I am Shishant Mahato was running my business since 2016 named as Digital Magnet but due to some circumstances I have to shut it down.

I have register for 6month ECS with Justdial but when I told them my business is shut down I am not able to continue kindly verify if you want
.
They took 2 month my 1180 per month for 2 month was deducted

2 times Just dial ground level people visited and sent a mail to your support team but still they are not verifying it

Now I have only one option report them in consumer court

Mr. Manoj tiwari and mr. Mohd. Mukhtar (Jaipur justdial marketing leader) has cheated me the 10 year package has been sold by lifetime (10 year ka membership package life time bol kar becha gaya hai.) that' why i need to get my payment back. And your according to your policy you can get a refund within one month of the membership. I had applied for ur service but not satisfied so regarding to it i have already send many mails to stop the service and refund my money. I got relpy that we will contact you after that i did not got any calls or mails. Please take this on priority and help to refund.

Just dial, is a big time fraud.

They will promise you that they will give leads by taking the paid service, but once you give payment they will give only few leads and that also fake leads.

I paid them 10, 000/- RS. but got fooled by this fraud company.
All people from their customer care calls you from different number & asks to take paid service.

Please never ever take justdial paid service, they are just robbing your hard-earned money.

We start a just dial service for our M.I service center by name Star mobile service center INDORE but now our center close and we so many time mail for stop this deduction in our A/C but still deduct amount. We discuss from our bank but they are unable to stop the deduction.

We request for stop immediately deduction of monthly charges.

This is in reference with my justdial receipt no - bh0170roc01036525, i got a call from mr ayan biswas of justdial kolkata, telling me about how there is a special package offer for me, (Problem had started from august 2018 and still prevalent), regarding company registration and there are chances of business not running at all. He assured me that everything will be taken care off and justdial will return all my money if i am unable to start my business. On 2nd of may 2018, when i came to know that i wont be able to start my production beacuse of my partner backing off, i called justdial for full refund.

Please note that on 2nd may 2018, the justdial services that very poor service providers as we have send them emails to [protected]@justdial.com and again the executives have looped me with the same ayan biswas with no avail. Justdial had told me my money not will refunded and i want to withdraw my business account, out of patience as its already of my complaint and yet there is no word from justdial about my money. I am in dire need of money.

I have booked a train ticket for travel on 18.09.2018 from chennai to tirunelveli by 2a/c ananantapuri express. Using my credit card through just dial.com website. Actually i logined in to irctc site only. It auotomatically directed to this site. It was not my intention to go to he site. Unknowingly i booked and paid the money. He ticket printout never came.

The ticket was not booked by the justdial. But the amount was paid by me through credit card.
Please advise just dial company to refund rs.3592.82 at the earliest.

My father's personal phone number was mentioned by a trader on justdial.com. He is getting a lot of calls (Wrong number calls) from various numbers, when inquired the caller said the number was placed on justdial.com.

My father is a old man, ill person who uses phone for personal purpose. Kindly request justdial.com to delete the number from the website.
Its a matter of privacy any security as he does not want his personal numbers on any website.

This company is helping thedealsindia.com for laundring money from people i have lost about 3.5 lakhs i didn't gt a single rupee in return some useless products. I request to close such profit oriented fraud company who r helping for such fraudsters. Thedealsindia.com is taking help from this jdpay and laundered lot of money around india if we ask for return they are saying ask o whom we have paid so i request u to take strict action against this jdpay so that they stop supporting such fraudsters company.

Dear concern,

I want to share my worst experience with the company listed with your website (Named as j k enterprises, rohini).

It is the worst company ever. The staff is completely unprofessional. No proper information is provided on time. No calls are picked up by the staff. Their way of talking is also so rude and unprofessional. The staff informed me that my loan was get approved within just a week and i have to deposit the file charge of rs.1000/-. They did not even provide me the receipt of such amount during the deposit. I called again and again and the got my receipt after 2 days. I usually call to get the status but no call is picked up (Please refer the screenshots attached)... No mail confirmation was provided (Got the same after calling continuously for about a week).

Please provide me any 1 reason according to which the client needs to wait for a week or 8 days to receive the information through email. Getting the proper information (Written) is a common right of every client then why should i wait for the same (Even after depositing the payment). Even after this, my calls are not getting received. Don't they have such professionalism to treat their clients well by responding them properly?

Even i called them (J k enterprises) about 4 days ago and asked them to refund my amount as i don't want to proceed with them due to their delayed and misbehave and they agreed to initiate the refund by closing my application but after only 2 days (Yesterday), they called me again and forced me to proceed by stating that they won't refund me as i don't want to continue. Why are they backing out now when i have already informed them to close the application and even they were agreed too. Even they have provided me this resolution (To close the application and get the refund within a week only) on their own while being on the conference call with justdial.

I called in the justdial complaint department as well but nobody has taken action from your team.

Kindly inform the staff of j k enterprises that i have already login my application with another source and ask them to close my case after initiating the refund (As discussed on the every first day that the file charge is totally refundable).

Our company was a customer of just dial and for 6 years, we kept paying them without any reasonable gain or advantage to our company. On close scrutiny it came to our knowledge that we were paying as high as 20% as listing expense compared to sales generated by just dial inquiries, so we discontinued our listing last year.

Since then the company's representatives in pune have been approaching us with various promises and one of them being that "we could edit our listing on 24x7 basis". Accordingly, on 21st august 2018 we decided to give one more opportunity to just dial as more than 200 calls were made by representatives; some of them named yogesh bendrewad, abhishek, ruksar, sagar and many more. We agreed to advertise for national listing with specific confirmation from mr. Abhishek who informed us that we have to pay rs.30000/- + gst rs.5400/-.

We paid the amount by bank transfer to their account. We have their written e-mail confirmation that "we can edit our listing". But whenever our team attempted editing for adding or deletion, the following messge appeared "please contact customer support ([protected]) for making any modifications to the contract."

We are informed today by mr. Abhijeet kamble from customer support that the listing cannot be edited by us. This is gross fraud and cheating by just dial and their representative who is now not bothering to respond to our calls.

A highly unusual suspicious activity happened on 23rd september when a person by the name revanayya malimath took an app on 22nd via jd who never consulted me & he has written negative feedback on my profile!
I request jd to take this as a serious issue that this is a planned plot to ruin my image publicly who has been rated always 5 stars on your jd.

Hi, we had applied for a business package on just dial on 11th august 2018 for our business named as bhakti bhajnam. They collected a total amount of rs 7080/- including taxes on 11th august with an ultra fast responsiveness from us by sending their sales guy. We had been assured that our package will be activated by 16th of august. They had taken a cancelled cheque from us on the very next day. On 16th, when the day of activation arrives they started acting like: sir, no worries it will be activated by today evening. Next day, they told the same and no activation. On the very next day, i spoke to their head ms. Deeksha kochhar who said, we're having trouble with a code and asked first and last digits of my debit card no. She said it will be activated by tomorrow with a promise. 19th, 20th passed, no response. On 21st, i call ms. Anju, the one who is handling our business account from backend and asked for the refund because of their in-activeness. She said we're having trouble and said sorry we'll initiate your refund. On 22nd, ms deeksha had blocked my both numbers and i was unable to call her, ms anju didn't picked the call. On 23rd, we call deeksha with another number and told her to refund our amount back. But she refused to do so. And said, refund is not our policy and disconnected our call.

I want 100% refund of rs 7080/- within next 2 days. I have all the call recordings, screenshots of chats, transaction ids, cancelled cheque pics of all this incident which we are showcasing on all social media handles and justdial mail ids.

Due to the information given about my mobile number many calls a rising to me so, please unsubscribe me in just dial. And so please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations so please unsubscribe me

Three times i have reviewed about shublaxmi packers and movers, barmer rajasthan, but till date nothing have been uploaded in just dial review. On ringing, just dial customer support telling that service department will ring, but no ring has come till now. I didn't understand why just dial are not uploading my review. I was reviewing because packers and movers company has damage my luggages and two luggages were misplaced and they are compensating...

Dear justdial.com.. Your one executive named mohit raj is doing calls from different different numbers daily and forcing me to purchase their advertisement plan since last 30 days. I have told him that i am not interested but still he is making me torture. Please see the matter else i have to file a police complaint against him.

My name is shubham thapliyal and on 8th of august, one of the executive from justdial whose name is mr.anand batra came to my office and told me about the services.i opted for their fixed position plan with an amount of 6000rs per month.i was not interested in this plan as I really cannot invest 6000rs per month.so this guy told me to check this service for a month and If I wont get the business worth of the amount than I can stop the service in a month only.But now this ### is saying that he never promised me that you can stop the services in a month or so. I Went to my bank and they told me that they clearly cannot do anything with this as the contract is between two parties.i am gonna file an FIR against justdial and would request you to be beware of these frauds.thankyou
