It's some mistake delete my complaint. They are resolved my problem so delete that complaint and thank you for supporting. Some missandsteding between me and junglee rummy risk management team so Mr naveen help me listen my problem and short out the my problem so now my problem are resolved. Now I am happy so delete that's complaint on your site sir thank you for supporting me that's a nice website for the people.

    Hello sir i am jeetram my user id jeet234 of your junglee rummy site and i am deposits 1000 with promo code (Army) and i win 11000 nd withdrawal 10000" after 14 hour my withdrawal amount in under varification next 1 day he send me mail violation and term conditions. He says i am maximum number game play with (Manjumv). But i only play 5 games with her in single deal rummy. I say many times i am not wrong but he not listening. I request to you all of not deposit this rummy site its fake. He have not address in google.. If you lose you are good if you win you are wrong and thay don't give you money also block your account..

      Hi guys,

      This is really unfair website. I have been following up from past 3 days. I had created junglee rummy account in month of december 2017 only. After that i had won money after loosing. For the money i have won i have placed a request. But that money has not been refunded. More over it has been informed saying i have multiple accounts and i have violated terms and conditions and misused bonus amount. I never had multiple accounts. Also i had requested what are the other multiple accounts i have. I did not get response till now and they are claiming still there risk management team is working even after 3 days.
      First they locked my account and second they blocked my money approx. 12k. If they really complain i have multiple accounts they would have shared the info. See the same response i got and reverted where there is no response from the site.

      Junglee Rummy folks initially took time it might be may because of holiday season or what so ever. Finally my issue has been considered for resolution. It has been confirmed it would be taken care by tomorrow. Team game multiple calls which is much appreciated. The reason my account locked is because of the user lost purposefully which game doubt to the site that I would have created multiple accounts. I am really not sure why he did so. But in the current world I agree it is hard to find out. But as a benefit of doubt they agreed and gave me a chance for which I would really appreciate. This kind of scenarios I agree even company can't do anything but I would suggest one way which i feel might help. It is to collect the mandatory documentation like Aadhar/PAN/Passport if user want to start playing cash games. So that user details would be available and the rest anyway company can recross check other things like IP address, etc which site normally follow. I would like to give little feedback for the team. Please consider issue resolution faster as players would be looking for the same. Here I am referring to turn around time to be much quicker. It would help site and people who play in the site. Also user friendliness need to be increased to attract more players. This will be beneficial to site and users as well. Also good part about the site is when my friend suggested this site I thought it would be same as other rummy sites. But here it is little different as players get at least winning chance which is good. As in other sites mostly I don't see the same.

        It's should be fraud game I will play about 8 month and loss 3lakh in-between time.
        I will ask to customer care but all says it's RNS system based gaming.
        Then I will ask to it I will play regular 8 month I don't win why?.? Then it's says we are not helping in it...

          Dear sir

          Site is 100% fraud. I have lost in this site almost more than the lacs. Site having own player. You people can also observe by playing in this site. When u start to win 2-3 games 1-2 player leaves from the table and another player joins the game and start passing card to each other and u will start loosing.
          I know how you have developed the site and how they will cheat us. Planning send a mail to prime minister, president to banned all rummy sites. Because it is wasting our time money.

            I have been playing in your site for quit some time, i found its not doing fair legality.
            I observed that its a system driven game, which is set by your site. And i do not think its is fair.

            I have many experience which i can prove and have saved in my computer to show the same.

              Dear admin,
              I submitted four complaints against junglee rummy regarding their fraudulent activity. I haven't got a satisfactory response for any of the complaints. But now it is shown as resolved. How it happens? Last complaint i posted was about their terms and conditions issue. They are not asking us to agree to their terms and conditions. Also there is nothing as terms and conditions in their registration page. So how a new user know about their terms and conditions? They are doing their fraud activity here in consumer complaints forum also. They marked complaint as resolved without resolving. Please check the issue.

                Earlier i posted a complaint on 19th december. I was suggested by junglee rummy support team manager mr. Dattu, that he will solve my problem and add some bonus amount in my account. He told me to mark resolved to the earlier complaint by giving the 4 points which i have cleared in earlier complaint. I have kept all the recordings of the calls which were done by me and mr. Dattu. But now they are ignoring to unblock my account and give me some refund amount.

                I have lost huge amount of money and i know i cannot get anything refund because they will take all players money and will not refund anything, they will just keep false promises.

                I only want to know their office address, so that any new player playing in their website can know that they are not cheating with innocent public.

                I have noticed some of players playing 24 hours continuosly 2-3 days whenever we come online they are playing (All site players - shiftwise person changes but players remains same), now make your common sense how a individual can play 24 hours in a day.

                    This is not the first time i am complaining about this website. This website has spoiled my life and carrier and lost family friends and everyone. I have been playing on this website for more than 5 year. Recently i requested to add some bonus after that i was checking with them on chat and simply they blocked my account after that they were telling stupid reasons.. Now i am mentally and exhausted. I lost my job and family and friends and not able to concentrate on anything. Feeling depressed. For the last few days, i have even not slept well. All because of this website. I have deposited more here 1, 23, 98500 on this website. This website is no doubt only a harm to the society. I am sure more people will get their life spoiled... Please some one take action on this site immediately and help me and other customers to get back their money whatever they lost here really this would be impacting on carrier and family and etc. Now i dont no about my situation they were saying that we will not be able to unlock ur account if they were unable to unlock my account please ask them to return my money whatever i deposited here. Now i lost my job because of this site with this site i lost carrier and family friends and everyone today i am alone getting frustration. I called junglee rummy site to provide their office address on Monday (18th Dec) afternoon 4 times, But their executive said we cannot provide it. He told me that Manager will call by the end of the day. But I received his call day after in the evening. He told me he will check the matter with their team and will call tomorrow, but what was then everyone knows. No call from Junglee rummy.

                      I am playing rummy on junglee rummy site for more than 3-4 years. And till now i have lost round about 40 lakhs. I have taken mortage loan from my fathers property of 18.5 lakhs, have utilized all credit cards round about 6 lakhs. Have taken personal loan of 8 lakhs. And taken money on interest from my friends about 13 lakhs. Every month i have to make payment of 1.5 lakhs. It is hard to pay still i was able to manage from here and there. Due to depression earlier 1 year ago, i left my home (Because of rummy loss) and was committing suicide but some how my parents got to me and survived me. Otherwise it would have become a police case.

                      Now i have nothing with me all my savings and property are gone. I have lost all my parents savings to junglee rummy site. Now i have nothing to loose. I called their callcenter number and asked me to provide their office address at delhi, but they ignored.

                      If i am playing cheating games i would have made a huge money and i would have purchased a bungalow, a luxury car. But now its opposite, here i am loosing my money because there are some site players playing in this site and winning 80 % of games. This system is not made for genuine players. This site is complete money making machine from all players.

It was my error of judgement and I will never attempt to do anything to my life. All money I have mentioned and lost was not factful.                         Jungleerummy.com blocked my account and took my account balance of around rs.9500. The reason their support team given was as below.

                        "your account was locked and funds were confiscated as per the"fair play policy"which is detailed in our terms & conditions you agreed to at the time of registration. Link:- https://www.jungleerummy.com/termsofservice

                        But i have not agreed to their terms and conditions while registering. There is no such clause in their registration page as "by joining this website, you agree to terms and conditions". Please find the screenshot of entire registration page in attachment. Even their terms and conditions only saying about the offer free 25.
                        Even after registering before playing cash games, they are not asking us to agree to their terms and conditions. Most website ask for this.
                        So kindly check the issue. First of all, i have not played fraud. Now i am talking about their terms and conditions issue just for getting justice for me. Hope you find everything in order.

                        How can you say that rules and regulations automatically get implied? At least you should have put a clause in your registration page as " by joining this website you agree to our terms and conditions mentioned in link www.jungleerummy.com/termsofservice "
                        But you haven't done that. Or " by playing cash games, terms and conditions get automatically implied" . Nothing has mentioned in your registration page. Then how do a new user get to know of your terms and conditions? I am an accounts manager. Don't teach me about legal transactions. This is a big mistake from your side.

                            But I have not agreed to their terms and conditions while registering. There is no such clause in their registration page as "by joining this website, you agree to terms and conditions". Please find the screenshot of entire registration page in attachment. Even their terms and conditions only saying about the offer free 25.
                            Even after registering before playing cash games, they are not asking us to agree to their terms and conditions. Most website ask for this.
                            So kindly check the issue. First of all, I have not played fraud. Now I am talking about their terms and conditions issue just for getting justice for me. Hope you find everything in order.

                                    This is second time i am complaining about this website. This website has spoiled my life. I have been playing on this website for more than one year. Recently i made a withdrawal request. They rejected it and blocked my account by saying that i violated terms and conditions. Now i am mentally exhausted. I cannot concentrate on my job or anything. Feeling depressed. For the last few days, i have even not slept well. All because of this website. I have deposited more than rs.60000 on this website. This website is no doubt only a harm to the society. I am sure more people will get their life spoiled by playing on this website. All the savings money will be gone to the hands of website
                                    So dear friends, don't play on this website. They give many offers for joining. But don't get trapped. Don't spoil your life. This is my request.

                                      Hi, my name is zainul abid working as accounts manager.

                                      I think this is a fraud website. I have been playing on this website for more than one year. I made a withdrawal request of rs.2800 on 13/11/2017. But they didn't give the withdrawal money and send me a mail that i am a fraud player. Copy of mail is below. This website should be banned all over india. Otherwise more person will get cheated. Day before yesterday, i deposited rs.1500 and yesterday i won around rs.850 in a tournament of entry fee rs.50. All these money now are in their hands.
                                      Also i have lost a lot of money due to their server disconnection problem. When i complained this, they told me it's my internet connectivity problem. But at that time i am able to browse other websites and also their lobby. The problem is with their game table server. Every player got disconnected at that game table. But they never refunded any money in that case.

                                      Here is their new trick to loot my winnings.. I don't even remember the name of the user mentioned below.

                                      I havent received such mail. All I got is game log which says other player discarded low value card.its his discretion to discard low or high value card. If a player discard low value card often, will you lock every accounts? Do something which make a sense.
                                      These are my questions.
                                      how much game I have played with the said user?
                                      how much money I laundered from that users account?
                                      Have you locked his account also? Has he consented your findings?

                                      If you cannot discolse these details here in public, please send me a mail with answers for these questions.

                                        Now another issue going with you i made withdraw on 26 oct 2017 but it gone underverfication now support team asking for proof deposit but i dont have proof for money that money i borrowed from other person support team told that atleast that person send mail to support team to process to withdraw but it cant happen he dont send so support team told otherwise we cant help you whats hurt me i am playing from 2013 feb my total deposits above 3 lakhs and my total withdraws 2lakhs only i dont know whats going on but you never questioned with playing with lakhs here now i dont hve proof for 3800rs/- you hold withdraws look all details i am the same person i am the person have same account if you send money the money go back same account from last 3 years you sending money why proof now but what i think is that i complainted against you so, happening this right so you paying back right if you made withdraw i am happy otherwise another 3 digit number added to my account in loss section 5 digut number that’s it man look they saying i don’t play enough games but i am following what support team told so far if i win some amount they said withdraw my money play with winnings i have done same but now saying not enough games all rules changed right sir, i am star think i wrote complaint against you but support team told we cant do that so i write this maybe you guys help this old player or kick from your site now ball in your hands how you play with me
