I have availed paid service for my silk beauty parlour ujjain. I asked to add my business in premium category. But not listed so far. I have asked with sales executive and sent mails to customer care. But the problem remains same from last 2 months. Nowadays sales executive not at all attending my calls. Customer care repeatedly saying as executive will contact me to solve the issue. But no call from any just dial persons and i fed up with their service. My contact number is [protected].

    After 6 months of repeated calls and follow up.. They are still deducting my money of 2880/- from my bank account. The executive who speaks over the phone says she’ll take the necessary steps to stop. But in the i end up paying the for the next month as well. How to ever stop this? I don’t want to list my company. And i don’t want to use just dial it’s simple.

      The leads that i am getting is most of them teachers who are looking for jobs and also the leads i am not getting from mumbai its from delhi and other states.
      the leads are very poor seriously its sometimes annoying to me that i have invested a huge amount but still am not getting my investment money back yet.
      Hope you understand it and i am urging you that dont make customer money waste please give my only investment money back as the last 5 months is remaining since all your promises are not met yet, i am giving u a challenge pick any number from the leads that u have given me and make a call he/she will be a teacher or from other states.

        This is something pathetic situation created by just-dial as i believe the company has made their own rules and just throbbing on their clients. With reference to the above we have closed our services in mar18 and asked jd what the process to close the services and we are getting ecs bounce charges every month around equal to month emi which is affecting our bank records.

        As per them you are bound to pay amount till end of the contract. I was surprised as i have not even received any signed agreement where mentioned such rule.

        This it just meaning that we are bound to pay the emi/ecs even after our services has been closed or we are no more working to with this or we shut the company.

        Here, i understood justdial is perforce to client by making there rules. None of any staff supporting on this matter and i am unnecessary paying amount since six months. Each contract has a right to disengagement and can't be as a binder to do so.

        I need final solution else will lodge the complaint at consumer forum about this.

          Sir,
          I would like to inform you that i have registered with just dial and renewed top position in all pin code of patna.
          My category is cctv dealer in patna. I have done the payment of rs19000 to just dial on 21st september duration for 90 days.
          Transaction id is jdpyomlyy034614
          Jd marketing team again approaches us and pitched for upgradition for 1 year. We agreed for contract at cost of 98000+gst (18%) in ecs mode.
          I have given the cancelled check and documents for process but next day they called me and demand the high value of rs 1, 50, 000/ plus+gst (18%) for same contract
          And giving excuse that another vendor is ready for pay more than you
          . If payment not done they will remove my listing from top position. If we have already done contract for top position duration for 90 days
          Then how justdail remove my position from listing???
          If we are ready to pay money then what is the grantee that our position will be safe. If another vendors come and say that i can pay more than your current value then
          What is the benefits to make payment for top position.
          We are regular customer of just dail from last 4 years but we never face such type of fake proposal and fake commitment from justdail.
          Today marketing executive contact us and giving 2 options 1st option they are ready to return our payment and 2nd option to booked for
          4th position.
          Very sad to say there is nothing left for me to say about just dial because you people are not deal in genuine way. You people suggest me how to believe in
          Your contract system. Is there any meaning of contract in jd if people are dealing in wrong way?

          I registered my business on justdial. They are not stopping my ecs. They are continuously deducting my money from my credit card. The agent said that I can cancel my subscription whenever I want and now they are saying that I can't cancel it till one year.

            It's been almost one week, i am calling and emailing justdial about GST Invoice.
            But all they say is that you will get a call back from justdial regarding this matter, but i have never received any call, there's going to be an audit of my company for which i need that GST Invoice. I had told this to Justdial but they are not giving any importance. I have emailed them any called many time, but all they say that they will call back.

            i am calling daily to justdial, and now yesterday they told me that, sir sorry we cannot do it now last date o[censored]pdating GST was on 3rd Oct. now it cannot be done. However, I have sent the Email regarding the Update of GST on 1st of Oct. whose reply they should have given me within 24 hrs. But i dont know why they just feeding me lies. I had conversation with HR department also 3 or 4 days back, he gave an email "[protected]@justdail.com" and told me to send my query to him but till date i have response from him.
            All they are just sending me the invoice without my GST number on it.

              Before some time i have to paid amount 5690/- for just dail via check and after clear check you have to start our ad but still not started.
              I have to taken pacakage for life time 11800/- from just dail markting person mr salman said but till now i have no invoice about it, i have no mail about it..
              I have no any proof about it, and i m calling regularly mr. Salman but he didn't receive call kindly give me proper result or revert about it.

                We have taken online appointment through justdial of dr. Varsha bagul at dadar west and got appointments confirmation id drn9n7a8 after reaching at clinic we came to know that they don't have any records of online appointment. They have complained that nobody from justdial cordinate with them for appointment. We are traveling from long distance and have to go back. Your representative apologized for the same but this is not solution. You are handling with patient in such a careless manner which is ridiculous.

                    I updated my jdpay kyc details two months back. And i received money ₹500 from my customer after kyc i. E. On 1st sept 2018. But that amount was not credited into my bank account. It showing the pending.

                    Please upload kyc to receive the amount in your bank.

                    I contacted jdpay costumer service but they are saying the paytm bank is not supported by them. So please send the another bank statement to [protected]@justdail.com. But the mail is not going to that mail id. I again called them and they said same mail id. Same problem. Then i again called me. This time they given new mail id which is [protected]@justdail.com but now also same. Mail is not going to it. It is almost one month. Please consider it. Why i need to send mail like this. You have an option in mobile app. But there you disabled change option. Please consider my request and approve my kyc as soon as possible.

                      Hello sir, i registered my services on just dial . They offered me a life time listing @11800 with full support and with all regular and verified leads. I paid 11800/ to just dial.

                      Now i am not getting leads. I called 4-5 times to [protected] and mr shayan (mob [protected] from just dial ) and Mr Chirag ([protected] from just dial, i paid money to him) but they said to me wait some day, you will get leads.
                      after 15 days i called to [protected], they told me you have taken life time listing package, in lifetime package you will not get more leads.
                      now convert your lifetime package in one year.

                      It was promised to me that you will get regular leads as in yearly package but now they are telling a lie and not providing me leads.

                      now i do not want to convert my lifetime package in yearly package because they promised me .
                      I want to get return my 11800 / because just dial is liar.

                        A few days back we send a mail to just dial regarding our ecs contract cancellation they told as per contract 3 months notice period i said ok.
                        After 3 months i called again they told please wait for another 3 months.
                        How long we wait. Just dial executives are told the same answer. We want to speak to any managers level. No clear responses from just dial customer care executives.

                          I have started new business and has taken just dail services. I paid 3 months of amount which is 17700. But with in 30 days itself i have to decided to close my business due to some personal issues. I called to customer care and explained the same.. I have requested them to cancel my ecs they said it’s not possible.. I asked them if i am not doing any business how will i pay that amount and also i don’t want your services anymore. But still they want me to pay for one year. Without using services why should i pay for one year? This is fraud company they should provide services to people who opted for, if they want to cancel they should be able to cancel services. My ecs amount for every month is 5900. Please help me out here!!

I have never used Justdial, How can a website list phone number without approval ? I have complained multiple times but they never removed.                                 I registered my mother's business on just dial for a some yearly plan, however i within 3 days of registration of 87000/- i requested them to cancel my plan and refund my rs 21000/- and monthly emi of approx 7000/- they are giving me replies like now we cannot do it and that i will have to keep on paying the emi which i do not want to continue.
                                Inspite of calling the company so many times and the executive pratik gavli who signed me up im getting the same response. Why are they forcing me to pay when i'm absolutely not happy with their services. And now they have started deducting emi from my debit account inspite of asking them to stop. This is harrassment and forcefully looting money.

                                  We are facing a same problem like mr. Pranshu agarwal has mentioned here. We have given for advertisement for our business in tirupur last november. A person called vigneshwaran from coimbatore just dial, contacted us and got the contract form signed from us, but the form was not completely filled.
                                  We trusted him and the just dial company, as per his explanation, we paid rs10, 325/- as three months advance payment for the one year contract, and the balance payment is paid as ecs from bank every month rs.3442/-.
                                  But now as promised ecs should have stopped, as they have three months advance with them. But amount is still being deducted from bank, i contacted vignesh, no proper response from him, he asked us to contact only [protected] and he started avoiding our calls. We spoke to the above numbered persons, they doesn't agree to stop ecs and said the advance amount will be used only after one year service and they need three months prior request to stop ecs.
                                  I asked them to send mail explaining whatever they try to say, but i received mail like this < as per our recent discussion & agreement terms, your ecs stands continued. We look forward to having a strong business relationship in days to come.> i find no signs of just dial agreeing to stop ecs.
                                  Worst than all this, i am not at all satisfied with the leads generated for the amount i am spending. I tried to edit and modify the listings, but the page does not work. I tried searching for our products myself, but our company name is nowhere to be found.
                                  I complained about this to the above number for guidance, they said they will contact soon, but no body calls back. This is the worst website, i have come across and have spent so much for this. Even the free listings in many websites, works wonders for me. Just dial is just keen in getting the money from customers and they never guide or help them to get business. After seeing so many complaints against them in the net, i would like to warn everyone to be very careful before signing a contract with just dial. Once you get trapped, you will have to loose money.
                                  If just dial is really a good company, they should come forward to compensate my loss by refunding the amount spent. At any rate ecs should be stopped immediately. I want a confirmation letter from them to stop ecs immediately.

                                    I got my business registered on just dial 2014 and within next 12 months i got my plan updated and purchased the fourth ranking and was paying emi.

                                    Everything was fine till the beginning of this year till i got a call from the sales manager and he said we are closing down this plan and you have two options either to go with normal plan which will have random ranking or premium plan to be there in top 10 but, now there is no fourth ranking and if you want you can buy 1, 2 or 3 rd ranking. To this i told him that i will not sign anything and company should send me a letter in this regard. It maintained status quo and i got a call in the last week of march 2018 to visit their office at tonk road, jaipur to meet their branch manager, i met him and said he has spoken to the head office and the fourth position can be retained if i give him a cheque of rs.48000/-. I gave the cheque to them but, the things have worsened since then. We hardly get 1 call in 2 days and there is no body to take care of our complaints.

                                    I think it was a big collusion of the staff and the branch manager there to rob the pockets of the existing clients.

                                      I have taken the 4th place for dth leads 2 months back but your sales executive not fulfilled whatever commitment he had given. Also i am not happy with your service. I sent a mail for cancelling the agreement and refund process but no action from your company.

                                      Are jd is started cheating customers?

                                        I had signed a contract with just dial and was told that just dial will provide me good leads but they were ot providing good leads so i told them to stop my ecs paymentseven after telling them they will not stop ecs payments i mailed them i called them but no support from them so i called my bank manager to stop ecs but they were also not able to stop ecs and my money got deducted every month so i did not maintain balance because of there unfair trade practice after 5 months suddendly my account got debited 25 times by them. I am urging everyone not to take leads from just dial as it is a fraud company which never listens you.

                                        Its my humble request not to a single rupee to this company and not to work with him and please beware of them.
