This is dilip from chennai tamilnadu this month i deposit almost 7lakhs and i lost everything now i don't have single rupee i tried to conta junglee rummy and ash him to add maximum cash bonus but they simply said you are not eligible for cash bonus i don't know why so you are requested to kindly look into this and give back my money my id dilipkumarv

    My name is rakesh clayton and my user id in junglee rummy is losert and registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com, i have been playing in junglee rummy since a year now and have lost more than 60k till date, the games i play are all manipulated and every time i withdraw money i lose more and more, i mostly play in night times and see that same player plays with me until and unless i lose all my money, i have recording the live game from the time i realized that this is not a genuine site and have complained them lot of times about the manipulation but all they respond is "time being please stop adding cash and play free tournaments" which i did but still no luck, its really shocking how every other player except me wins continuously, i have told them that i have live recording of the false game play but they say its not and when i warned them that if this is the case i have to lodge a complain they simply say do whatever you want, i even have call recordings of how they try to convince people that they are not frauds, i have just read lot of reviews of this website which are posted recently and saw that few people even talk about committing suicide but this company is least bothered about it, i am sending this complaint just to seek help from you and still this company don't return my money i have other higher way to teach them lesson, i belong to an army family and the good part is my dad is still in army, my dad serves the country and this frauds are looting the normal public thinking they can't do anything but i will make sure i become pain of their head, request you to kindly help me with this issue/

      # people. I had already lost 4 lakh and attempted suicide. And now i had stopped playing and living peacefully couple of months. But daily # jungle rummy is sending me 100 messages day and torturing me. Give my money back #. Complained in cm shell. You all do prostitution with your family members and earn money instead of cheating people.

        Its really humble request 2 years back i was in very good position very good name and i was never taken single rs from anyone once i started this website today i lost family friends everything everything i lost not only me there are many peoples many many peoples starting they encourage u like u will feel its genuine website thease #ers after they will # u till u get blood thease # #ed many of my friends also and i will tell u in future i[censored] wanted to loss everything means u just join junglerummy or else please do not join with any cost i observed many of my friends and mine games u come to know its completely #ing website and u will not get pain somebody should raise voise against this many loosing there lifes once u get addicted means u will never come out of this but i personelly closed all my friends account and mine also please its humble request to do not join

        Note:after telling this i remembered one thing i also read thease kind article still i joined and today iam writing article i will never wright again its ur life but 100% one day def who ever join they will def right this article

          Hi amol this side,
          My login on junglee rummy is meamolag.
          Before a month i raised a query to junglee rummy support team that players of my opponent were manipulating the game by collusion and passing required cards to each other.
          Thus i claim junglee rummy that if opponents were not playing unfair game and i was playing fare game, i should receive the winning amount i. E. 7200/-
          On this complain junglee rummy checked said game and on verification gave me 2200/- as appriciation bonus for reporting such players unfair game.
          Then i took follow up for multiple times with junglee rummy for this query status but team were giving me unexpected and unclear answers. And tried intentionally keep this issue ignored.
          Till date i have 30 emails in trail of same query email and issue is still not resolved.
          Then on 3rd nov. I raised this issue on consumercomplaints.in
          Still they didnt gave any revert till 20th nov.
          Junglee rummy support team committed me that we will give you claimed amount and now they are saying rs 2200 means 2000 is amount you loose and 200 is appreciation bonus. (They are telling like this because now i am claiming full game winning amount, before this full amt of 2200 was appreciation bonus)
          In 4 emails from junglee rummy they are saying that amt of 2200 is appreciation bouns and now on consumer complaint revert they are saying like only 200 is your bonus.
          This is not at all professional behavior.
          Once during follow up support team official told me your bonus can not be more than 200 thus we have given you rs 200 bonus but actual case is that one of my friend have received rs 1500 on reporting of same query.
          Here i am willing to raise that if junglee rummys policies are standard and unique then how can official give customers fake and unfair information?
          Or how can be policies appear different for different customers??

          This site is not standing on one statement and changing own commitments again and again to avoid payment to customers.
          For this they are also dragging this issue unresolved so that customer will be tiered and let it go.

          During all this this site wasted big time of mine.
          Customer support executives never entertained me on call properly.
          Never received in time reverts on my emails.

          Really unethical peoples.
          Exploiting customers to make money.
          Highly lethargic support team.
          Taking customers concerns very lightly.
          Cassual attitude against unresolved query.

          As informed to you on your email, the games referred to in your email were under investigation and since it was taking time to verify the games, we refunded Rs. 2200 (Losing Amount: 2000 & Appreciation Bonus: 200) valuing your patience.           your customer support's commitment was like we are in investigation and once investigation done, we will reimburse you.

          Also now you are telling that 2000 is game amount and 200 is bonus but previously 4 times in email you have told me that bonus amount is 2200.. Why didn't you people state this byfurcation in that 4 emails?????
          below is wording of your email.
          "however considering your association with our website and valuing your patience we have already credited Rs. 2, 200/- as an appreciation bonus which will reflect into your Junglee Rummy account within 24 hours."

          Also all queries in my complaint are not answered.

          overall you peoples are showing your cheater attitude...

          1. if you know that you have already answered on this query. - Then I have counter questioned on that reply, Then why didnt you people reply on same reply since 3 days and why replying on fresh query??

              Hello…
              My name is amol and on junglee rummy its meamolag.
              I have raised query to junglee rummy support team that 2 of my opponents were manipulating game and passing required cards to each other. (I also shared required game id and details in same e mail)
              As these players were disturbing junglee rummys fare play policy and influencing genuine players, junglee rummy gave me rs. 2200 appriciation bonus.
              Full game value of this game was rs. 8000/- and junglee rummy have already made rs. 800 from same game as brokerage.
              Here my concern is, if said players were manipulating game and carrying unfair play, this players should not get this winning amount and i am claiming this winning amount of rs.7200.
              For above issue i am continuesly taking follow up on e mail and in last 8 days and already had 14 emails in trail.
              Also today i had a word with customer care and they are saying that they are still in the process of verification. Even they do not know how much time they will take to close this issue. Then my call disconnected from other side and i dindn't received any call back.
              Though i am chessing this issue since more than 8 days no call received from junglee rummy regarding this.
              I strongly believe that if opponent players were playing unfair game and i have reported this to junglee rummy, its junglee rummys responsibility to give me full winning amount. (They can recover said amt from respective players and also can penalize them)
              Multiple time i have interacted with junglee rummy officials, i found they are very co operative and solution oriented, but this time i am really irritated with this lengthy follow up and unfair reverts and time consuming process of junglee rummy. I don’t know why junglee didn't paid me full winning amt and keep their verification continue. Why they are delaying me in this process, they can simply clear my claim amount and can carry their verification and process with respective players.
              Please help me in this as since last 8 days i am taking followup through email and calls.

              Today also I received e mail that - We are in the verification process and we will let you know.
              I have raised This query on 28th Oct.
              Today is 10th day and again and again support team is saying we are in verification process.
              I am only concern about 1 game that I reported.
              I have already Asked Junglee rummy that disburse me that games winning amount and then you people carry on with your verification.
              If Junglee Rummy is giving me same reply then why they have not replied me since last 4 days (that means intentionally they are delaying me, I don't know why?)
              This activity from Junglee Rummy is very surprising and same is very harmful for company's goodwill and consumers faith on Junglee Rummy.

              I Received call from Junglee Rummy regarding this and they people are saying as per policy we can not give you full winning amount.
              As per their policy they have given me 2200 Rs Appreciation Bonus.

              I dont know how to deal with this peoples.

              Said issue is pending with Junglee Rummy since 28th Oct and already 16 Emails in trail.
              (but still not received any revert on my last communication)

              Also on this page (Consumer complaint site) My query is Notified by them since 3 November but still I cant see any comment from Junglee Rummy Site.

              as a genuine organization Junglee Rummy should Revert on my every email of query raised and here also they should comment.

              Again here Junglee Rummy is handling this Query unethically.
              I am already having more than 30 emails trailed in this communication and query is pending since 29th Oct 2018.
              I raised this Query on 29th Oct and received revert from Junglee Rummy like.

              "Our Risk Management team will take more time to verify the users, however considering your association with our website and valuing your patience we are crediting Rs. 2, 200/- as an appreciation bonus which will reflect into your Junglee Rummy account within 24 hours"

              Aslo on 30th Oct I received e mail containing as below.

              "however considering your association with our website and valuing your patience we have already credited Rs. 2, 200/- as an appreciation bonus which will reflect into your Junglee Rummy account within 24 hours."

              same containts I received in 2nd Nov's and 6th Nov's email also.

              In Every communication Junglee Rummy is telling
              "considering your association with our website and valuing your patience we are crediting Rs. 2, 200/- as an appreciation bonus"

              But after 6th Nov 2018 when I claim that If other players were playing unfair game and I was playing Fair game I should receive whole winning amount, from that Time Junglee rummy changed its statement and now saying 2200 means 2000 is your game amount and 200 is appreciation bonus.

              This is actually unethical.
              on my reporting on unfair play u immediately disbursed 2200 as appreciation bonus and now if I claim for winning, Junglee rummy is changing its own email and verbal statements.

              What Happened to Junglee rummys support Team?
              here Junglee Rummy is not standing on own words. and this seems very harmful for Junglee Rummys Brand Image.

              I am willing to Add one more instance here showing unprofessional and Fake behavior of Rummy officials.

              on 10 th Nov . for same queries follow up I called Junglee Rummys support team and were asking for my disbursements.
              the official said as per "Junglee Rummys policies we disburse only game amount and appreciation bonus i.e. Max to Max Rs.200."
              But in same case, my friend (Kumardj1345) reported same unfair play on 500 pool. and received Rs. 1500/-

              Here my concern is, If Junglee Rummys policies are Unique and team is following same for all customers.
              Why Junglee rummy officials are giving fake information to customers. and why policies are not same for all customers????
              (Junglee rummy can check 10 th Novembers call recording. / If not available ask me, I am having the same.)

              I am very irritated with this follow up and fake and unfair comments from junglee rummy officials.

                  Actually i created this account in this site long time ago but i didn't played any cash games coz i heard many negative things about this site. Till now i didn't even won single deal in first round out of all the tournaments i joined.

                  So what i understand is that this is a big fraud site.
                  I will tell u reasons.
                  1. The winner will be decided by the junglee rummy team.
                  2. Only 1 player out of 6 will continuously win atleast 3-4 delas out of 6 deals in a single round.
                  3. I think they know which cards to be delivered to which person.
                  4. Mostly i[censored] add money u will never get it in return and u will get addicted and u will lose all ur money.

                  So guys please don't join this site. There are plenty of sites are coming now adays so better try other sites..

                              Next day i opened account to see 20000 deducted without my concent.

                              On complaining with proof still there is no update from their end.

                                    My name is Ahtesham Kashif. I joined jungleerummy.com and played by depositing cash. Till date I have lost more than 5 lakh rupees. The trend that I observed is that you will win some hands in while you play and lose some. But overall you will never win. It is not possible to continuously lose ultimately. I have deposited smaller amounts like 1000, 2000, 5000 and tried but lost ultimately. I have deposited big amounts like 40000+ and lost ultimately. They have their own players playing with normal people, I am certain of that. This is a huge scam and they are making huge sums of money looting public money under the nose of the government. Some states have banned it but allowed in most states. They are using a loop hole in the law which permits game of skills as non gambling entity and rummy is exempted under this Supreme Court judgement. Now, there are social issues which this game creates. The person loosing huge sums of money is under debt now. He is in depression. His social life is in ruins. I request you to strictly look into this matter and save millions of bright prospect youth of this country, request you to take strictest action against this social nemesis.
