I have subscribed for just dial service for my business named as edunation, on 9th july 2018. As their executive committed me that leads will be send to my email id, mobile text and also in application of just dial, but later they stopped to send email and text without intimation and also leads ratio became very low. I contact to executive and she sounds very rude and completely denied my complaint and told me that you can not cancel it till 12 months. Still ecs is deducted from my account. I want to cancel my listing and and ecs urgently.

I had raised 2 tickets for same, always replied your person tried to contact but in vein. I have to say just solve the problem. Why r u trying to contact me. What can i do in same. Your person is closing the ticket without solving the problem. I am your registered customer. You hv to solve the problem. Just solve and inform.

We bought the service with platinum membership.. Sales person was very responsive previously... His name is aakash arora but as soon as he got the money (30k), behavior is changed, whenever we call with some issue he says 'i will call you back in 30 min' and 30 minutes never finished :). Our contract clearly mentioned about few keywords but later we found that few of them never added in their search. Moreover they changed the city in description so we never got searched by relevant clients. Their search never worked correctly for the keywords we paid the huge amount. Thanks to our s/w development background we could figured out... Now after calling customer support, that person gave me the reason why their search not working is 'fault' and he said that he is refreshing the contract. When i asked that who will make sure that this fault will not come again in few days, he said you need to check every day in app whether it's giving right results or not... Really guys, are you saying that customer needs to do quality checking for justdial.. Total waste of time and money. Initially you will get good search results but as soon as few weeks passes your business is not searchable in the system as they change the description, keywords for which you paid them. Sales guy will never respond you.. Customer service can't help you to fix the system. I wish there is some 0 or negative rating button here to choose. Not going to renew it or recommend anyone.

The agent from Justdial (Jasbir) who had taken a commission from us (PerevodRu) stopped answering/disconnected our calls.
There was also incorect information on our website listing, .When Justdial's customer service was contacted, they refused to give a straight answer, after a lot of following-up, they lodged a complaint but never got back.

Justdial has been very uncooperative in solving this issue even though our contract is in effect and paid for.

This is regarding our paid subscription listing in your portal by the name of dr. Jyoti gupta, acupressure therapist, kolkata (W. B.) it gives me a deep sense of pain to write to inform you that we have been cheated by your sales team and have lost trust in the system, pls note that in the month of may 2018 we were approached by your sales team for subscription, your sales representative mr. Himadri showed a presentation to us at our residence and made a discounted offer plus 1+1 year offer for a paid listing with approx 20-25 categories/key words related to acupressure treatment, on basis of his representation we agreed and paid an amount of rs. 20000/- and the subscription started, we also started getting enquiries and conversions.

Subsequently after a month or so we got a call from another sale person namely ms. Amrita offering us a better package, mr. Reddy visited us and offered an upgrade offer in which he proposed that our existing subscription will remain as it is but if we agree to pay more money we will get all leads under platinum listing on categories selected by us for one year plus for the other remaining categories we will get rotational enquiries which we are getting normally valid for 2 years under the old contract which he showed us under a presentation, the price of the categories we choose were amounting to rs. 30000/- approx which he discounted and made it for rs.10000/-, we relied on his verbal representation and made the payment, after few days we observed that the enquiries were not coming as usual, after enquiring several times with ms. Amrita and others we came to know the real truth about it which was that our subscription has not been upgraded but degraded that also by paying more money, the old subscription has been replaced by the new one completely, now the amount paid by us for the old one has been used for the new one therefore effectively no discount has been given 20k + 10k = 30k, and instead of 2 years now the subscription period has been reduced to 1 year with lesser categories.

This came as a big shock to us and we spoke to a lot of people in your company and ran from pillar to post but no one was able to give us a solution, our simple claim is to make changes to the subscription as committed by mr. Reddy for which we have paid already and nothing more than that, we request you to pls look into the matter and give us justice so that our trust and faith in your company is restored and also check that your representatives like mr. Reddy don’t mislead and cheat people like us for achieving their personal sales targets in future.

After some i have some issue about my company so i called to jaipur team employee which is name is mr. Vinay and i refused that i dnt want to take position and plz stop my cheque and said that ok i will stop... But jaipur team cleared my cheque and then i called to mr. Vinay so he said once cheque cleared so we cant refund... He misguided me

Please give me solution

I contacted just dial and got the call of mobile repairing company gadget doctor .they took my phone from office and agreed tp give it to me back at my office before 6 pm evening and said that they will charge 300 but when tried to contact them after 6 pm they were initially not reachable but when reachable they said phone is not yet prepared and repaired when i said that i need my phone back today they said you have to collect it from office we cant give it to you today..they sort of blackmailing me and said you will have to pay more i paid totally 1150 while when they firt called me they said they will take 300 then they knowingly created sone fake issue in my phone and took more money. When i said them that i will do complaint against them they didn't buzz rather said do what you want to do we wont return phone. Finally when after spending almost 500 rupees i reached their office i felt as if three guys therr were threatening me inside a room. I was terrified and insisted to take my phone back...i was scared as i was alone and they were three and behaving very rudely..so in all this i had to spend more than 500 rupees just to reach their office and to pay 1150 to get my phone repaired. God knows if they have repaired or made it worse by taking original parts by replacing local parts. I dont trust this these guys.their behaviour was threatening and not at all costumer friendly. I request to take action against them and deregister them permanently from just dial and if possible make arrangements so that i can get my money back which i think they took as if they wont return my phone until inoay them hefty amount. I m also thinking to complaint against them on consumer forum and concerned government department.

I have hired a dwarka based packers and movers company "pacific international packers" from justdial for shifting my luggage worth rs 1, 00, 000 from moti nagar, delhi to last gate, guwahati on 25th july, 2018. The vendor took full amount i. E. Rs 12000 inclusive of insurance for the service. However the luggage have not reached destination yet. Its been more than a month now. The vendor has given several excuses so far and he doesn't pick calls now. His name is chandraban and contact number is [protected], [protected]. I request just dial for a quick response on this and strict action against the company. I want my luggage to be delivered to destination as soon as possible or a refund of rs1, 00, 000.

I had registered a monthly plan with just dial wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service. I wants to cancel the same but they are ignoring and not bothered.

I tried to cancel ecs on just dial website several time they are not canceling my contract.

My request beware of this fraud company..

I am a just dial user and from past one month im trying to close the account but i'm not able to do it as your executives are not trained enough to understand what we want.

Simple requirement of account closure has not been done properly. We are waiting for an email that our account has been closed but this also has not been done.

I have very bad experience about just dial. I will not recommend it to anyone...

When i called and asked for information about rented pg around pune railway station area, the executive named vikram sent me information about rented rooms like lodges and hotel. To which i enquired him and explained that this is not the information i need and can i talk to his supervisor/team leader. After putting my call on hold for a min he just disconnected. I have the recording of the call and i hope the management of justdial has it too.

I have requested in november 2017 with proper mail, that i want to cancel the ecs.

But just dial sent me mail stating 3 months prior notice is needed to cancel the ecs. But it's been over 9 months now. And they still didn't cancel the ecs.

Also, no customer care support is there. They send me mail stating that, customer care will call in seven day, but didn't get contact. I feel like cheated by the justdial. Need to stop the ecs on immediate basis.

Please note that we made a agreement on 22/02/18 - supreme pack.

Due to less lead & enquiry, i requested your sales team to give the best option for getting more enquiry...

They said present package need to upgrade from rs. 4000 to rs. 10000 per month. I agreed to pay & paid.

We regret to you note that renewal package is not upgraded so far. It shows same status. I m receiving less enquiry after work done. Daily call status - 0 or 1 like that only on last weeks..

Dear sir/madam,
I am writing today to complain about the poor service i received from your company this week. I’m dr. Naeem shaikh, from pune. I’m totally disappointed in your customer care service. Just dial took rs 3540 from me for business listing purpose, on 24th aug 2018. Customer care said the service would start in 48 hours. I waited until august 28. But my business did not list on just dial and neither inquiry receive from my customers. After that, i call just dial customer care center. They registered my complaint (Complaint id – 902371) and said that wait for 48 hours. My complaint is about business listing and inquiries. After that, i received mail from just dial. They send me my previous month's statistics report.
After that, i once again called the customer care and said that my problem was not solved. They told me to wait for an hour and said that they would call back, but they did not call. Then again i call customer care for my problem they said to wait at least 48 hrs. After waiting for 48 hrs i again call customer care of just dial at lead related problem’s department. Mis shweta ma’am said that wait an hour for a callback. But they did not even call. After waiting for 3 hrs i again call customer care in leads related department. Then ms akshay said that i did not download the application in my mobile, so this problem arose. I download that app and wait for a half hour but nothing changed. Again i called customer care service. This time mis monica said you have to wait for 48 hrs.
Every time i call, i tell them my problem in detail and they give me the same answers again and again. I have been frustrated at all this. They waste my whole week. Yesterday i send same mail to pune just dail office and still, they can’t reply to that. I'm kindly requesting you to solve my problem.
I trust this is not the way that just dial company wishes to conduct business with valued customers — i have been with you for last two months and have never encountered such treatment before. I look forward to hearing from you. I hope you will take my issues seriously.

Hi all,
I am naveen kumar v and i registered my business on just dial march. As per the executive that visited me i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 23310/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in i started getting leads.

Later in a deduction of 7770/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed. But one year is completed still they are not stop my contracted and ecs i have suffering in this justdail service

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 23310/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

I m a verified member of Just Dial. I was promised that I will get leads and which will be genuine but till date, I haven't received any genuine enquiries. All enquiries are irrelevant and are of no use to me. I have paid 12000/- for a year and it burns my heart to see my money is wasted. From last 2 months, I have to talk to a lot of employees of just dial but I guess they are not very much bothered. I don't want to see my hard earned is wasted like this with JUST DIAL.

I Have been coordinating with MR. Pravin Asst. General Manager and who has given me an email ID of MR. S Ganesan who is General Manager who sits in Coimbatore office. I'm still Awaiting for his revert on this matter.

I want a Refund of the 9 months which are remaining.
