I have signed the contract with just dial last year in the promotional scheme of rs.2300in which i have being told that i will get leads for 1 month and if i am happy with the services than i can continue this and i have to do ecs by giving cancel cheque and ecs authorisation, while signing the contract i havr been told that they will ask me after 1 year for tje renewabke of the contract tht whether i want to continue or not bt they are continuously deducting my ecs from. My acount. I am unabke to stop the ecs deducted by them. I am feeling very helpless as their is no other solution to stop the ecs i have given an application in my bank but there is no response they are continuously deducting huge amount from my account 2300 is the amt which they were deducting every month please help. Me regarding this issue. I have sent mail to justdial regarding the same but they have not replied for this, now, i want my money back with charges. Can you help me for this???

I had registerd my business wit justdial to make some profit but yo guys cheated me wit fake promises.. I askd yo guys to stop the ecs on my acc bt stil thr ws an ecs on my acc n thr is cheque bounce charges. Wen i askd to stop it, jstdial reps didnt do their jobs proprly n im penalisd fo their mistak. I deposited my phone htc desire 816g on 2nd or 3rd november in a shop by the name of honey gift house address (117/3 lower bazaar shimla h. P. 171001) owned by mr. Surender mehra in order to get it repaired and i made the respected payment but when i received my phone it was not working and further the shopkeeper refused to provide me the bill when i asked for it when i took this matter to the concerned authorities they asked us to solve the matter on a personal level but when the shopkeeper was advised to compromise he started threatening me using the name of a politician. He also tried to threaten a worker in excise department who talked to him on my behalf. The above mentioned events has caused a series of problems to me since months. I 'll be highly grateful if the shopkeeper agrees to repair my phone or else pay the amount that will be needed to get it repaired or ask him to provide me a new phone please, i have no phone in use right now. So that bad name is not brought to his service and oblige.

I had sent an email for cancellation of my ecs on 16.11.2017 as i was not satisfied with the services of jd. But inspite of that ecs was submitted to bank. Thereafter, i contacted several times through phone to stop this ecs but jd is not listening at all. I am completely fed up with their services and responses. Please help in getting my ecs cancelled.

I am writing to you from tattoo dreams studio. I have recently availed your paid business listing. He made me sign a contract for two months.. The cheque for d two months just got cleared and my services started from the 16th dec 2017 but i got a message from just dial about the 3rd month ecs. The marketing person mr gaurav gave no information regarding ecs or any yearly contract. He fraudulently made me a sign the contract saying it was a receipt.. I asked for a contract copy which he never gave me and went absconding after that. He lied to me regarding the two months contract and gave me no information regarding ecs. I told him specificially that i need services for only two months and he said its possible so i initiated d contract.. I spoke to your people on your helpline but he was damn unethical and rude with me. Today i again gave a call to ger this thing started but havnt got any response from either o[censored]r department. If i am charged for my ecs on the grounds of misleading information or fraudulently running away with my payment.. I will take this matter to court and take actions against ur representative gaurav aswell & his number is [protected]

We would like to cancel our contract we are not at all happy your service, kindly stop our ecs immediately. As discusses your executive over the phone conversion, we are informed same but still your sending this kind of mail. We dont want to continue your service and pat the ecs.
Your enquiry mails are not relevant to us at all. We are not getting any leads equal to ecs also.

Dear sir/ madam my name is pawan i ragistered my salon for good services but there is no benifits of it and i want to stop my ecs payment service and i dont want to run my business with justdial.
I have already submitt complain regarding this but there is no risponse from justdial and ecs payments also not stop when i call for stop this service they said that you cant stop your service for 1 years and ecs payment will not be stoped

About an year ago i paid them rs. 1725 as advance and rest they said rs. 582 per month will be debited from your account till you complete 12 months. And later on if you want to continue you will have to sign new agreement.. Around 14 times 582 has been debited and now no one is helping to stop this ecs.. They cheat people.. After getting deal from client they will never show you their face again

Just dial have no any verified service provider for packers and movers all are fake no one genuine service providers.

I took a three month package of 35, 401 rs from justdial for promotion of my company max international packers and movers.
They cheat with me they didn't send me invoice and not fullfill any commitment.
My office is located in gurgaon ashok vihar they said that leads will come from gurgaon or 20 km area.
But leads are coming from noida bahadurgargh ghajiyabad delhi.
Now they are not attending my call.
They are cheat with me.
Marketing excutive were adiraj sekhawat and meenakahi swami.

Hello, this is vanita sharma sending a mail on behalf of mr. Prakash sharma, he had requested just dial to discontinue his pandit service advertisement with justdial but it is still on. And purposely, inspite of sending discontinue mail and call, it is still continued and every month there is a deduction of 5500 rupees.
I have proof on mail plus the telephonic conversation, i want to discontinue prakash panditji from justdial this month itself.
If necessary action is not taken, i will escalate this matter

In the month of september, sales guy gynaneshwar bommishetty from just dial approached me for the website development. An approval to do the same as given and a cheque worth 16000/- was issued which got encashed in the same month. He even collected a cancelled cheque for the ecs. No one approached me regarding what conctent has to go on the website.

When i tried contacting the just dial regarding the same, they where beating around the bush. Spoke the manager of gynaneshwar, mr vijay, he told me to write to the justdial guys asking for the refund. Have written mails regarding the same and have spoken to many members from just dial but everything in vain.

From the month of november ecs hits my bank for the maintenance of the website, which has not been developed at all. Sounds strange and no response to mails written.

Want to know hoe to get this resolved.

My number was recently updated, and since then I have been getting calls every day for charity, marketing and what not. Please delete my number from your data. Delete my name and everything. Please do it right away.
The purpose behind this is that we should benefit, but instead it has become a pain . please delete my account and all the details from your site, if i get any call after this, which we ask them, how did they get the number they say "just dial". i will sue for not deleting my name and number, hope this time my complaint is heard and resolved,

I started the ecs in october. The agent promised that i would get good results but then i didnt get even a single call from the paid listing.
I contacted the customer support the manager and the agent but no response from them.
My account is getting deducted 885 rs every month i want to stop this.
My business is closed and that listing is of no use so resolve this asap.

I have taken package of listing from mr. Sandeep singh (Employee of just dial.com). For 1 year validation but after few month there is a call from jd customer service that your account is nil and package is expire. And it was shocking that i have paid full amount of whole year and in mid of year it was expire. Ihad given a call to mr. Sandeep singh he said i will resolve the problem but from the same date he has strop responding.
