Gone Bangalore and its Roaming. As well as he was on 20 days leave.

Vasanth, had neither shown interest nor did a Customer Visit.
If he says that he had visited Our place once after the issue, we don't
want the money back. Does he ?
This clearly shows that he shows a very lethargically interest in the job
he had taken, where customer was badly affected, likewise the concern he
is in.
We again trust and rely on your process to get our money back with
appropriate action taken.

Updated by satyam21 I was told by Just Dial executive. that I shall receive a call by last saturday (16-December-2017) to get this resolved by this Monday (16-December-2017). But unlucky, didn't get any call.
Upon my call enquiry, seems like they have not looked into the issue.
This is not happening for the First time, where promised call back from Just Dial were not happening.
We have the records for the same to show how many times in past Just Dial Team had committed for a call back and never called.
Couldn't hold my patience. Extremely Poor Service and total negligence to the Customer.

Meanwhile, someone called for solar enquiry from justdial 2 days. I told them clearly, if their communication channel is through jusdial, then I'm really Sorry that I won't be able to support them. (Communication Recorded)
