      Deduction of amount without booking

      I have been trying to book the tickets on 19th may, but unfortunately my money got deducted without booking.. so pls try to refund the money as soon as possible..this is being repeated regularly.. so pls try resolve the issue.

        Dear justickets, i booked tickets for movie bahubali in venkateshwara theatre 70mm mancherial with concern seat numbers e13, e14, e15, e16. . The problem i faced that after booking 4 seats at a time balance as been deducted from my account and i didn't receive any confirmation code to print the ticket. Total of rs. 248 has been deducted, so i would like to know when you are going to refund my money back. I done payment using SBI online net banking. Money debited from my account but tickets were not generated (neither sms received nor page redirected to ticket conformation page). I am attaching you my transaction reference number, which I received a message from my bank. "Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Your Transaction Ref No IG0AHQHIH4 for Rs.128.41 on 08/07/2015 01:17:55" Please refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you Ramakrishna
