I have been earlier registered as service provider but your customer service executives have been highly unprofessional.
They do not confirm with the person waning ro register as service provider. Even your senior managers are unprofessional.

I have taken just dial monthly plan in february 2017 n one time down payment and then i stopped it aftrr three months. And just dial auto generated my account in dec 2017 and deducted money from my sbi account from ecs... They are saying that it is autogeneratrd contract but it was not said at the time of registration in feb 2017... I m going to take police action against just dial... This is a big fraud....

I requeste to you please stop my ecs
Because of low financial conditions i cannot afford this service. So its my humble request to you please stope this service. Right now m not able to spend money for my business advertising because now i have new born baby hop you understand my problem and stop this service. I am happy to activate thi service and i will activate this after few time bt not now so please sotop this service...

We have been trying to stop ecs being debited from our account for last 2 months. The first request was made on[protected]Reference nos 787227, 96243193 & 787229 & 96243198 – provided by your help line no.[protected] and was promised the ecs will be stopped within 45 days of request.

We regret to inform you that in spite of repeated follow up from my end, the same has not been done...

This is in regards to someone using my email id on justdial ([protected]@gmail.com).
I would like to bring to your notice that i never ever subscribed to any kind of business with anyone. I have contacted just dial lot many times and this is some kind of a fraud as i am in pune and it is showing some address of chandigarh. I request the listing be pls removed at the earliest.

I have made a contract with just dial on 02-01-18 with just dial. On the same date i got an email as well as text message from just dial that my contract is activated. But any single lead from just dial is yet to be recieved. Their customer care executives are also not supportive they are saying neither your number is showing at here nor you email id. I would like to know without a number or without an email id how contract can be activated....

Used service of shiv brahama packers & movers through just dial, completely worst experience with the service based on :-
1. Fraud bill charged :- booking done with 20k, 17.5k given in advance.2500 rs remaining
But in original bill they did manual overwriting and made 3000.
Driver was asking to pay 3000.

We have paid listing with just dial, in the name of balaji traders, chandigarh.

We are very much disappointed with the response of your calls... Most of them are either wrong numbers or fake calls, we are receiving these type of wrong number calls and fake calls on regular basis.

We had paid the subscription amount to get fair business association with you but it looks like you are making fool to the customers....

They have charged us three times in past 2 months which they were supposed to deduct in three months. They also promised us to provide leads based on our business categories but their leads quality is worst and 99.99% leads are either looking for non-relevant services.
Some leads call for amazon customer support or flipkart customer support or massage centre services etc.
