I have used the booking assistant of justickets for 8th April to book for firstday morning show 11:00 AM at (jagadamba, kinnera and kameswari, sangam) theatres which i hav prefered ...but they booked the tickets for 11th April for the movie SARDAAR...they deducted the money from justickets wallet...the service is poor...order conformation number is CH6LBFSI...for rupee 170.57...i want the refund as soon as possible..

    but there is no ticket confirmation
    now i want tickets or else amount have to be credited to my account
    Resolve it ASAP
    It's been several days and there is no update from the website regarding the tickets or account balance which was debited in my account.
    I have selected justickets on prior to many other websites in place, disappointed with the way of transaction helding up and there by forfeiting my entertainment .

                                I booked for 4 tickets in your site for nannaku premma tho.it was alright before i got a notification on my mobile that rs23 is debited from your account. i recieved this notification after i booked the ticked for 4 at cost 250+. i had a extra 23 rs deduced i want to blame it on you, because my card was here with me and i lost 23 rs.hows that possible.i have no guarantee that this will not take place again.i m serious demanding for my justice.And i read in your privacy policies that you store card number and PIN. please flush all the details of all the users cards you have no right to save them. if im not satisfied by your response i bet i will surely report this to the police.

But not received any message or mail for booking status of 2nd transaction for the same show and same theatre and money deducted from account. Here are the details provided for booking:
