A sum of Rs. 25000/- was paid through Credit Cards as initial payment for membership of JHP-5 Years on 24/01/2016. The membership was withdrawn within an hour on 24/01/2016 itself and this was conveyed to the company via E-Mail as well as a letter. The reason for withdrawal was that the agreement did not contain several features which were mentioned during the presentation. The agreement, on the other hand, contained several new restrictive features. Subsequently, several E-Mails and letters were sent to the company for refund of Rs. 25000/- without any deductions as the membership was mis-sold to us. At one stage, the company informed us that the refund would be effected in the last week of May 2016.
As the company did not refund our money, we approached a Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum where the matter is being considered ex-parte as the company did not attend the hearings at the Forum as well as at the Mediation & Conciliation Centres. We are seeking refund of our money.

    I have taken membership on 2nd september 2016 at zirakpur, punjab as per their commitments, everything was lie. very much next day i requested for cancelation for membership ans as per their agreement, if we cancel our membership within 10 calendar days, if we request for cancelation, they deduct 5000 and within 90 working days, they make refund. today is 21st of feburary 2017, approx 6 months, from cancelation request, i did not get any refund yet. i have recorded a call from journeys, where they completely agreed that money should be refunded to me by now. so i am going to file a case against journeys by jukaso in consumer court.

    They did the same with me, not refunding my money even though i cancelled my membership the same day.
    I think all of the people duped by them should make a group together and make a solid case against them..
    Or they wont refund any one money and keep doing the same.
    At least we should make them so infamous that people abolish jukaso hotel and properties all together..

      Hello Friends,

      I have been on trail of Rakesh 'Ricky' Verma, although many would think that he is a the prime suspect, but there is alot behind the scene.

      Rakesh was the mastermind, Sandeep having a good sales background with Country Club Holidays joined Rakesh to lure customers for him and then Urmila who is Sandeep's girlfriend also joined into the scam.

      Although most of the employees weren't paid their salaries for month's, these 3 bozo's were enjoying with our money.

      So far, of what I know is police are taking complaint only against Rakesh at commissioner office pune (Cyber Cell) and Rakesh is under arrest at viman nagar police station.

      Any benefit of filing an FIR against Jukaso? are they refunding the membership amount? I bought 5 yrs plan last yr but haven't go any proper service.

        They have told lies that they give 5star hotels but they give 3star and they also told they will refund my advance of rs15000 but its more than 110 days and they are not refunding my amount. They have given to me in written also but they just dont pick up my call. I have given them 15000 for membership but within 3 days only i told them to cancel it as per their norms but they are not returning my money. They have cheated me.

          They sell their membership by pressuring clients and first client got many calls from ladies staff to come to JRPL office, after they offered tea or coffee to lose his/her consciousness and client given payment by cash, debit/credit card, after day or two he/she realises about cheated by JRPL so called Jukaso Journeys, all staff and owner Rajiv Khanna involved, I paid 42000 in June 2016, Getting no refund till now and now I will go to file a case of harassment in consumer court, Siddharth Goel # [protected]

              I took the membership on[protected] but after thinking over it again I decided to quit and sent the email for cancellation of membership the very next day.
              After regular follow ups and reminders every time the only response I used to get was stipulated time is 90 days and you will get your amount refunded within 90 days.

              Today is 95th day of me cancelling the membership but these frauds do not want to return the money back.

                I do not think, standing in front of office and talking will do much good.
                since its a big racket of fraud people doing a big scam.
                We can probably do a consumer court case all together..
                My 60 K is blocked due to this.
                They just cheated the public. Once the payment has been made, they gives nil response. FOr cancellation, they are insisting the customer for settlement. Have your received the refund-Chhchandi. Because I am also waiting for my refund. Reply me.

                  I wrote to you with regards to the email dated February 02, 2017 on the cancellation of the membership vide Traveller ID :130554 and Contract ID : 49800, dated : 29-Jan-2017.

                  As we mentioned that we have not been communicated about the cancellation terms and conditions, if the same has been told than we would have not enrolled for this membership.
                  We have been convinced by Mr. Nitin on EMI option as we mentioned as well that we cannot afford to spent 55k in one time. Please reconsider our request on refund and initiate the refund at the earliest as we have to go for a Nursery admission of our child in next 15 days.

                  It’s our humble request to initiate the refund by next week so that we can go ahead with admission process smoothly.

                  I would like to surrender the membership vide Traveller ID :130554 and Contract ID : 49800, dated : 29-Jan-2017.

                  Please consider the fact that no one can spend 55 k within 2-3 hours of time without any recommendations or review about the company and I spent that amount because I had been told that the same can be easily withdrawn. Mr. Nitin Alexander, the manager never told me about the deductions since I was asking for the same. I had asked for the hidden terms and conditions but he never discussed any deduction part on that time he just wanted to sell the membership in any cost.

                  May we request you to please process the refund on priority as I need fund for my child nursery admission and I cannot settle credit card bill of 55k in one go.

                  Please note: Day before yesterday we received a verification call from the company and that lady initially spoke very politely but when we mentioned that we need to surrender the membership then she behaved so rudely. And the same kind of reviews has seen on social media as well.

                  Your prompt action on this matter will be highly appreciated.

                    Hi,

                    I am still awaiting for any revert on my complaint regarding refund of my money.

                    I had put 1 Lac rupees in Jukaso for their travel plan in the month of October. Then after 2 days we decided to withdraw the same. Till then I am chasing them for my money but havn't received it.

                    Every time they will come up with an illogical excuse of their deed and doesn't refund my money. I am tired of followups now.

                      I have taken a membership in a promotional event at Zirakpur on 4th of Aug 2016. I had agreed on that offer on the condition that i would need Hotels in Punjab & Haryana for which the executive assured me that they have lots of tie ups in required Area and she will provide me list of properties in a hour or so. So I had paid partial payment of Rs 50000 out of 75000 and told that I will pay rest of amount after I will get the list of properties. But the list she had sent me was shacking as there was no tie ups in said area. At that very moment I realized it that I have been cheated, so I called the executive and she assured me that she will provide precise list by next day. Which was suspicious so within 3 hours of payment I have dropped a mail to Jukaso's customer care that if their executive will fail to provide said list I would like to cancel the membership. And next day as expected I haven't got any such list. so I had applied for cancellation.

                      so when I asked to customercare for refund they had told me that As its clearly mentioned in terms and conditions in the agreement that it will take 90 days to process the refund.which was illogical as I haven't even paid full amount and mailed within 3 hours of payment. However I have waited for 3 months and when I still not got any refund I have followed for same in month of Nov. At that time Customer care executive told me that my refund is in process and I will get the same in first week of December. so I did called in first week of Dec, now I was told that its still in process and I will get it by end of December or at the most first week of January. so when I called in first week of January I was told that its at last stage and I will get it by end of January. And now I got a call from Jukaso customer care that It will take another two months to process my refund. I have patiently waited for almost half a year and now its enough.Please help me to get my refund.

                          I am still awaiting refund of 65000/- and getting no response of my emails and telephonic conversation. Its a height of irresponsibility and un professionalism.

                          I tried to contact on [protected] ( Ms Richa of Jukaso) on 4 th Jan'17 twice but the mobile was not picked by your representative. On 5 th Jan'17 i got an assurance that the refund cheque will be automatically processed on 10th of every month and the cheque will be sent to your address. This was again a false assurance given to me by your representative.

                          Today i again called on [protected] at 2.06 pm and requested for the refund but i got only answer that the refund will be processed within 90 days but the tentative dates of refund was not provided. Only a Mobile no [protected] of Ms Payal was provided for follow up for the refund . I immediately called the Mobile no of Ms Payal at 2.27 pm but surprise to hear that this voda phone no is out of service.

                          Its really a matter of concern for me as how the company is making the customer fool and try to grab the money.

                          These are the facts submitted to the concern authority about the unprofessional attitude towards the customers who innocently deposited the money on false commitment by your representatives.

                            Me and my wife were invited on Saturday 14-Jan-17 from 6:45-7:30 pm at their Jukaso inn property, Sunder Nagar, New Delhi on the pretext of collection of a free gift of Rs 15, 000 vibes salon gift voucher that we had apparently got in a lucky draw. The whole propaganda was to forcefully make us buy their 10 year membership on the spot without giving us even a day to think. Despite clearing with their executive on the phone that I will not be buying the membership on spot their executive/manager Ms. Richa got aggressive and started misbehaving with us when we refused to buy their package on the spot. Then they initially also refused to give the Vibes Salon gift voucher which was promised saying that they were out of stock. Anyhow after speaking to their incharge I was able to get the same but that voucher also turned out to be a sham. The supposedly voucher for free services of Rs 15, 000 firstly needs an upfront payment of around Rs 1, 750 which was never told on the phone. Also then the Vibes Salon at Green Park was disinterested in giving the appointment on knowing that we had a free voucher and then eventually when my wife went there for the services on 19-Jan-17 they made an excuse that half the services warranted on the voucher could not be given as their staff was unavailabe today and the remaining services were also given in a very poor manner which you usually would not get at a vibes salon. So overall I would say if anyone from Juakso Journey calls you on the pretext of giving a free gift dont even waste your time going for it or even consider buying any holiday package from them as they are totally useless company with staff that misbehaves with clients which you can also see from even a lot of bad customer reviews on google.

                              I am stated that I am member ofJukaso Journey for five years since May, 2015. I paid Rs 50, 000/- and RS 5, 000/- as a interest of SBI Card. The request of cancellation is made on the basis that the bookings of rooms at Portblair not arranged/managed by the company after repeated requests from 20/03/2016.I visited four times at Jukaso hotel regarding reservation of hotel rooms and representative of Jukaso journeys assured that booking will be confirmed before your departure. When the booking not done till 13/04/2016, then I personally meet with representative of customer care Mrs Payal Khanna of company, Rs 12, 000/- as a maintenance charge demanded against two year days/nights . While Membership allotted, the maintenance charge not briefed/disclosed to me. The Membership was taken by me specially for Portblair tour. Company is failed to reserve the hotel rooms at Portblair. In view of above I requested to cancel membership and refund the whole amount with interest /compensation immediatel for not giving servicing against mambership . But after lapse of my request more than 10 months no response received from company. If My whole amount with interest not given immediately I will go to consumer Court for Justice and compensation.

                                I opted to cancel my plan taken at Zukaso. They responded that I will get my money back in 90 working days. After that I have done multiple followups but these guys don't respond.

                                I have not received my money nor any other information about the same. I doubt their intentions to repay my hard earned money back.

                                Please help me out with the same.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have applied for JRPL Membership on 21Jun'16 and as per contract terms withdrawn and refund can be availed with in 10days of membership application and same will be refunded within 90 days.

                                  Contract Amount - 85000 INR.

                                  I have applied for refund and withdrawn from membership on 27Jun'16 in written application sent through registered post. Though till date I have not received my refund and not even any status by when they will refund.

                                  I have made several followups through e-mails, phonecalls, personal visit and sent a written notice through registered post for response on status of refund as advised by National consumer helpline.
                                  But, no response of the same till date as well.

                                  As the transaction was made through credit card and was on EMI, I have to bear the monthly EMI cost. Though my bank has ensured me that if they get confirmation from merchant on refund they will stop charging this amount. For the same also I have requested them to just mail me on refund confirmation so, that I can present the same to bank for stop of this charge. But, no response for the same as well.

                                  I have all the proofs for above follow-ups and contract documents.

                                  Please help.

                                    I sent request to book a hotel in Goa for dated 25-jan17 but it's more than a month we have, t got confirmation yet. I don know why your services are so pathetic.
                                    If you people can, t provide services to your members then why have you given memberships to us. While giving member ship you make lots of promises but non of them you fulfilled.

                                    I am really very disappointing from this Jukaso journeys. I will never recommend to any body. Though if I find some body is interested in your membership I will share my story with them.

                                      I visited Jukaso Journeys on 8th Jan 2017. They sell 3 year package to me for 36000/- I made the payment by HDFC Bank Credit Card
                                      Contract ID: 47137
                                      I met two persons over there Mayank Bhatia and Dhananjay Mishra and they promised me the amount will be converted to 24 months EMI. 4 days have been passed but still no confirmation received from the company.

                                        We have attended a meeting with jukaso executive in bathinda (Punjab) on 16th oct, 2016. I have make payment through credit card. As per him its initial payment to get benefit of the offer. If i will pay rest aount (Which was 40000) tomorrow then they will enroll me for their package... Otherwise this 5000 will be refunded. Very next day i called to their executive & told him that iwant to get it refund.

                                        But even after 3 months & after so many calls... Still not get my refund & not even any satisfactory answer.

                                        I m attaching for filled & signed by them & also they mentioned refund on this.
