This is how it all started.
I took a platinum listing contract whereby i was promised by the tme (Ashwini/abhradas) that i would get around 18000 leads during the entire year which comes down to 50 leads per day.
I clarified from him that whether this will be phone nos. Or just views he said that 18000 leads means phone nos./contact nos.
The package started on june 1, when i paid ₹16095 for the same and the total balance in my account (With just dial) became ₹45800 (Plus)
Although i told the tme that already a balance of ₹30000 is there in my account why i need to pay, he said that we need to hava a minimum entry.
Alright, no issues i said and paid ₹16095 to vinita udasi (Who took the payment via payment link)
Now, here's what happened
As per the promise, i was told that a total of 1500 leads or 50 leads (Contact nos.) daily would be forwarded to me.
But that did not happen.
I got a total of 39 leads via mobile or voice (Contact nos)
From 50 leads per day commitment to 39 leads in 30 days.
This is how they have worked out.
And hence i told them if you cannot give me leads as per commitment then return my money, they told that we are converting your contract to a normal (Rotational supreme) contract and you can manually add keywords
I would like to inform you that i had applied for refund earlier also as i was not getting leads (I wanted keywords /leads for online teaching) but they /tme abhradas denied that there is no traffic in online leads.
However, there support team told me that sir you cancel the refund request and we will provide you online student leads which was also a fake commitment to deny refund.
Lets come to the end
Its been almost a week while i am typing this msg
I have mailed them multiple times, and the refund of balance amount ₹33000 lying in my account is not yet processed.
I told them that i have shut down all my businesses
And i am no longer teaching students at the institute or at their home.
But still they are not processing the refund,
Kindly assist and help me in getting my money back from them as they have already deducted ₹13000 from the total amount of ₹45000+ which was there in the account at the time of starting the contract.
P. S written after a futile conversation with the justdial team.
P. P. S. Such negligence on the part of a reputed company like justdial is only going to add nail in their coffin.

I only need refund of the amount already paid
There is an amount of ₹30000 and more in my account.
Kindly refund me the same.
