I had purchased membership of Jukaso Journeys (of Rs55000) on 21st of May 2016 and submitted cancellation request on 23rd of May 2016. I send the mail to the concerned department of Jukaso and after calling their customer care no [protected], it has been advised to me that money will be refunded back after 90 working days as per their company policy(after deducting Rs5000+taxes extra) however still didn't get my money back as 90 working days...

At the time of taking membership, the sales team provided a long list of wonderful resorts across major international tourist destinations including Bali, Maldives, Singapore, etc. saying that these are the tie up hotels. I repeatedly checked with them if I need to pay anything extra to book rooms in these hotels/ resorts but they said that its part of package.
