This is a fraud company
Kindly stay away from these THUGS
their employees r fraud too..they state somethng else othr than wat they serve..
They thug r hard earn money..v want r money bck
They stated mny thngs but nothng is being mentioned once the contrct has been bought
They owned rude employees as they know they need it to run a fraud company..
V ol togethr shud make an effort nd let ds company b sealed fr once nd ol
Ol d positive reviews fr ds company hve been posted by themselves nly..
They promised mny things but aftr a month v r gttng to knw dat ol was fake including that they own 100properties across the world but not evn hlf of it they own..they own nly 30properties
Shaifali said they had their own proprty in dubai switzerland nd mny more
But later dhananjay mentioned they own property nly in switzerland spain nd las vegas but the truth is they nly hve a proerty in switzerland that too is wrst than hell nd earned by fooling innocent people..nd by thugging their hard earn money..

I can relate with you. I too have been cheated by Jukaso Journeys. I believe this is their actual business, trapping innocent people and then robbing their money and then getting absconded.

    I had purchased membership of Jukaso Journeys (of Rs55000) on 21st of May 2016 and submitted cancellation request on 23rd of May 2016. I send the mail to the concerned department of Jukaso and after calling their customer care no [protected], it has been advised to me that money will be refunded back after 90 working days as per their company policy(after deducting Rs5000+taxes extra) however still didn't get my money back as 90 working days are also over. After calling their customer care no several times, they have replied that you will get your rest of the money back in the middle of January 2017 which seems to be suspicious as fraudulent as that's against their policy. I request Consumer Forum to kindly help me in getting my money back.

    Attention here: Please take your money via legal actions. If you keep on following up casually with these people, they will never refund your money. I personally know a lady whose money they have not returned for the past 2.5 years.

      At the time of taking membership, the sales team provided a long list of wonderful resorts across major international tourist destinations including Bali, Maldives, Singapore, etc. saying that these are the tie up hotels. I repeatedly checked with them if I need to pay anything extra to book rooms in these hotels/ resorts but they said that its part of package. But when I received the kit no such resorts/ hotels were mentioned. Later after much follow ups I came to know about this fraud. Spoke to Payal Khanna for refund and raised a dispute. She promised in written to sort this out through arbitrator around 2 mths back. But despite of numerous follow ups with her, I'm yet to get the date for arbitration.
      Moreover, Jukaso helpdesk never responds on mail, worst customer care support and false promises. Till date I havent received the DAE membership details. This is case of cheating and fraud. I want my full money back along with the interest.

        Greetings

        I am Dr arun and myself and my wife attended a meet on 9th October in rohtak in saffron hotel by journeys resort private limited . there we were offered a mini membership of five years with 80, 000 rs without any AMC for five years with four nights and five days every year ' we we're told that all the booking can be done online and we were offered a ten percent discount. also we were told that all there resorts are 4 or 5 stars. but when next day checked website, I came to know that website was not properly functioning and we can't log in. also lot of discrepancies about their properties And most of them 2 or 3 stars. also I saw a lot of complaints about poor services. so to check it,
        I called the helpline and asked them for a booking in Agra which the said no. then I called the persons who sold me membership.. they did not pick up the phone and sent a message that they will call back
        another person was called and he said he is on leave so he will give us the information a days after only. basically they were trying to pass time so that if ten days are passed, we loose 60 % of our money . so finally I realised that it is not worth to pay 72000 ( after ten. percent discount ), and still be dependant on them for all my booking through a inefficient communication system. so I have applied for withdrawl of my application and refund of my hard earned money, on day 3 only and sent it via email as well as posts ( day 4)

          Hi Respective person,

          I request you to please cancel my membership. My Traveller ID 111962 and Contract ID: 33865 with Immediate effect and I want my money back. I paid Rs 15, 000 by Citi Bank Credit card for 5yrs membership.

          Reason of cancellation: ( fake offers and commitment)

          The wrong message and commitment was conveyed to Me and my wife. We have purchased this membership on 4th October from JOURNEYS BY JUKASO, CITY SQUARE MALL (RAJOURI GARDEN). We were called to collect gift coupon which were won by us in a lucky draw ( as informed by them). When we reach the representative named SALIM ZAFAR entertained us and explained about JUKASO membership and how we can avail holidays from this. The next person was Mr. RAHMAN and his mob. (removed). Both of them tried their level best to convince us to purchase the membership. for getting their job done they committed us about giving many benefits like ( 365 DAYS FREE FACILITY OF SWIMMING POOL, GYMNASIUM, 20% TO 30% DISCOUNT IN DINING IN RESTAURANTS AND FREE BANQUET HALL BOOKINGS TWICE TO THRICE IN A YEAR). After contacting customer care we came to know that company JUKASO does not provide any such facilities. We are only entitled for 4 nights and 5days stay in hotels under JUKASO anually.

          They also told us that FREE PASSES would be provided on celebrations of NEW YEAR AND VALENTINE DAY ETC.. But again from customer care we came to know that its not free but discounted coupons are provided. These guys were continuously forcing us to take the decision on the table immediately as these are promo offers and with discounted rate which will not be available afterwards. Only 25 yrs membership would be available but with no discount. they also didn't provided correct details about (WHITE SEASON).

          These guys are selling the membership in a very cheap and fraud way and ruining the name and fame of the company JUKASO . So, I request you to please take appropriate action to stop these false deeds and promises under your letter head.

          On 12 Oct 16, I got call from one MONIKA ([protected]) from JUKASO RESORT PVT. LTD). She told me that I have won two prizes following a lucky draw coupon that I filled in Reliance Trendz Janakpuri (i) holiday trip worth ₹50, 000/- (ii) Scratch card with an assured gift upto ₹10, 000/-. I didn't filled any such coupon although I went shopping at Reliance Trendz and one executive entered my details in a register which I thought was for ₹1000 coupon offer that I got from Reliance after shopping for ₹ 3499 as a festive offer. Nothing can come for free so I googled and found this link. I m not going to meet them as she called me by an sms from mobile number [protected] at CITY SQUARE MALL 1ST FLOOR SHOP N 10 ( JUKASO RESORT PVT. LTD) NEAR BY METRO STATION RAJORI ( RAJOURI) GARDEN. It must be a FRAUD. Marshal
          yes they are fraud. don't listen to them.
          I got a call today(22 nov, 2016), regarding same gift coupen and all, they say, i filled up coupen in reliance trendz, and they need a signature and they will prepare an online confirmation from the recipient after receiving the gift, and for that purpose, they want me to be there, i searched and i got this link, and now i have decided to ignore this. Thanks guys for sharing this information online.
          They called me saying that you have won gift card and 2N/3D holiday..please collect your coupan from City Square Mall Rajori garden
          Then they started to explain their holiday package..Finally they convinced me and my wife for 36000 amount and
          We will get 11 N per year for 3 years at Jukaso hotels.
          But they are totally fraud.when I tried to avail the holidays the number they have given is switched off.
          I called Jukaso they say that there is no such plan for 11 N
          We can give you max 4 N per year.
          That too must not be on weekend.
          People sitting in Jukaso office in CITY square mall are totally misleading the people.
          They are sitting there to cheat our hardearned money.
          Even Jukaso IT suites Gurgaon hotel also sold off to Ginger.
          The mobile no shown on website of Jukaso IT suites Gurgaon comes swithed off.
          They say they will refund if you don’t like but when I asked them to refund they say this will take time.
          And I am waiting and following since last 1 year for refund.
          They are big cheats.
          God will not forgive them.

            I have visited the Journey Jukaso office in DLF Metropoliton mall on 7-Aug & briefed all the info by Mr Jatin ([protected]) & his senior Mr Avinash [([protected])(left Journeyjukaso)] & at time of making payment of Rs.72, 000 i had converted the EMI on for 36 months but as per my credit card transaction it is converted in 12 months only so please make this rectification or cancel my membership.

              I along with my family had once had lunch in Haldirams lajpat nagar. we had filled up a survey form there. after few days i got a call from journeys by jukaso offering me a free vacation trip in case i visit their office in ansal plaza khelgaon andrews ganj. I went there to see what they are. i knew no one is going to offer me a free vacation without any terms and conditions. there i met with Mr. Vivek Singh - [protected] who explained to me about the company and its membership benefits. I noted that they were giving an HCL tab, a rs. 30000 voucher from surat diamonds store, a rs. 15000 gift voucher of VLCC, a free trip for 4-5 days to dharmsala, a welcome gift and perks of 10 yrs blue membership. they quoted to me the price for that to be 1.4 Lac. however, they negotiated it to Rs. 1 Lac with same benefits. now, i was not convinced much. Seeing this, another official of the company calling himself regional head Mr. shahbaz Alam - [protected], came to us and assured us of quality and authentic services. i was not sure completely, however, my family and everyone agreed to the offer.
              i made the payment and left. for many days i waited for my kit and gift vouchers to come. However, nothing came. After few days, i tried to contact Mr. Vivek, who i came to know left the company. then i called Mr. Shabaz Alam who also said that he had left the company, however, he will speak to the company and make my kit and gift vouchers available very soon. After about 1 month, a welcome kit did reach me but with no gift vouchers as promised. Now, i contacted the customer care for help but they are not willing to help at all. my money has gone in waste. they said they cannot do anything and cannot refund money after 90 days are completed. This company is a fraud company. False promises and commitments are made by sales representatives to lure the customer in order to attain sales targets. In the end the offer seems very attractive and customer falls for the trap. i myself feel bad about being fooled by these thieves.

              They are the biggest scammers in India. There are so many people they have cheated yet I do not understand why there has not been any action against them. Why cheaters like Jukaso Journeys are allowed to rob innocent people, steal their hard earned money and run away.

                Yesterday we got a call from jukaso it from ms. disha, mr. anurag, mr. saransh and mr. deepak. they told us that you filled one coupon in haldiram and you have been shortlisted for our free gift vouchers of stay and 1 scratch coupon of either laptop, smart phone, pc jewelers coupon or flipkart amazon voucher. and they assured us that we will take only 45 mins of yours and you need not to take any membership of yours, this is just promotional activity.
                And we reached there at 7 pm in the evening. first of all no one even bother to ask a glass of water. we just filled a form and wait there 25 minutes. than a girl, her name was bindu, she called us and start asking all our details like our profession, our family, how much frequent we travel and all personal details. after sitting with her for 2 hours we got to know that they are offering us the membership of rs 85000 for 5 years. and at the end we clearly told them no we cant take this membership as this is our beyond budget but still they were forcing to take the membership.in between 2 hours we ordered cup of tea, but no one even bother to give us the same.
                I would like to tell you all that pls do not entertain this type of calls from jukaso inn. it is just waist of time. we have wasted 3 hours & rs. 10000 as agreement fee... now i want my money back.

                Pathetic service. pathetic staff. jukaso is pathetic brand. do not use it.

I went there with my wife, on reaching she told us about journeys by jukaso memnership, after all she shows different offers for members. I pay 10000 to her to be a member but after reaching home, i google about jukaso membership, and understand that its a trap and fake promises, now I want my money back, i called that lady but she refused to give my money back, i want my refund. Please refund my 10000, it is my hard earned money... Please i will be very grateful to you...

                    I have purchased 5 year plan from DD Mall, Gwalior (M.P.) on 3rd Oct 15
                    through manager Mr Ravi Srivastava. Paid rs 45000/- there via Credit card.

                    Later i found the feedback are not so encouraging. Tried booking for a tour but no success. Even their official website ws not working. Mail ids not working and switched off mobile of Mr Ravi Srivastava.

                    Consequently on 10th Oct 15, (in 7 days) dropped mail for cancellation and refund.

                    But till today, i hv nt got the refund even after repeated pursuance.

                    And i have no clue how to proceed so that i get my money back. Please provide me help in this matter. I'll be thank full to you ppl.

                      I am Shashi Bala, on 24th sep, 2016 I was invited by Jukaso journeys resorts employee Ms Manjit kaur and Ms simran nod they told us to join 5year jukaso membership for Rs 70, 000 . Initially we were reluctant to join as member but after their lot of convincing promises we joined by giving Rs 50, 000 through credit card and Rs 20, 000 as check payment . They told us that you will be provided with free spa services, Each Jukaso studio will attached by an individual kitchen and you can pay the credited amount through EMI. Their properties are very far from stations but they hide these facts from us.

                      They assign me a Contract ID-32862 and Traveler Id-110862. But day after when I got a verification call, the company refuse to give the services as promised by their employees in meeting. Next day I stop check payment of Rs 20, 000 and wrote to company on their mail id to cancel my membership and refund my Rs 50, 000 immediately as they are making fool of their customers by giving false promises.
                      Till date I got no reply from the company. I want my refund back of Rs 50000. I am using SBI credit card and they said that you will get 0% finance charges and amount will be paid back in EMI. This is all fake.now either I have to pay entire amount or pay back by paying 17% interest. Please help me. I am mentally harrased as i can not pay Rs 50000 amount of credit card and rate of interest is high of credit card.

                      After i submit my response to your website I received a call from a number [protected] just in 5min, They told me that they are calling from consumer court portal and they will resolve my compliant regarding Jukaso journeys Ltd right now. They start asking me that how much money i paid them through credit card which credit credit card and which company.

                      they start asking information and said they will be verifying my information and then they will refund my money . They convinced me that that they are authorized persons of consumer court and whatever they are asking is just for the verification. and after that my amount will be credited or paid.

                      But within that time they said you will be getting a complaint number and other key on your mobile number that you need to tell us. while i was talking to them they deducted Rs 18000 from my credit card. when i got message from my credit card company regarding 18000 amount debit I immediately call them and tell them to block my card.

                      I suddenly realize that i had become a victim of these fraud people but they were so smart and convincing that they not even given a single doubt .

                      I cant tell you sir what i am going through now, I was begging for my hard earned Rs50000 and again these fraud people looted my Rs 18000 . I don't understand where should i complaint for this. I don't even have that much courage left that i lodge my complaint.

                      I don't know whether my compliant will be resolved or not but I want to inform you that your own portal is not safe. i cant imagine that this portal can be the cause of such happenings.

                        Since the time I have taken this membership, I have been rueing my decision to do so:

                        - While taking the cheque, many benefits were shown which I was commetted that I will be receiving it along with my kit. (IT WAS A BIG FRAUD AND I DONT EVEN WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT AND WASTE MY TIME AND ENERGY). Even the number of days offered annually turned out to be different from the one that I was committed.

                        - After many rounds of discussions I was given some food vouchers for the miscommunication/false promises that the sales team made. These vouchers though had a clause that they dont get acccepted in most of the properties showing under jukaso list. During my trip to Switzerland, when I was told these vouchers dont work there, the team apologised and said the validity of these vouchers will be extended.

                        NOW, again true to the way they have been treating me, they have again stopped taking my calls. AMAZING CONSISTENCY BY JUKASO TEAM. I wonder if they have a training session for this.

                          I have been enrolled as member of journeys by jukaso since 01 may 16 and my member id is 18085.

                          I haven't received the apple i pad mini as promised till date. Till date whenever i had called their customer care they just have one thing to say that they are out of stock and the stock is expected to arrive in ten days. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest please.

                          We recently went to their mussoorie resort which was more like a hotel rather than resort. The location of the hotel was so out of reach that its impossible to reach self driven. The booking process was so unclear that even after our stay we didn't get their confirmation mail. They promised 50 % discounts on food while we were given membership. However we were given only 10% discount that too after lot of negotiations. The hotel is managed by a third party and there is no coordination or communication between us, the hotel and the company ie journeys by jukaso. Its a nightmare to go on journeys by jukaso.

                            I am sunny chouhan from gurgaon, i have joind 58000 rs 5 year membership of jukaso journey {11.06.2016}. They forced me to pay 59000 on the spot through credit and assured me that my monthly EMI will be converted to 1280 PM.But after paying that money they never converted my paid money to EMI and told that you get it done from your bank we will refund extra interest payable, so I did the same and EMI raised to 2000 (round figure).Its almost 3 month I am calling them for money.

                            Now when I asked them about my extra interest, extra EMI money they never pick up my phone and reply anything .Also the things which were committed at the time of join was never provider like food vouchers I got nothing .I cannot trust these peoples so want to cancel my membership and want my money back.Please help me in recovering my money My number [protected]

                                We purchased their policy valid for 5 years which cost us 60, 000 INR. On the first trip we took, the services were absolutely pathetic. The hotel details forwarded to us were false. On complaining to the customer care they didn't respond. The salesperson Mr. Ankit and Mr. Saransh refused to attend any of our calls though while selling the membership they were more than eager to attend calls any time of the day. We spoke to their customer care representatives and no body had any solution to any of our complaints. We decided to cancel the policy. For almost an year now we have been regularly visiting their office but they make sure we are seated in a separate room where they arrange for absolutely meaningless meetings with their representatives. They make sure we don't get to interact with any of their customers lest we would endanger their sales. Every time we are told that something will be done about it but so far there's been no action taken on part of the jukaso team. each time they fix a meeting with any representative it's a pointless discussion which only ends up in jukaso team members asking us to visit at a later date. We have sent them a hundred emails but there's no response or if there is one it usually doesn't offer a solution or a process for the cancellation of the membership.

                                    About a week back I was invited to meet Mr. Sanjeev and his boss Mr. Ashwini in Gurgaon to avail a free trip. And alongside, they sold me a 5 year plan. I was promised that I can avail an international trip to Dubai at a cost of only 7K. However, to my surprise I was told I cannnot avail before 45 days as the process to issue DEA ID takes 45 days! In such a fast moving world to generate a simple log-in ID they take 45 days. This information was NEVER revealed in the sales pitch. After so many calls to Ashwini and Sanjeev, they simply denied this and kept repeating they informed. They completely fooled us. They were callous enough to simply say that I can cancel my membership if I am not satisfied. They have got a sales booked in their accounts, so didn't care really about the customer satisfaction once the sale is done. Would advise to take a strict action against them and recommend everyone to not avail any services from Jukaso.

                                      I bought a membership on 6th Aug 2016 from MGF MALL Saket office and paid rs.10000. It was told to me by Mr.Jitendera Tiwari and his manager Avinash Soni that I can cancel the membership anytime and full money will be refunded. I had requested for cancellation of membership on 7th Aug 2016 (next day), becuase I had seen so many complaints against the company on Google.
                                      But I was surprised when i got to know from customer service helpdesk guy he told me that cancellation will be processed in 90 working days and if any refund is due then it will also take 90 working days and cancellation fees of rs, 5000 will be charged+taxes.

                                      It was not told to me by sales exe. that cancellation fees +taxes will be charged. They had not provided me with correct information and they have cheated me. I don't know I will get any refund from them or not it is more then a month I am chasing them but they have only one answer it is company policy and we can't help it.
                                      Please help me how to get my money back. I have not used any service infact I have not received any documents from them because I had raised the cancellation very next day.

                                        Me and my wife were invited by jukaso inn sunder nagar for attending their membership plan where we booked their 5 years membership plan. We paid 50, 000/- to” journeys “on 28th may’16 through my credit card. Your executive promised many extra perks like free dinner coupons worth 5000, vibes coupons worth 10000/- every year, discount dairy, 2n3d stay in singapore, 2n stay in any of the jukaso property along with 25 night stay in 5 start hotels all over the globe every year in their 5 years’ membership plan. I was just given an agreement copy of the same as you said that i would be getting a membership kit within 30 to 45 days of the booking and all the above will be a part of it.

                                        Soon in 2 days after purchasing the same i read the reviews of jukaso journeys online where i was shocked to know that the company is a fraud and have cheated hundreds of me already in last 3 years. I also read that more than 5 firs were registered against you. Lots of agitations and poster marches have been already carried out for victim’s money refund.

                                        I immediately tried booking 2 nights stay in one of your properties considering myself lucky and distinguish from all other victims but alas. It’s been 15 days since then and i have just got 2 emails for collecting information and asking another 4, 000 /- for booking the hotel as their annual fee. I gave them the copy of 2 free stay that we have got but since then they are not responding to my numerous emails. The customer care number and the executive who sold the membership plan are not responding to my numerous phone calls and messages.

                                        I went back to them asking an answer to all the fake commitments and this fraud plan and got to know that the same people selling their plans to new innocent people and no action has been taken by police despite so many complaints to stop the new incidents to happen.

                                        Now more than 20 emails have been sent to jukaso registered email address but only once or twice we have received an apology for the late response followed by another false commitment of a call back very soon, but i haven't got any call to communicate the date of refund or acknowledgment even.

                                        Your company is known for its miss commitments, so was the case on 3rd September 2016 .

                                        Even after confirming the time on Email you cancelled the meeting when we reached Gurgaon .We travelled all the way from Ghaziabad just to hear that you are busy with other customers and we should go back home that day .

                                        What is the point apologising each time when you have no ethics at all??



                                        Moreover another miss commitment followed when you assured us that you will call us on the coming Monday i.e. 5th September to conclude the closure of your so called membership which has no face value .



                                        Why were we insisted to attend a face to face meeting when a telephonic discussion was possible –Because you were at fault again .

                                        Again, more than 10 Days have passed and we have not received any call from you .



                                        Waiting for the refund of my hard earned 50, 000 Rupees at the earliest .
