few mind blowing offer that and give me on table offer that if you will pay now, you will get so much more offers. As I am frequent traveler and I liked that offer. But MISS MANJEET lied to me about their property. She is biggest lier whatever she updated me about their property.
        Miss Manjeet told me that their property in CORBETT PARK is just 5 km from JIMM CORBETT PARK, as I love to visit that place, I paid 37, 000/- rupees for package. When I google it, I was shocked, jukaso property is about 100 km away from JIMM CORBET PARK. Everything told me was big lie. I am not at all interested in continuing your membership at all.
        I JUST WANT YOU TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND START REFUND PROCESS ASAP.

          I was approached 1 year back for holiday membership and gave 50, 000 of the requested 1 lac rupee amount to one Siddharth pandey mob no. [protected] and ayush mob no. [protected] and was promised delivery of many services and membership kit, but now after 1 full year of trying to contact these people and also jukaso journey toll free number [protected] and also to their Lucknow office no. [protected], I have not received any kit or have not been able to obtain a satisfactory answer as to the status of my membership number G0504396 . Now I am convinced that these people are a total bunch of frauds but what is surprising is that they have so many properties in name of jukaso and still so many people have been unable to get them under jurisdiction . Maybe it's time to unite.

            Me and my wife were invited by jukaso inn sunder nagar for attending their membership plan where we booked their 2 years mini membership plan. We paid 25, 000/- to” journeys “on 26th June’16 through my credit card. Your executive promised many extra perks like free dinner coupons worth 5000, vibes coupons worth 10000/- every year, discount dairy, 2n stay in any of the jukaso property along with 22 night stay in 5 start hotels all over the globe every year in their 2 years’ membership plan. I was just given an agreement copy of the same as you said that i would be getting a membership kit within 15 to 30 days of the booking and all the above will be a part of it.

            Soon in 2 days after purchasing the same i read the reviews of jukaso journeys online where i was shocked to know that the company is a fraud and have cheated hundreds of me already in last 3 years. I also read that more than 5 firs were registered against you. Lots of agitations and poster marches have been already carried out for victim’s money refund.

            I immediately tried booking 2 nights stay in one of your properties considering myself lucky and distinguish from all other victims but alas. Executive asked me to deposit 25000/- extra amount as it is for 5 years membership, I have explained that Mr. Kripa Shankar Pandey told me that it would be for 5 years but your membership will be valid for two years and I don't have to pay any extra amount, It’s been more than 80 days since then and i have just got 3 emails but after then they are not responding to my numerous emails. The customer care number and the executive who sold the membership plan are not responding to my numerous phone calls and messages.

            I went back to them asking an answer to all the fake commitments and this fraud plan and got to know that the same people selling their plans to new innocent people and no action has been taken by police despite so many complaints to stop the new incidents to happen.

            Now more than 15 emails have been sent to jukaso registered email address but only once or twice we have received an apology for the late response followed by another false commitment of a call back very soon, but i haven't got any call to communicate the date of refund or acknowledgment even.

            I have similar problem, I have spent more than 1 lakh and got trapped

              Jukaso inn is a fraud and cheating company who is selling there membership by making fool of customers, they have sold me a membership of 50k rupees in which I gave 10k advance and 8 PDC and after 5 months I have not received any membership id nor any kit and there sales girl (Richa who sold us the membership is now not responding to any of our calls . I think I have been cheated by these fraud people and now I don't want there membership and I want to cancel the same and refund of my 25k rupees . If anybody have any suggestion please drop at my mail id [protected]@ymail.com (ph -[protected]).I am going to lodge a complaint against them

                Dear sir,
                Due to personal reason cancellation request submitted by sms by authorized mobile number to sales manager and call as well. Tried lot to sent same by mail but always bounced back, later submitted application for same.
                Called them again on 4th dec-2015 to get confirmed schedule for refund but since the day they are always giving falls schedule for refund, even not responding on mails.
                Today they fixed schedule for refund discussion but since morning trying to talk but disconnecting my call.
                Every month i am paying emi principle amount along with interest to bank which was paid by credit card, etc.

                  This is regarding the complaint i want to make against Jukaso team and administration system.

                  We were called to Jukaso Inn, Sunder Nagar for promotional offer on 24 June 2016. We were attended by staff member Shefali to tell whole process and we choose to take mini membership plan of 5yrs.

                  We were made assure that we will receive welcome kit within 7days and welcome call Asap.
                  We recieved call after 3 days and we have not received any kit until today
                  We got welcome mail with id and password that haven't work until today. We mailed our concern thrice of not able to login with screenshot but we never got a reply and Dhananjay was also kept in loop so that he can work on it but no reply was received.

                  We personally followed up with Dhananjay and team on social media whatsapp but no action was taken and no output could be seen. It was such a bad experience connecting with you.

                  We made payment of 54, 000 rupees and rest 11, 000 rupees to be paid flexibly anytime we have availablity and we were told that we wont be deprive of any facilities/services due to non payment of full amount.

                  We are calling and chasing Jukaso team since days and no revert was made. It showcases your ruthless behaviour for your customers.Eventually we expressed our anger and then team said that we have not paid full amount thats why we have neither received kit nor our id password is working.
                  We have never these kid of worst service anywhere where customer is chasing since month. We were also not told all details while selling us package that we are having several colors for season and in what season we are eligible for.

                  Experiencing such a bad behaviour and irresponsible people, i wonder how difficult it will be to get bookings done from you. Hence, i have decided to not to continue my membership with you.

                  Please let me know how you will pay our money back and 39, 000 we paid to you was on EMI option, please tell how it will be settled.
                  Dont call us for any compromise situation, please do call for doing full and final for our account.

                  I am facing a similar problem with Jukaso, if you are willing we can combine our efforts. I paid 52000 in first week of March 2016 and still not got any refund.

                  Posting the issue on websites/blogs help spread awareness of such scams but in reality it has little impact on the business. The terms & conditions of Jukaso state that if you cancel within 10 days from purchase then they will refung your money less adminstrative charge of Rs 5000 and any JRPL share (non refundable) but none of this is explained in the sales meeting and people are pushed to make on spot purchase/payment, quickly sign the agreement (within 2 mins) and sent away.

                  If action is to be initiated then people will need to approach either the state consumer forum or district court. The former is easier due to the process involved see http://delhistatecommission.nic.in/ for details, every state has its own forum and then there is a national forum for high quantum cases.

                    Me and my wife were invited by jukaso inn sunder nagar for attending their membership plan where we booked their 5 years membership plan. We paid 50, 000/- to” journeys “on 28th may’16 through my credit card. Your executive promised many extra perks like free dinner coupons worth 5000, vibes coupons worth 10000/- every year, discount dairy, 2n3d stay in singapore, 2n stay in any of the jukaso property along with 25 night stay in 5 start hotels all over the globe every year in their 5 years’ membership plan. I was just given an agreement copy of the same as you said that i would be getting a membership kit within 30 to 45 days of the booking and all the above will be a part of it.

                    Soon in 2 days after purchasing the same i read the reviews of jukaso journeys online where i was shocked to know that the company is a fraud and have cheated hundreds of me already in last 3 years. I also read that more than 5 firs were registered against you. Lots of agitations and poster marches have been already carried out for victim’s money refund.

                    I immediately tried booking 2 nights stay in one of your properties considering myself lucky and distinguish from all other victims but alas. It’s been 15 days since then and i have just got 2 emails for collecting information and asking another 4, 000 /- for booking the hotel as their annual fee. I gave them the copy of 2 free stay that we have got but since then they are not responding to my numerous emails. The customer care number and the executive who sold the membership plan are not responding to my numerous phone calls and messages.

                    I went back to them asking an answer to all the fake commitments and this fraud plan and got to know that the same people selling their plans to new innocent people and no action has been taken by police despite so many complaints to stop the new incidents to happen.

                    Now more than 20 emails have been sent to jukaso registered email address but only once or twice we have received an apology for the late response followed by another false commitment of a call back very soon, but i haven't got any call to communicate the date of refund or acknowledgment even.

                    Your company is known for its miss commitments, so was the case on 3rd September 2016 .

                    Even after confirming the time on Email you cancelled the meeting when we reached Gurgaon .We travelled all the way from Ghaziabad just to hear that you are busy with other customers and we should go back home that day .



                    What is the point apologising each time when you have no ethics at all??



                    Moreover another miss commitment followed when you assured us that you will call us on the coming Monday i.e. 5th September to conclude the closure of your so called membership which has no face value .



                    Why were we insisted to attend a face to face meeting when a telephonic discussion was possible –Because you were at fault again .

                    Again, more than 10 Days have passed and we have not received any call from you .



                    Waiting for the refund of my hard earned 50, 000 Rupees at the earliest .

                      Membership was sold with lot of rosy and fake commitments. we were forced to purchase the membership on the same day as the sales people told us that it was there closing and after that they are closing 5 year membership.


                      I am very much sure that they are still selling 5 year plans and it was only sales gimmicks.


                      We have been chasing them after that for our 1st holiday tour but there response is pathetic. they are not able to provide us even the hotel list for the places we are planning to go whereas we had shared our plan before taking membership and the sales guy showed us some properties online but now there entire hotel list does not have those properties as well.


                      Whenever we contact them for holiday plan they send us there laundry list of 33 hotels across india and some in switzerland whereas we are asking them for kerala trip.


                      The sales executive gaurav gupta either does not take our call or gives excuse of sending it after 1500 hrs as there office opens at that time which is very strange.


                      They are not even cancelling my membership.


                      Only one contact number is provided on the site: [protected] which no body responds and apart from that it is only mail ids.


                      The company is running a racket of cheating people and selling fake membership on a large scale. they are not responding right from day one and there is no responsible person for escalation.


                      No grievance cell nothing, i do not how it is an registered company and government authorities are keeping eyes closed.


                      We have written to almost all senior leadership members but no response.

                      Kindly cancel my membership & refund my money as i don't want to take this membership. I got a call (between 2-3 PM) from Lucky Mathur (Ph:-[protected]) who is your employee for the free coupons of trips & VLCC free voucher with the commitment of not selling any services or products & It was a lucky draw coupon which we filled last month at Bindal store V3S mall Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092. But for the participation, it was mandatory to reach with spouse at your Jukaso Hotel sunder nagar location branch . We reached nearly 8pm today alongwith my wife & daughter. There were many sales managers surrounding our side & they started to build relationship & faith. They started playing with sales techniques & words to convert the sales . We didnt' understand the situation & one by one three persons( Mr. Anas Khan, Shoeb Khan & Payal Khannal ) come to us to covert the conversion into final sales. The holiday trip proposal was very confusing but they were creating the unwanted pressure(psychology tricks) on us to purchase the deal on the spot. They were started playing with different sales pitch statements & commitment which was related to your company quality & services which was not truely understandable in a very short period of time by three different sales people who were came to us one by one & together also. In this very short period of one & a half hour duration of interaction with three different people, we will not able to judge the authentication of service commitment & words saying by your sales people.After initially half an hour of conversation & continiously changing the sales people interactions with us, my mind stucked & forced to enter the scheme by paying some initial amount of Rs.10, 000 but still we were confused about the services & statements which was explained by above mentioned three sales people in half an hour of time one by one as they didn't provide the any authentic proof about the authenticity of services & statements which they explained to us.

                      One most important thing also they initially said that the jukaso property on all the locations was not below the 4 star & star property. It means all jukaso property was 4 star & 5 star property. But it was strange that after half an hour of interaction & deduction of Rs.10, 000 money from my axis bank debit card they the payal mam comes again in the picture to explain the service commitment again, which was different from what they explained before deduction of money. After this Ms.Payal conversation, on the same time i got a recording call confirmation from your company side about the again service confirmation which was different from the initial sales person conversation with us. So it was totally confusing sales circle created by your sales people smartly around with us without any authenticity of services & proofs. It was simply playing with the words by different sales with different lot of commitments & conversations which was not properly rememberable in a short period of 1 or 2 hrs suddenly got a recording call for the recording of customer YES YES statement on services & commitment on the same time. In this short of time nearly 10 30 pm, your people also took my sign on agreement of terms & conditions which i was not read & it was too long. other reason was that it was already very late time 10 30pm & my wife & daughter was not well. My daughter was crying due to empty stomach, she was hungry. So i signed in quickly in this condition to come out this bad situation & from hotel.

                      So this is the simple humble request you to kindly cancel my membership & refund my complete amount of Rs.10, 000 in my account:-

                      I didn't get any response till now from last 3 days on refund of my Rs.10, 000 money. Why should i wait for my refund of money & also i didn't received any call from your jukaso journey company side. Now i am going to file a case against this fraud & misselling in consumer forum & will also file FIR.

When i am calling the sales person of company who missold me this journey product, they are not pickup my calls & not responding. The complete case is explained in this above trail mail. I have strong faith on my indian law & order of Consumer forum & they will definitely try to resolve it. I am requesting to consumer forum to stop this fraud sales racket.

                        Kindly refer to the above mentioned subject.In spite of several communications no refunds, no reversal of emis and no stopping of emis has been made so far from jukaso journeys and hdfc credit card department in spite of assurances of resolving the problem. It's over nine months and matters are still to be settled. It has been over 37 communications through email and you 9 emis out of 24 & 9 emis out of 18 installments have been deducted in between our communications which is a criminal act. It's always assured that the refund process is going on.
                        Expecting immediate action and refund of rs.80, 000/- without delay since the membership no. O0104546 is cancelled long time ago and you have no right to collect emis through hdfc bank.
                        And now, silence is being made by jukaso journeys showing its ill intentions and cheap attitude. The membership was cancelled within 10 days of subscription over the dispute of gifts and offers which didn't resolve even after telephonic talks. The following reply was last received in may 2016 but refund has not been done so far.

                          I and my wife took 5 years membership from jukaso at there showroom at ansal plaza new-delhi. one mr. rajeev jha promissed us 6 nights and 7 days holiday and also said he will not charge any yearly charges as a special gift to senior citizens. we recived the membership docoments after two months with repeated telephons. we were given only four nights only. no mention about service tax relief. we went to ansalplaza with complait, but the mr. rajeev jha was no more there. he left the company. they gave us three holiday vohchours of two days each and asked to use them with the membership holiday. since then we have requested for holiday four times, but they have no vacancy. we enquired praivatly, and found that there were vacancies. we dont have any earning member and we still work. please tell us is fare onthe part of jukaso to cheat us?

                            We are told in the vizag office of journeys payment of 75000 would give a i phone and membership for 5 years which are 7 days in a year. Post payment of 7 days their employee mr srinu babu confirmed that their m d would be visiting vizag and open a spacious office and personally handover the phone sets. But all employees mobiles as well as vizag office is shut down. There is no response with call centre and toll free number.

                              I have booked a membership plan with, ” journeys by jukasso” and have given them 1, 05, 000/- inr on 28th march’16 and they said to me that i would be getting a membership card from dae within 30 to 45 days of the booking. I had booked a 10 yrs. Membership plan and were given an agreement copy on the same. For the first year i was given a gold membership and for the next nine years orange membership would be there.

                              The whole process was done by mr. Kuldeep negi : [protected] and mr. Ali.: [protected] and mr. Madhup

                              The id’s provided by them in the agreement were

                              Travel id : 79194

                              And contract id: 16258


                              But to my worry now they are not picking my call at their call center no :[protected] and [protected] and also they are not registering my id at your end.

                              From the last one month the above sales guys are saying that the agreement is lying at your end and we will be receiving the card from your end shortly.

                              But when i called your customer care they didn’t find my id’s, so kindly help me on the same and where should i complain about not getting my card.

                              Or the guys from the journey people are doing fraud in your name.

                                Journeys by jukaso is a fraud company. Please do not waste your time and money by becoming its member. They promised me that they will give me a scratch card with four options to win. Since i have not become their member they did not give me the scratch card. They gave me one gift certificate to be used for free stay for 2 nights & 3 days in any of their listed properties. But this gift voucher also is not honored by them and it is simply a waste paper. They are not approachable over phone and also they do not reply to the e-mails.
                                So beware of the sweet talks by this company to get trapped as a member.

                                  I purchased a Holiday plan from this company today
                                  I was promised many features including a free trip abroad
                                  I made part payment through my Debit card and part through my Credit card.
                                  I was told that the Credit card payment can be made through interest free EMI's
                                  I authorized the payment and thereafter read the reviews about the company which are not good.

                                  Now i want to cancel the agreement. Pls guide

                                  My Credit card company informed that only the Merchant Can revert the transaction.
                                  The sales person is not confirming that he will revert the same

                                    Dear sir / madam,

                                    I along with my wife was invited by journeys by jukaso's team in one of their branch office to explain about their membership and hotels. All the membership details were presented to us very nicely and was told that we can cancel membership and my amount we will be refunded after deducting some administrative charges within 10 working days.They offered me a 5 years membership at the cost of rs 52000. Very next day i submitted the cancellation request through mail, phone and then through speed post. Initially they said refund will take 60 working days and now they are saying 90 working days. Simply cheating. Fraude company. I have wait ed too much. Now I am going submit complaints everywhere possible including police station. And i will campaign every social media and websites or weblog s regarding these fraude company till they refund my money

                                      We took membership at Sunder Nagar, Delhi on 8-May-2016 for 10 yrs with colorful offers. Later, after reaching home checked internet for Jukaso Journeys reviews and got shocked on seeing so may complaints and fraud scam. Immediately, on next day i.e. 09-May-2016, we sent email for cancellation of membership and visited Gurgaon office on 10-May-2016 but no one from Jukaso Journeys acknowledging email and no one replying on refund.
                                      Seems it is a case of cheating and fraud. Guys, who are also sailing in same boat with this company, lets unite together and fight against fraud. Connect to me on my mobile or by email.

                                        I have asked you not to withdraw ecs from my account through an email on 26th april 2016 and mr puneet at head office. He assured me that no money will be withdrawn without resolving the issues related to my membership. Still you put forward the ecs and fradulently withdrew the money from my s/b account

                                        I have earlier written to you on 26th april regarding these issues but of no avail. Even my email is still unattended and unresolved, i am again writing to you along with all the relevant documents:

                                        1. I have joined the membership in dec 2013.
                                        2. Your representative mr nitin alexander along with mr alok and mr ankit chandra visited my clinic for joining of jukaso. They did not have any letter head of company hence all the discussions were done on the papers provided by me.
                                        3. All these detailed agreements are being sent to you as attachments with this email, after receiving the cheque for 10% i. E. Rs 30, 100/= all three of them were gone absconded, and the no's provided were "switched off or asthai roop se seva samapt". When i visited your registered lucknow office, i found every time some or the other person fighting regarding irresponsible behavior of your office personnel or nonavailability of responsible persons to resolve customers issues and even threatening to lodge fir.
                                        4. Due to these, i also visited lko office five times but every time "sir kahin gaye huye hain or we do not have their no. Aap 2-3 din mein phir aaiye. I also tried to book for jaipur, varanasi, mathura agra and indore in the mean time for personal/family outings but no response was recieved from your company side, hence all your food vouchers remained unused.
                                        5. Recently i tried to book for new delhi, i had to arrive in the morning at around 7;30 am, inspite of my email and personally conacting you all, no confirmation was sent to me on email, rather i was intimated at around 2.10 pm on the day of arrival 27th, april 2016, fortunately i could contact the hotel and the person picked the call as even being a jucaso hotel person, he was not knowing that i was a member, had he being knowing this and thus not picked the call, i would have been compelled to book somewhere else while as your company is constantly earning on our money rs 30, 000 per year by each registered member like me. To hell with the customers once money is received in your account. Better training is required for associated property people not to pick the call from customers. Like jukaso helpline [protected] which asks " if you are a customer press 1... All our executives are busy talking to other customers... Call cut. It may happen a 100 times in a day. Again it happened today when i tried to call at all your numbers. A helpline no and even to your coo mr siddhartha bhalla no body picked the phone in spite of all the calls were connected to the responsible persons.
                                        6. Further one fat lady conducting the customer phansao campaign at your jukaso inn delhi misbehaved with me and said that the campaign has nothing to do with jukaso membership and it was the jucaso hotel group. Doing some other job. 'kisi andhe se bhi kah do to woh bata dega ki ye jukaso wale membership beich rahe hain. Aap yahan disturb mat karo aur gurgaon office se baat karo jakar.
                                        7. Sir i am enclosing the attachments on sheets as committed by your representative


                                        Sheet 1: 1week international free + 5n/6days switzerland free +10 year b fast free, 10, 000 food vouchers, 175 nights stay 7n/8days for 25years.
                                        Sheet 2 : red season membership 3, 01, 000. Use the weeks 365 days /year any day anytime anywhere, 1+1+1 = 3weeks pool can be clubbed for availing a long break yoy can borrow, split, gift, sell, the weeks or transfer your membership, amc rs 6500/- only per year.
                                        A week can be split into even 6 parts or 3+2+2 nights any way it is required.
                                        Sheet :3 of total money 301000, 10% down payment and rest will be divided into 36 emi. I. E. 8386/- per month for 36 months
                                        Sheet :4 when on his next visit he said to me to fill the emi consent of rs 8869 per month for 36 months, i said how come this amount then he sais 6% interest i said i will not give the interest % not purchase your plan. Then he said last 5 installments you don't have to pay and i will manage it from my incentive. And signed the agreement.
                                        Sheet 5 2n/3days at jucaso ganges varanasi with breakfast + food at the start. 7n /8days complimentary at india or abroad., 5n/6days at jukaso switzerland. 5, 000 food vouchers + 5000 food vouchers, all the years and on these vacations breakfast complimentary.
                                        Sir these commitments were made by your company person to whom i gave the money/ cheque and the authority of withdrawing ecs from my account, if you have taken the cheque. Taking all the ecs. Then you are also responsible to fulfil the commitments he has done,

                                        Also i was committed 3 year free dae gold membership free with jukaso membership but dae pepople say that you have deposited money with them only for one year gold membership however it is clearly mentioned in your jukaso pamphlet/ booklet. Again a fraud.


                                        Still all your no are not picked up, i made calls to mr siddharth ji not less than 5 times on 9th may and even after my request to not to withdraw ecs from my account. Your company people have fraudulently withdrew the money from my account without resolving any of the issues of mine.

                                        Dear mr siddhartha bhalla ji this is to request you to kindly address these issues
                                        1. Return the money /ecs which you have fradulantly withdrew from my account.
                                        2. Revalidate my food vouchers of 7000 rs for a year and also add rs3000 food vouchers as promised by your person.
                                        3. Call me back immediately on [protected]. Or askn some body to call back
                                        4. Send me all these agreements conditions written on your letter head.
                                        5. Donot withdraw money from my account

                                        Also please let me know that, why a fraud or consumer case not to be filed against you people
