We had first received telemarketing call on 22-Oct-2016 noon saying “Fortune Inn by Jukaso – ITC hotel group celebrating 35 years & invited us for Dinner with offering free 4 vouchers holiday stay in group of hotel’s to their Journeys Resort Pvt Ltd by Jukaso from Fortune Inn by Jukaso, Viman Nagar, Pune Office. Marketing team ensured that I am on track to attend the meeting.

Sales Executives invited & explained the holiday / timesharing scheme with lucrative offers under name of “Journeys Resort Pvt Ltd by Jukaso” an Fortune Inn By Jukaso group company & showed us Fortune In hotel/Resort brochure too. They had proposed multiple packages, initially we were reluctant, not convinced and asked time to think, research & get back.

After sometime, Rakesh Verma (Branch Head) involved to convinced us saying this is celebration one day offer & decision has to be made now by paying 100% payment. The company has 10 days free lookup period & you can cancel your membership during this period even though contract is signed for 100% refund with promise.
By that time it was late 10.00pm & we made our mind to enrol for minimal package of Rs.60, 000.00 with overall 30 nights stay with yearly 4N stay with accrual option in Fortune Inn group & tie up hotels/resorts with free food, free club, Spa, Gym, free 6 months monthly family dinner @Fortune Inn etc etc…. we had paid Rs.60, 000.00 through my Citi Cr Card & filled up enrolment approval form with personal details & requested for receipt, form photo copy & Rakesh Verma’s Fortune Inn business card. Rakesh said that he had to submit this form to head office for an approval with your spl offers, once approval is in place, next day he will come to our place for contract sign off wherein printed features, special offers, refund clauses without any fine print T&C.

After dinner, we reached home & researched about “Journeys Resort P Ltd by Jukaso” timesharing online consumer forum reviews & shockingly we saw all negative feedbacks as fraud company. That time we made our mind to rollback our application & NOT to enter into contract sign off. Immediate next day i.e. Oct 24, 2016 I went to their office to withdraw my application and NOT to enter into contract sign off, thereby I had requested for 100% refund of my money before contract sign off & not to avail your services.
I had reported the above matter to company several times by emails to their official email id between Oct 24, 2016 till date and subsequent follow-ups over official phone.
Although, I had received their cancellation confirmation against application of membership by email on Thu, Oct 27, 2016 with 90 working days refund clause, however, I had declined their refund waiting period and conveyed that I had not entered & signed off formal contract with the company, hence terms & conditions including refund waiting period are not applicable to me.
Therefore, I had requested immediate 100% refund/charge back to my credit card.
Despite all my pleadings neither they have made refund yet nor intimated about any initiation of refund process, actions from their side .
On account of aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same. Thereby finally called upon to refund my sum of Rs.60, 000.00 within15 days by sending notice and warned them about civil and criminal case as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer Protection Act.
However, there is no response/action yet from company side. Hence, this would lead to legal proceedings.

    I have submitted cancellation request of my mini membership in Jukaso Journeys on the next day of membership taken on 1st of July 2016, within 10 days of signing the contract. its now more than 4 months and there is no clear committment from company regarding refund. as per contract money should be refunded within 3 months of cancellation. its a fraud company & cheating the people. requesting you to kindly look in to the matter ...I have also heard that many legal cases are running against this company, but this company is continue trapping some more clients by calling. Even I received call from jukaso many times.

    Please help me to take my refund from this fraud company and we should try to banned this kind of frauds by taking suitable action.

    I have taken mini membership from Jukaso Journeys (P) Ltd. On their calling on 30/06/2016 with the membership ID: 23596 and traveller ID: 99695. I have paid the membership charges of Rs. 22000/- towards the membership ID: 23596 (Rs. 2000/- cash through my City bank Credit card as down payment and Rs. 20, 000/- in 12 EMI's on my standard chartered credit card). After hearing about the fraud cases and checking on internet I have cancelled the membership by giving an email and calling to Mr. Jaskaran, Manager, Jukaso, Ansal Plaza Office, New Delhi on the same day and again on 1/07/2016. After the cancellation request I requested to refund the said amount to Jukaso Journeys Ltd. many times by email, in person and tellephonically, but they did not responded well and I have not received any refund till date.
    According to the Jukaso policy refund time is maximum of 3 months from the cancellation date, but after 4 months from the cancellation date 1/07/2016, I have not received any refund/ chargeback from Jukaso Journeys. They are fearless and cheating me for this refund.
    Against the payment made by me from my Standard chartered credit card, I have to pay in 6 EMI’s and I am bearing heavy charges from SC bank for this late payment. I am also unable to bear such high charges in future.
    So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and get the refund of Rs. 22000/- and late charges applied from SC bank for the cancelled membership from Jukaso Journeys as earlier as possible.

      I have got an holiday package from jukaso innTo collect the coupon they have called me.But i was agreed to visit the hotel on condition of not spending more
      than 30 minutes inside the hotel bcz on the same day i have to pick up train.They agreed so i visit the hotel by spending more than 500 but in hotel there behaviour towards client was pathetic.They have wasted first my 10-15 minutes then start agruing that u have to give ur 45 minute minimum otherwise i can't give u gift voucher.Even in front o[censored]s they start urguing...are ye pankaj mathur wala client hai.I have never expected such kind of humiliation.I think jukasoinn sundernagar delhi is a blot in the hospitality industry.

          Hi,

          I have purchase a 10 contract with 1, 20, 000/- Rs service. there are many concerns.
          1.There are 9972/- Rs interest that need to wave-off as they committed.
          2. As they committed to give a kit for 35200/- but not received.
          3. I have asked for booking for Dharmshala they said in December there are very rush and can't arrange by gift voucher.
          4. I asked for cancellation of this contract and they are not replying.

            Dear Kavita/Fortune Team,
            I am Dipal Patel, membership ID-17206 at the time of contract we got written confirmation from your local
            sales office in Pune- Mr. Rakesh Verma to have complimentary free stay with Return Air tickets for 6 nights
            and seven days (details attached), accordingly we planned our holiday from 25th August 16 to 31st August 16
            and asked Rakesh to Book the same in Month of 26th June 2016 (details attached), but there was no response or
            booking details from him till August 22nd 2016.

            Then after a long follow up on phone and personal visits, we have been informed that booking of Holidays
            from Fortune is not possible duesome technical problem not known to us so we have been forced to do the
            bookings on our own as we left with no choice as everything was planned well in advance but somehow we got
            verbal and return confirmation from Mr. Rakesh Verma that he will pay (reimburse) all our expenses including
            air fair within 10 days on completion of our holiday but still we send him all our booking details and
            expenses before start of our Journey for information and action.

            Immediately after completion of holiday we submitted all our expenses and bills to Rakesh for reimbursement
            but again the same experience of no response then finally with lot of discussions and follow up we got the
            Cheque of Rs.63434 from Rakesh of 10th OCt 16 clearing date but to our surprise the cheque bounced till
            datebut to our surprise the cheque bounced due to insufficient fund in Rakesh's bank account accordingly we
            informed the same to him and asked for the next action plan but again the same story is repeated, that is no
            response even he is not picking up the phone so we are forced to write this mail to you.

            @ Rakesh: - We need our money back as committed by you or let’s know your stand very clearly or else we will
            be forced to take further harder steps.

            @ Fortune Team/ Management: - We request you to help us to get our money back also I expect your response on
            this matter with in next 2 days or else let me know the procedure to cancel this membership but in any case
            we need our 2.5 Lakh returned without any deductions.

              Mr. Ashwani your sales representative sell me the product of your company on 15th Oct. with commitment that if you don't like the product we will cancel your membership will give the refund with full value. now after reviewing your plan when i called Mr. Ashwani please cancel my membership as i am not interested. and Mr. Ashwani told he will process the refund after discussion in office within 2 days. but after 2 days when i try to call Mr. Ashwani he didn't answer my phone call. and disconnected the call again and again . i wait for his revert. but till date i haven't received any revert from him. then i write many mail to [protected]@jukasojourneys.com & [protected]@jukaso.co.in but even after many reminder i haven't received any revert. my contract id is 35699. nmy name Deepak Gupta ([protected])

              i got a call back from Jukaso customer care and they told me, we will be refund money after deducting 60%. even i have not used the services. when i told that your sales representative (Mr Ashawani ) commited you will get full refund even if you want to cancel the membership even after a year. now you are saying you will deduct the money. person told me to call Mr. Ashawani and discuss with him only. and after a long follow up calls. Mr. Ashwani pick the phone and when i discuss with him he was agreed with me that was discussed and there would not be any deduction. he told he will discuss in office and will get back to me . But after that day again he is not picking my phone. Please advise what to do. No one is reverting. when some one is picking phone they just they will get back to me. but no one is reverting.

                R/Sir, On 05 Nov 16, I have received a call from Jukaso Hotel located at Sunder Nagar New Delhi regarding claiming the three gifts as I informed by your representative ie. Charu Sharma on telephone that you have been sort listed by the company to give three gifts. She requesting me again and again to visit above hotel at Sundar Nagar, Delhi to claim the gifts with my wife. I asked representative on telephone what will do from my side. She informed me just come to our office and took your gifts without paying a single rupees. She also instructed me not meet to any person, I will attend you personally. Accordingly, I visited Jukaso at Sundar Nagar at 1515 hrs and make a call to Miss Charu Sharma, she said to come inside the Jukaso. After taking entry in the Jukaso, I again contact to Miss Sharma then she denied to meet and inform that our seniors will attend you.

                2. After some time, I was attended by other representative and ask to fill a from containing my personal information. In which a column was regarding annual income, before fill up it I have queried why you asking my annual income, he said Sir, there is no problem, it is the part of form. Further, I shift to another room where many senior representatives of Jukaso were available. I also attended by two more representative one by one and explain details of Jukaso holiday package amounting to Rs. 1, 65, 000/- and 70, 000/- for many cities and out of country for ten and five years respectively. You can pay this amount in one time or by installments in 48 months @ appx 1300/- by the credit card. Also told if you will took Jukaso holiday package at this time then we give you many officers with it. They pressed me again and again to take the holiday package as it is very beneficial to you. They have bound my mind and I unable to understand what I do. On this, I think that I can afford Rs. 1300/- per month. But I have no cash with me at that time. I think I pay this amount i.e 1300/- from my credit card and I gave my credit card to representative of Jukaso to sweep Rs. 1300/-. He sweep for Rs. 60, 000/- first time but due to non availability of limit transaction could not be completed. Again second time he sweep for Rs. 40000/-, due to non availability of limit transaction could not be completed. Further, he sweep credit card third time for Rs. 20000/-, accordingly the transaction had completed. I entered pin three times but I think there may be connectivity/other problem as I was sure that limit of Rs. 1300/- is available. Due to discharge of my mobile at that particular time it is not come to my knowledge that said transactions has been made on credit card, after charging my mobile I read the msgs and come to my notice, he sweep my credit card three times and two time transaction could not be completed due to non-availability of limit. This process completed by representation without giving in my knowledge that he is going to sweep Rs. 60000/-, 40000/- and 20000/-. In the last a transaction for Rs. 20000/- on my card completed. It is the cheating/deception with a customer that without giving in the knowledge he sweep Rs. 20000/-. Now, I am not interested as he give me a fake/mismatch information in the briefing and I decide to return it.
                3. In view of above, I submitted a written application to Jukaso Hotel as I am not interested and I cannot afford for this. In this regard, I have sent an email on mail address [protected]@jukasojourneys.com on 08 Nov 2016. But till date no reply recd on my registered mail ID.

                4. On 11 Nov 16, I made a call on land line no.[protected] regarding refund of said amount. I informed him about my case and told him no reply recd me from Jukaso on my email. He took my Traveler ID and Contract ID for knowing present status of my case and put me on hold. After some time, he informed I took your request for processing of refund and also arrange a call to you from concerned department in this regard. It will be returned you within 90 days after deduction Rs. 5000/- and Govt. tax. I ask him why you will deduct Rs. 5000/-, he requested me it will be clarified by concerned deptt.
                6. After waiting for a considerable time today i.e 16 Nov 16 I again contact on said no. but no satisfied reply give my by the Jukaso.
                7. I therefore request you to direct the Jukaso to credit swept amount on my credit card before its bill generation i.e 21 Nov 2016, as they sweep Rs. 20, 000/- by cheating/deception and without giving in my knowledge as I said above. I will be thankful for early action.

                  After being called upon in an event by the fraud jukaso journeys executives, i signed up for one of their membership plans. They told me that i would receive my kit within one week but it's been three months and nothing has been received. They have taken more than rs 50000 and when i requested to refund the money their team is not responding. The people who sold the fraud membership are not answering my calls. This company is a scammer. Please do not fall into the trap of jukaso memberships. They are all cheaters.

                    I have mailed him cancellation request, as agreed by him before selling plan to refund full amount if i cancel within 1 month. It's more than a week of request and no update.

                      I was trapped by Jukaso when I filled a form in Haldiram and they claimed that I am a winner for something. When I visited Jukaos they explained their membership plan which I somewhat liked and booked by paying Rs. 36000.

                      It has been more than 2 months, I haven't received the booking kit or anything other than contract paper. I couldn't book any hotel because I didn't receive any booking information yet.

                      Saransh & Bindu are the person who got out booking done verbally and with a contract paper. Since then, they are not picking the call and avoiding to talk if I call them from any other number.

                      Please help me to get my total refund.

                        I had opted for Jukaso membership on October 12, 2013. Member Id given to me was W0100153. Exeperince with Jukaso was very disappointed and finally to get the satisfactory solution to all the problems facing, I also joined the group in order to get my refund.

                        As a result of our protest and notice, I got contacted by Jukaos member relations for settlement. They offered me Orange membership with no furhter cost. I accepted the offer and new member id given to me is now 19261.

                        Reason why I had withdrawn my name from legal list because, as per my settlement discussion, I had been told very clearly that I don't need to pay anything and membership would be converted to red season for 10 years. Had I knwon that ASF needs to pay, I would have prefered going legal.

                        Atleast 3 of their executives had confirmed that there won't be any extra charges not even ASF. I had sent clarification mail as well. Nobody sent any response but I kept on sending follow up mails. I even spoke to them and they said that everything would be updated in the system.

                        I was under impression that everything is fine and things are now working well with Jukaso but I was totally wrong. Their team cheated me again and I came to know about it when I sent request for Mussorrie booking. I immediately objected to their ASF demand and then they confirmed my booking without ASF by saying that now everything is updated in the system. However I had lost my trust and didn't want to face the same issue again therfore after coming back from Musoorie I requested them to send me the confirmation of ASF waive off over the mail.

                        Finally I am shocked and surprised to learn from their esteemd team that Chairman(Rajeev Khanna) has denied the approval of ASF waive off.

                        Once again I stronlgy object to this demand. I had never agreed upon paying ASF charges which is clearly mentioned in the mail sent in December 2015 to their team.

                        Please beaware of this group and don't take their membership else you'll be cheated by them.

                          I was offered 10 years membership with very high promises at the price of 140, 000, however within 4 days I realized this is horrible and promises are not beneficial. As per contract I have submitted cancellation mail on 25 July 2016 ( my cancelation was confirmed by Jukaso ) which is within 15 days of contract(according to contract it can be cancelled within 15 days and the amount for the same will be refunded).

                          Many mails send to Jukaso journeys No action has been taken so far. every time they reply with a polite mail to have patience for reimbursement. also from last 15 days they are not responding on mails as well as on call.

                            I have purchased the membership on 30st sep 2016 by paying amount of 1.45lakh and after 2-3 days i got verification call from smita, due to which i came to know that jukaso representatives (sandeep/rakesh/nikhat) ([protected]) has given us wrong commitments during presentation @hotel fortune inn pune on 30th sep2016.
                            After that i have immediately sent membership cancellation email on 4th oct 2016.
                            Below are the points which they mentioned in their presentation and complementaries.

                            1. full complementary dubai trip for 2 people 3n/4d including visa, both side flights, food, sight seens, cab, guide etc. please find the attached pic of our agreement copy for your reference.

                            2. we asked them, what comes under our membership plan - below are example given by the presenter:-
                            If your going to singapore, then no need to pay anything extra, company (jukaso) will takecare for your visa's, 30℅discounts on international flights both side, on ur arrival cab will receive you, and drop you hotel.in hotel breakfast and dinner will be provided by company only and during your stay, sight scene, fun activities etc will be from company only.

                              I had purchased a 10-year holiday plan (Contract ID 16925) on 10th April 2016 and applied for a refund on 18th April. I was told they have a 90 working day period to process the refund request. It has been more than 7 months and I have not received any response from Jukaso regarding my refund. I have repeatedly called their customer care and they keep on telling me the same thing that they have forwarded my case to the concerned department and they do not know any details of my case. I even visited their office and talked to their retention team (one Mr. Ashwin) on Sep 26th, and he had promised me that he will provide me the date by which my refund by the end of the day but I never got a reply back from him. He gave me his contact number which is always switched off. They have not responded to my numerous mails and phone to the complaint department. Kindly help me get the refund.

                                I was called by an executive called Sweta, 3-4 times to attend an event organize by ITC fortune Hotel, Pune on its 38th Anniversary, where we have to give feedback on their services and food.

                                initially I made excuses not to attend but on reputedly request I thought I should go as it was an anniversary event and they might wanted real feedback and increase their PR. though I was told that I have to come with my wife as they have arranged dinner and some gift hampers for us.

                                I was send a confirmation massage (Attached is the screenshot).

                                After reaching, I waited for some time and then a lady called Nikita attended us and took us to the meeting room to attend 60 Mnts presentation. where other such invitees were also being attended.

                                Along with all sweet talk she explained us whole package, and at the end called her manager (Mr.Rakesh Verma) to tell us abut the package cost and offers. though it was very lucrative offer where I almost convinced, but my wife did not, so we want to buy some time to decide on this, but as a process we had to make decision then and there other wise offer will not be applicable.

                                As my wife is expecting a baby so she wanted to discuss with parents and doctors, to make any holiday trip plan or not. for that we are asking for one day time to make decision.

                                Ms. Nikita gave us an option after discussing her boss that if we make some advance payment then the package offer can be hold for one day and if we deny then whole amount can be refunded within a week and this will be given in writer on receipt.

                                her words of "written commitment" gave me confidence to take chance and as ITC is big brand so I could trust also. I made payment of Rs.5000 by my ICICI Bank credit card and when I saw the receipt there was no comment to refund my advance, when I objected there only then Mr. Rakesh Verma gave me verbal commitment that don't worry I will get it processed, you just let me know your decision tomorrow. (Attached is the Receipt of Rs.5000)

                                Instantly I realized that these all are ford people, as the behavior changed suddenly. next day I refused to take package and demanded to refund my amount, its been over 40 days I did not get back my payment back.

                                I called & Mailed Mr. Rakesh Verma to process my refund but I am not getting any response. (Attached is the mail copy screen shot)

                                I request concerns to please help me to get my Rs.5000 refunded at the earliest.

                                  I have purchased 5 year membership of Jukaso Journey by paying partial amount of Rs. 46000 out of Rs. 70000 on date 23rd Feb. 2016, at Jukaso Hotel, Gurgaon. I cancelled the contract by sending cancellation Email on 25th Feb. 2016 due to some misunderstanding with the Holiday plans.

                                  When I visited Jukaso Journey Office, Gurgaon they told me I will be receiving the amount after deducting Rs. 5000 + Taxes after 90 working days as per MAF rules and I agreed with them. After 90 working days around 20th June, they said refund process has been started and it will take around 1-2 weeks and I will get it by end of June. I waited till end of June when I contacted them again they said it will take another week and 1st week of July my cheque will be ready. When I again asked them they said my cheque is ready but I have to wait till it got signed for 2-3 days. After 2-3 days when I visited Jukaso Journey Office, they said it will take another 1 month because our signing authorities went outside India for some Property purchase and I have taken written confirmation for that in which they mentioned “Your refund will be done till last week of August 2016 and I have written confirmation for it.

                                  When I again visited Jukaso Journey Office, they showed me a cheque without sign and told me to come after 2 days and it will get signed. After 2 days when I contacted them they told me to wait for few more days as Signing authority went to Goa. After 1 week when I again contacted them, they said your cheque sign will take some more days and it is a Postdated cheque which means around 2 more months and they don’t told me about postdated cheque earlier. Till now I didn't get my money back.

                                  Total 7 months past no clue of my money.

                                  Nobody answering phone, very poor Customer Care service. Even Toll Free number is useless as they don't have any rights.

                                    I have applied for 5 years membership by paying 65, 000 through HDFC credit card on 25th of Oct 16 after discussion with Mr Dhananjay Mishra, Jukaso representative, but the terms of the agreements are not as per the commitment given by the representative. Now there is no option but to cancel the membership with immediate effects as per the clause of the agreement under which the submitted money will be refunded by deducting Rs 5000/ . Please cancel the membership with immediate effects and refund the money to avoid any legal proceedings. I already submitted the cancellation request at [protected]@jukasojourneys.com on 29th Oct 16 and a written communication at gourgaon address though speed post on 31st Oct'16

                                      Their staff called us on phone and intimated that we have won a holiday coupon of the company and we were invited to a hotel in Delhi for a hi-tea and collecting our gift at 6.00 pm.

                                      We reached there, first of all there was no hospitality at all and staff themselves was busy among them. however, we were attended by some of your representative after brief intro of company he introduced us to his manager who told us that he was earlier working with 'Country Inn' (I dont know why he told us this) .

                                      It seem that he was not willing in talking and after asking about membership he told very briefly. I also asked about the brochure but he told to visit the website. Is it so that your company do not have brochure even.

                                      When I asked about my gift voucher he told that within 5 minutes I will receive it on my mail, however, even after passing 3 three day I did not received it. I am now feeling cheated by your company.

                                      If you were not to give the gift coupon, why you called us by telling false and making fool o[censored]s, in fact you by this act not only lose one customer but also all families in touch.

                                      A company which claimed so high should not act so poor in commitment and please ask your staff members to behave warmly with guest and attend them properly.

                                        With Reference to contract Id 36259 & Traveler ID – 114619, I SAKSHI JAIN would like to cancel My 5 yrs membership due to false promises made by the merchant & also extreme rude Behavior shown towards my family by sunder nagar branch. We have also emailed you on 23rd October regarding the
                                        Cancellation but we have got no response from your side.

                                        They are cheaters. It won't affect how much you submit complaints, they are never going to take the necessary action. I have personally suffered.
