I had purchased a plan for advertisement of my academy name as vikramanta academy in shakarpur delhi on 14 april. On that time mr ankush kalra sales representative of just dial told me that your academy's position will rotate from 1 to 10th or 12th position. But after 3 days it appears on 15 or 16 position. I had called the customer care and complained about it then they had promised me that our team will talk in 24 to 48 hrs but any call had not come again i had called on 2nd june then they called me on 3rd june and ask the matter. Ms bhanupriya talked with me and told for wait to next 2 days after 5 or 7 days she called me and told that process is going on then i told her that whatever is answer plz give me in written. Again she called me on 13 june and told that you take your money but the company made me i have not agreed telling that you are making the customer fool so plz arrange a meeting at my academy so we will discuss it and i requested that any decisions is taken plz give me in written form but that day she did not reply and on 18 june she called me and told that any missrepresentation has not made and my complain has closed. Now i want to stop my services till the consumer court decision

I am Vikas Purohit 1 year back in march i signed contract to develop my website and listing contract from Just dial. The Just Dial Executive Said me that You are taking website from us so every year on renewal of Normal listing contract your website will automatically renew every year. This Year when Executive visit my office for renewal of Contract. I discuss same with that executive. He said yes both thing will renew as listing you renew so i paid renewal money. After that my website not automatic renew and when i call JD omni they replied my you have to pay to renew website 3000+ gst first time and 599+gst every month. I am approachingn since many time and done lots of mail but there is no responsible person to solve my problem. My listing registered with my firm name Vikas Purohit & asssociates mobile [protected]. I expect my website money & renewal money back from such frauds.

2 trisha sold us a listing for 36000/- yearly package and said it was a good opportunity but this listing never performed.
Leads were very less in number.
Yogesh was informed but he never visited us and always told on phone that he will sort it out.

I am very disappointed about service and want my money back.

This was second time we lost money.

Sir i have a flower shop in kolkata by the name of florianaa. Ome month ago agent of just dial came to me with the services they offer. At first i was impressed so i gave him the post dated cheque and ecs mandate form with signed contract. Next day i had called the agent that im not interestd in any services so to cancel the deal.. The agent told ok will return the documents within 15working days... I had also stopped my initial payment. After some days money got debitted through ecs system. The company is now telling the agent has now left the job and he never informed the company about such cancellation of deal. Please sir i want you to help me with farud just dial company to stop my ecs paymnt.

CADD CENTRE KOTTARAKARA is my franchised branch in kottarakara established in 2018 but some others in my brand name ie, CADD CENTRE KOTTARAKARA run a jd profile with fake informations and their website and address actually they are some local buisiness people in CAD centre name.

I contact kumar placement services for 24 hrs house maid.. They are assuring me to provide trained maid.. Their commission 20000 rs and 8 months advanced salary 48000 rs of the maid and 2 years contract with 4 replacement.. But on 28th june 2019 field staff came with maid and 29th june 2019 maid named priya left my home when we are sleeping at noon.. I informed the agency and told them i lodge police complaint regarding her missing but they told me we lodged the complaint and we came to your place tomorrow with new maid... But now they are not picking my calls... How can these fraud agencies listed in justdail trusted website... How they are looting people's hard money... We are living in haldwani uttrakhand and we contacted them from delhi they told me they provide pan india maid... Don't trust these people they are a group who decieve our hard money..

After interview they asked to pay 1400rs i paid they told us we will get call from swiggy or zomato, and no need to pay further charges.in the same day evening i got called from the same office asking 5800rs for job again. Then we realised this is scamming. Pls take an immediate action, i have uploaded picture of watsapp sent from just dail.
I need to report police complaint against that fraud company. I was cheeted i need this company detail pls get back with us.
Pls i request not to give this number for further jobs requirements.

Charan and vipin washing machine service providers of easy fix, sanjay nagar bangalore, took the circuit board for repair, but didn't turn up. It's been 3 days we were calling those people they say they will come and fix but didn't turn up. Now they don't receive and switch off their phones.

Kindly take action against them.

Someone gave in my phone number by mistake to get an otp from justdial site and now i am continuously getting sms and calls from justdial. It is really irritating to get unwanted sms and calls when you haven't even subscribed for it.

I have been looking for options of stopping this but nothing helped, kindly help me by unsubscribing from this as soon as possible

My personal number and address is added by just dial as aditya birla minacs company. So i am getting unnecessary calls from people all the time asking for aditya birla minacs. Even i have complained just dial to remove my number from there but no response.

Sir i paid the 17700 rupy for a make online website in just dial, your employees asked me to deposit the pupaes after the websites work.
. My money was fully wested, my travels company working for 13 year and so much rupes was just runnig the aid.
Google listings in only 2000, which is much so lower than you 17700, i have been given a spare service which is not of any use. Your aid service is use less for me.

6th of Jan 2019, I bought Hydro Controls ( water level controller) through Just dial reference. Based on that I installed, within a month I had technical problem in this unit( motor not on) . I raised the request to concern person through mobile, but they are respond till date. Still under replacement warranty period .

Requesting you to take appropriate action on this on priority basis. In future Please don’t refer this kind of cheating vendors .

If they are not taking any action on this, will logging the complaint in consumer court.

Advance money has been taken for a year by one team of jd and fake enquiry from far flung areas are being sent and add insult to injury an another team comes to do business on this matter.
This is just a case of organised cheating.
I run a coaching center for chemistry in rohini area of delhi and wanted jd to give me some lead from my area. But instead of that they are just misguiding me by giving false information.
I have got a set back for my startup because of this

This is how it all started.

I took a platinum listing contract whereby i was promised by the tme (Ashwini/abhradas) that i would get around 18000 leads during the entire year which comes down to 50 leads per day.

I clarified from him that whether this will be phone nos. Or just views he said that 18000 leads means phone nos./contact nos.

The package started on june 1, when i paid ₹16095 for the same and the total balance in my account (With just dial) became ₹45800 (Plus)

Although i told the tme that already a balance of ₹30000 is there in my account why i need to pay, he said that we need to hava a minimum entry.

Alright, no issues i said and paid ₹16095 to vinita udasi (Who took the payment via payment link)

Now, here's what happened

As per the promise, i was told that a total of 1500 leads or 50 leads (Contact nos.) daily would be forwarded to me.

But that did not happen.

I got a total of 39 leads via mobile or voice (Contact nos)

From 50 leads per day commitment to 39 leads in 30 days.

This is how they have worked out.

And hence i told them if you cannot give me leads as per commitment then return my money, they told that we are converting your contract to a normal (Rotational supreme) contract and you can manually add keywords

I would like to inform you that i had applied for refund earlier also as i was not getting leads (I wanted keywords /leads for online teaching) but they /tme abhradas denied that there is no traffic in online leads.

However, there support team told me that sir you cancel the refund request and we will provide you online student leads which was also a fake commitment to deny refund.

Lets come to the end

Its been almost a week while i am typing this msg

I have mailed them multiple times, and the refund of balance amount ₹33000 lying in my account is not yet processed.

I told them that i have shut down all my businesses
And i am no longer teaching students at the institute or at their home.

But still they are not processing the refund,

Kindly assist and help me in getting my money back from them as they have already deducted ₹13000 from the total amount of ₹45000+ which was there in the account at the time of starting the contract.

P. S written after a futile conversation with the justdial team.

P. P. S. Such negligence on the part of a reputed company like justdial is only going to add nail in their coffin.

Last month i had called justdial regarding information about villas in goa for june first week. Soon later i got a text from an agent about a villa saying she got my number from justdial. Firstly you forwarded my number without consent. Apart from that, you gave my number to a fraud agent. We gave her rs14000 in advance with regards to advance booking. She also sent us the receipt. But later when he reached goa there was a double booking and along with that that lady has stopped responding to our texts and calls. It is a matter of rs.14000 we are hoping for you to take some action against it. There are alot more details i want to add but i will do that once this complaint moves forward.

Today i attended the interview on justdail in begumpet hyderabad branch hr was asked me a questions and well said but she went out me in my opposite person she asked a question he not answer to her but he called with his brother and some doing politics and that person r selected with out basic skills about his job role

So many numbers and members calling for me for im searched some so they are all calling me phone number in just dial so plcc stop calling unknown person from me please stop calling for me and dont track my mobile number every one is calling me and no one see my number in justdial plc able to solve my conservative please its so many calls are coming

1 week ago i got a number of "sonu ac repairing" from justdial i call them for ac service and they asked me for 3000 inr for ac service and i paid to them but in 2 days
well ac stopped working and when i call again then they refused to answer me.

i don't know what serviced just dial provide as fake and fraud listed company and shop still in just dial website

I request you to take action in this matter
And black list the same from just dial and all other websites as same will not be happen again with other person. I attached screenshot for the same.
