On friday around 12am i booked kablai for fitst day show in prebook option in just tickets via moviepass. Still i didnt get any inofrmation about my booking. I called many times to the customer care toll free numbers they always says agents are busy to take call. I mailed also to the respected mail id which was given in thier website. I need to know my booking status

    I tried to pre book for kabali tamil movie and after i selected the theatre and tickets, it asked me to recharge your account. So i recharged for rs 925 and i even got text message saying that your wallet has been recharged and even money got deducted from my account. But when i checked my just tickets wallets its showing current balance as rs 0 and even tickets are not booked.

    So please assist me through this.

      Have been trying to pre book tickets of the movie 'kabali' on this day and due to some problem my tickets are not prebooked but the amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account. where is money, the amount was not shown in my movie pass account also?

                I booked two tickets on 04.06.2016 for the movie "aa aa" on 05.06.2016. The show time will be 9.15 p. M. Stating the code no. Wn7pfjz in screen 1 bearing seat nos. D17 and d18. I reached the theatre at about 8.30 p. M. For watching the movie. After verifying the online records with the theatre management the booked tickets are not available and the movie is not "aa aa". I have also contacted you the telephone number[protected] but there is not response till 10.15 p. M.

                In this regard i requested the theater management saying that there are not responsible for this kindly contact you. I have no other way except to come back to my home.In this regard please re credit the amount debited in my account so that i have not watched the movie. Kindly give the reply.

                      I have booked 5 tickets of aa.. Aaa of telugu movie amount of rs.676/- debited from my account but tickets are not confirmed yet. There is no message received. I have booked just 15 minutes back only. Kindly confirm the tickets. And tickets numbers are i1, i2, i3, i4 & i5.. First show i, e, 6.15 p. M.                             I'm venkat customer o[censored]r justickets.in website. I have experienced that ur website using our money as funds in ur accounts to gain profits or something to use the pre-booking money. I'm pre-booked in ur website for the movie "sarrainodu" but i didn't get any tickets and i deposits the cash in ur website by moviepass. And another complaint is that while the justickets launches any movie tickets in our area the tickets are already booked shows a red symbols i e all tickets are booked in particularly 3day from day of released the movie. If theatres are booking primary why would placing tickets available in justickets website. There's a two gaining points one tickets are booked by theatres and there are reselling it in theatres so they gets profit and another ones is ur website published that tickets are available only on this "justickets.in" website.. ur website also gets profit by we're all using ur website.. so please atleast give us a hope to buy a tickets rather than theatres in Visakhapatnam gajuwaka. Thanks to giving this opportunity.

                              Booked two movie tickets in rajahmundry (Ap) vide assisted order instruction no 123122 dt 15.5.2016 for telugu film brahmotsavam through justickets.com.. I have not received the tickets as on date ie, 22.5.16. An sms is recd for cancellation of tickets as they are not able to get the seats for required options. No options for cancellation of tickets are found in the website. Hence i have tried to contact over phone no given in the website but the phone is not replied as on date in spite of several calls from 17.5.16 the tickets are to be cancelled and amount refunded to my credit card account. Several phone calls have been made butthey have not attended so far any of the calls. Hence this complaint is lodged for their irresponsible behaviour and not refunding of received amounts.

                                I had been trying to pre-book the tickets of the movie 'brahmotsavam' on 13th may, 2016 i. E. Last friday and then i got a message like this - ' your justickets assisted order instruction 121814 has been registered with us. We will notify you via sms and email as soon as we book your ticket"and then i got next message like this -"your justickets wallet has been recharged with the rs.364". But the amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account of visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, india. And when i clicked on cancell booking order in my booking history, i got a message like this to my number -"your justickets assisted order 121814 has been cancelled based on your request". But when it got cancelled, i didn't get my refund back. It has already been one week for today. Please solve my issue and return my money back as early as possible.                                     What is the hellis going in u r website everyone faces the same same problem

                                      I have been trying to pre book tickets of the movie 'brahmotsavam' on this day and due to some problem my tickets are not prebooked but the amount has been deducted from my state bank of hyderabad. I didn't get any message regarding my ticket booking conformation!!!
