I m one of Victim of JUKASO Resorts / Journeys Resorts Private Limited. Join Whatsapp group [protected] to put this Kanna family behind bars.
Please help me. I am cheated by wrong transaction of rupees 40, 000/- happened on 10/12/2016 to journeys resorts private limited (Jrpl).

There was a lot of difference between the verbal promises and documents they (Jrpl representative) showed me at the venue of the transaction (I. E., jukaso hotel, sunder nagar, new delhi) and the purchase agreement they sent me through email to accept. They told me that their is some computer problem so they cannot print purchase agreement. They asked me to complete other formalities by the time computer problem is solved. This way they made me fool and made this transaction of rupees 40, 000/-

I have not signed or accepted their purchase agreement.
In purchase agreement they gave me contract id & traveller id which is follows:

    On 21-Oct-2016, we had been called at Jukaso IT suites, Gurgaon, were Mr. Nitin(branch manager) and Mr. Salman(Sales Executive) discussed a 5 year membership plan with us and when we asked him for a day time to think over this, he told us to submit some token amount i.e. Rs 10000/- and the amount totally will be refunded back if we don't want to go further with the offer within 10 days. Next day we have requested for cancellation. Mr. Nitin had assured us that we will get the complete amount for sure, I just need to raise a request at Customer Care. At customer care Mr. Ashwin has told me that he will talk to Nitin and refund my amount. Now, it has been more than 100 days, now Mr. Nitin, Miss Payal and Mr. Ashwin has stopped attending my calls. Please help me to get my amount of Rs. 10000/- and let these frauds and the company to shut down.

    They did the same with me on 12 nov, I think they mix something in the coffee after that people don't tend to see their reviews and just pay them what they have.
    They are not refunding my money even though i cancelled my membership the same day.
    I think all of the people duped by them should make a group together and make a solid case against them..
    Or they wont refund any one money and keep doing the same.
    At least we should make them so infamous that people abolish jukaso hotel and properties all together..

      Hi My Name is kuldeep kumar my membership id is -25002 i have already cancel my membership within time frame in July month 2016 as per agreement 90 working days they suppose to give refund cheque but now its Jan 2017 and i dont get my refund cheque.i visited that place in gurgaon now again team said to me come on 10th Jan but not give any confirmation only verbally communication team given to me again and again.i also send so many mails to them but no revert.please do serious action.

        I was sold membership for 10 yrs by jukaso for which I paid 160000... It's our hard earned money... And these people don't respond to our calls our emails as per their fraud policy... They think we are fools and won't do anything about it... But they are yet to face what they havnt faced in years of their fraud scam of looting ppl and not providing services

          Manager in Jukaso sunder nagar made commitments for false services and charges. They took my sign on papers by telling that it is just formality and it will confirmed after head office confirmation call but in confirmation call that came within 2 hrs., Head office person denied for the promised services and charges. Finally i told them to refund my complete amount but they are doing nothing to short out this matter. I done multiple calls but every time they make commitment for solution but not providing solution. I attached mail trail with them that has complete step-by-step details. Now due to their delay i have to pay finance and late payment charges to Credit card company. Please help to get my money back with additional charges.

          Hi,

          I denied your package because you was not giving same service while confirmation call, as you committed while taking payment.

          And i saw the worst process of refund where i lost 7450 rupees as cancellation charge and i got it after approx 2.5.yrs after making 100+ visits to your sundernagar and gurgaon centers.

          If it the best service that you provide... Then best service needs correction in definition.

            My Wife received a call from Sandeep Kanojia requesting that we have an extraordinary offer for family vacations just for that day at hotel Fortune Inn viman Nagar Pune especially for us, they said it will take just 10 mins and no commitment required, then a college girl took us through a presentation of how great Jukaso is and kept asking lots of questions on how we spend our vacations.. then A Rakesh Verma said he is the partner at Jukaso Journeys and offered unbelievable deals.. when we said no, can't decide right now, will get back later, he showed emails and pictures of customers who were so happy with Jukaso club, and said this was last day, we said no, not today, then offered gold gym membership form next day (which never happened), said if we don't like he will refund full amount, and showed an email of customer thanking him for refund.. on refusal he kept reducing the price and finally gave offer of Rs 65000/- for 3 yrs family vacations, said this was their base price only to gain customer trust. So we were finally defrauded of our money by Rakesh Verma creating a picture of a riskfree payment, the membership kit never came, no gold gym membership, kept changing commitments, then since this PMT was made through a cc they gave a cheque to refund the card interest, this change bounced, they kept giving excuses and could not give any vacations also, so we disputed the transaction on my card and sent an email to cancel the membership and a full refund, there was no reply, then got confirmation over The phone by Rakesh verma that I will get refund, when visited in front of customers Rakesh gave a refund cheque which keeps getting bounced due to insufficient funds every time they ask to deposit, now Sandip Kanojia says he has left Jukaso and Rakesh has kept his phone's off. Reading all the complains on this forum shows that this is a well planned protocol to fraud people by Jukaso Journeys and these people just don't have any regard of law neither care of any financial and psychological consequences to the people they are defrauding .. and it is such a shame that after this huge number of complains, Jukaso Journeys and partners Rakesh Verma, Sandeep Kanojia and team have easily just shut the makeshift office the are still running free maybe running the same operation at another location...

            omplaint was mrked as resolved by the company with a short meaningless and scripted email, asking me to contact them again on the standard customer response contacts which were useless when i contacted them the first place i have no faith in this company now and believe that they have no intention to gve any vacations and i just want my money back... This is the meaningless and semi marketing email which the company has audaciously sent me as resolution.. they have not even cared about sending the membership cards, my gym membership as promised after taking my money, and talking about vacations again.. i want my money back...             the refund chq given to me has bounced and there is no response from your side about refund at all..???

            Facing same problem, there company is closed, I went to Fortune Jukaso Pune they said they have closed, and many have already registered complaint in Viman Nagar Police station. All the phone switch off, no reply in email,
            I will be also register my complaint against them. It is our heard earned money gone to some fake company and it is crime.
            The sales person also left company and says they are not getting salary, but I feel they keep creating new company name and start new business.
            We need to also register complaint in EOW and cyber crime police station which is near station.

              Hi,

              I withdrew our plan in the month of nov. And wanted my amount invested back. You guys sent a revert after that no response at all. I have been following up with you guys since last 2 months so that the query gets resolved but didn't received any input from you.

              This is really sad to see that when you want the person to take up the plan, you want to close the entire deal in 1 hour.
              But when a customer wants refund, you guys don't bother to respond. Is this how you guys build up relationships with your customers. This is highly unprofessional.

              I would rather never recommend any of my known person to go on holidays via jukaso.

                On 27 August 2016, I received a call from Charu Sharma, she told me that I was selected in a lucky draw and I won a free 2 night/ 3 days tour package, Vives coupon for hair cutting, facial etc services and a coupon for discounted jewelry. I along with my wife was called to collect coupons from Jukaso Inn Hotel Sunder Nagar49/50 near by Zoo, Delhi and provided a entery code no KR-098. On reaching there Mohd. Shoeb(CME ID-312) mob no-[protected] and Mr. Kripa Shankar Pandey mob. No-[protected] told me that it was the anniversary of Jukaso hotel and explained different Fake and Attractive plans. Fake offers were
                1. I was given a free 2 night/ 3 days tour package, when I tried to book it, it was chargeable, while it was told that it is free.
                2. Vives coupon for hair cutting, facial etc services were chargeable.
                3. Coupon for discounted jewelry. Nothing was free in this coupon too.
                4. I was told that if I join the membership, I shall be eligible for discounted food and lounge for the celebration of birthday and marriage anniversary etc at any location of Jukaso hotels.(FAKE promise)
                5. I was told to deposit an amount of 60000 for that amount I shall get 20 nights free stay in luxury hotels of Jukaso and their associates and additional 28 nights in DAE membership(FREE). The Package amount was reduced to 50000 and to pay in 12 EMI, as I told them that I cannot pay at once.
                6. I paid Rs. 10000 and asked them for trial stay of 2 nights, so that I can believe that I am investing in a right company. They assured me for the same, but not provided till now. Even they are not receiving the phone calls.
                7. After payment I received a call from Jukaso Journeys representative (A female) and the representative told me that I had not paid the full amount. I said yes, she told me to pay full amount so that the services could be started. I told that Mohd. Shoeb(CME ID-312) mob no-[protected] and Mr. Kripa Shankar Pandey mob. No-[protected] told me to pay Rs. 10000 and rest in 12 EMI. But she was not satisfy with my answer. It was first shock I got from Jukaso Journeys.
                8. DAE membership is not free, it is chargeable and the services are also chargeable. The services like private vehicle during our stay, massage and many other facilities were chargeable in DAE membership while it was told free for the Jukaso Journey members.
                9. All the facilities were told to be free for Jukaso Journey members but when I called the customer care, they told me that there were no such provisons and services were chargeable.
                10. Customer care says that until you pay full amount you are not qualified for booking. Again it was told that I can book as I have paid Rs. 10000. I asked Mohd. Shoeb(CME ID-312) mob no-[protected] and Mr. Kripa Shankar Pandey mob. No-[protected] for the booking on message, whatsapp as they were not picking up my call.
                11. I received a call from Mr. Kripa Ahankar Pandey mob. No-[protected] asking for 1st EMI, I asked about the promises made by him, he did not respond well. Again he did not accept my call.

                My contract ID is 29750
                Travellor ID is-107304.
                Now I want my money back on the basis of false promises made by representative of Jukaso Journeys mob. No-[protected]. Both the representative should be imprisoned. Legal action must be taken against them. They are doing business in Delhi, and making so many innocent persons fool.

                same was here in Chandigarh on 27.12.2016. Same false promises but the difference is that we did not pay. Surprising fact for me was that there is no sign board of jukasoo office displaying outside shop.
                I was also been cheated by same person Mr. K.S. Pandey. It has been almost 8months and they have not refunded my money though I have paid full amount of 85000 through Credit card.
                Now, there customer care is not responding to any of my email, phone calls.
                And Mr. Pandey do not even recognize us.

                I was also requested for refund and withdrawn of membership on account of false promises and misrepresentation made by them. I have the papers where they have written the details of free services which later has been denied by there Customer care executives!!

                  I had taken a membership of INR 50000 on 25th Mar 2016 from Journeys by Jukaso from MG Road Branch Gurgaon. Within 3 days, I changed my decision and given the cancellation request through mail to the Jukaso team. They had given me the refund process is of 90 days, so the customer need to wait 90 working days. According to the company, I fulfilled 90 working days and started follow up in last July about the refund. But Everytime when I ask with team about the refund, they say to give us 20 days, 30 days 10 days. You will definitely get the money.
                  However, Already 9 months gone, still I am struggling for the refund.
                  Even I have visited 2-3 times to their place for the refund from july to Oct 2016. Eventually, They are harassing the customer that its not processed and give us time around 20 days. Literally, I have been irritated with their attitude and not getting a proper solution till now.

                    My story is same as all others.in shopper stop of select city walk i filled my contact details next day on (20-jun-2016) i got a call regarding surprise and when went there they explained it as surprise.
                    I told them i don't have money, they asked if i had credit card, i told i am unable to pay the whole amount even if i get convert it into emis.
                    They told me they will convert whole amount into interest free emi of 36 months.
                    So i have paid 1, 55, 000 for 10 year dae membership and accordingly they have to convert whole amount into interest free emis of 4305.5 for 36 months.

                    On very next day (21-jun-2016) i went to their select city walk office to cancel the membership as i have an ongoing loan to pay and unable to pay even emi of 4305.5 so i requested to cancel my membership and return the money.
                    Then they told me they will refund an amount of 27000/- to retain me and all provisions are same (Like interest free conversion into emis) i have written mail about it.

                    Then in the next bill cycle of my credit card i seen that the whole amount of 1, 55, 000/- have been charged and they did not converted it into interest free emis. Then i approched the jukaso office and told them about the bill. They told me that some problem is going on while converting your amount into emi and you have to convert it by yourself. Then i asked what about interest charged. They told they will settle latter.

                    I feeled so cheated about it. I raised dispute about it in my bank, my bank refused to help and told me to file a complaint in consumer forum.

                    I tried to contact the jukaso persons but they are not picking my phone.
                    I tried to contact costumer care but they are very rude and in no mood to look into my problem.
                    I emailed many times to the contact email id but they are not responding.

                    I am paying an interest of around 3.5% monthly on principal amount of 155000 and i don't have money to pay the whole 155000/-

                    I want my whole money along with interest i have paid on it.

                      Journeys by jukaso is a fraud company. Please do not waste your time and money by becoming its member. They promised me that they will give me a scratch card with four options to win. Since i have not become their member they did not give me the scratch card. They gave me one gift certificate to be used for free stay for 2 nights & 3 days in any of their listed properties. But this gift voucher also is not honored by them and it is simply a waste paper. They are not approachable over phone and also they do not reply to the e-mails.

                        I would like to escalate about the commitments which were made during purchasing the membership and which had been acknowledged by jukaso. Kindly go thru the mail chain and revert asap. Nobody is there in pune to fulfill the promises. Neither i got any welcome call nor dae membership. Following points were also committed -

                        #1 - it was promised that i would be getting holidays across india, not limited to any specific location.
                        #2 - 6night7days holidays apart my regular purchased holiday, with a validity of 5 years
                        #3 - i had a discussion with mr. Pankaj (At toll free number) and he mentioned that i will be getting a call from management about this.

                        I hope jukaso would look into this on urgent basis and provide the best of the resolution. Being reputed company, i reckon, company should definitely provide a timely resolution to avoid any dispute.

                          On 18 june 2016, in sunder nagar i got cheated by paying rs 42000 inlie of some super [censored] membership by so called jukaso journeys (A gurgaon based).

                          I realized my big mistake just after one and asked the person named dhananjay mishra of the refund policy which he did not replied at all.in august i have sent an official mail regarding cancellation which till on date not got replied. Later in december i want a reservation in jaipur, but the person at other end after so many mails replied for accomodation in goa that too after paying full membership amount only.

                          You can die calling their customer care number... The person at sunder nagar become handicapped when it comes to refund.. He will refer you to his boss in gurgaon who lives on another planet as you cannot contact with him/her ever.

                          Internet is full of the complaints by innocent people. Kindly refund my money back to avoid any legal hitches.

                            We got into the trap of a jukaso executive getting us to pay 50000 rupees on credit card saying they would always be there to help us whenever we planned a holiday. We decided on a holiday for xmas but soon realised that it was a nightmare to be working with jukaso over it. Intially we realised that the person who had sold us the membership, had differances with the company and had left the companay. We were then put up with pther people to help us with holoday plannig but all in vain. We have been following up with the executive for the last 1month for arranging holidays
                            But we are getting no reaponse as they do not even pick up our calls. We feel cheated and request money refund as we do not want to continue with a fraud company.

                            They have multiple office to cheat innocent newly married couple . they will telecall and give you impressions that you are lucky enough to win some package and then will trap you by overpromised/wrong commitment.

                                I had to cancel my membership application on second day itself due to personal financial reasons .
                                I emailed cancellation request to Jukaso team and also sent the physically signed copy of cancellation confirmation to their Gurgaon Office .

                                Issues faced :
                                No visibility and tracking of your cancellation request .
                                Very rare and automated/standard response on email with out any contact details .
                                Toll free number not functional, having issues most of the time .
                                Crossed 90 working days SLA .
                                No clarity on refund amount .
                                Luckily I had a contact number of one of employees and was based in same city where he was . I had to met him and he gave assurances to get speedy refund but all in vain .

                                  On 09 Dec 2016, at Jukaso Inn, SunderNagar, New Delhi I was Invited by Journeys by Jukaso team saying that i have got some gift voucher filled at Haldirams Lajpat Nagar, me and my wife was explained about the Lucrative offers of Journeys by Jukaso by Miss Shefali Gupta, Richa Bhatia and Mr. Dhananjay Mishra. I was convinced by them to take the plan of 10 years that costed 1 lakh rs, but then there occurred many things that day which shook me.

                                  1) The agreement that was signed by me, i asked for the photocopy of that, but what i was given is not the agreement to what i signed. Why i was not given the proper signed photocopy of the Agreement ? In that case, We visited there sales office in Jukaso Inn, SundarNagar and got the duly signed agreement. But again, why it was not given in the first time ?

                                  2) On 10th December, 2016 i have been requesting to cancel my credit card payment, first of all i was not entertained, after making hundred of calls, i was told that there is a technical glitch from our end and we can not cancel the transaction. Moreover the conversation done was too rude to handle, why i was not treated like a customer should be treated. I can not find any kind of cooperation and hospitality from your end. Then, how can you handle your customers for 10 years, if you can't handle for a single day.

                                  3) Even after asking quite number of times that do i need to pay the amount today? They didn't inform us and kept saying that there is a system of EMI, and EMIs will be taken from your card, You just sign the agreement the words were "YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TODAY"

                                  Then there came the agreement, when i was reading the agreement, we realized that the name of mine was misspelled( Sandeep was written as Sndeep) and my Company's Name was also wrong, when me and my wife were telling Miss Shefali to amend the document, Mr Dhananjay asked for the Credit Card, i thought he might need it to have some details of Credit Card, i trusted him and what he did in return was that he swiped my card, the icing on the cake was HE DIDN'T ASK ME TO FILL THE PIN ALSO, I was given the ATM swiped receipt of 1 Lakh without me entering the pin for my AMEX credit card which had a chip and it is illegal to do so. The name written on the slip is JOURNEY RESORTS SUNDERNAGAR NEW DELHI, first of all i was in the state of shock that he swiped my card in a blink of eye, i was not even able to believe what did just happen, then later i realized that they didn't even a give a proper receipt of this, How will i prove that this slip is the payment of membership plan of 10 years ???

                                  Secondly next day when i went there to ask that how could you take 1 lakh when you said That EMIs will be there, they had no answer and said that its better if you cancel the membership and we will deduct 5000 and will give 95000 back in 90 days. ( THIS WAS NOT INFORMED BY ANYONE ON THE DAY BEFORE).

                                  This is my hard earned money and not black money, I do agree that i decided of to take the membership plan but i expected transparency which they didn't give. I was convinced that EMI of Rs 4000 would be there, NEITHER the payment mode was explained nor i was told that PIN will not be entered by me, neither the cancellation procedure was told nor the refund.

                                  We are another party which has been cheated and fooled by Jukaso. We were invited to a presentation and the smart salesman made us cough up 1.5 lakhs with a promise of Bali holiday. Nothing happened for some months and we approached the higher ups. We were send a written confirmation that the promise will be honoured, Then the concerned official Radha Rani left her job. The next one Smita also send us written confirmation that promise will be honoured. But nothing is happening. Despite repeated visits to Jukaso and telephonic calls our trip is not being organised. The changing managers come up with new excuses to fool us.
                                  We took this membership only because of Bali holiday promise or why would any sensible consumer spend 1.5 lakhs for a 10 year membership. We were sweettalked into the deal. But what is worse is subsequent people are also doing the same. I think Mr Khanna is aware of the issue. Thet is why written confirmations were send. But people under him probably want the matter to go on. We are not beggars. We just want our due or please return the amount with interest and compensation for mental and physical harrassment.
                                  Hi Jatin Manchanda Here From Chandigarh. i was invited by jukaso journey in feb 2018 at SAGAR RATNA sector 9 Panchkula. I purchased juakso joirney package in feb 2018 and pay 50, 000 Rs.
                                  When i came back to home i discuss with my family they said this is not good. I call back to the person from whoome I purchased ( Mr Ankit & Sidhartha) they said why u wana cancel, i told them that this is my family issue and some financial reasons. They invite me again at sagar ratna panchkula sec-9. On 5th of February 2018 they mark cancellation. And told me that ur money will be refund with in 90 working days. That time Mr Ankit said Sir i will try that ur money will be refund with in 15-20 days. From 5 Feb 2018 they are just making fool of me that under process you will got ur money in 15 days then next month then in 20 days . But still i am not getting a single ruppees. On 5th of August 6 Months completes. Now Mr.Ankit[protected] not Picked up my Call. Not Even Sidhartha pick my call. In May 2018 Mr. Ankit said U will get ur cheque in June end, On 30 June He said Sir U will get ur cheque in July End. From 28 July 2018 he is not picked up my call. I have 3 mobile number in which my 2 numbers are blocked by jukaso company. I am not able to call on customer care from that 2 numbers, whenever i dial customer care number an IVR service said this is wrong number. So i call from different numbers. Many times I sent email on jukaso official mail id but no reply from company. Now i tried from different numbers then customer care executives said ur request is under process. I dnt which kind of calender jukaso used coz in 6 months they are not able to get 90 working days. Today My Wife call on customer care and customer care executive said that u will get a PDC cheque next month, and u have to collect the cheque from gurgaon. When my wife asked that which date will be mentioned on cheque, Then Customer care executive said u will get a cheque with the date of Around December.It means Jukaso will refund the money in 10 months not in 90 days. And still its not sure that i get the cheque. In Feb 2018 Jukaso executive Ankit said u will get 45, 000. I Pay them 50, 000 but they will refund 45, 000. Ankit said this is a process i will not get the GST of 5000. I said ok sir give me 45000. Today on 3rd August after 6 said Sir u will get 42000. 5000 is GST and 3000 service charges.

                                  They are making us fool daily.

                                    We had first received telemarketing call on 18-June-2016 in morning saying “Fortune Inn by Jukaso – ITC hotel group invited us for Dinner with offering free 4 vouchers holiday stay in group of hotel’s to their Journeys Resort Pvt Ltd by Jukaso from Fortune Inn by Jukaso, Viman Nagar, Pune Office. Marketing team ensured that I am on track to attend the meeting.

                                    Sales Executives invited & explained the holiday / timesharing scheme with lucrative offers under name of “Journeys Resort Pvt Ltd by Jukaso” an Fortune Inn By Jukaso group company & showed us Fortune.

                                    Sandeep kannojiya (team lead) offered me 5 yr membership for 110000/- INR.
                                    These people assured me that you will receive joining kit in 15-30 days.
                                    I inquired about joining kit after 45 days and he assured me that you will get in day or 2. Till date I didn't any kit from them.

                                    I made payment from credit card and it levied 15% interest on total amount. I was not agreeing to pay interest part so He issued me 4 cheques and when I put it in bank, all the cheques are bounce and reason being "No cash in Account".

                                    Many a times they do not pick up their mobiles and if at all they pick up, they give some weird accuses like I will speak to concerned person and get back to you but no one call me up till date.

                                    I strongly suggest to all, never take any membership from Jukaso journey as their representatives are making false promises.

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      I would like to inform u that i had bought a membership worth 40, 000/- on[protected] form journeys by jukaso after discussion with employee of journeys by jukaso miss manjeet (Con.[protected]) and miss simranpreet kaur sidhu at bathinda branch... Further, i informed miss manjeet same day i. E.[protected] about our train bookings for goa on 22-dec-16... She promised us that she would make the arrangements easily.
                                      After receiving a parcel from journeys by jukaso i made a call to manjeet she again assured me the same wording. But unfortunately till today i feel cheated and there is no satisfactory reply from either of them even after 2 and half months.
                                      At last i am forced make a complaint through consumer complaints and i wish my money to be refunded with interest and compensation for my mental harassment.

                                        AVINASH SONI AND ABHILASHA attented us and filled with false commitments. After then he came to my house with a swiping machine then he swipe my credit card on it and then he credit 1, 50, 000 from my account and made 24 installments.After swiping the card he told that we'll get a scratch card or some kind of gift voucher includes LCD MONITER, WASHING MACHINE, REFRIDGERATOR, then after scratching that voucher we got SURAJ DIAMOND VOUCHER that he took away with him only and told us to get a new voucher which is worth for us. he made 24 months EMI of Rs 6250 per month.

                                        False commitments made by Avinash Soni :

                                        1) 2 Family dinner

                                        2) 2 family movie outing

                                        3) 81 nights 80 days in 1 year

                                        4) 15, 000 Rs free voucher of VIBES SPA in green park locality

                                        (he told that no tax, no hidden charges to be spend by you not even a paisa)

                                        6) kerela - traditional welcoming and free tree house, free house boating, and this will not include package nights. free massage - mud massage, oil massage (no hidden charges or taxes)

                                        7) if two families will book a trip they'll get seperate rooms, but for only 1 night

                                        8) Then he told that AMC of 1 year will be given 6, 500

                                        this thing he told after swiping the card. then after knowing this i told to cancel the package, then he told about a benefit that we can use no. of nights in this package in 1 year that doesnt matter.

                                        9) the installments made by him were of Rs 6, 250 and on the first month 7, 554 Rs were debited from my account instead of 6250. this amount of Rs 7554 was debited till 3 months.

                                        then we went to saket mgf mall office for 3months then they just give excuses ; take per month extra charge, then they told take 3 months extra charge.

                                        And after then he told that at our delhi property of NCR you can make birthdays, parties, functions and the decorations, services will be arranged by them just we have to arrange caterers.

                                        and this conversation is known to Mr. Kanchan and Mr. Pradeep

                                        I just want my Refund now, I contacted with Miss Payal and got agreed to whatever she said but now she disagreed her statements and not responding to my calls emails and text messages. So, now I am going to take a legal action : police complaint and I'll take help of news media, social media. And now if you don't want this to happen then just refund my 1, 50, 000. I'm just visiting your offices of sundarnagar, ansal plaza, gurgaon, Saket mgf mall from 6 months.
